I'm moving to the Sunshine Coast for a new job. I like to start and end my day being active. That usually means cycling, running or swimming. I'll have to include surfing once I learn how. I also enjoy cooking and eating real food. This is usually accompanied by a glass of wine or a craft beer. I don't watch TV unless it's the news or a sporting event but I do enjoy watching a great movie or some quality on-demand documentaries or drama. Reading has also been a life-long pleasure so I'll always have a good book on the go. At the moment it's "The Brothers Karamazov". I'm clean and respectful and always up for good conversation. I've lived and travelled overseas for lengthy periods of time so I'm very tolerant and easy to get along with. I love dogs and most animals but don't have any pets myself but I'm ok if you do. If you think I might be a suitable housemate then please get in touch.
Hi :) Im relocating to the Sunshine Coast, I will have a permanent full-time job and am a tidy, friendly, chilled out, reliable person. I would ideally love a place close to the beach and don't have an issue with pets. I am doing some travelling between leaving home and relocating so if you have a place becoming available around March 2017 let me know and we can catch up for a beer or a chat closer! Thanks, Hannah
Hi, I'm Karen and I'm currently looking for a place on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. Between Caloundra and Maroochydore would be great, and I'd be more than keen to team up for a new place with the right person. I'm 37, non-smoker, never married, no kids, originally from Brisbane, work full time & study part time. I do have a super friendly 18mo puppy, so it's quite important for me that whoever I live with is genuinely fond of dogs, especially big dogs. I enjoy a clean house, and I'm a respectful & considerate housemate. Im pretty relaxed, don't drink much, but love to cook and be social over the occasional meal. I spend a lot of time either at the beach or gym or just reading a book, so clearly not much of a party animal :) I'm hoping to move anytime after exams, so from 17 December onwards.
I am easy going and always up for some fun. I like to go out, be active and would enjoy to hang with my flatmates aswell but I also like some quite time on my own. It is not the first flatshare I would live in so I know how to respect others privacy and clean up after myself :-).
We are a uncomplicated couple with a 9 month old Staffy that are looking for a new stay. We love the nature and the beach and being outside. Would be nice to hear from you, if you have an offer at the Sunshine Coast for us. Kind regards. Dave and Sara
I'm down to earth, respectful and clean. I enjoy doing my own thing and also like to socialise. Healthy lifestyle. Enjoy playing guitar, skating, beach. I have a 2 year old dog who's a kelpie cross boardie collie who is very cute and well behaved.
Hi there, two girls from germany are looking for an accomodation! :) In February, we will start our second semester at the University of the Sunshine Coast and therefore we are keen to find some awesome flatmates. We are open-minded, love to meet new people and like to be out and about. If there is any nice and clean aparment with two available rooms, we would be happy to hear from you. Cheers, Johanna & Conny
- I'm quiet - I clean up after myself - I'm easy going I'm living in Maryborough at the moment working part time but I'm looking to move to start my study. I plan to get employment as fast as possible. I am an exercise fanatic so I'm not home much and that's pretty much it.
Hi, I'm an easy-going, tidy, clean English 18 year old that is looking for a room. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, going to the gym, yoga or running. I enjoy socialising and a few, occasional drinks, however.
