I am a hairdresser moving from central Queensland. I travel a lot for work and live generally a fairly busy work and social lifestyle. I'm very clean and tidy. I love a hot breakfast, so you will generally see me whipping up eggs on toast most mornings. I'm a lover of good food, company and conversations over a coffee or wine.
Hi my name is Mali. I work full time and currently live in New Farm. I am extremely tidy and very respectful. I enjoy my weekends but mostly like to relax at home. I am fun and outgoing but also enjoy my own time too. I also love cooking and I'm pretty good at baking. Look forward to hearing from you!
I am 23 and from India, would be studying at the University of Queensland from April 2017. I will be mostly at the uni doing my work and you can have the room to yourself most of the day. At other times I am fun to be with..! Witty and wise crack jokes are going to be a regular thing. I like to be tidy and keep things clean. I am pretty social and adaptable. I generally prefer to keep to my own but once I get along with someone I may talk a lot. My friends would describe me as cheerful and happy go lucky , so if you have any worries , you can share them with me and I can lighten your mood. I am looking for someone who is clean tidy and friendly. I would like to have a private room (preferably with ensuite) for my permanent stay. P.S: I am currently also looking for a temporary place to stay for my initial 1-2months in Brisbane. So if you have a room or would be interested in looking apartments together just drop a message.
I am a friendly and fun person who is very easy to get along with. I am very respectful, tidy and reliable. I understand personal space but would also love to be able to be friends with my roommate. I love music and play piano and guitar. I also love drama.
Hey! I'm Josh, im looking at moving out on the 28-30th of april! or sooner depending on current lease situation, looking towards more south of Brisbane area, due to gym commitments and family/friends! I'm a very active guy, love my sport and touch footy, enjoy events such as tough mudder etc, work as a account manager for a digital media company during the week and love to spend my time hiking/adventuring, love making new friends and making people laugh (especially with my dad jokes and bad puns) and enjoy a good night socialising!
Hey! We are a couple of laid back full-time musicians. We spend a lot of our time at the family farm in the scenic rim where Alistar has a studio. We are clean, respectful and looking for a few lovely people to move in with! We also own a little border collie named Pearl! She is very, very sweet, obedient and house-trained.
Full time professional looking for an easy going respectful household with great mature-minded housemate/s near CBD I am very active, love fitness & outdoors, easy going & up for a good chat. I'm also pretty easy to live with as I take care of my environment, not a party person & prefer a quiet/relaxed home vibe. I'm very independent, also like being friends with whoever I share roof with as it makes life a lot easier. If it sounds like a good fit send me a msg and we'll go from there.
Hi, I am Lauren. I love the outdoors, exploring new places, coffee, cooking, painting and I practice a number of sports such as running and surfing. I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful and open to living with all types of housemates. I am currently living in country NSW and looking to move to Brisbane permanently. I have my bachelors and Masters degrees and was previously working in Financial Risk and now looking for an analyst role in Brisbane. I am adaptable to new places as I have recently come back from traveling and volunteering solo overseas for 6 months, where I volunteered in botanic gardens in Iceland and cleaning and fixing accommodation in Norway in a historic village. I will be in Brisbane from the 28th of March and looking to move in somewhere by the 7th of April. Feel free to ask me any questions. Lauren
I'm a domestic student who recently moved up from Sydney to Brisbane to complete my Masters program at UQ. I'm pretty chill and open-minded to everything/anything. I understand and respect the privacy of those around me. I'm generally quite independent, but I don't mind relaxing and hanging out with other housemates from time to time. I like to keep my living household pretty clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I don't mind sharing common white goods around the house, as long as everyone is happy. Other than that, anything goes. Any questions feel free to message me! Cheers, Philip
Hi there! I'm currently looking for a new place or extra roommate to start a new house. I work full time in the Valley. I'm very easy going and friendly, while very respectful and tidy also! I would love to enter a atmospheric and social house, however i enjoy my own time also and respect space. I will usually socialise on the weekend when not going to the beach, playing guitar or watching TED talks. I really enjoy cooking too and would love to do this with housemates. Swing a message!
