Two girls currently living in North Bondi but seeking a new place to live just until the beginning of February 2017. We both are clean, respectful and enjoy socializing with housemates. We both love the beach and are often there either swimming or surfing!
Hi. I'm James, 24. Im a very clean and tidy person, fun, easy to get along with and respectful to others. Most of my time will be spent either out working, with friends or at the gym. :)
I'm neat and tidy, and I enjoy having a living space that is friendly and comfortable. People say I'm easygoing, friendly and respectful. I don't have pets but I grew up on a farm and I love animals so if you do that's totally fine. I travel for work a bit so every second week I'm away for 2-3 nights so you will have some space to yourself. I'm not looking for a furnished room as i currently have everything needed to furnish a 1 bedroom unit however happy to get rid of the things I don't need if you already have a furnished place but would prefer to keep my own bed etc. Prefer to only live with 1 other person and would like to have separate bathrooms or separate routines.
Lloyd and I have been living in Erskineville since January 2016 after moving from Melbourne. I am a vet nurse and Lloyd an electronic engineer. We both love to socialise and go out and discover new clubs, and love it when some Drum n bass comes to Sydney! We equally like to chill at home watching tv or cooking with housemates. We are both clean, tidy and very respectful of our housemates. Would love to live with like minded, liberal people and even a furry friend!
I am a 21 year old law student from Adelaide looking for a place to stay whilst I complete a paid internship in North Sydney. I will need a place to stay between 7th of January and February 10. I am friendly, sociable, considerate and tidy. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thanks :)
Nice to meet you, here is Federica looking for a -possibly long term-room. Working as Personal trainer,Fitness and Pilates trainer, I'm also studying as Massage Therapist. Life enthusiastic, early morning person, fit & healthy, no smoking or party addicted. Clean and respectful of other's space and privacy. I like animals. *Home should be: a place CLEAN,with a positive respectful atmosphere, where to rest, ocasionally study, where to feel Home, safe . Should look not too chilled out or full of messy stuff everywhere. *Flatmates should be: respectful, mindful of cleaning and noise control if someone is resting (as I am mindful toward others). Preferrably around my age or over and professional, nice to conversate with, share common area, would be nice to share a movie or something outdoor :) Ask if you have questions! I'm very easy going, funny and nice and I love animals ( dogs especially)
My job is city based, I work in the Agricultural industry and semi new to Sydney (lived in Darling Point for a year before returning to Victoria for work). Generally I leave home around 7am (or earlier) and return after 7pm. I've lived in shared housing for most of my adult life so I'm well versed to respect of flatmates, property, noise and privacy. More often than not I'm out 1-2 nights per week. Week days tend to roll into weekends with social engagements, adventures and activities. It is enjoyable to live with well balanced and transparent people, in a relaxed and quiet home. And I enjoy a good conversation about world events, history and places to travel. I'm far from a gym junkie however I do like to exercise 4-5 times per week. After years of representative sports I'm now down to low impact exercise being either a swim, bike ride, kayaking or yoga. I can cook and happy to share my delights when they are a success. I do enjoy reading the papers of a weekend I don't come with any pets, however I come with a road bike that is housed inside.
Hey! I'm Lisa, 29, I am a freelance graphic designer and planning to switch to full-time in March. I have lived in North Sydney for nearly 4 years. I'm looking for a place to call home for at least 6 months and hopefully meet some people that will quickly become good friends. I'm pretty social but I'm not looking for a party house. I am very tidy, clean, love to cook. I am away for couple of months but I'm hoping to move into my new home around the 20th of Feb. Ideally, a place that is no more than $250/week per person. Preferably in North Sydney/CBD/Ultimo/Surry Hills/Northern Beaches to move in February. Can consider other locations.
I'm visiting Sydney from NYC, and will be teaching yoga while I am visiting! I am very tidy, and won't be home often as I plan to be working and exploring as much as possible!

Ideally filling someone's spot who holidaying over summer VEry freindly, easy going chill dude with lots of houseshare experience. Studied psych and work in mental health. Love to travel and outdoor activities!
