Hey guys, I am Conny, a medicine student from Vienna, Austria. I am looking for a place to stay in September and October as I am doing an internship in Melbourne at this time. I travel a lot, like to meet new people, go out for some drinks or just sit together playing games or drinking a glas of wine. Further, I am a sports-addict, love to read and sing and try to experience as much as possible. As I am already living in a shared flat in Austria, I am used to pay respect and respect one's privacy. I am really tidy person (I am aware everyone says that - but I promise it's true ;)), open and friendly and would be sooo happy if some of you would like to have me with them during my time in Melbourne :)
Hi there! I'm an artist from New Jersey, USA relocating to Australia! Looking to make new friends and enjoy my year abroad as much as possible. I love theater, music, film, books, art, good food and good beer/ wine/ whiskey :) As a roommate, I like a clean space and I do like some personal private time but I'm also very social and would love to live with people who are open to hanging out and having a few beers when we are free. I'm very easy going and only ask that my roommates respect the space we live in. Excited to meet ya!
IDEAL MOVE IN DATE: MID JUNE OR MID JULY (flexible) IDEAL LEASE UNTIL: Mid September 25 y/o from the UK making the most of a year in Australia! Not a typical partying backpacker, I have a stable job in a boarding school in Hawthorn and have settled into life here in Melbourne after arriving in Jan. I'm friendly, sociable and chilled out and will always pay rent on time and have years of house sharing experience :) My current lease is ending mid June so I plan to move around then but I can also be flexible until the middle of July. I stay at work overnight 2-3 times a week so I'm there a lot Monday-Thursday. I have Friday-Sunday off but work occasional weekends. As I spend a lot of time living at work, I’m looking to pay less than 250 a week including bills. I only need a 2-3 month sublet so I don’t want to join a lease if possible. I might be a good candidate for someone: who's going travelling for 2-4 months and wants to sublet their room/who has a spare room and wants a bit of extra income/a working holiday house. In mid September I'll be leaving Melbourne to travel more of this beautiful country! I am looking forward to getting to know friendly flatmates who are up for doing things together occasionally :) I love travelling and seeing new places in Australia so some weekends I'll be away- please join me if you're also up for exploring! I'm also a bit of a history nerd at times, into planning future travels and enjoy horse riding when I can. I'm often out in the city on a Friday night but I'm not noisy at night and don't come home particularly late. At the weekends I like brunching with friends, having some down time after a crazy week and attempting to exercise more! I have my own furniture if the room is unfurnished and also a bicycle which I would need to store outside somewhere. I won't need to use the kitchen in the week that much as I mainly eat at work (yay for less bills!) and wont need the bathroom in the mornings as I start work in the afternoon. If you have pets, I'd be happy to help look after them. Don't mind living with males or females. Low maintenance and chilled. Will clean and keep the place tidy. :) I've lived in house shares over the past 7 years. Ideally, I'd like to live with at least 2 others who I can chat with as well as just living together. Send me a message if you're looking for a new short-term housemate!
I'm a friendly guy looking for somewhere to call home. Love to cook. I keep pretty tidy. I work in and study community services.
It’s been 2 years I have been living sharing flat and house. I would love to share a flat with someone who maintains cleanliness. And is friendly and easy to cope up with.
Hi there! I am a 26 year old full time working adult looking for a place to move into for the next 6 months! I love animals and have a dog in my Singapore home. I am also intending to get a dog here so it would be required that the place I move into next is pet friendly! :) During weekends, I love to catch up with my friends over either a cup of coffee or some booze! To recharge, I do yoga or go jogging. Travelling also keeps me alive. Last but not least, I am respectful, loves to keep the space clean, and has quite a bubbly personality!
I’m 27 years old, male, work full time in Admin/Conveyancing for a CBD Law firm, but my true passion is music. I perform regularly around town, often touring and recording. I also DJ most weekends in bars and clubs so I’m out quite a bit. Other interests comedy (esp. British), world history and international politics. I’m quite independent and busy chasing my dreams, burning the midnight oil most nights.. but also very friendly, outgoing and approachable. I love a clean, tidy household that's nice to come home to, and I’m ultra-reliable on all fronts. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi :-) My name is Sonam, I am currently living and working fulltime in Melbourne. I would ideally like to move closer to City and I hope I can find someone on this site who is willing to share an apartment with me as 1 Bedroom apartments near/in City are super expensive. I am pretty easy going, respectful and considerate. Look forward to chatting to you soon.