Hey everyone! I'm a 20 year old Male currently studying Secondary Education (PE/Maths) and am looking at moving out of home. I'm very easy to get along with and very respectful of peoples space. I'm a very social person so would be happy to hang out together, but also enjoy my own space so I won't always be bothering you. I love movies, I work at a cinema so I see basically everything, and love all sports and travelling (just came back from 5 weeks in Asia) . Swing me a message if you're keen to start looking at some places :)
I am a poet and yogi looking for a sharehome with creative soul-minded people. I was born and raised in Adelaide, moved to Melbourne for a career in literary publishing, then travelled half the world only to find mySelf in Australia at Chenrezig Buddhist Institute, southeast Queensland. I'm a 33-year-old male studying transpersonal psychology in his spare time and practising a hermetic/heuristic form of eclectic spirituality based on teachings from Nature, spiritual masters, literary geniuses and musical prodigies. It's all dharma if we choose to see it that way. I'm looking for a place to live where I can set up home for the longish term, with people who are on the spiritual path, somewhere between southeast Queensland and south-coast New South Wales. I guess you could say I’m a semi-confused, half-recovered former hippy-careerist: I stopped using drugs in January 2017; my head half-spontaneously sprouted dreadlocks in 2015; my Saturn Return started in 2013; I quit my job and started travelling in 2011; I’ve been a seeker of mystical truth since birth in Adelaide, 1983. I’m looking for a sharehome that would ideally be drug- and alcohol-free, but knowing the creative soul-minded community, I appreciate this is … well, idealistic. A home characterised by moderation in moderation would be ideal. I am a man of open mind, heart and spirit who loves to communicate thoughtfully and explore emotional sensitivity for its creative and transformative beauty. I work hard at being the best man I can be, and I tend to expect nothing less from the people I share my time and energy with. So I’m looking for a sharehome of progressive, compassionate, intelligent and creative people who are working on themselves to make the world a better place from within. I live a life of simple material pleasures and intricate spiritual ones ~ above all I value and pursue the evolution of Consciousness. I observe celibacy as a spiritual practice and identify as non-binary / gender-neutral. I am currently weaning myself off tobacco and caffeine, with a view to establishing a yogic vegan diet by the beginning of 2018. I currently receive unemployment benefits with a temporary exemption to give me some time to recover from depression without having to look for depressing menial work (which I have done my fair share of throughout the years). I’m doing really really well in the mental-health stakes, and I look forward to being self-employed again as a poet and healer by the beginning of 2018 while I continue studying Eastern psychology at dharma centres on the east coast. I value honesty, trust and open communication. I am allergic to passive aggression, manipulation and self-righteous indignation. I embrace the differing lifestyles of others and I expect the same in return. For example, I prefer to have the dishes done before bed, but I don't berate myself or others when this doesn't always happen. I'm one for having rosters and rules we can break for a laugh. I am a clean but not-exactly-tidy person ~ I value order-in-chaos, and cleanliness, but would prefer to share a home that is lived in rather than a house that is always impeccably clean and tidy. I love to cook and share food with home-mates. I love adventure ~ camping, trekking, cycle-touring and learning how to eat native weeds without going the way of Alexander Supertramp. I studied permaculture in 2015, discovering that I have a heartfelt affinity for soil and compost. I love to garden and salvage materials from building supplies to coffee grounds. I love talking shit and having a cackle over a cup of tea in the morning. I also love getting my meditation practice done before I emerge into the home so my moods are not hanging out everywhere. I'm far less moody these days, since I purged a lot of demons in January. ^^^I am, clearly, an essayist as well as a poet.^^^ I will probably post this on my blog later :D
I consider myself as a very friendly, responsible, organized and respectful person. I'm moving to Brisbane in May to study business communication at Ilsc school, so I'm looking for a good place to stay.