I'm a Finnish journalist/ photographer, Working Holiday maker, food enthusiast, book-worm and traveler, and always ready to meet new people. I'm used in living in shared flats, but I need my own room. I don't smoke, and I always clean immediately any mess I've made. Because of my work, I need to easily get to Blacktown Station by train. That's why I prefer places with an easy access to Blacktown.
Hello hopeful housemates! My name is Bella, and I'm going into my second year living in Sydney. I'm an early 20-something studying a double degree of Commerce/Fine Arts at UNSW. I love live music, am an avid (though amateur) photographer, always have 2 books on the go, and love exploring art events/new bars/new theatre productions etc throughout the city. I'm open, empathetic and friendly - looking for other housemates who are chilled and friendly too. I try to be fit and go for the occasional run, gym session, or social touch game, and eat fairly healthy meals, but am an infamous chocolate fiend. I also have a car in Sydney at the moment and am always down for a little beach action. I'd ideally like to be apart of a relaxed, clean, social home. Not opposed to (i.e. very down for) the occasional house dinner, afternoon drinks, or netflix binge. However, I'm super respectful of others space and for myself, enjoy a fair bit of downtime when uni/work gets a bit more stressful.
I'm a very energetic person who always have positive mind. Always Happy:) I'm very open-minded and super passion about what I do and what I love. I'm clean and neat and living in a healthy life style. Looking for a private room to move in around 15-20th of Feb.
Hi, we are a couple in our mid 20's, Ben is an Architect working full time and I (Rose) am a student at USYD. We are super tidy, respectful and easy going. We are looking for a furnished or semi furnished studio, or room in a share apartment with 1 or 2 other people. We are moving from Newcastle back to Sydney and would love to live in the Inner west close to work and uni.
I'm Siân, 26 years old, grew up on the North Shore but consider Newtown my homeland. I'm currently working in web design and marketing, after finishing my BA in linguistics a couple of years ago. I love reading, travel and languages, learning absolutely anything, blueberry shortcake, great debates, really hot showers, Sierra Nevada IPA, design, meditation, and dancing to pretty much everything. I'm easygoing, and looking for flatmates who are also easygoing. Hoping to make some new friends, as well as find a new home :) I'm flexible with rent, moving in dates and how long I can stay. Really just want to find a house with cool people who I enjoy living with, and after that the rest is all negotiable. I do smoke, but would see it as motivation to quit if it's a deal breaker...
Hey I'm Alex, (Bloke on the right) I'm from the UK, over here on a sponsored Visa for at least the next three and a half years. Ideally looking for a place within 10-15 minute walk of a station on the T2 line. I'm looking for a December move date. A bit about me, I work at a creative agency in the CBD, I'm really into my music, films as well as my sport. I like to keep busy and keep fit but don't mind the odd beer or takeaway on the weekend. Your average human being really. Non smoker but don't mind it. Just looking for a nice, clean, professional house with like minded people. Cheers
Hi! I'm 19 years old social and active girl. I'm known to be clean and Tidy. I'm easy going, relaxed, I love go out with some friends the weekend, or exploring Sydney!
Hi, my name is Jess. I'm looking for a room in Sydney - preferably near the water or a train station. I require parking. A built in wardrobe would be ideal. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I'd like to pay a maximum of $260 per week - including most utilities (wifi, water, gas and electricity). Preferably, I'd like to live with 2-3 people. I do not have a preference regarding gender, but would like to live with others in the 27-35 year old age bracket. A bit about me: I'm 27 years old. I am a student studying a Master of Clinical Psychology at UTS and work part time as psychologist in Sutherland. In my spare time, I like to run, keep fit, catch up with friends, and enjoy a good glass of red. I've lived in share accommodation for about 3 years now, so I'm well accustomed to living with others. I currently live in Cronulla but would like to live closer to uni. I also have many friends in this area. If I sound like a good fit, send me an email and I'd be happy to check out your place if it meets my needs. Cheers, Jess

Hi I'm Remi, I'm currently living in Wollongong but spend 7 days a week in Sydney, I am looking to move out after the Christmas period. I am very private, but I also love a good chat and like to socialise. I'm also very respective and like to live in a clean and humble environment. I normally make an instant rapport with people that I meet, I am a full time student studying Entertainment Management as I own a small recording and events bussiness located in the Illawarra and I also work part-time at Sydney Aquarium. When Im not working or at uni I will be studying, making music and working on my business. So I wont be home very much out of the day so no one will get sick of me :) I always enjoy a great laugh and love live music, I also love animals of all types I currently have a 7 year old English staffy who is absolutely lovely and kind I would like to find a place where he can live with me but I am able to try to have family take him to there home if this is too difficult.
