Very clean and tidy professional looking to flat with one other. Prefer unfurnished larger bedroom with own bathroom. If you are looking to lease more than one bedroom would be happy to look at renting a second bedroom for work space if you want to reduce the amount of flatmates. Easy going, good sense of humour.
I am an extremely clean and organised person, my time is mainly taken up from work as i do a 2/1 roster so will be away alot of the time when im home i go to the gym and the weekends are spent at the beach and keeping active.. i love to have a good conversation and socialise but at the same time like my own privacy at times and would like to find a housemate with the same interests and values. I do have a dog who will be in the mix aswell he is a very well behaved American staffy thats superchilled and relaxed

My name is Steve I am a 58 ICT Contractor, I move to different contract jobs from the Newcastle Region in NSW to the Gold Coast I am currently working for the Gold Coast Institute of Technology (Queensland TAFE) at Southport. I have been living in a Homestay at Merrimac for the last 12 months but am looking to move closer to the coast as my contract has been extended by another 12 months. I am looking for somewhere near Southport, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Northridge. Looking to share a nice apartment close to the Beach. I can afford up to $350 a week, hopefully looking to share with a laid back easy going tidy person who likes good company and a chat every now and again. I like going to the Beach, Fishing, Playing Guitar, Travelling. I am easy to get a long with and I am domesticated, meaning I can cook, clean, wash, iron etc. I am also interested in teamups if anyone is interested ? I have been looking at apartments for rent and you can get a lot better deal with a two bedroom or three bedroom apartment than a one bedroom especially if you are willing to pay a reasonable amount I am willing to pay $350 a week and if someone is willing to pay $250 a week for $600 that would get us a very nice Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Large Apartment with a modern kitchen. Anyway if you are interested please contact me.
Hi! I'm an eighteen year old Gold Coast local looking to move out with some like minded people - I enjoy going out on a Friday night, hunting for new dinner spots, watching Netflix and sleeping. I fit it all in around working a 9-5 and doing uni two days a week. I'm respectful of your space but hoping to be friends with whoever I'm living with! Also majorly allergic to cats oops

Hi. My name is Tony. I am very quiet and just work as a driver and study film. I enjoy going to beaches and enjoying nature for recreation. Would be great to find a quiet peaceful environment. Thank you.
I am a mature but with a young heart Brazilian woman who studies part-time at Griffith university and works in Brisbane and on the GC. I've been in Australia since 2007 and I got my citizenship 4 years ago. Basically, if I am home, I will probably be studying. So for me, an ideal place should be very quiet and not a party place at all. I am very easygoing, calm, positive, sociable and a very clean person, who likes everything on its place, very tidy and not messy at all. I also expect that the person who I will be living with be very clean and do not leave dishes, clothes and anything out of its place. I understand that living with another person, respect to other's space is very important. I like to have my privacy but I also like to have a nice chat over a drink now and then. As I mentioned before, I am living a busy life right now, almost not having a day off at all, so I will not be around for most of the days and nights. I will basically go home to sleep. I know that is not easy to share your house with a stranger, therefore, communication is the key for a great relationship. The house duties must be shared in a fairly way as well as the bills. In the end of the day, what really counts for me is to have a place that I could call home, where I can relax and study in a clean and friendly environment.