22 yo Belgian looking for a colocation of 3-4 (ideally) students or backpackers. I put 4 months stay but I'm flexible with the length. I'd be on WHV so I just want to find a nice place with laid-back people who like spending time together as friends. If my roommates want to travel with me along the way, that's also an asset :)
Returned academic expat from the states on sabbatical looking for more of a home than a hostel, something that we all contribute to. The abbreviated lovechild of a dating profile and list of what should be obvious. “I”; - read a lot though tend not to be a homebody, - will probably will never sing for or at you, but maybe with you if you’re really bad at it. - am respectful*, house trained* and clean* but not at all anal unless in the lab, theatre or wearing a white coat. - work relatively normal - long hours in an incubator space. - think great conversation is like a dance that leaves everyone involved with a smile on their face. - Need my own space and always try to be mindful* of the space of others*. - enjoy fun and interesting banter over a drink preferably with, open minded*, empathic*, humble*, fun* and passionate people. - more often giving than needy, more measured* that reactionary. - give a sh1t about the world* and think about how to make it better. - can be interested in politics, science, sociology, music, technology and everything in-between. - am a total nerd in some respects, aspiring stylish zen monkey in others. - try to lead a healthy lifestyle with good food and exercise, riding, rock climbing, hiking, jogging regularly. - am a feminist guy and proud of it, though don’t evangelise so much as demonstrate with awareness that other views exist. “You”; - are self aware enough to laugh at yourself when things occasionally go awry, even then, you never take it out on others. - noticed each * and if they represented a bar, you wouldn’t stumble over too often. - don’t believe the illuminati are really in control of the world, seriously! - can be a grownup when you need to be but haven't forgotten how to be a kid. - struggle to empathise with views of the 45th US president, even when significantly intoxicated. Hey guys, I'm easy going and down to earth also very clean and reliable. Working at Mater Hospital in Early Education Mon-Fri, also studying externally. Love to have beers, wine or go out on the weekend. Very social and friendly, I have traveled a fair amount overseas and also lived in Dubai. Looking for a cool place to live that is reasonably close to work. I own a car, so a car space or street parking would be a must. Lived in Brisbane for almost 4 years now originally from the sunny coast.
Hello! I'm Jemma and I'm looking to relocate to Brisbane. I'm looking to share with one other male individual (just to keep a good dynamic in the house). Ideally, a nice tidy 2 bedroom apartment would suit me. I would be happy to pay extra and take a main bedroom with ensuite. About me, I'm super clean and love to cook and would happily make you dinner most nights. I am super friendly and quite entertaining but I'm also very respectful of personal space. I'm definitely not a party animal but every now and then I enjoy a few drinks and a night out, or a night in with Netflix and food. Always up for coffee or food and I like to keep fit and get outdoors. I love sport, football, NBA, UFC etc, tend to find I gel with guys because we don't have to fight over what to watch. I love my own space so I would prefer someone who works full time and doesn't spend heaps of time at home. So shift workers and FIFOs are definitely encouraged! Im a lovely, bag of laughs, down to earth girl who loves to cook and watch sport. So if any of this sounds like someone you'd be happy to live with, contact me and we can meet up and hopefully find a place! Oh I'm also totally flexible on location, price, and move date! :)
Hey i'm Lee and i've just moved to Brisbane from London. I'm needing a place to live with (or without) my girlfriend at the start of April for 3-6 months - she is only staying here a month or two. I'm ideally after somewhere with a private room that's not too expensive. I always pay bills/ rent on time because I hate owing people money, i'm really easy to get along with and enjoy having a chat/ meal with flat mates. I work as a bartender so my working hours will be late most of the time. I like watching films and going out for drinks and just generally meeting new people. I like to have a laugh and live life as much as i can, i'm generally a fun person especially after a couple of beers. I'm ideally needing a furnished room as i've just moved from London and my bed wouldn't fit in my bag
Howdy Folks! I'm 21 y.o male studying economics at uq though passions definitely lie elsewhere haha (playing music, watching flicks, reading books, spinning yarns) and yeah looking for a cool place to lay my head for the next 6 months - 1 year while I finish my degree. Peace, Albert

Hey guys, I am a student from The Netherlands coming to Brisbane for an internship at the University of Queensland for 3 months. I am very relaxed, clean and friendly, always in for social activities. Looking for a furnished room.