Hey! My name's Krystal, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Sydney soon! I've been out of home since 18 and this won't be my first share-house in my life. I'm good with the sharing of responsibilities, tidy and reliable. I'm currently studying Entertainment Management and hoping to weasel my way into the event management/music/media scene. I'm a low key nerd (I used to study Archaeology), massive makeup fanatic and spend a bit too much than I wanna admit on clothes. I'm after the kind of friendly environment where you know and get along with the people you live with. I'm down for meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a great night but also love nights in in front of the TV and just generally lounging around and being lazy. I love cooking so anyone that's up for helping with some DIY experimental meals that could be potentially disastrous, hit me up!
We are a really relaxed friendly couple. We like a little socialising on the weekends cooking watching movies doing sports. We'll both be working hard so we wount be around too much in the week. We like to have a good friendship with the people we live with so its nice to able to all sit down to eat together time to time. We're looking for somewhere for around 2-3 months
Hi, I'm Teresa. I'm from Indonesia, 32 years old, studying Accounting and doing part time work. People say I am quiet. I've been eyeing properties in Bondi to rent, and I am looking for flatmates to join me. Got to be honest with you, it's going to be quite modest. My plan is to get 4 people sharing one studio apartment, like they usually do in the city. If you can not stand sleeping in a shared room with other people, we might not get along well. Please consider this before we move together. Seeking long term flatmates. One to two years. If you need to go before the designated time, please find your replacement prior to leaving. Plan to move in as soon as possible, 21 December. It seems like we will need to buy bunk beds since properties in Bondi usually do not provide them. Furnished properties usually only include a single or double bed. This is why I am looking for an unfurnished studio unit. (In order to move there with 3 more flatmates and get bunkbeds to accommodate all of us). Often times laundry facility is present in the building, so we will not have to buy washing machine and dryer. As for other stuff, if you want you can bring your own wardrobes, tables etc. We can discuss about this. This way we will pay around $100 + bills per week per person. Bills might cost us $20 per week per person. Depends on how we use them. Bunkbeds and mattresses will cost approximately $200 per person, but we only buy them once and we can sell it when we don't want them anymore. One-off payment of bond $400 per person, which is refundable upon the completion of contract. Look forward to hearing from you. Contact me if interested. Cheers, Teresa
I am a 37 year old female moving to Sydney from the UK. I will be working full time as a dementia consultant, based in Greenwich. I enjoy going to the gym, photography, watching films and drinking coffee. I'm a good house mate because I am responsible and reliably with paying the rent and bills. I will be respectful of your property, your need for space and privacy. I'm also easy going and feel comfortable with sharing a bottle of wine (or 2) over a home cooked meal.

Hi! We are looking for a 2 month flatshare whilst we explore and work in the city. Amy is a paralegal and Richard is a designer and we are both from England. We are both friendly, relaxed and sociable people who love the outdoors and exploring new places. In the evenings we like to chill and chat or go out for some drinks - we are not full time partiers and whilst we do like a good night out, a party house would not suit us. To live with we are considerate, clean people and would like to live with flat mates of a similar sharing ethic. Amy loves to cook and will happily whip up dinner for everyone :). Any questions, let us know! Amy and Rick :)
