Heya! I'm Sunny, an International Student from the Philippines studying at the Australian National University. I'm currently lodged at a student housing complex, but I'm looking for somewhere to stay in my last semester starting from this December. I'm a highly flexible ambivert. So depending on your preference, I can either gab with you until sunrise about any and all topics, or not disturb you at all for weeks and weeks. I'm very stringent with maintaining the neatness of my personal space, but I'm low-maintenance with everything else and never complain about anything. I also hate being an inconvenience, so you can trust me to do everything I can to help with household chores and make the atmosphere of the place more comfortable for everyone involved. If you end up considering me for your place, thanks in advance!
Hi! We are Jeanette and Pontus a couple from Sweden, 23y/o, looking for a place to stay from August to mid/end of November. We are coming down to Canberra because Pontus will be studying at the University in Bruce for a couple of months while I will be working as a professional chef. We are both calm, tidy and social, non smokers.
Jens and I are 23 and 22 years old, both from Germany and both studying Physics. Jens has graduated already and is going to start his PhD in Astrophysics at ANU. Therefore he will be living in Canberra for at least a few years. I am doing my Masters in Physics and I will come to Canberra to write my Masters thesis in a research group at ANU for about six months. We both like sports and the outdoors a lot and love to go mountainbiking, hiking, skiing, swimming, surfing,... Both of us have lived in shared flats before and like to consider ourselves as pretty uncomplicated as well as clean and tidy. Of course we are always up for a chat or sharing a meal with our flatmates :)
Hey I'm kirsty, I currently work at the ANU, I am very easy going, friendly and easy to talk to. Im from England and I am here on a years working visa as of march this year this started! I am clean and tidy and love my perfume, DVD nights in and yummy food. I work full time Monday- Friday and rarely in on the weekend
Hey my name is Monique. I'm an international student moving to Canberra at the end of July to study at UC for a year. Looking for a furnished room (or not) somewhere close by. I've shared apartments before so I know how it goes. And no, my dog isn't coming with me sadly. Would love to share a place with someone who has dogs.
Hey so I'm Josie and am currently living in Macgregor. I am currently part time at plush in Fyshwick and will start study again at UC in August. I am very clean and tidy, I respect others, I don't party but I normally will have one friend at a time coming and going from hanging out. I would prefer someone who is clean as I don't need to clean up after other as I normally did when living at home. I love Netflix, play Xbox, draw and enjoy camping even tho I haven't gone in a bit.
My name is Shekh, pronounced like milkshake, only without the oil money or an Etihad firstclass cabin full of falcons. Perhaps one day a Jetstar supersaver bundle of pigeons. I'm a 27 year old ex-Canadian part-time shift-working junior doctor. My sleep and work schedule are erratic but I've lived with some more clockwork oranges and it's been a nonissue. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or fall in love, but regularly rock out to music that glamorizes these things (...all music?). I don't know what else to say to convince you I'm not a delinquent while simultaneously repelling delinquents. I'm just trying to save on overhead and split some bills with another human being without having to marry them, in a spot with heating/cooling, a washer/dryer, quality internet, enough space for my sit-to-stand desk, mutual respect, and firm shower pressure.

I'm a working professional in optics and work isn't my life but take passion in everything I do. Looking for short to mid term stay in a furnished room and if people and a place are right for each other then let's meet. Contact me here if I sound like Ur cup of tea. Hi, My name is Gabby. I am going to be moving to back to Canberra very soon from Melbourne I have just got a job and will move up in August-September. I am a complete whovian and so have lots of Who related stuff. I am a big geek and love being so. Interested in many things arts, politics, culture and love to talk. I have a pretty good friendship group in Canberra and am looking forward to moving back. I am quiet and considerate having lived in a few long term sharehouses. I do have furniture but I don't have to bring it with me as I am renting out my apartment here in Melbourne. I hope what I have written has piqued your interest in meeting me. Cheers, Gabby :)
Hi, I'm moving from Sydney to Canberra in 1st week of August, and I am looking for a furnished room in a share house of maximum 3-4 people. I just finished my masters and soon would start internship (3 days a week) at an IT company in Sydney CBD. So I would spend 3 days a week in Sydney and rest 4 days in Canberra. I would work part-time at Jamison coles (I would do night shifts between 7pm-1am). I'm extremely neat and tidy, and I like to keep house neat and clean all the time. I used to stay at UC Village with 4 other people, I understand meaning of sharing the apartment/house :) I would take online lecture during the day (around 1 hour), so I would like it quiet. I'm not party animal at all, but would like to catch up on drinks occasionally. In my spare time I love to workout and explore new places around the city. Plz text me if you think you got a place for me. Cheers :)
G'day there. Easy going Aussie guy with an awesome half sized kelpie (2 yr old) billy. He grew up and lived me in a pub that I was running recently so awesome around homes and people. I'm a rugby nut, Australias first openly gay 1st grade premiership coach . Moving from perth over to ACT to be back close to family and friends and to give the Canberra lifestyle a go. Will be working in hospitality and involved in rugby so won't be around much! Usually up most mornings to take Billy for a run and try to get out and about at some other time during the day so he (and I) get plenty of exercise. Love going for a few beers/dinner or just chilling at home over a bottle of red (don't mind cooking the odd meal for my roomies if we are all home and keen to catch up every now and then as well).
Hi, I am a international student who will be studying B.com at University of Canberra. I love to make new friends but I also respect their privacy. I would prefer to stay very close to the university since it's my first time here. I am from India and I pretty much adjust to anyone, except smokers.I don't smoke neither do I drink. I don't have any problem with you drinking if that's the case.
Hey, my name is Rachel and I'm wanting team up with 1 or 2 other people to find an apartment, preferably in Bruce or the Belconnen area. I can bring basically all the furniture except for bedroom furniture. I'm from Newcastle, but moved at the beginning of this year to study Law at Canberra university. I work as a waitress in the city and play league tag on the weekend. I'm clean and tidy, I've lived in a share house before so I know how to be respectful to others in the house. I'm also very friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with. I'm looking for a house where we all get along and enjoy spending time together having a chat, watching TV, or having the occasional dinner together, but I also like to have my own time and space and would give my housemates the same. My boyfriend will occasionally be over and so I'm fine with guests and am looking for someone who wouldn't mind either. Also, I don't know a lot of people, so I would like an easy going, friendly household, preferably a girl in her 20s who is fun, outgoing, and who would even like to do things like going out together, going on adventures, to the gym or out to lunch. If this sounds good, send me a message and maybe we could have coffee to see if we get along :)
I am 25 and work full time at the legislative assembly. I'm easy going and generally enjoy keeping to myself but enjoy a casual chat in the evening. I spend most weekends either out watching sport, playing myself (I play Aussie Rules and Ice Hockey) or just simply catching up with mates.
CIT environment graduate looking for long-term accommodation. I like to keep my place clean and tidy, and I get along with just about anyone. I enjoy art, photography, gaming and the outdoors.
Are you looking for a housemate that is clean, considerate, and easy going? Then look no further! I am an early 30's professional, returning to Australia, having spent the last 3 years in London. I am a mature and clean housemate, who enjoys the occasional glass of wine, movie nights in, and a good book. I have a passion for travel and exploring new cultures. I have seen vast parts of Europe, Asia, and the middle east. Highlights include hiking the fjords of Norway, catching the northern lights in sub zero temperatures, and hiking Petra under the stars. I love to hear travel stories, and am always scheming my next adventure.
