I am looking for a furnished room and my budget is between AUS$ 100-180 per week. I am considerate, sociable, tidy and I respect the privacy of others. I am looking for somewhere tidy and friendly with good connections to the UWA.
I'm a mature young South African studying Hospitality in Perth. I'm a clean, neat person who appreciates space and respects others'. I enjoy being active and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm drug free and I don't have any hangups. I consider myself to be a very reasonable person and I appreciate building healthy relationships with people.
originally from perth and have spent the last 2 years living in melbourne. and now the time has come to move back to perth. i work full time at a civil engineering company. enjoy getting out and about but also keeping it quiet during the week. into sports and keeping active and fit. i own my own place in east perth which is currently rented out. so i have gone through the living out of home and owning maintaining and respecting a place so none of that is a problem. and yea looking for a place and a good house mate hopefully upon my return.
I am an easy going, clean, tidy and sociable person that works full time. Looking for people similar to myself and works the same hours. Not into a party house but do like to eat out and have a beer now and again. Very much into my fitness and live an active lifestyle, love dogs also!
I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay! I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much :) Currently I am working 12hr shifts day/night as a chemical technician so I don't have much free time until this contract is up. My budget is 120/wk and I also dont have a specific moving in date. Anytime is fine.
24 year old doctor, currently based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. I'm usually working most weekdays but also do odd shifts, including weekends and nights, which means home for me is usually a place to unwind and relax! I'm pretty sociable, neat and tidy, likes to cook, binge on Netflix and exercise occasionally. I'm a non-smoker and social drinker. Looking for someone sociable, easy to get along with, and tidy/organised to share a place with!
Two mates looking to make the move from Geraldton to Perth. We’re fun, clean, social and enjoy meeting new people. We love music and a beverage and we’re both decent cooks
Am easy going with a sense of humour and don't sweat the small stuff. Like cooking, keeping reasonably fit, current affairs, theatre, AFL and art. Love cats and dogs as used to have two of each. Enjoy volunteer work and spend half-a-day at Orange Sky Laundry. Having spent many years, prior to marriage, sharing various places am respectful of people's space, moods and the need to converse or not. Moved from Melbourne last year and have been staying with my brother and sister-in-law till I decide where to live. Now looking to rent for six to twelve months to take advantage of the good things Perth has to offer. Am self-employed as a business and executive trainer and coach in Marketing and Finance and am also writing two books being one on sales and the other on finance. Work from home and client premises.
I'm always in a cheerful mood, I'm tidy and I like keeping busy so I'm often not home a lot. I'm from the east coast of Canada, I love playing music, spending time outdoors, yoga, painting, reading, socializing and adventures of course! I do a lot of different kinds of work; I do youth support work, work in a cafe, plant trees during the summer and also play music for money! :) I have lived in all sorts of different places, with all sorts of different people: my first roommate ever was 32 doing her PhD from Belgium, while I was 18. I've lived in a hippie house, a house of 9 girls on the Atlantic ocean, in Germany with a family as an au-pair for nine months, with a boyfriend, and in a tent for 5 months hahaha. SO, needless to say I am very adaptable and flexible :) That means, if you need it to be quiet, I can do that. If you party a lot, that's also okay. I live by the "work hard, play hard" philosophy so I like my quiet time but also like to enjoy myself :) I'm looking to move to Aus in September but my exact date is flexible! I love people and want to live with people who I can also become friends with ideally, especially considering I'll be living on the other side of the world! If you choose me as your roommate, I will cook for you sometimes, share my wine, serenade you with some songs and always be happy to give you a hug when you want one :) haha. PS - I would prefer if you message me before texting as I don't want to rack up a massive phone bill! Thanks :)
Hey, looking for a room to rent close to SCGH (Floreat, Wembley, Shenton Park, Nedlands, South perth, Subiaco, Vic park, Como, St James, Karawara area and preferably master). I’m in my early 20’s and am social but like my own space too. Looking for like minded house mates that feel like friends rather than strangers and are clean too! 😋
Hey, i'm a chef but currently pursuing further studies in well of course cooking . So be expected to have pretty decent food if it's up to your palate. I love having chill days, people say i'm a super relaxed person and they have never seen me angry. Plus i'm a morning person, a day person and a night person , actually that sounds quite impossible but i guess i'm an exception like my name. i'm pretty chatty but i can be as silent as a monk if necessary too. Hope to be your future flatmate whoever you are !
I need a fairly large double room with plenty of storage space. Built-in double robes or large free standing robes, chest of drawers, and study desk. I'm happy to purchase these items if there is plenty of space for them. I have camera gear that needs to be stored inside and away from heat and damp, and I would prefer if the bedroom door has a key lock. I have a fair amount of personal possessions. It consists of cases of clothes, boxes of camera accessories and tripod, my personal paperwork, shoe bag, and some linen, plus a toolbox with screwdrivers etc, and car cleaning box (need that for my ute). Plus a bag containing my favourite books that I always wanted to read, but never had time to. I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Procurement Administrator in the resources industry and returned to Perth in February 2018. I have some temporary accommodation at the moment and secured a casual 5-week job in the northern suburbs. I'm on the hunt for a more permanent work contract. I won't be in your face flatmate and respectful of other peoples space. I want to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes, weight training, or taking photographs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes. So if you have a dog, that's fine. I lived with a cat for 5 years and sadly he died when he was 16 years old. Texas the legend lives on. I'm very clean and tidy and in fact, I enjoy cleaning and love sitting back and seeing the difference and enjoy living in a nice clean space. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm not a crazy clean freak, either. I'm quite prepared to do a few hours gardening or cleaning a week in return for cheaper rent. Or do you travel for your job, and need someone responsible and trust-worthy to look after the place. That's me! I can provide a police clearance. I am very quiet and you may not know I even there sometimes. I never play loud music instead use headphones. I want to get fit so will spend a fair amount of time resting to recover from killing myself in the gym. If I find the right place I'm a long termer...
Hi there, I'm a 32 year old professional engineer who's just moved to Perth from Melbourne and looking for a great place to live close to the city.
