I'm somewhat introverted. I more or less will keep to myself in my own room. I'm respectful, tidy, quiet and honest. I have proof I can pay as well, even pay a couple months rent in advance. I just need to find a place by Wednesday next week. Also somewhere dog friendly as I have a 5 month old pup!
Hi, My name is Violet. I'll be twenty-two years old next month. I am a full time art student in Melbourne (three days a week). I'm also on Centrelink benefits, so I'm good financially. I am pretty shy and quiet, but once I get to know you, I'll be more comfortable and talkative. I don't smoke, party or drink. I have three small dogs (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels), so this may put you off me, but they're my babies and I can't just abandon them. They are very friendly and energetic, but can also have their quiet moments too. They're very loving dogs. I will tidy up after them (I'm a very clean person), and I will make sure that they won't disrupt anyone. So, I'm looking for a permanent residence, and I'm very responsible and will pay my bills on time. I also have my own furniture (a bed etc.). I still live on my family's property in a small town two and a half hours away, and due to me being unhappy there, I am wanting to leave. My art school is in Melbourne, and so are all my friends, so it only makes sense that I move into the area. I commute into the city by train, so anywhere with a short drive to a train station is convenient. I hope you approve of me (I'll need about two weeks to get everything together), so feel free to contact, and if not, then good luck! :) Thanks Violet
Hey! I'm Cait. I'm a bit of a country gal just looking to move out of home for a bit! I'm super down to earth, love to have fun like going out, having BBQ's, games nights or yah casual drink on a Saturday night whilst watching the footy. Love my music (playing it & listening to it) and going to gigs are my fav! I'm about to finish my course & start working pretty much full time! June is a hectic month but I'm all g to move out any time after that! woohoo!
I'm a 31 year old British midwife, moved over here in 2016. I'm friendly, respectful, caring and would like to find similar housemates to live with. I'm planning to move abroad in 4-5 weeks time so just need a temporary living space. I work in Berwick so would like to live near there. I do shift work so am not always home in the evenings and weekends. I like checking out cultural things in the city in my spare time, reading, movies, crafting and chilling out with friends.
I'm currently in year 11 doing VCE, I'm a very clean person and do all my own cooking. I love all animals so any pets won't bother me, I'm pretty quiet and I respect people's privacy but I'm always happy to talk to anyone about anything! I'm out of the house most of the time either at school/work or going out. I would prefer to be in a place which includes bills in the rent just because it's simpler, but anywhere that's safe with good people is enough for me :)
My name is Janice, I am 22 years old, a smoker rarely drink, and work in a food manufacturing company. Also own my own car. I'm single, with few friends and mainly keep to myself :) Complete animal lover! Will walk your pups for free and love them unconditonally haha ! Just looking for somewhere to call home ! Thanks for your time 😊
Due to a recent cut in the hours at work, I had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham which was further complicated by my ex-housemates actions afterwards. I have been staying with a friend for the last week or so but I really need to move on from there so I am now looking for new accommodation as I now have some financial assistance. I do have stable employment, it's just that I'm getting less hours than I have previously making it harder to cover my expenses. I am looking at what I can do with this in the short-term to minimise my expenses while also continuing to looking for alternative or additional employment as well. I do have money, but I am trying to minimise my living costs as much as possible until I can secure additional or new employment. If anyone is able to assist with accommodation, it would be appreciated. I don't have much with me in the way of possessions as my stuff is all in storage so don't need space at all so I don't even need my own room - happy to share a room or similar. Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT work, please also let me know :). My preference is for somewhere in the Pakenham or Carrum Downs areas as I have some support available in both of these suburbs, but if I can find something suitable elsewhere I'm open to it. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately some investigations have shown that the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting pushing them out off my budget for the moment. I do not drive so public transport needs to at least be within practicable walking distance. I am a genuinely nice person and regularly go out of my way for others, but sadly I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back from others in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi.