Hi, My lease is running out on the 11th of Dec and I would like to find a new home :) I'm very friendly, easy going, clean and tidy! Studying business at USC. I'm hoping to find people to live with that are likewise. Room has to be furnished. Please contact me if you have a lovely home to offer :) Kind regards Mariela
Hi, I am looking for another person to share the rent of a place in Buddina/Minyama/Parreara/Warana areas. I have a 3.5 year old awesome Daughter who is with me week on, week off. She loves to dress like a princess, dance, swim and have baths so we'll be looking for a place with a bath. She is quiet, cute (I'm biased), a good sleeper and likes to watch DVDs so she is a pleasure to live with. I mostly like to keep to myself but am friendly and happy to have the odd chat. I like to read, write, paddle board and live close to the water. I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom place within the catchment area for buddina primary school as I'd like my daughter to go there in January 2018. We may find a pet friendly place. My daughter loves animals. I'm looking for a female, someone responsible, clean, with good rental history so they can apply to sublet our room through the real estate, or if we meet before I find the place we can both go on the lease for 6m to a year. It would be great to find a place with a pool but that might be difficult in this sought-after area. I am viewing my first 3 bedder today (Dec 6th) so do get in touch if you're keen. Cheers Kat
I'm a 28 year old teacher, who loves spending time outdoors, photography and going to the beach. I'm pretty relax and like socialising with people over a few drinks but also like to keep fit as I teach PE. Also like to do new things, meet new people and love travelling.
Move in date is very flexible (any time mid January to mid March). If you have a cat I'm keen as a bean. Maximum budget $160 inclusive of bills. Preferably at least one female at the property and have a bed in the room already. Minimum 4-6 months (until semester finishes) but likely longer. I'm 21, studying and working at USC (so Sippy Downs location would be perfect). Clean and tidy etc etc. Don't mind a few beverages now and then but not a party animal. Hit me up if you've got a place I can call home for a few months :)
My partner Elly and I are looking for a place to live where my dog would be welcome and with space for a small boat. Elly works FIFO as a fauna spotter so is away a lot of the time. I work in environmental restoration aorubd the Sunshine coast. We're a friendly, quiet couple who love the outdoors.
Quiet and considerate, exceptionally clean, tidy and house proud. I have a large elderly dog so looking for a pet friendly home that is fully fenced. I enjoy photography, arts and crafts, beach, keeping healthy and fit.
Hi lovely people, come mid Jan I'm relocating from Brisbane to the lovely Sunshine Coast for some much needed beach and nature! I'm actively looking for a property on my own but I'm also interested in meeting & teaming up with some awesome humans to start a share house. I have a lot of the essentials already - fridge, couches, washing machine, plus kitchen appliances & goods etc. A little about myself - I work full time as a disability support worker, it's shift work so I'm out of the house quite a bit. I enjoy keeping active and love getting outdoors. At home I love a good chat, wine and a laugh but respect people's space as well. Ideally i'd like to live with people who are also working full time, laid back, clean, tidy, social and HAPPY! I'd love to find house mates that aren't just sharing a space but rather become great friends! If this interests you or you'd like to chat/ learn more please don't hesitate to get in contact. Happy hunting, Love and light, Kym :)
I have just moved from Adelaide and am looking to find a welcoming, clean and easy-going share house while I study a post-grad degree and work part-time in hospitality. I love the outdoors, cooking and a relaxed, healthy lifestyle!
We are a tidy and outgoing couple from Sweden who are looking for a place to stay while working in Queensland. On our spare time we like to go to the beach for a swim or exploring the city. We like to get to know our roommate and are looking forward to sharing many laughs!
Hi I'm Ben, 32 years old from Brisbane and returning to study at University of Sunshine Coast, so looking for a room and hoping to move up to the coast around Christmas (flexible with move date). I am a mature, easy going, quiet but friendly and sociable guy who is past my party days (although will never say no to a quiet beer or two) and just looking for somewhere reasonably quiet and relaxed to chill out, with easy going and friendly housemates. I am an independent stable long term tenant (my last two share houses were two and five year stays) and always pay my rent on time and am respectful of everyone and more than willing to do my share to look after the place. I love to cook, love to travel, love the beach and looking to get into an active lifestyle again now I'll have more free time. If you have any questions or think I'd suit your place don't hesitate to get in touch.
I am probably the nicest person you'll meet. Very out going. always pick up after myself and always pay rent and bills on time, no matter what. I'm 18 but its not all parties. Am a very quiet person. I simply like to get out when I'm not working. Really just looking for someone to rent out a place with, preferably in Maroochydore, as I can't afford it on my own.
