Hi guys! I'm Marianne and I'm an international student from the Netherlands with Chinese heritage. Currently working full time but soon commencing my Masters at Usyd and therefore will start to work part time. I love travelling, hiking, eating, socialising and the Sun! Love quietness and peacefulness but always in for a drink or two during the weekends ;) I am a very clean and tidy person and would love to share a place with people that are too. I would love to live close to Usyd campus and a train station and have my own room :D both house and apartment are fine with me! If you think I'm suitable for the house/apartment, please do not hesitate to message me :D
Hi there, I am looking for shared accomodation because I really like to be with people. I do need my me-time though, but I appreciate to sit together for a cuppa, cook together once in a while, things like that. I am from Germany and will stay until 3 May in Sydney. I am a teacher of meditation and Kriya Yoga and this is also my life style. I am quite, caring, reliable, trustworthy and like my place to be clean and tidy. I don´t smoke nor do I drink alcohol. To be around animals makes me happy, so if you have pets in your house, any kind, would be most welcome. My favourite leasure time occupation is going for nature walks. There is a good chance that I will ask you to join me for that. I think, I have a lot to share because I lived my life off the main stream. If you like my intro I would love to meet and talk over a cuppa. Kind regards Prajna
Hi! I've just moved to Sydney from the UK, and I'm here on a working holiday visa for 1-2 years. I'm currently working as an English teacher in CBD. I'm very laid back, I'm always pretty tidy and I like to balance work with a good social life. I enjoy a night out but I'm not one to go mental and trash everything/make loads of noise. Non smoker on a good day, shameful hiding-outside-using-tin-foil-as-an-ashtray smoker on an infrequent bad one. I've just finished university back home, so I'm still accustomed to the student way of living in a house share; cooking for each other, getting angsty about electricity usage, having a drink in the evenings, etc. I'm looking for a place for the next six months or so while I finish my work contract in Sydney; it's a steady job, and I'm happy to pay bills on top of my budget as long as they're not extortionate. Ideally looking for a furnished room, (very) pet-friendly (ask me about my cat tattoo) and not fussed about gender/age with regards to flatmates.
I am a university student studying at USYD and am wanting to move into the city from the Southern Highlands to be closer to University. I have completed a year of Law at Wollongong Uni and am now studying Secondary Education. I am a relaxed person who enjoys going to the gym and hanging with friends. I also work twice a week at a bar.
Hello Sydney I'm Andrew 44 yrs and my partner is Michelle 36 yrs, we are a very domesticated Aussie couple looking for a home not a party pad. We are really easy going, friendly and helpful. Both working, so quality home time is valued and needed. Great cooks and gardeners (I'm a Horticulturist and Michelle is a Chef/ Barista/ Bartender) so we can enjoy small social gathering if they happen. We are quite self contained respectful and responsible. We have have lived in many shared places and get along with all ages- except those who require a mummy or daddy.
"Good dude and great to live with." - current and soon to be former room mates testimonial. Jackson Carter, 24 years young, Civil Engineer moving to Sydney for work. Grew up in Airlie Beach; salt water in the veins opposed to blood. Went to Uni in Brisbane, flirted with mining for a year in Central Queensland (wouldn't recommend it) and recently finished a graduate program in Brisbane. On weekends I like going on adventures and finding cool spots to surf, camp, swim, drink beer etc. live music, bars, cafes - standard 24 year old activities I would say. I have lived in shared housing (of varying dynamics) since leaving home at 17 so I understand the importance of having clean, tidy and respectful roommates. I am kind, courteous with a (self diagnosed) decent sense of humour. I am looking for a young professional house of Monday - Friday workers (so our schedules aren't too conflicting) who are also respectful of others and are clean to live with. I would like to call the people I live with mates, not just roommates. 6 months+ on the lease would be beneficial but not too phased if it's not, I arrive in Sydney the weekend 4th March.
Two students from London studying at USYD for the term looking for a nice and sociable house to live in. Both friendly, tidy and relaxed, feel free to reach out if you have somewhere that you think might be good for us.

Chats over cups of tea and wine are always welcome and I love a balance of connecting with flatmates but also respecting each other's space. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Reliable and good with paying rent on time ;). A little garden and compost would definitely be an added bonus. Looking forward to finding a comfy new home.

I'm a British and have been in Australia for almost 2 and a half years. I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne to take on a new role at work, and am looking for a new home to settle into. I work as a marketing/operations manager at a large tech company in the CBD. I work relatively long days, so whilst I'm definitely up for the occasional big night, I'm primarily looking for somewhere I can come home from work to at the end of the day with decent people who will chat to me over a glass of wine. Outside of the office I like working out, brunch and wine.

Looking for a room from 27th Feb. I'm a professional, English female who is working full time in the city. I'm looking for a nice place to make my home for a while. Ideally a furnished private room with a double bed. Own bathroom preferred ideally. I'm friendly and sociable but not a massive party-goer. Too old for that now! I work hard in the day and enjoy cooking/yoga/watching movies in the evenings. I'm very house proud and like living in a nice homely home. I'm naturally very neat and tidy, caring and considerate to others. I think I have a good sense of humour and easy to get along with. If you want to know anything else please ask.

Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I'm moving to Sydney to go to the University of Sydney to do my Masters. I'm looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to live and hopefully cool roommates. Happy to commit to 4 months and then see how it goes, if the opportunity to stay for a year is there and we enjoy living with each other then I will be happy to stay until my studies are complete! My move in dates are pretty flexible, don't mind staying in an Airbnb for a couple weeks if the place is right, however I will be ready to move into a place on Monday the 27th. More about me: I'm 25, from California (but have been living in Australia for a year) and a pretty chill person in general. I love cooking (especially if there are other people beside myself eating), the gym, exploring (so much more to see!), yoga, finding fun places to eat, good coffee spots, and a cheeky beer. I work in hospitality, however most of my time will be devoted to school. Also, I am properly clean! I'd love to chat with you more about your space! Looking forward to hearing from you! Kelsey
Hi, I'm Michele! I'm 30 and born and bred in Sydney. I have just gotten back to Oz after leaving my marketing gig in NYC, and am headed back to uni on my path to starting my own nutrition/health & wellbeing business. I'm looking for a clean and comfortable place close to the city. I'm active (yoga) and like to be out and about. Despite heading back to uni I'm financially secure. I was raised pretty well so rest assured I am tidy and respectful. I'm very easy going and love a good chat (but appreciate others as well as my own privacy and downtime). One of my closest friends today started out as a roomie :)
Hey I'm Jen (30, kiwi) I work Wednesday to Saturday and like to be active, outdoors and social. Also like being alone, running, yoga, reading and doing anything I can listen to music to. About me: Really easy going, love the outdoors and of course chocolate 😋 I love thai and japanese food, jazz and soft pop, and I'm usually found around the house in the evenings cooking and having some social time w housemates. Very importantly I'm also clean and tidy and respectful of others. Any other q's please ask! Move in date is slightly flexible so give me a buzz if it looks close enough.
Hi! I'm a working design consultant in the CBD. I'm a big creative at heart so I'll be out most of the time working on one project or another in graphic design and illustration. I'm easy going, tidy and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. Looking for a quiet room, probably long-term, anywhere near public transport. I hope to hear from you soon. J
I'm an avid traveller and when I'm not overseas I'm studying Speech Pathology at USYD. Studied history in Italy and ate and danced my way around the world before coming to Sydney. I'm very well house trained, eat good food that won't make your stomach turn, drink wine and am a very easy going and active person.
I'm looking for just the right person to start a 2 bed house/flat share with. There's really some decent stuff out there to rent and I'm keen to make a new home that works for both of us. A bit about me: I'm a 27 yr old female from Cape Town, South Africa, here doing my phd in algae research. I like doing a lot of regular things: cooking, going to LGBT events, pretending to read books, actually watching Netflix, and painting. The painting part is important, because I'd like to live with someone who enjoys the idea of having someone painting in the living room as apposed to disturbed by it. (I paint quite large canvases). Rest assured I keep it all pretty tidy. Fresh. A great flat mate will be like-minded (up for the odd drunken philosophical discussion), be happy to do equal portions of cleaning, have a job, and be down with said arts and crafts activities. The perfect flatmate would have furniture for the place! This is a big stretch and I will certainly not rule out people who don't come furnished and frilled. We can figure that out later/get a furnished/semi furnished place. Looking forward to finding you my flatmate friend!
Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old creative writing PhD student and the founder of Wollongong Writers Festival. I love swimming, running, yoga and red wine in equal levels haha. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and identify as a feminist. I’m on the introverted side in terms of day-to-day living, and spend a lot of time reading and writing (I’m currently writing my first book). However, I do love checking out live music, literary-arts-related events and catching up with family and friends once I’ve got my fix of solitude. I love cooking, and like to keep the place I’m living pretty clean and tidy. I’m kind of undecided if I want to stay in the Illawarra (the view! the nature!) or move to Sydney (the arts events!), so am just putting some feelers out at this stage. I’m currently leasing a place in Thirroul, but have to move out in April 2017. Cheerio, Chloe
Hello I am Estelle, 18 years old, French student. I am looking for something welcoming with internet in first place for a duration of 2 months. I will be in Sydney from early may to early July. Following my formation I will be there because I have to do an internship in a company. It is very important for me, I am kind and fun and have a good level in English.
My name is Phuong but you can call me J. I'm studying master degee at Usyd. I have tidy habits, open-minded and enjoy making friends internationally. I usually go to my uni most of the weekdays and need quiet zone to study at night also. I love play sports, music and reading books. Love spending time to learn new things.
Hi guys! I'm Juliana, a chilled and down-to-earth girl in her mid-twenties. I'm coming back to Sydney after some time in the motherland to do a master in environmental engineering and for work. I've done the house sharing thing a dozen times (meaning I'm house-trained) and now I'm really looking for a place to call home as I'm in for the long term. I'm a friendly, social and respectful person. I do my parties outside and at home, I'm more relaxed. I'm expecting to be very busy with Uni, work, and stuff but I'm generally always up for a chat, a shared meal or/and beers. My general interests include going to the movies, festivals, beach, hiking, running, eating (yes, it's a hobby), TV shows, wine, craft beer, renewable energies and so on. I like to try and do new things and I'm open to anything that can make me a better person. I also used to be an avid gamer in my good old days but can't seem to find time for it anymore. Anywho, I'm looking for like-minded people who appreciate their household, have individual lives but are also happy to socialise with housemates. Ideally the place must be well connected as I rely on public transport, not carpeted (allergies :/) and the room, big enough to fit a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and a two-door wardrobe (built-ins would be great). I'm not big on smoking but if you do it outdoors it's no issue for me :) I'm hoping to pay up to 300/wk with bills included. If you have any questions or know of/have a spare room that would be suitable, please do message me. Thanks for reading this far. I promise I'm more fun that this profile let it shows. Cheers Juliana
