Looking for a place to live while studying and getting to know people in the area! I am taking Nursing at TAFE. I love to travel, I am from Canada. have previously lived in Aus. Easy going and like to have fun :) I'll be arriving mid January. .. If you've got a place, or are looking for a place and want to team up, let me know!
Hi there! My name is Andy, I'm a 35 year old medical professional looking for somewhere to call home for a couple of months from early November to January. I'm originally from the UK but moved to Australia in 2009 and have moved round quite a bit since - WA, Melbourne, Rockhampton and now Sunny Coast. I have been here since August, working full-time and renting a friends house but this is due to be rented out for the holiday season and I'd like to stay in the area for a couple of months more before heading back to Melbourne for a job starting in February. I'd describe myself as easy going, reliable and sporty. I'm over the party lifestyle but enjoy a beer and a chat from time to time. I spend a lot of time out running/cycling/surfing and generally making the most of what the coast has to offer. I've lived in many share houses in the past and always got on well with them. I have a girlfriend who lives down in Maroochydore and we spend a fair amount of time together out doing things in the area. Ideally I'd like to live with one or two other people, somewhere near the coast. A furnished room would be a bonus, as would a dog as my full time job constrains me from getting one of my own. I'm happy to pull my weight with housework, bills etc. If you think I might be a good fit, drop me a message if you want to find out more/arrange a meet up. I look forward to hearing from you. Andy
Hi! I am relocating from Brisbane in early November. I'm looking for work close to my new full time employer, their office is in Maroochydore. I like to keep to myself most weekdays, training at the gym and doing chores, prepping/cooking meals etc. On weekends I plan to be spending every spare minute at the beach/outdoors, socialising/making new friends, spending time with family, relaxing with a few drinks. I would prefer to live with someone who wouldn't mind sharing their space with any of my visiting family/friends every once in a while, as I would be more than happy to do the same. I consider myself to be very (VERY!) clean and organised, respectful and tidy.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for accomodation again as my housemate's lease is ending and so we are parting ways and I am looking for somewhere new to live! I'm 22 and planning to move to Melbourne at the end of the new lease I am looking for. Going down to study computer science. Typically I am reserved and just do my own thing, that's easy for me to do though i can chat and enjoy company if that's what's happening. I am used to both types of living so I can alternate to whatever is most comfortable. I am second in charge at work, and I like to work as much as I can so that's my priority. **********prior listing********** Hi all, my name is jack and I'm looking for a share accommodation again. My landlord has decided to sell and in agreement to help with the action, I am moving out by the 25th of April. She has written me a rental reference which I'll have posted below. I also have my tenents ledger available from when renting my own house. I work in Maroochydore so as close as I can get to there. I live in Buderim at the moment. I start work often at 5am, and get called-in in the evening a lot. So when I am at home I am usually there just to rest and be exhausted :p I love to work so I work as much as possible. Since my last listing here Ive finished studying. And yeah :) really just want a place to sleep and eat between work. I like talking about work and study, and I love all things technical. Though ive also studied social science and psych for a little so while and love those things too. Also I love not to talk it's nice just doing my own thing. Cant link here, tenents ledger and rental reference available, just ask. ***last year's below*** I got a lovely place guys, good luck to yous all!! :) Hi flatmates, my name is Jack and I'm 21 years old. I study Chemistry and Environmental Science part-time at USC and I work part-time in fresh produce at Coles Maroochydore. I'm looking for something in the area that allows me to readily get between work and university. I like quiet and peaceful atmospheres. I am a considerate outside cigarette smoker. I lived in a sharehouse in Mooloolaba in '13-'14 with two other people, if you like I can give you their contact # for a reference. I also rented out my own apartment in Buderim and have my tenants ledger available if you are interested, my previous real estate agent Rachael is happy to take calls to answer any questions. I'm currently living at home here in Bli Bli and am looking to move out, as I enjoy being independent. Generally I keep everything clean as if I hadn't been there at all, this gives me peace of mind so I don't have to worry about mess. As a person I am easy going and pretty dorky in the best way :P
Really laid back and easy to live with pommy....moving back to sunny coast for the good living it provides :) Likes...the beach, lunch, peanut butter, Arvo beers, dogs Dislikes....not much but I guess negativity Working full time as a landscaper up and down the coast

Hi, I'm Courtney. I work in a hotel full time and looking on moving out of my sisters and stand on my own 2 feet again! I'm a funny, reliable person with good clean habits. I work most nights but I like to adventure during the day and read. I also like photography.