We are a couple looking to rent a room of our own. The most easiest going and friendliest people you'll ever meet! Quiet and give a lot of space, however we enjoy being social & always guaranteed a laugh! Clean & tidy. We both love being outdoors & love adventures. Milan likes to skate & dance for fun, i love to hula hoop and into crafty fun!
Hey everyone! My partner Darcy and I have been living together for 5 years. Darcy is a land surveyor and I am working at a local primary school. We are pretty private people and do enjoy our own space, but are very keen on making new friends! We are passionate about travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. We are both clean and respectful people. A couple of things: - We are currently on a waiting list to own a German Shepherd puppy in late Jan/early Feb so it is more than likely we will be a trio. I'm sure it goes without saying that we would be looking for animal (dog) lovers! - We are originally from Tassie (we only moved to Sunny Coast 1 year ago) so would need people who are open to sharing the place a few times a year with family & friends! We would be happy to do the same. - We are preferably looking for a couple but are more than happy to consider an individual. Please get in touch if you would be interested :)

I'm a laid back uni student also juggling a part time job. I love animals! I'm tidy and also like my privacy as much as I like being social. I have a bf and I stay at his a few nights a week - would like him to be able to stay at mine too. I'm very open minded and tolerant, don't mind noise or partying, or children. Would like a 6 month agreement and if my partner and I haven't found a place of our own, I would extend to complete the year. I'm 22 and working at tarocash, I am in need of an unfurnished room as soon as possible around central sunny coast. I'm an easy to get along with character and believe myself to be rather mature. I'm not a big drinker and a non smoker. If you have a room spare send me a message
Hey, I'm Matt. I am looking for a place on the Sunny Coast that is walking distance to the beach and also Ideally close to public transport and a supermarket. A 6 month lease or more would be great. I will be working full-time. I am very easy going, friendly and trustworthy. I'm not much for partying anymore, just the occasional beer after work and weekends. I'm not someone who will be having people over all the time, being loud and annoying you. I tend to just do my own thing and know to respect each others space. I like too cook and am reasonably tidy but not a clean freak. Someone trustworthy and similar to this would be great. I pretty much only have a my bedroom furniture, and some kitchen basics, so would be looking for someone who has the main stuff like fridge, washing machine, loungroom furniture, etc. Any questions/ideas, feel free to message me, thanks.

Hey everybody, my name is Andreas and I´m 23 years old. I´m German/Bavarian and live in Munich. This is also the place where I´m studying Engineering and Management. Relating to my studies I have the pleasure to absolve a semester abroad at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Therefore, I am looking for a room in a shared flat, preferably in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore or Alexandra Headland. The best case would be a house next to the beach which some flat mates approximately at my age :) My future flat mates can look forward to a pretty relaxed, neat , considerate and non-dramatic Bavarian guy, who is always up for adventures and new impressions. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers Andy.

Hey! I'm a really positive, active and social girl from Sweden. I'm a very easy going person that love to travel, hike, exercise, hang out with friends and surf (but Im not really good at it.. yet!) I'm looking for a place walking distance to the ocean, with a few chill rooimies where I could have my own room. That's pretty much it. Very tidy, respectful, non-smoker and pet free (love all kinds of animals though). Looking forward hearing from yooooooou!
Moving from the Gold Coast and looking for somewhere to briefly stay until my partner joins me early next year. Work in hospitality but not into partying. Very clean and quiet but love a good chat and a casual beer.
Hi! I'm really nice (or so I've been told), I'm clean and not much of partier. I'm a full time uni student that loves all things ancient history, animals and nature. I'm generally up for an adventure and have no issues living with either sex. I've travelled all around Australia and I love to read and bake. I like to watch movies and take long strolls on the beach haha jk though not really but this sounds so much like a dating profile :D Oh and my preferred length of stay can be over 6 months I was just forced to choose a stay time. Also the jan move in date is just there because it had to be as well haha I would be willing to move in before that :D -Isabella
