My names Shem, I'm local living in Caloundra in share accommodation at the moment. Looking at making the move before Christmas into share accommodation still on the Sunny Sunshine Coast, preferred some with Sunlight and close the beach :). I work in professional services 'Insurance Broker'. Full Time. I'm a happy, clean, chilled out guy, happy to go with the flow and help out around the house where required also very considerate of others and will work with my flatmates and lend an considerate ear if needed :) I get along with anyone so if you are in a 'party' house this does not worry me. I'm actually in a wheelchair but please don't think it holds me back in anyway. (Might need to have a look at the bathroom to see if it's ok, Lift access or ground floor residence is ideal). I enjoy a quiet few drinks at the end of each day, but also looking to make some friends with the people I live with :). Your consideration is greatly appreciated, Kindest Regards, Shem
I'm 23 and planning to continue my studies at USC 2018. Currently working as a disability support worker for INTERACT Australia. Cruisy guy that likes to stay tidy and easy to get along with. I do some photography work on the side and whenever the surf is good that's where I'll be. Like to stay social when I can and maintain fitness.
Hi, my name is James. I am an outdoorsy relaxed flight attendant who's looking for somewhere to rent: I tend to be away 2-3 nights a week but when home I'm either having a quiet drink, exercising or chillin out. If I sound like your perfect housemate than send me a message :)
Hello, I am in search of either my own space (negotiable on rent and longer terms) or someone to share a house in surrounding areas of Sunshine, Sunrise, Noosa. Preferably without stairs, and maybe a fenced in yard, but quiet and away from traffic. Finances are depending on what is available and your budget also. If you have a place, space or are looking for only one other like minded person, please contact me. If you have an aggressive dog though mine isnt as rambunctious in Her maturing years and I would be concerned for her fragility, but smaller dogs, cats or other, she would be able to handle well. I can communicate with anyone. Non smoker and stay away from smoke and out of the party scene. I do enjoy the occasional finer things in life when life allows, but very down to earth. I take care of myself and my surroundings and I am welcoming to all, but I like my quiet time :) My personal and rental history are great and never have been late. I give respect and deserve the same. I appreciate my surroundings and consider my home my "sanctuary". Wherever that may be. We can be happy wherever we choose. I come from having a private practice and now working on a program for better agility for those after surgery or all of us as we are aging. Moving on from where I have been the past 4 years would be ideal at this point, as financially I would like to invest more into my personal work to help others, my well being and take care of my little 7kilo one. I am a very psoitive person with an extremely positive outlook on life. I prefer to be around like minded individuals that want to be happy and healthy and try to see the best in every situation. It can be a challenge sometimes, but life is what we create it :) I am use to living with only my 7 kilo dog that is as sweet as sugar and only barks if she hears a noise or if she feels the need tongive warning. I have shared before and have no problem doing so. I am respectful and tidy and keep to myself, but happy to lend a hand if needed or a shoulder. I am happy to consider longer term provided the right situation. What I need: I have many office books and items that I need acess to for research and I have a couch and chaise lounge, a few kitchen items and a new clothes dryer. I do need a large closet for clothes and personal items or even a spare room for all items. If I share a home with someone I am a light sleeper and not a party animal and would like some common ground as far as early risers or night owls in regards to respect. I know how to tip toe as I grew up with hardwood floors at Christmas time :) My hours vary, but reading and writing really do not make much noise. :) If you have a home, flat, garage or extra rooms available, please let me know as I am open to discuss all options. I hope to hear from you soon Thanks so much!
Hi future roomies! I'm looking for a room to rent in a sharehouse for a few months (November-February ideally but can be a little flexible depending on exact dates). I work full time and am pretty chill to leave with- tidy, love to socialise and have a drink but have also occasionally been known to hibernate in my bedroom binge watching Netflix all day. I love animals, enjoy exercise and going to the gym, and can provide baked goods and dank memes. Looking for housemates who I can also be friends with :) Swing me a message if you think we'd get along!