Hi, I'm a 28 year old clean professional who is looking for share accomodation. I have my own bed and I also have a cat, he is very friendly and well behaved. I work full time, and would prefer to find somewhere that has parking as I have a car. I'm fairly quiet during the week but I'm quite a social person, I definitely enjoy a few cheeky wines on the weekend! 😊
My partner and I (male 25, female 26) along with another friendly couple (male 23, female 22) are seeking a place to make home by one of the beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches for the summer. Due to the location of work ideally we are looking anywhere starting from Alex Heads along the coast down to the Caloundra area (Moffat, Dicky, Kings beach etc.) We are happy with either an apartment or a house & we hoping to spend $400 per week though we are flexible and open to negotiation for the right place. A deck or balcony would be an excellent added bonus as we love to spend most of our time outdoors. If we aren't at home making delicious vego food you will find us near a body of water having a paddle, swim or taking a stroll in the mountains! We don't have any pets, though we are pet friendly people. We are looking for a six month stay at this stage but that is subject to change and once again, we are flexible and happy to negotiate. We can provide excellent references and proof of income along with providing bond\rent up front if required.
I'm 22 years old and I work full time 5:30am - 3pm sometimes later & I pretty much come home and go to sleep. I don't party at all and I go away most weekends to visit my parents. I am trustworthy, clean, neat and tidy, I pay my bills on time and like to keep to myself. I do however have a chihuahua and 2 guinea pigs which makes it harder for me to find a place, my chi is 9 years old so she's not crazy.. she does however bark at times when she hears things and she also lives inside (sorry but she is little :( and housetrained!!!!) I have an outside and an inside cage for my guinea pigs.. when it's cold and raining and at night time I usually keep them inside, they are all very well looked after and don't smell as I clean their cage weekly. I am looking for a safe, secure, happy place for me and my fur babies - I won't get in your hair I promise ! Thank you.
I am a single male who works full time, plus other work as well. Very rarely at home other than to sleep and eat. Looking for my own space to be able to come back to. Preferred closer to Caloundra end of coast, but pretty cruisey. Not at home a lot and very quiet and clean.
I am an easy going, clean xD and open minded person. I like to laught, see new things and meet nice and friendly people from whom I can learn something about you and your home, and maybe learn something about myself, too. I am really looking forward to meet you ^~~^! PS: I am from, and currently in Germany. I'll take part in the USC Study Abroad programme in February 2018, and be present in Australia on 10th February earliest. Best, Gina :D
I will happily spend most my time at the beach, I work outdoors as a school camp instructor :) I am clean and love to cook (vegetarian). I have the most amazing boxer named Colby who I share with an ex so we take it in turns with her.
I'm very relaxed, easy going but not messy ! I do enjoy smoking however I'm not a big partier but I would love a house where we could hangout with a couple drinks! A social house where I could meet new people would be ideal! I work 2 jobs both in hospitality, so some earlyish mornings and lateish nights but I'm very respectful and quiet when coming and going. I do come as a package with my incredibly lazy greyhound, Bevan, there's not too much to Bevan other than he loves to spend most his day sleeping! He's a very friendly dog who loves company.
Elite athlete. Studying at USC. quiet and low key. Not home a lot due to uni and sport commitments. Neat and tidy and clean up after myself. Not a party person but enjoy having people over every now and again. Wheelchair user so no stairs! (Single steps are fine) Also boyfriend stays with me a few nights a week after late night trainings so looking for a place that is partner friendly!