I'm currently a nurse student, studying in the city three days a week and looking for part time employment. I also have a 1 year old french mastiff who is very friendly and loveable, if you're okay with pets. I'm also independent, tidy, clean, approachable and very friendly! Always up for a chat and an outing, but also like those quiet nights in!
Ideally I am looking for a granny flat ,studio or something similar. I work full time and long hours, I am non smoker, clean and tidy, friendly and likes good chat. I like a social drink, I am more then happy to help out mowing or Gardening. Recently separated looking for something that close to the pakenham area.
My Wife and I are looking for a place to rent. Up untill now we have just been renting a room in a share house, but now theres a baby on the way we are looking for our own place. (I work full time but she is currently unemployed) Granny flat or studio would be our ideal choice.
Hi the names Angus. I'm a pretty laid back kind of guy. Not a lot bothers me. I'm 6' 4" or 193cm so am able to turn smoke alarms off and change light bulbs easily. I'm currently looking for a room to rent that has a window (the cell I was given previously did not have a window and my cell mate was quite obnoxious............I'm just kidding) and preferably its own bathroom. I do have a 16 week old puppy that I would like to bring with me but if that isn't possible I do have alternative arrangements for her. I work full time in the construction industry but before that I was a nurse. Hobbies at the moment include looking at dirt bikes to buy on the internet and scrolling through videos on Facebook. I also enjoy swimming, running and tennis. Feel free to contact me to ask me any questions. Thanks.
We are very friendly, happy, neat & clean couple. We want friendly environment with flatmates. Our current lease will expire in july. So we are looking for another flat or house. We love outing, dinning, cinema, music, sports, gym and long drive. We would like to live in a house or a flat that has separate room and bathroom. We have two little kids (age 2 and 4 years). Our kids are little. Hope they will play with you. You will enjoy their company. You don't need to worry. they spend most of the time in their room. Cheers!
Hey everyone! My partner and myself are looking for a room to rent. We are quite and normally stick to our bedroom, both of us smoke but we are more than happy to take that outside. We have two beautiful young cats, who are both well behaved (90% of the time haha). They are super affectionate kitties and Im sure you'll fall in love with them! Not sure how they would go with other animals but I dont think they would have any problems adjusting. We both work full time. I am a qualified Baker working at Bakers delight in Warragul and Beau is working as a tiler. Due to my hours I am home most of the day so Im able to keep an eye on the house and keep it looking generally clean and tidy. Hope to here from you soon! Kind regards, Rozzie
Hi I'm Ross, I'm 31 and looking for a new job and new start. I am generally quiet most of the time and tend to keep to myself and like to have a drink on the odd occasion too. I like meeting new people and having fun if I'm not working, I have a certificate 3 in signage and can't wait to get back into it.. I'm committed to finding work so I'm usually up early and don't stay up too late during the week.
Im an awesome cook, im good with tools-a miss wannabe fix-it!, im a bit of a bloke in the sense that i like to do the mowing, happy to do garbage, maintenance type jobs..im fairly quiet and keep to myself but it would be nice to share a meal or watch a game once in a while. Im wanting to get back into fitness so a positive gym buddy would be great. My most important thing that governs any decision i make is my dog. He is big, very big purebred rottweiler! Super friendly, great guard dog, he is still a baby..16months..and has to be allowed inside. He is toilet trained..stays on his mat..but just love's being included. I can only live with people who will accept him as a housemate too and will respect and be kind to him. If u have no experience with dogs or are scared of them its not a situation i would consider. He loves to play ..can get a little rough but he's young and still learning..currently teaching him to close doors behind him! So its a package deal. he is all i have left ..i will not get rid of him for anything.
Hey im Ash. Im a 20 year old tradie who works mostly week days with occasional work weekends. Im organised, clean, know how too cook and easy to get along with. I go to the gym most weekdays or in my free time and i also like to sit back with a frothie and watch a footy game.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. Outside of work I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you don't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or stand ups like George Carlin or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $180pw including bills and preferably internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent is not an issue. I plan to stay 6 months, perhaps longer depending of a few family variables. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