I work full-time for an airline operating out of Brisbane Airport. I am a mild-mannered, tidy and clean person who respects flatmates' rights and privacy. I am also jovial and good to have casual conversations with.
I'm clean (but not to the point of being OCD), don't smoke or party much (but love the occasional beer), and work in software full-time on weekdays and play social sports on most week nights. I can also play a mean game of Catan, among other board games. I'm sociable around the house, but know how to respect personal space as I'm quite the introvert myself. I know how to respect the belongings of others, and ask potential housemates to do the same.
23-year-old, currently working at a psychiatric centre in Indooroopilly. I've been studying philosophy, psychology, and music for the past few years but have taken a break from university to write. I keep busy with work and research ~ but also love eating out and having a few drinks with friends throughout the week. As a flatmate I'm very empathetic to other people, I'm reliable, and always keep a clean environment. Looking to move out within the next month :)
I'm Cameron, moving to Brisbane for work in April. Ideally looking for somewhere close to the city, and flexible with length of stay. I'm clean and tidy. Ideally looking for somewhere with people of similar interests.

Hello! Emma and I are moving down to Brisbane in June from Cairns. We're both going to be studying, myself at UQ and Emma online. We won't have jobs when we first move but have enough savings for rent and will get jobs asap. We're both 19. We both love animals, reading, watching movies, chatting or just relaxing. We're both clean, tidy and quiet.
My name is Rio, 27 German with a full time job in Milton. Tidy, outgoing, funny and friendly is what my ex-flatmates say about me hahahahaha ;) I'm looking for a cool, relaxed share house in a not too busy area around Milton. I'm at least 5 days per week at work. I look always after my place and I like to sit in the backyard with beers and cigarettes. At the moment I'm overseas and not available for a inspection until the 05.04.17 Please let me know if you have a nice privat room available.
We are a group of friends living together. We want to move to another apartment together as well and have a change. We are clean and quiet girls. Also, we are looking for a place not too far from the center and with some outside place to spend the time (like a garden or balcony).
Easy-going and tidy professional working in the city. I'm a bit of a minimalist with a love of travel, will be cycling to work and keeping fairly active. I fine in my own company but always keen to share a meal and chat, I'll always have your back. I enjoy a bit of gaming or the odd netflix marathon, I'm a fan of game of thrones. I'm clean and tidy. I'm basically looking for someone similar. Cheers!

I'm moving back to Brisbane from freezing Launceston to work at the RBWH (I'm a pharmacist). I'm a pretty quiet roommate- during the week I'll be at work and on weekends I'll be brunching and out and about. I'm respectful, quiet and generally keep to myself but am always up for a chat/beer/dinner/binge netflix sesh :)
Hi! My name's Tiani and I'm a full-time student at SouthBank TAFE. I'm a very friendly and open person and am always up for a good conversation! I enjoy doing yoga, painting/drawing and watching movies if I'm not eating or studying :). I'm generally a tidy person and I respect the privacy of others, as I found that very important. That being said, I'm very bubbly and I find happiness in making others happy! If I sound suitable for your place, please send me a message, I'd love to hear from you! Thank you :)
Hi I'm Jordan, i'm very polite and easy going yet reasonably tidy.I like to joke a lot, enjoy time alone but also conversing with others. As an IT Professional by day and an avid musician. I have a 3 year old Border Collie named 'Dax' and he's extremely well behaved, gentle and not overly energetic (as Collies can sometimes be). Originally from Queensland, i enjoy gaming, motorsports, driving/cars, music, guitar, bars, movies and company. If you think we sound fitting, let me know :)
Hi there, I'm a Brisbane native but have recently returned from living overseas. I work full time as a marketing specialist for an insurance firm. During the week, I'm typically out of the house by 6am and back by 7pm. I'm pretty quiet through the week but I do step out for soccer training and Spanish classes (I'm currently butchering this beautiful language and apologie to any native speakers). On the weekends I like to head to the west end markets and also play sport (soccer again!). I'm a firm believer that weekends need a quiet wine and I do love to cook and chat. I'm a very respectful flatmate and like to keep things clean. I'd love to hear from anyone that has a room available in West End and who thinks we'd get along. Cheers Katrina
Im a tennis coach from the Sunshine Coast but moving to brisbane as I've been offered a full time job. Im a fun and outgoing type of person thats tidy and funny.
