Hi Brian and I have just moved to Melbourne and a looking for a 1 or 2 bed house/ flat. Preferably on the inner North side but we both have bikes so we're flexible. We're both working full time, very clean and respectful and will do everything we can to look after your property.
Hiya! I'm on the lookout for a long term room for rent in the inner northern suburbs, anywhere around Fitzroy, Carlton, Abbotsford, Collingwood etc. Just wondering if anyone has anything available at the moment? I'm looking to move between now and early Feb, my price range is anything between $600-$800 pcm (including or excluding bills). Now just the usual little bit about me; I'm super easy going, clean and tidy, easy to get along with and like to hang out. I also really enjoy just a good laugh! I'm not fussy and just want a fun place to live. I have a steady job and this year I'll be studying Biomedicine at Latrobe University. I know I'm a young chicken, although you wouldn't pick it at all. I have experience in share houses, I'm very respectable and low key. Definitely not your usual early 20's party person. I can provide references, payslips, etc. Shoot through a message if you have any questions or think you may have a room. Look forward to hearing from you! Many thanks! Lola
Hey Mary Am Neha, 24 . I'm from India. But this not my first time coming to Australia. I came to Australia as a holiday trip in May 2017. And that's when I fell in love with Melbourne and decided to do my masters in Melbourne. Am very easy going girl who loves music and gym. And I love cooking and am very good at cooking Indian dishes and love to hear compliments about it 😛 I don't mind sharing the household work. Am a very neat and organised person. I believe in a saying "there can be no real beauty without neatness and order" I like dinners and movies on weekends than very late night parties. I love to interact with you when ever you want to and I also respect your privacy.
Hi, I‘m Marius 24 and from mid February I‘ll be staying in Melbourne until end of June or July, depending on my vacation plans 🙂 I will be continuing my communication design studies at Swinburne. I‘m down to earth, like being in the nature and exploring, love a good book and, I would say, I‘m a good cook too. Since I have moved out from home, two years ago, I‘ve been living in shared flats, so I know what‘s to be expected and how to respect others. I‘m german but speak english quite fluent, always trying to improve it. I‘m an open minded person with lots of interests, I like a good chat and to hang around and explore the city, but I also really enjoy my own time to relax and recharge my batteries. I‘m tidy but really don‘t mind the occasional mess, my room can get there somtimes haha. I like plants, design and making myself at home wherever I go.
Hey, I'm a few days old in Melbourne planning to study a Masters in Fashion at RMIT, and i'm looking for a wonderful place i could call home. I am 23 years old and originally from Kenya. I am fun, respectable, down to earth and clean so you wouldn't have to worry about me tidying up. I am also trustworthy, calm and open. I am looking for a place i could stay for approximately 6 months, preferably furnished and en suite. I am looking for housemates that i cannot only stay with but those i could call family. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Another point: i'm a geminian (just telling you i'm a friendly person lol) ;) Cheers -Em
Hello! New in the city, new in Australia. My name is Pello, I´m moving there from Spain. I´m architect and graphic designer. Preferably I want a room for March. But if the location is good for my office, i can stay longer. Easy going, open minded, love making new friends and meeting people from all the world, traveling and learning something new every day. I also like going out, sport, cultural events, music... I like my home tidy and clean and I´m very respectful with other flatmates. I would like to share flat with someone similar, friendly and respectful.
I'm a quiet laid-back guy who works nights in retail in Brunswick, so I'd like to live nearby, I don't drink or smoke (I don't mind if you do though) and like to spend my time relaxing back with a good book or spending time with friends and family. I make sure to always clean up after myself and don't shy away from helping out with cleaning. In saying that I do keep to myself a lot and I work nights so you might hardly see me throughout the week.
I'm Dutch and Irish and speak fluent English, Dutch, and good French. I grew up in Brussels and did my bachelors in Amsterdam. Going to Melbourne on a working holiday visa to work at Deloitte Consultancy for (at least) 4 months and am looking to travel for a bit in the months afterwards. I like cooking, going out, festivals, concerts, or just having a chill day in. I am an active person and consider myself to be a good housemate as I always tidy/clean after myself. Would rather live with 3 or more people (doesn't matter if they're students or working) as I like the company. Don't mind smokers, don't mind non-smokers either. I am used to living with international students but would love to get to know Australians as well. Do not hesitate to contact me for more questions!
