Hello! I am putting the feelers out to find a new place to live; preferably in the Highgate/Mt Lawley/City areas. My existing lease is up in March so I may be a bit early on the uptake but I figure if I can find the right place I may be able to break lease a bit earlier. Rather that than be out on my ear without any options! About me; I am a professional and work in Subiaco full time. I like to keep active so generally go to the gym/run/swim from work so am out of the house usually from 7-7ish. I'm English and have been in Perth for 5 years. I am generally laid back and clean. I am pretty social and easy to get on with. Have lived in shared houses before so know the ropes and am respectful of others time/space/property. Looking to share with people who are like minded, social and aren't room hiders or property Nazi's. Mt Lawley is the usual stomping ground so if a house mate likes a beer/wine at the Queens for example, then all the better! Likes: Eating, drinking, sport, nights out, nights in, music, beer etc etc Dislikes: Drama, thrash metal, clutter, pettiness, drama. Any questions just ask :)
Hey! I'm Desiree and I will be moving to Perth this coming Feb. I'm an international postgraduate student at UWA, so will preferably be looking for accomodation near the university or close to the city. Overall, I'm clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, rather easygoing, and also have experience living in a sharehouse before. As I'll be juggling both studies and work placements, I don't foresee having much free time, but on the rare occasion that I do, I'll be more than happy to hang out!
Every household needs "that" tech guy who can quickly fix your phone or computer. Look no further, bit of a nerd but always down for a bit of fun I do enjoy my privacy so I will respect yours Plenty of life skills which I'm happy to pass on I love naps
Hi, We are Hanna and Hanna! We are two law student from Sweden, 25 and 26 years old, who are in Perth for an exchange semester. We are clean, well behaved and non smoking. We are looking for two rooms in a shared house or flat in close proximity to both University of western australia and Murdoch University (or close to good communication) where we will be studying. Since we are only staying for one semester we would prefer to rent something furnished. We are two active young women who like sailing, skiing and beeing outdoors and have a dream to pick up surfing while living in Australia. When we´re not out and about we like to enjoy good books and food. We are enrolled in the master of law program at Uppsala and Stockholm university and we have both just finnished our sixth semester out of nine. We would like to share a household with a few other likeminded people or rent our own flat. Since we are students we are looking for cheap accomadations (max. 250 AUD per person/week) but for the right location we are willing to pay a little extra. If you think that you have the right accomadation for us, do not hesitate to contact us or if you have any further questions about us, please send us a message. Looking forward to hearing from you, Hanna and Hanna.
Calm, good cookers and clean. We are a couple of part time students and part-time workers trying to find somewhere to avoid long commute on busses. Parking required giving that we own a car.
I will be moving over from London on 21st January to get away to the sun and beaches. I will be working as an accountant for EY on a 2 year visa. I'm a chilled person, looking for sociable housemates to show me Perth. Love pilates and yoga, going to the beach and travelling.
Hello I'm a very active person, I am currently prepping for a Bikini Comp in May so my days are either at the GYM or Work. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out. My weekends are usually spent prepping for the week, catching up with friends and family. I'm a very clean and tidy person and dont mind a bit of house banter. I do drive, so parking would be a MUST - I work Monday to Friday in the West Perth. If you require anything else please feel free to ask :)
I work fulltime at Bankwest as a Home Loan Lending Specialist. I have been with Bankwest for 4 years. I also study part time doing a Bachelor of Commerce double major Finance and Human Resource Management. I am a very independent person, considerate toward other people's space and commitments. I enjoy a tidy and clean house, don't drink often and don't smoke. I enjoy peace and quiet. You will often find me exercising and enjoying outdoor activities. Downtime - you will find me on the couch watching a movie with a nice cup of herbal tea.
Currently working in the city at a busy cafe. Looking for a laid back couple of people to live with and get to know. I quite enjoy socializing but also really enjoy my own privacy. I need to be close to public transport and ideally as close to the city as possible.
I am a 29 year old Irish girl who has been living in Perth for nearly 5 years now - I am a PR & have recently just applied for my citizenship. I am clean and tidy. I am happy, bubbly and easy going. I love keeping active & going for walks. I am sociable and love going for food, cinema, the odd night out on the town I am looking to live with another girl so hopefully a new friendship can come of living together
Work as a photographer, pretty easy going and love my music, would prefer to teamup with someone and select a place to live in. Definitely want my own bathroom. Currently studying photography in ECU mount lawley.
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Will need quite a large room with at the least a double BIR....I have an obscene amount of clothes! Willing to up my rent max a bit if I find a place with a good size built robe + perhaps private bathroom! Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :) I've said an April move in date....but not restricted to that! Just waiting for the right place to pop up :)
I am looking for an unfurnished room, own bathroom (ensuite or not) and off-street parking close to the city on the north side of the river. Although I love dogs (sorry no cats - allergies), I would prefer a pet-less place but this is not a deal breaker. Flatmates around my age that are a little social, but not party crazy, would be ideal. My idea of a good time varies between a dinner party and going out, but wine and cheese are always must haves. I work full time, I am easy going, I like keeping fit (although I am not the best at it) and I am a bit social.
I'm a 23 year old scientist looking for an all-female share house or unit. I'm generally quiet and relaxed but definitely enjoy a chat and the occasional glass of wine at the end of the day. My move in date is flexible.
I'm coming to Perth for a 6 week research internship, but I'm originally from Sydney. A bit more info about me- I'm a 25 year old recent linguistics/indigenous studies graduate, in sydney I juggle a couple of casual jobs but my main gig at the moment is teaching ESL at a college in the CBD a few days a week. I'm into politics (huge leftie), languages, cooking (keen for a gas stove if possible), documentaries, radio national (basically an old man). Other than that I do a bit of volunteering, I like the outdoors- mostly that means going to the beach and sitting in dog parks, but I occasionally get adventurous and go camping/hiking. In terms of running a house, I'm into everyone taking responsibility for their stuff- cleaning up after yourself, and being generally respectful of others and their needs. Ill be working full time while I'm in Perth and I don't know many people there so if you have great tips for things to do or are keen to be an enthusiastic guide that would be delightful, but I'm also capable and independent enough to find my own way if that's not your jam. If I sound like the kind of person you might like to have stay with let me know :) if you have any other questions I'm happy to answer them!
I love good food and music and like to go out on the weekend and work on projects during the week. I’m a pretty balanced person, I'm up for socialising but also sense when someone doesn't feel like talking. I'm very respectful and clean but not OCD. I'm also very open minded. I have travelled a lot and lived in the Netherlands and Montreal.