I like to keep things clean, organized and have always been one to pay bills on time. Non-smoker, animal friendly, very casual drinker. Keen to make friends but can respect people’s privacy - I love the occasional movie and wine. Thanks x
I like to paint, I also do a bit of stand up in my spare time. Currently I work at The Sunshine Coast University Hospital as patient support assistant. I'm looking for a place that I could paint and sculpt perhaps a garage or some kind of creative space. I'm pretty quite but love to getting out and about. Would live to get involved on the coast a bit more. Amerce my self in that scene.
Hi guys, I am Chris and looking for a place for myself and two dogs Onslow(Labrador) and Pud(Collie X) I am fairly active and exercise my dogs daily (sometimes twice). They love the beach and definitely friendly and non barking dogs. I am a non smoker, pretty domesticated so I can cook, clean and look after myself and wont say no to a good pub meal or sunday session. I respect people’s property and privacy and easy going. Hi everyone, I'm looking for accomodation again as my housemate's lease is ending and so we are parting ways and I am looking for somewhere new to live! I'm 22 and planning to move to Melbourne at the end of the new lease I am looking for. Going down to study computer science. I have character references and tenants ledger available on request! Typically I am reserved and just do my own thing, that's easy for me to do though i can chat and enjoy company if that's what's happening. I am used to both types of living so I can alternate to whatever is most comfortable. I am second in charge at work, and I like to work as much as I can so that's my priority. I work 30-40 hour weeks and more if I can. **********prior listing********** Hi all, my name is jack and I'm looking for a share accommodation again. My landlord has decided to sell and in agreement to help with the action, I am moving out by the 25th of April. She has written me a rental reference which I'll have posted below. I also have my tenents ledger available from when renting my own house. I work in Maroochydore so as close as I can get to there. I live in Buderim at the moment. I start work often at 5am, and get called-in in the evening a lot. So when I am at home I am usually there just to rest and be exhausted :p I love to work so I work as much as possible. Since my last listing here Ive finished studying. And yeah :) really just want a place to sleep and eat between work. I like talking about work and study, and I love all things technical. Though ive also studied social science and psych for a little so while and love those things too. Also I love not to talk it's nice just doing my own thing. Cant link here, tenents ledger and rental reference available, just ask. ***last year's below*** I got a lovely place guys, good luck to yous all!! :) Hi flatmates, my name is Jack and I'm 21 years old. I study Chemistry and Environmental Science part-time at USC and I work part-time in fresh produce at Coles Maroochydore. I'm looking for something in the area that allows me to readily get between work and university. I like quiet and peaceful atmospheres. I am a considerate outside cigarette smoker. I lived in a sharehouse in Mooloolaba in '13-'14 with two other people, if you like I can give you their contact # for a reference. I also rented out my own apartment in Buderim and have my tenants ledger available if you are interested, my previous real estate agent Rachael is happy to take calls to answer any questions. I'm currently living at home here in Bli Bli and am looking to move out, as I enjoy being independent. Generally I keep everything clean as if I hadn't been there at all, this gives me peace of mind so I don't have to worry about mess. As a person I am easy going and pretty dorky in the best way :P
I'm a 25 year old very passionate chef, with a Golden Retriever Puppy named Cookie. He's very friendly, full of love and he's gonna make your life happier! We're looking for a place to start fresh, as we have been living on the Gold Coast for a while now and we feel that's time for a change! I'm very easy going, happy and smiling most of the times.. I like socialising a bit,but I do value my privacy as well. let us know if you think that we could get along well ;) Ps: Cookie is very good with other pets and kids, so we don't mind if you have your own pets, kids or both ;)

Hey, I just moved back from living overseas for the past year as a nanny and looking for a place to live. I'm super chilled, love to stay active and healthy. I like the occasional drink but my partying days are long gone!!
Really easy to get along with. Just moved over from Perth. Nessie my westie is house trained, adorable, loving and doesn’t shed fur. We are looking for a nice home preferably with an enclosed back yard. I have been running my own business in Perth and have come to The Noosa area as it’s always felt like home. I grew up being close to water and outdoors, so keep active. I’m VERY house proud, have my own business and just want somewhere where I feel comfortable for both myself and Nessie. I can provide great references if needed.

Urgent! I am looking for a FURNISHED room for short term lease in Noosa, walking distance to beach and shops. I can move in already on Tuesday 24 October! I am a full-time (graduate) student from Finland moving from Canberra after working for the Finnish Embassy and I will start writing my thesis in Australia before going back to Finland at the end of this year. My schedule is flexible. Any short term availabilities are taken in to consideration. I am super dity, love going for a run and to gym, I prefer cooking and a glass of wine every once in a while 😊 I am a sociable person, I fancy late night evenings with sunset and early calls.
We have travelled the world for over 25 years since leaving Tasmania and have lived in Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Thailand and London and loved all of them. In 2013 we gave our possessions to charity and began to travel constantly, doing a bit of remote consultancy online but mostly being semi-retired. We now divide our time between Greece, Spain, UK, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia. Our London flat is rented out to MPs as we live near the Houses of Parliament. We want to now spend the European winter on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for simple accommodation that we can have largely to ourselves: a granny flat under a house, or down the yard or in the shed, something with just 1 bedroom, a simple kitchen and bathroom and preferably a verandah or patio to sit on. We're equally happy in a country pub or a hip city wine bar and like most types of music. Our time is mostly spent on dining and live music while travelling. In big cities we like theatre and galleries. We are self-contained as a couple and don't need need to have other people around us but we also enjoy a chat over a drink.
