Very laid-back Brit just finished living and working in Queenstown, NZ. Looking to make Melbourne my new home for a while. Easy going and clean guy to live with, who likes to keep myself busy with sports and spontaneous trips. Also enjoys casual drinks and the occasional night out but also staying in cooking, drinking wine and binge watching films.
Hey! I'm Charlotte. I am from Germany and on a WHV in Australia. I'm looking for a fully furnished place to share with friendly, chilled people. Preferably I would like to move in mid of October. So a bit about me. I am a friendly, considerate, open-minded and clean person. In my spare time I love cooking, so I would love to cook with my housemates or just hang out now and again. Also, I love travelling and enjoy meeting people from other countries. On weekends I enjoy hanging out with friends. On week nights I like considering going for a run, going to the gym or practicing some yoga. Lately, I've started to learn surfing, which I am very keen to improve. I also enjoy a good balance of quiet time/privacy too. If you think I might be a good fit for your place, contact me! :-) Would stretch budget a bit for right place. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
A little about me... I'm a friendly and respectful 31 year old American from Southern California (not a trump supporter, so fear not). I’ve recently returned to Melbourne after going back home for a couple months so looking for a transitional place while I find the right permanent home. At home I was a freelance photographer/event producer and taught ESL so would love to be around fellow creative people. I am currently looking for work in hospo and photography, or really anywhere I can, but have enough savings to last me for the next several months just in case I don’t find something right away. I always pay my bills on time and happy to do my fair share of the housekeeping. I’m a fairly quite person, but keen to hang out and have a beer or meal, or give space when needed.
My name is Esther and I’m a 26 year-old PhD student, currently studying at Durham University in the UK. I’m visiting Melbourne University for 3 months as part of my PhD (beginning of October – end of December) and am looking for somewhere to rent. I will be at the Parkville campus, so am looking for a place within walking distance of this area. I’m chilled-out, but tidy and someone who does their chores! I’m a person that likes to be outside and exploring the city. I love being active, listening to live music, reading and love a good chat! I’m looking to make friends while I’m in Melbourne, so looking for a house/flat with other people :)
I'm a 24 year old admitted lawyer who is currently working at the Fair Work Commission (please don't hold either of those things against me!). I'm looking for a place with one or two friendly people who I can hang out with but who also have their own things going on. I'm very friendly and usually up for a chat most nights. I enjoy being social and having people around, although on weeknights I prefer to keep it a bit more chill. I have recently received a beautiful vegetarian cookbook which I'm super keen to try out (although still very partial to a good steak). I love animals so am more than happy to live with any pets. I would prefer to live with flat mates who are similarly working full time. If all of this sounds good feel free to shoot me a message, I'd love to be a part of making a share house a home!
I'm looking for a Place to call Home. I work as a support worker, caring for people with a disibility & encouraging them to engage in meaningful activities. During my down time I enjoy, Tunisian Crochet, art, soul collage and Yoga/ meditation. Weekends include catching up with friends and family, coffee, movies, dinner, & shows. I Have lived in a few different share houses and really value honest constructive communication, sharing the cleaning, and paying utilities & rent on time. I'm always up for a chat over a cuppa, however I also recognise that there are times when people need uninterrupted chill out time. I'm happy to organise my own food, as there are a few things I'm not able to eat. I do enjoy cooking a variety of dishes including vegetarian & meat dishes. I have no pets & are more than happy to share the house with a dog. No cats (I'm allergic)
I have been living in Auckland for the past year; now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT and will be going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
We are a European couple from Austria, well-rounded, easy to get along with and live with. Since we will stay in Australia until June 2018 we are looking for a long term accommodation in the Melbourne area. We enjoy sports, cooking, arts and having a chat with flatmates and a nice bottle of wine/beer every once in a while. We care about our living space and keep the place clean and tidy. We are always open to share a common dinner and exchange travel stories over a nice meal. But we also respect your private area and time if you feel so.
Hey I'm Jessica! I'm from the UK and have just moved to Australia with my boyfriend Charlie on the working holiday visa. We are business graduates from university and looking to have some some new experiences in Australia before moving back to the UK and starting full time jobs. We are tidy people, but love going out and having fun! We also love to travel and just finished 5 months backpacking around south east Asia. If you have any questions please ask!
