I'm just a laid back Canadian, who would like a nice flatmate to banter with. I'm pretty courteous and clean. I have dust allergies, so I try to keep everything as tidy as possible. I don't like keeping dirty dishes in the sink either. My friends say I smell nice, so that's a bonus. Aside from that, I work as a Marketing Manager in the CBD. You can find me on top of a mountain, in the middle of a football field, or tackling a fat piece of cake. Ideally, I'm looking for a place to stay from March 19 till the beginning of August.
Hi guys, I’m a young professional from the UK looking for a place to stay in Sydney. I hold a 457 sponsorship visa and i'm looking for somewhere to live for 6 months minimum. I work in the CBD Monday to Friday every week with long hours so I’m not much of a midweek partier, however I do like to socialise on the weekend as I’m sure most people do. I understand what it’s like to live with people and the importance of personal space, so I like to think I’m a pretty clean and respectful person. If you want to know anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Max
Hard working professional looking for a room in a clean, tidy house with similar sociable people.
My name is James, I am 25 years old and from Melbourne. I have just moved to Sydney for work as full time as a graphic designer, working for a company in London. Due to my work, I am currently looking for short term accommodation for 6 weeks with the possibility of extending. I have lived in a few share houses in London prior to moving back to Australia so I know what it's like living with a variety of different people. I would say I am easy going, tidy, considerate, and social.
I am a 28 yrs old student from Canada attending UNSW for my masters degree in engineering. I am super fun and very handy person. I am looking for a clean and cozy place to stay. I am a friendly, quiet, clean and tidy mature professional working full time. I am looking to live and share a place with a like minded female person. I love cooking, reading and keeping healthy and fit, I like my quiet time when I come home but I am also friendly and up for a nice chat while preparing dinner if my flatmate is up to it. I prefer to live with no pets as I am a bit allergic to their hair and I dont smoke. I respect other people's privacy and sense of space and I like the same in return. I love going for walks and reading a good book or the newspaper on a lazy sunday morning. I am looking for a long term arrangement.
Hey! I am a Swedish girl looking for a place while I am studying one semester at University of Sydney. I have been living in a flatshare the last four years so I'm used to living with others. I am also a neat and tidy person who always clean up after myself. I like to spend my free time outdoors, hanging out with friends and enjoying some casual beverages on the weekends. Cheers Jessi
I am looking for a private room in a place that is clean and organised, close to shops and transport... to share with other females or couples. I will be working full time (in research) and will be away most of the weekends. I live in Newcastle with my husband and will be travelling to spend the weekends with him. Eventually (once a month, maybe), he might come to Sydney to be with me for the weekend. I am very easy going! I would like to move any day between 18/03 and 01/04... and I am happy to bring my furniture to the room. No party!
I'm Agustin from Argentina, recently got a new job located near the CBD so I'm looking for a shared flat or house, ideally with my own room. I'm a computer engineer so I will be working full time from Mondays to Fridays. I'm an easy going, relaxed person, love to meet new people. Some of my interests are music, sports, movies, animals, technology, food, traveling.
Aussie girl, looking for a fun but also clean place with down to earth people. I'm active and motivated but also love to relax and share a bottle of wine. I'm looking to move from the Hunters Hill to the east to change things up and find some good vibes. I can happily live with guys or girls. Work full time as a geologist/enviro scientist in the city when I'm not in the field :)
I'm a second year law/media student at the university of Sydney who works part time in hospo. Looking for somewhere long term, with people who like to hang out and have the occasional dinner party now and then (I love to cook) but can give me some peace and quiet when I need it (particularly when cramming for exams). I don't smoke, always clean up after myself and make the most amazing cinnamon cookies... and my margaritas aren't too shabby either ;) I'm a bit of a beach bum at heart, love good music and an impromptu dance party or a great chat - if there's anything else you want to know just ask! Let me know if you have a room available!

Jimmy, Advertising/Media Professional - Seeking sociable House/Flatshare in Coogee! Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a flat or houseshare as close as possible to Coogee Beach Road. I work in media and am out socialising at work a fair bit, and want to continue that with housemates seeing all Sydney has to offer. Would be great to find housemates who are similarly sociable and up for a laugh. I am keen on fitness (Go to Titan's so would like a place that is close by) and also play football for Coogee United. That's not to say that I am a health freak though and enjoy the occasional drink with the best of them, most likely in the CBH or Pav! Not looking for a 24/7 party house but a one to enjoy good times and some banter in when suitable on weekends maybe! It's completely fine with me when housemates want to do their own thing at home, but if you are always going to lock yourself away we probably won't be right for eachother. Few other things about me: Single Huge Tottenham Hotspur fan (would be great to live with someone who would be keen to watch Premier League Games too) Good Cook (or so I think!) Love a BBQ, definitely keen to host a few over summer! Into all kinds of music, but not one to play it at all hours! Love a good festival though! Clean and tidy but not a clean freak if one spoon is left in the sink! Keen to get down the beach whenever possible! Bought a bed here which I want to keep and is a Queen so will need plenty of space. Happy to live with girls or boys and in many ways would prefer a mixture of both, in my London place it was 2 boys + 2 girls who didn't know before moving in together and now are friends, would be great to do that again! Budget of around $300-360 per week Am free to move within 2 weeks of finding a place, although that is also negotiable. If i sound like the kind of housemate you are looking for then get in touch! All the best Jimmy

I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Hey hey! I'm a 29 year old British girl now living in Sydney with New Zealand dual citizenship. I am looking for my own room in a friendly, relaxed houseshare anywhere in Sydney as long as it is within close walking distance to a train station. I am fun but appreciate my own space and as much as I like to go out here and there, I wouldn't want to live in a party house but would definitely be up for sociable drinks. I work in the city full time, sometimes day and night but always find time to have fun and socialise. I pride myself on being clean and also love to cook. My passions are fitness, nutrition, live music, comedy and movies - I like to think I have impeccable taste in music! I'm easy when it comes to move date (just ASAP really) but by the 5th April at the latest - the most important thing for me is to find the right housemates who I can have a joke and chat with and have somewhere I can come back to and feel relaxed and truly at home

Hi there, We are two sisters, half Italian half Brazilian, looking for our new home. Me (Gabriela): I am 31y/o and have been living in Sydney for almost 4 years. I work full time in the CBD as a research economist (office hours), under a sponsored visa. Financially stable and with a good rental history. Career-focused at the moment, but still enjoy partying and socialising over the weekends.. like every normal human. My sister: she is 20y/o and just moved to Australia under a WHV. She is currently working in hospitality. Despite young, she is also very respectful towards other's privacy. She is trying to establish herself permanently in Sydney, may become a student from next year. We enjoy spending time and having our social life outdoors, we are not cook-lovers, so won't make a mess in the kitchen. We are also very clean and organised (those kind of people who make the bed every morning lol)... We like going for a run on the beach, enjoy music, films, BBQs, and travelling (a lot). We are looking for a room to share (ideally master room w/ own bathroom, but considering all options), or two single rooms in the same house. We are also willing to team-up with other people and rent a whole property (preferably a house). Please feel free to contact us if this might sound interesting. Cheers, Gabriela