Hi I'm Ali, I'm really clean, quiet and respectful (but have a sense of humour) and like to have chocolate in the fridge. Looking to share with just one other, preferably a female in either a house or a unit with a big courtyard/outdoor area. I live near the Sunshine Coast so wanting somewhere to stay close to work. I will go home some weekends as that's where my social network is, others I may stay. I have a sweet dog (Cavalier King Charles) who is 11 months old (fully toilet trained). I've put 4 month as that's the min amount of time I'd stay but if everyone is happy, I'm happy to stay longer.
I've recently moved to Brisbane and looking to cut costs while I find work and work on relocating/building my digital marketing business & find new business networking opportunities. I'm a sociable introvert ... like to keep my space clean & tidy, mature but not uptight, I'm quite open and happy to chat, but also like time by myself; & looking for a similar housemate. If you've got crazy relatives or ex-partners I'm not your person. I don't do drama or BS & not looking for a party house. Non-smokers only pls. I have a bed & desk so just in need of a wardrobe &/or clothes rack. Good internet connection essential. Off-street parking preferred. If you have any other questions please ask.
Hello friendly people ! I'm lost and need to be found - are you my new family? I'm house trained and respond well to praise, especially if I'm fed right (otherwise, I get pretty hangry). I'm actually a social worker by trade but life has given me lemons over the last number of months and I've been trying to make it in the lemonade business ever since! I have a steady income to pay bills with and go alright as a housemate, as long as you don't mind me cleaning up the place. I have a habit of it and often de-stress over a good bottle of spray-n-wipe and some paper towel. (N.B. Happy to do all the cleaning chores in exchange for your Master Chef-inspired meals - this is not a drill). Anything else you need to know, please ask away! Serious buyers only, and please only contact me if my ad criteria matches your ad criteria. I won't live outside my stated suburbs, I just won't. Much love, Charli x
I'm Veronica, 24, from Brazil. Recently arrived in Brisbane, where I'm studying a graduate diploma in Marketing at CQU and looking for a part-time job. I'm at uni 3 times a week and at home I just like to chill, watch movies and series, bake and have a go at creative journaling. I also love taking photos and exploring around the city. I'm very easy going, organised and a bit of a neat freak. Very quiet and thoughtful too. I don't have any pets here, but I love both cats and dogs, so they're not a problem at all. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Ronnie
Hi, I'm an easy going active person but am a little bit past the party scene. I work full time although that is currently from home so I'm looking for somewhere where I have my own space. I have a beautiful RSPCA dog called Billie who is a retriever cross and I do wildlife rescue as a volunteer and rehabilitate orphaned wildlife as well which makes it a little bit hard to find a house that would be understanding of that. Anyway I'm in no rush to move, but am interested to see what is available out there.
I am moving back to Brisbane from Sydney. I am really easy going and looking to move into a house with like minded people. I love to sit around to have a chat and live in a place where there is a sense of community, not just a bunch of people who happen to live int he same building. I don't mind the occasional shared meal and glass of wine. I am currently finalising a full time Marketing job in Milton. I am clean and respect the space of others. Unfortunately when leaving Sydney I had to leave my other 5 room mates behind, but we had a great house dynamic, and I am looking for something similar. If this sounds like something your house would be interested in, please contact me. Thanks Steph :)