I am open minded and respectful. I'm an adult so I clean after myself and don't need to be told when to mop a floor or do dishes, replace general household affects etc. I am on a dsp for neuropathy which means I can lose my balance as signals don't always reach my legs. Because of dsp my rent is paid automatically every fortnight. I keep to myself but am a friendly person too. I love dogs but don't have 1, it's ok if there is 1 in the house. I'm musical too having played a guitar for ever and having a small music site on the internet. I also like cooking and barbecues. 420 friendly
I am a sport loving, fun, approachable person. I am clean and do enjoy cooking, preparing and entertaining. If you want a no fuss, easy to get along with housemate, I'm your guy! :)
I'm a full time Health Sciences student at La Trobe University Bundoora, I am an International Student originally from India, I do not mind pets except cats because I am allergic to them. ABOUT ME: Easy going, relaxed and chill, tidy, an ambivert, I will respect your privacy and expect the same. I'm looking for a room in a shared house, or would like to team up with a budget of $120pw (including bills). Haaave ya met Jed? I'm looking for a house or flatshare and some cool people to go along with it! I currently live in Brunswick, which I think is a great area, but I'm open to looking at a lot of locations. Ideally I'm looking for people of a similar age or older, that enjoy occasionally hanging out after work with a bev or even sharing the odd meal. I'm flexible on contract durations, but nothing too short-term; I live in Melbourne permanently. Me: Easy going guy that laughs at pretty much everything and fancies himself a bit of a (wannabe), comedian. I work full-time in the city during the week and can usually be found in Brunswick, Fitzroy or the city in the evenings/weekend. I play the guitar, like to the socialise, train at the gym and watch a lot of movies. Get in touch if you're interested in buddying up or have a room going! Danke, Jed

HELLO! Anna here! I've recently returned to Melbourne from overseas and am, once again, looking for a place to call HOME. A bit about me- I'm 22, and am about to start work in mental health research in the CBD. In my spare time I like juggling, dancing, grooving, going to gigs, having a glass of red and trying to make things grow. I'm super laid back, clean and always down for a laugh. Looking for a room in a house with positive vibes, available to move in ASAP. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! We are 2 canadian nurses looking for a private room in a flat or a house in Melbourne. After a bit of research, we'd like to look into the Collinwood-Fitzroy-Brunswick neighborhoods (but also open to exploring). We have a vehicule but would rather park it somewhere and use public transports. We are both 28, will be working as nurses, are tidy and non-smoker. Our hobbies include cooking, cycling, kitesurfing, snowboarding, hiking, camping... Budget: around 150$/week, negotiable depending on utilities (wifi, water...) References: we lived with a housemate for 3 lovely months in Sunshine Coast, and we stayed on 2 different farms (in Byron Bay and in Renmark). We can provide you with references. Dates: From early October until early December. Let me know if you've got something in that range :) - Annick and Guillaume
33yr old Professional. ( Horologist, I'll be working for a French Luxury Company) Moving to Melbourne in late October for a new job and starting all over again. I'm pretty neat and tidy, Great sense of humor ,value mine and others privacy, love to cook, social but like to do my own thing from time to time, got to the gym a few times a week, home is my place to unwind and relax after work so don't mind a social drink every now and then, would be great to have housemates that could become friends and show me all the great local spots. Ideally i'd like to be a half an hour from the CBD via tram, train or bus. I love Melbourne but not too familiar with suburbs i may have overlooked so let me know! I Love the outdoors so any excuse to get away for a spot of fishing and I'm all in! Recently got my firearms license so do a bit of sport shooting too Love animals so if you have a social dog or cat i don't mind at all :) Just got myself a new car so undercover or off street parking would be great!
British guy (via Auckland) new to Melbourne. Looking for a social house. I'm keen on sports so will either be out training, out eating, at home eating or drinking tea. Decent housemate in my humble opinion, clean, tidy and quiet when needed. Financially sound (accountant by trade - but not too boring!)
Been travelling and moving around for six years. Lived with all sorts of different people around the world. I am easy to get along with, respectful of living space and tidy. Certified chef, love live music, yoga and good food. Will be working full time.
