Im someone who loves to stay busy, I work a lot, hang out with friends a lot and love a good chat over wine in the evening. I have lived with room mates in the past and loved it. It was so great to live in a place with such a balance of spending time together and also respecting each others privacy. I want to live with people who are keen to become friends and hang out, not be hermits! :) I have a 5 week old kitten who I just adopted.
So we are Nat and Matt - a professional couple looking to move a bit closer to work (Surry Hills for Matt, city for Nat). We are very easy going and open minded and also extremely clean people. We keep active most mornings and work pretty hard during the week. We tend to relax and recover on weekends but we also love to try new things when we can - comedy shows, outdoor yoga classes, hikes and meeting new people. Our budget is $500 including our own bathroom and a car space. We're open to finding a car space separately as long as it's within the total budget. We're open to sharing with anyone like minded including a household with children. We would also consider a suburb close to a beach. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Nat & Matt
I am a Kiwi, I work full time at a real estate company in Darlinghurst. I respect others personal space & I am a mellow person to live with. I enjoy meeting new people, the beach, cooking and art :)
Hello! My name is David. I am a PhD student from Spain who is going to do an internship in Sydney (UNSW) for three months (from 21th May to 22th August). I am 25 and I am looking for a nice single room close to the university and with easy going people. I am quite social and I like meet new people, especially people from other countries since it is very interesting to know about other cultures, hobbies, etc. I love travel and I am eager to travel around Australia (you know, the highlights, etc...) the three months that I am going to stay there, but also I want to improve mi english skills, so I would like to spend good time talking with others about anything. I am quite tidy and clean, especially in the common areas of the flat, since my room depending on the moment can be a mess if I have a busy schedule.
easy going, friendly. working full time 9 to 5 in IT finance. weekend going out. Like yoga, salsa, traveling. I have been traveling and living in different countries, so very open mind and easy to adapt to different situations and peoples. Have been living in Eastern suburb for 2 years.
We are a couple from the UK who have been together for 3 years (living together for 2 years) but have been living in Australia for almost a year and a half now. Both really easy going and not hard to live with, we like to keep the place clean and tidy. We both work throughout the week and enjoy spending our evenings at home cooking and just chilling out but enjoy getting outdoors and exploring at the weekends! We aren't massive party people but are always up for a chat over a few drinks. We're looking for somewhere to call home and have a laugh with the people we're living with! (not boring serious housemates 😂)
I'm chatty and social. but not a big friend of partying. I'm a libra. I barely turn the fire on in the kitchen, so the kitchen is relatively clean. I'm hilarious (at least people say that I'm), so I think im gifted to make jokes and make people around me happy. I'm very sensitive to people's feelings, so when youre blue and dont feel like talking. Dont worry, just give me a look, I'll see what tea i have in stock and get the kettle start working. i surf, study and work. i think i have a fairly simple life..... i pay my rent on time too.
Easygoing person, talkative, fun, like adventure in the nature and also relaxing times at the beach, like to share good moments with nice people.
Hi My fiancee and I are emigrating from the UK in June and are looking for a temp three months living space till we get sorted in Australia. We need to find which suburb actually suits us before we start renting our own pad. We are tidy, polite, friendly and mature, however we do like a beer and a glass of wine. I'm not 100% sure this is the path we will be going down however I wanted to check it out on here to see if it was a possibility. One of us is sponsored in a full time role the other part-time till fully set up. We don't have many belongings as that is being shipped over after 3 months, so we will be actively looking for our own pad during the 3 months temp stay. Thank you
I'm a 23 year old incoming masters student at UNSW. I lived the past 4 years in the USA studying Biomedical Engineering. I'm always down to watch sports at a bar and make new friends on a night out or sit at home and have movie nights/casual conversations. Quiet time when I am studying/sleeping is very important to me so I appreciate flatmates who are fun but also ambitious and respect productive time. Looking for a place close to UNSW but wouldn't mind traveling if the house is worth it!
Hey! I'm B I'm going to be moving from the UK back to Sydney on July 15th (making the most of english/aussie dual nationality). I'm looking to find an easygoing flat/house share. I studied Drama at Uni and have been acting for a number of years but have most recently been working in recruitment. Love heading to the beach, hitting the gym, coastal walks, heading out for cocktails and spending time cooking or having BBQ's. I'm pretty open minded from having lived with lots of different people before and am tidy, respectful and 'house trained'. Feel free to contact me if you feel we might be compatible housemates :)
Hey All So i have just recently finished Uni and i'm looking to venture over from Perth towards the end of July. Ideally, i'm after a reasonably affordable room to rent with hopes of living with some easy going, social housemates. I am making the move over solo and would love to meet some new people that i can chill out with. I am very much an active person, love a good workout, hike or stroll. But also love to head out to grab a coffee, drink or just chill. Extremely considerate and respectful of others and i am very much a tidy person - bonus points right!
Hey, I'm Nick, I'm 29 years old and single. I work full-time at the airport and study aviation part-time through UNSW. I'm looking for a place, primarily a houseshare of 3-4 housemates or granny flat close to the beach but not too far from the airport. I work shift work so I want housemates who are understanding of this, on a typical day I leave for work around 5am and back around 2pm. I'm looking for housemates of a similar age and able to be sociable/outgoing. Let me know if you see me as the ideal housemate/tenant. Cheers!
My name is Hilke and I am studying law at the Freie Universität in Berlin. I am going to continue my studies for one year at the UNSW and arrive in Sydney on the 12th of July. Since I've been in Berlin, I've been living in flatshares and it's has mostly been a great experience. I would describe myself as an easy-going, open-minded and tidy person whom you can have fun with. My interests are art, literature, music and everything related to that. I am always up for some adventure time and can't wait to explore another metropolis. Maybe with you? Best wishes Hilke
