Hey I'm Katie. I'm from Scotland, have lived in Australia for almost 6 years and recently became an Aussie! I work for state government in health policy, Monday to Friday, 9-5 in North Sydney. I work on healthy built environment, and food and nutrition policy. Soon to be moving to a new job managing a refugee program in the city. I try to be healthy, but frequently give in to fried chicken and hot sauce. I like getting out to the beach, hanging out with friends to have dinner and drinks, but generally like to be chilled out at home - watching a movie and reading or doing online courses. Outside of home, I love exploring Sydney, going to the movies and theatre, art galleries, gigs, searching for the perfect buffalo wing... I've also recently become a podcast addict. I'm a clean, tidy, quiet and respectful flatmate. I always like to get to know my flatmates and have dinner and a drink with them every now and then, but don't need to hang out all the time. I reckon it's good when you're all friendly but have your own space too. I'm usually exhausted at the end of the day and like to just chill out when I get home from work. I tend to do my socialising outside of home.
Hey, I'm moving to Sydney from the UK in July to study at UNSW for a year. I'm really tidy and like to be organised, I enjoy having my own space but equally like to chill and watch a film or have dinner with my housemates in the evenings. I'm quite active, love going to the gym and to the beach etc and am super easy going.
Hi, My name is Luke and I have been living in Bondi for almost 2.5 years. Reluctantly, I have to move from my lovely apartment as the owner will be moving in. So here I am! I work full time for an energy company and about to start studying Paramedical Science. I have a good social network of friends around the area and am pretty keen to stay here. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle and prefer to cook most of my meals rather than eating out. I like to stay fit by either running, swimming or working out at the gym. I love the outdoors and anything adventurous. I don't party much these days but when I do, I prefer to go out rather then bring the party home. I am very clean and respectful. I'm after a place to call home and a roommate to call my friend. If there is anything else you would like to know about me just ask.
Hi, I am a 31 professional, working full-time (day) in hospitality in the Eastern Suburbs. I am looking for a new place to live. I am a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy person, who enjoy socialising around a glass of wine or a dinner. During the week I like staying quiet at home, doing yoga or going for a run after work, and I usually go out on weekends with my friends.
im easy going, clean and tidy enjoy cooking, dont mind a good banter or a drink. happy being independent and and solo, but also happy interacting with flatmates too, open to havin a pet but dont have one actually love if you do
Fun, easy going and respectful aviation professional. Originally from interstate (both Brisbane & Melbourne) and moved to Sydney 3 years ago for work. Like to live in a tidy place and I am a non smoker. I have lived out of home for 6 + years so i am used to sharing and respect my flatmates space. Work monday to friday so take it pretty easy during the week and I like to explore and travel on weekends. Not a massive party person but always keen to socialise with a beer or wine with flatmates. I love eating out and often try and find the best brunch spots. When the weather is warm, i'll be found at the beach with friends and when it's rainy i'll either be chilling at home or at my favourite pub playing jenga with friends.
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm a fun, easy going and tidy Scot! I am currently in Sydney but will be travelling up the East Coast in the next month. I am looking to live and work in either Cairns or Sydney from the 4th July for about 3 months. I don't have any set plans yet so please give me a shout if you need a roommate or room to let in either location :)
I'm looking for a place near the beach! I am a PhD student (Psychology/neuroscience), which keeps me busy from 9-5. During the week I'm usually out and about 2/3 times and on the weekend I play soccer and like to go to the beach. I'm keen to learn how to (kite) surf, so if anyone could teach me that would be a bonus! I like sharing a meal or having a drink with my housemates, and up for some banter, but I'm not looking for a party house. I'm only looking for private rooms, and preferably with people in my age range (25-35). I've lived in many shared houses before, and like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I'm considerate, easy-going, pay rent on time and have references upon request. Please send me a message if you have a place for me!
Hi Guys, Just putting feelers out for a possible room to rent in mid July. Will need to be close to public transport as I work in Circular Quay as a Wedding and Events Coordinator. I am quiet and extremely tidy! I don't smoke or party but enjoy a wine and dinner when I'm home.. Usually go at gym after work. I prefer a furnished room with a queen bed, not wanting to live with any pets or a smoker unless the door is alway closed. I do own a car so will need on or off street parking!

Hello! I'm Eden, 24 and work full time in PR. I'm looking for a house to call home, with great housemates to get along with. I often work long hours so I enjoy my downtime, but I also love to bake and try to keep active. I'm always good for a chat, and genuinely hope to find a place to stay in for a long time, that is preferably close to a train line. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit!

Hi! I'm a full-time software developer / guitar player / music+science+philosophy geek from New Zealand. I'm making a move to Sydney and am really looking forward to it. Georgia is a close friend of mine, she is an actress/dancer/artist about to graduate from her performing arts degree in New York I have just arrived in Sydney as of May 21st. I'm looking to find one of the following: - A 2 bedroom apartment lease to take over, or similar - A place with 2 rooms available for rent within our budget - A large room in a sharehouse or flat with a couple of others (not too many) we are least likely to settle for one room but will consider options An important consideration for me is public transport, because I will be working in the CBD. My rent budget is around $400 Georgia's is between $250-$300
I'm brazilian student. I like the clean and tidy apartment. I'm friendly, clean and quiet. I would prefer female housemates. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good fit!