I'm a really easy-going person from England who has just moved to Melbourne to start working. I'm looking for a place to stay for the next 4-6 months. I love meeting new people and always keen for a social event. I like to keep things tidy around the house and respect peoples privacy. I have a keen interest in sport and always happy to try new things.
Hey Everyone! I'm Silan, from Turkey and I landed here about 1 year ago. My visa allows me multiple entries to Australia until 15 March 2018 but I'm going to extend it anyway.More details about me: 28 years old, an engineer, working part-time, studying project management at UIT. My leisure time activities are; traveling around the city while I can, shopping, doing exercise such as swimming, hanging out with my friends etc. I'm super easy going and open minded. For me, being tidy and clean is extremely important for our communal life. I like to live with enjoyable and energetic people like me. After I do cook some of the traditional Turkish foods, like to share it with my home mates to see their reactions. We could enjoy putting on a record, cooking together, sharing a bottle of wine over good conversations after a busy day. That's all for now but if you have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, I'd be glad to answer. Cheers!
I'm a very quiet and clean person. I like to keep my place extremely clean so if you live with me you don't need to worry about that ;) I'm from China and I've lived (Not just traveling!) in 5 different cities across China, Hong Kong, UK, Canada and of course Australia so far. I'm currently studying at University of Melbourne and I'm generally super quiet. I prefer my place to be new (Cuz it would be quite freezing to shower in winter in old house from my previous experience :/ ) I don't accept sharing rooms sorry :/ I don't mind if it's a bit far from my campus or the city as long as it's within reasonable distance from tram/bus stop. Please feel free to let me know if you have any further query :)
Hey there, The name is Shrav and finishing up with my studies at LaTrobe University. I consider myself as an orderly, social and tidy person who cleans up well after. I enjoy having a drink or two with a good conversation and going out on the weekends. Also, know a bit of strumming the guitar to entertain myself and others too, if they looking forward to some trouble :) I am currently doing my travel at South Asia and India, and the ideal time for me to move in would be on 10th of February as my uni would commence shortly. So feel free to shoot a message if you feel I would be a good fit to your lovely house. Looking forward to some cool new housemates. Cheers :)
Hi lovely people! I'm looking for somewhere fun to stay for an indeterminate amount of time. For the right place, that may be a long time, hopefully with the option of subletting the room when I run off to europe or wherever else. Otherwise, short term works well. I care more about who lives there then how old or big the place is, that said a backyard would be nice. Looking for a good balance of chilling and having fun. About me: I'm a very active and outdoorsy person, I cycle, climb, play tennis and a bit of soccer and other activity I can join. I also like time indoors, with board games, a doco or movie, books or practising spanish. I've lived in share houses before and know how to be clean, tidy and respectful, and can be handy when it comes to fixing things or gardening. It would be nice if the house is a friendly one where there are (ideally meat free) shared meals and other social time and where the occasional visitor or couchsurfer is welcome Ideal housemates would be active and happy people who like to socialise, have a few drinks, that join and suggest activities, and who are responsible enough to clean up any mess they make.
Hey there, I am looking find a bunch of super groovy Flatmates to live with around the Macleod/Rosanna area. I work full time as a phlebotomist at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service so living near a train station would be preferred. I am tidy and respectful of other people’s space, but always up for a laugh :) I LOVE animals and hope to one day become a Veterinary Nurse, Ps: cute kitten not included :’(
I work at HoLey MoLey so if my housemates ever wanted to experience neon-lit mini golf, I can make it happen. I studied film/tv & theatre (can be prone to singing in the shower). My spirit animal is either a giraffe or an otter, apparently. I tend to laugh at my incredibly bad puns. If you enjoy a beverage and chat, Netflix and snacks then shoot me a message.
I'm a working professional who is looking to share a home with like minded and fun people to start off 2018. I am clean, responsible and mindful of other people's space. In my free time I visit the gym, play tennis and ride motorcycles. Also, like socialising on the weekends with friends over a drink or a road trip somewhere.
Helloooooo!! I'm a uni student studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so I've got enough money for rent and bills etc. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. Will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! I also potentially want to start doing homebrew beer, but we'll see how that goes. Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Flexible moving date, but no sooner than Feb 20th as I need to give my current housemate enough time to find someone to takeover my room.
We are friendly, easy to get along with, adaptable to peoples needs (privacy, personal space, sensitivities etc). We tend to carry on with our own agenda but still keep the space lively. :) We create and are into; poetry, music, art, film.. basically anything creative! We are moving Melbourne from Perth in April 2018. :D