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
Salute, my name is Martina. I'm originally from Germany but have been living in Melbourne for the last 10 years ( and loving it ). I work around the city running my own business which supports informal carers of cancer patients. I'm very social and hardly home! Love coffee, great conversations, connections and meeting new people. No party animal and very respectful of personal space.

Hi i'm Alex, I'm your typical easy going guy from New Zealand, I have been living in Prahran with two great gals for about two years. Unfortunately they are moving in with their partners an my company is relocating to Richmond, so perfect timing to make a move. So what makes me great to live with well... From a flatmate perspective I have been flatting since i was 18 so I think I have a pretty good grasp on flat etiquette and being a good flatmate. Naturally I'm quite a social person and i dont take myself too seriously so I'm always up for yarn , watch a movie together or go on flat adventures to the pub/park. It would be great to have flatmates that all get along and can hang out at times. Being a mommas boy I was raised well and domesticated so I cook, clean and am generally pretty handy around the house. Professionally, I have a full time marketing job that as a perk gets you free cheese! everyone loves cheese... well except for vegans... One of my passions is travelling, so throughout the year ill be away on holidays and maybe even with the flatmates! I also do Muay Thai kickboxing which keeps me active. Anyway drop me a line if you think i might be a good fit. Alex
I’m a creative! I’m working as a stylist, I love my job and working on art ( currently working on children’s books) as well as attending art events in our lovely city! I’m very friendly and I can keep to myself. I like hanging out and watching movies and have a chat after work. I love to cook, I’m a vegan (Not going to hate you if your not) and I can make pretty much any dish vegan💪🏻🌿 I’m tidy and I like to keep things clean, it just makes life easier I think 💕 I’m looking for a place that is keeping with the happy vibes and is cozy for Melbourne winter nights. I’m pretty open, friendly and I do like respect and good communication :) I’m not a party animal, I much prefer to enjoy a cup of tea and rugging up on the couch sketching and sharing a movie I’ve been in student accomodation and share houses before so I am an experienced and considerate house mate 💪🏻🌿 I have a 14 year old grandma doggo she’s Maltese terrior cross poodle even though she acts more like a cat and looks like a teddy bear, she is very chill and goes with me everywhere. I have a certificate to say that she can stay with me to show any landlord if needed. Some time in the future I will be receiving a golden retriever service puppy to train as a little helper. Not 420 friendly.
Hi, My name is Pooja. I will be joining Monash Clayton this July. Would love to have a place to stay which is conducive to my studies and also be fun. I'm a fun loving person and respect privacy.
Hi! I'm a happy, outgoing 23 y/o Danish girl, looking for a place in Melbourne to call home from July to November, as I'm going to be an exchange student at UniMelb, Parkville! So preferably close to either uni or cdb (or both!) As a current housemate w. 60 American students, I love being sociable, having movie nights, brunching (apparently, that's a verb now), having a cup of coffee, going out for a couple of beer, throwing a great barbie, or just hanging out - you name it, I'm down. That said, I'm also a big fan of personal time and respect that everyone need their privacy (myself included). Aside from that, I'm tidy and clean, I'm quite, I loooove animals (all kinds!), and I think it's really hard to describe myself. But I'm GREAT! I Promise! Really! As a bonus, I can cook and teach you naughty words in a language that only a few million people in the world would understand - preferably not at the same time, but hey, I'm flexible!
I am a student, I'm moving for study. I'm from Adelaide where I've lived in a bunch of lovely places - I'm not a share house novice! Non-smoker, tidy. I love buying flowers even though I can't afford them. I can cook.
I'm Alaa, I'm 31 years old working as a full-time software developer in the city. I'm looking to move in on the 1st of July with people who are fun, respectful, friendly and also tidy + clean as I'm pretty much tidy and clean myself. During the week, I like having chats over wine/dinner, or just find something good to watch or read if I'm trying to relax after a long day at work. On the weekends, I’m usually doing outdoor activities or hanging out with friends. I’m an artsy person who enjoys most forms of art, whether it be live music, art galleries, dancing classes or good movies. I’d love to find a place I can call home and make friendships with the people I love with, rather than just co-exist.
