Hi Everyone, 49 year old professional straight guy. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in various different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son, a guy and his girlfriend etc. Usually out of the house by 6am and often not back much before 7pm. Have National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) and references. Thanks Andrew. PS - thanks to the dozens of people who have contacted me offering a room in a share houses that will be occupied by 4 people and more. Whilst I appreciate the offers and promises of order, cleanliness, and no anti-social behavior or sad sacks, for the last 6 years I've always found a place living with just one other person and prefer to pursue this option for the time being. Thanks again.
I am easy going, clean and funny...but that last one is just my opinion. I will be working full time in the new year (currently 4 day a week) and studying online. I don't have any pets but I'd love to live with a dog (or person) who needs a jogging buddy. I am happy to help with the cleaning of shared spaces and quite enjoy cooking; although I normally meal prep once a week, I am definitely open to "family" dinners on occasion. I am vegan but I don't care what you eat as long as you don't ask me to. I'm normally down for a catch up, drink or movie night, but do need my own space at times. I can contribute a fridge, washing machine and some other electronics if needed; and would prefer an unfurnished room, but I can be flexible with this. (Own bathroom would be the dream...*happy sigh*)
Full time uni student and work part time during uni days, Full time on uni holidays. non smoker, I'm easy to get along with. Neat and tidy. Quiet and friendly. Like and respect privacy. Enjoy music movies and video games. Like to chill
I'm single and I've been to afew countries so I have abit of knowledge! I enjoy some good red wine and going to a nice bar/pub and clubbing every now and then to hit the dance floor. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and 3yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I work in a childcare centre, Nanny on the side and study Early childhood education in the city. I also try to keep fit, I'm at Bootcamp 3 days a week in North Adelaide. We would love to hear from you!
During the week I'm a dedicated employee at a local independent retailer where I work as the systems administrator / IT Manager. I'm an easy going and relaxed person. I enjoy cooking, gardening, friendly company, DIY projects and the outdoors. As I've lived alone the last 2 years I come with as much furniture/appliances as you'd expect. I'm looking for a long-term stay, and interested in moving to a share house to save money and enjoy a more interesting atmosphere. Considering my current small apartment I'm keen for a bit of space. While a "23 year old guy who's used to living alone" might scare you into thinking I'd be a messy house-mate, don't worry I keep a clean and tidy house and am not allergic to housework. I also have the flexibility to work from home on occasion. I'm an eastern suburbs local and enjoy the area, with family & work close by and convenient.
I am a friendly outgoing uni student and I also work as a medical receptionist part time. I like to chat and be social but also value personal time. I spend a lot of my time either studying, working, with mates or playing playstation/watching netflix. I am clean and tidy and previous housemates have enjoyed having me around. Looking for somewhere smoker friendly and not too far away from Adelaide Uni.

Hi, I'm Hayley! I'll be studying my Master of Teaching (Primary) at UniSA starting next February while working part-time, and am looking for a room in a share house (male/female mix is fine). Originally from SA, moved to Melbourne to finish high school then flew the coop to Canada for five years and now I'm back in the beautiful city of Adelaide. I've lived overseas in share houses for the past five years, and am really easygoing, tidy and respectful. I'm willing to do my share of housework and chores and love to bake, so if you have a sweet tooth, we'll get along well. For fun I love being outdoors - running, cycling and hiking. I also enjoy travelling, yoga, reading, good wine and like being social but also like my own space. I enjoy communal dinners and meeting new people, but wouldn't want to live in a party house. I'm looking for a place starting next year so putting the feelers out early, but if you think we would live under the same space well together, please get in touch.

Hello, my partner and I are looking for a couple to team up and rent with us! We will both be studying around Magil and marden areas and will be working part time, we have lived together for three years now and have rented out our spare room twice. We are looking for a modern house that is out of our price range hense why we are looking to share housing. We are both near and tidy people who would hardly ever be home did to the work and study commitments we both have. We are respectful people but expect respect back, if you are interested in teaming up, we are looking to move around February, please don’t hesitate to contact me
Hey I'm Kieren, I'm a really friendly guy I find it easy to get along with pretty much anyone. I'm a non smoker, clean and fairly active playing casual sport regularly. I'm a little artistic, enjoying writing music and playing it along with drawing. I'm fairly social and would enjoy hanging out with my roomies but also understand privacy and personal space so won't be too overboard.
Very quiet, respectful and friendly, vegetarian, non-smoker, great veggie gardener (it's my full time job), former yoga teacher. Live a simple life....
*LOOKING FOR FEB 2018 TIME* Looking for somewhere to spend my last 6 months in Adelaide! I will have just come back from travelling around Australia from December-feb, and then need a place for my second semester. I will then be returning to the UK after spending a year here. I'm not at all a clean freak, but would like to live in a place where everyone is happy to do their own part, and not afraid to wash the dishes! I love going to the beach, going out, festivals, any music and drinking wine or beer! But more than happy to just sit at home, relax and watch Netflix! Love animals, so having pets is no problem. I don't smoke, but don't mind living with those who do. Would need to be somewhere near public transport, as I need to get to Magill campus but also like going into the city. Just a nice place to spend my last few months here, and meet new people! (Preferably all females)
I'm looking for a granny flat for myself OR half a house to share with one other person. I do have my own furniture so would need to have a bedroom and study at minimum. I'm happy to halve all bills. I'm tidy, very quiet and respectful of others space. I'm also a non-smoker and have no pets or kids. I'm not really into loud music or party houses - home is more of a sanctuary for me and I have to have my 8-10 hours of sleep or I'm ruined. About me: A fulltime Graphic Designer with my own office on Unley Road. I'm also a former Occupational Therapist. I like designy things, art, travel, reading and yoga/pilates. I'm also mainly vegetarian and happy to avoid bringing any fish or chicken home if you are sensitive :)
