Born in Brissy. Lived in the US and the UK and now back in the land of the OZ. I am clean and sociable. I like to go skateboarding on the weekends. I am a great person to have a beer with. I am really fun person to hang out with. I work in digital advertising in the city for over a year now.
Hi guys, Having lived in shared houses for a good number of years, I know what I'm looking for: a (fairly) tidy house where I can kick back & relax after work, hopefully with flatmates who wanna join me for a glass of wine or a gig. I like to think that I have a laidback attitude towards shared bills and friends stopping by for drinks. Likewise, I hope that you don't mind me inviting friends over for the occasional dinner, and that you are as keen on binging shows (Stranger Things anyone?) when hungover. I've lived in Melbourne for the past 1.5 years and loved it, but now it's time to get a taste of the Sydney lifestyle. Although I already know a good few people in Sydney, I'd love to get to meet new folks and see where you hang out. About myself: I love sports and great food, and try to let the one not exclude the other (aka no dieting). Sports: running (training for the Great Ocean half marathon), indoor soccer, Hit training. Other: brunch, movies, occasional museum, festivals.
I am a professional, female design engineer aged 42 and seeking a modern room with own bathroom. I am mature minded, humorous, warm hearted and respectful of others. I prefer to share with other mature-minded women, probably between 30 and 65 years old. I am a AAA rated engineer and take construction design contracts from agencies. Most of my work can be done on my own computer. I tend to rise at 7am, breakfast, make lunch sandwiches and then go to work. My workplace varies - sometimes a clients office, a library, a coffee shop or other social work space and sometimes from home. Contracts may be anywhere between a week and 2 years in length. I have confirmed work in Sydney until 8th May; thereafter my contracts may enable me to stay in Sydney or may require me to move. Its not predictable but I shall endeavor to stay in Sydney. I am flexible on location - any suburb within the region roughly bounded by the north and east coasts of Sydney, Ashfield in the west and the airport in the south. I would be very pleased to talk with you about sharing. Kind regards, Kellie
I'm a 28-year old girl from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've been living in Sydney for three years now, and I love it. I work in creative services freelancing for different companies depending on projects. I usually have a few projects going on at the same time, so I'm pretty busy because I want to write my own things as well. I'm sociable, relaxed and easy-going. I'm a normal kind of girl, I like working out and keeping fit, but I'm not a kale smoothie person. I love food, fashion, arts, music and being outdoors. If you're after a glamorous, snobbish princess roomie please keep looking, I'm not your cup of tea. I'm looking for a relaxed place to call home, preferably with more than two flatmates who like hanging out together and keeping a friendly vibe in the house. I'm tidy, respectful and like maintaining my space and things in awesome conditions, but I'm also tolerant of normal situations arising from people actually living in a house. Example, if there's a glass of wine left on the coffee table overnight, I won't make a big fuss about it. I like living in a peaceful environment with roomies open to communication and productive conversations :)
Hi all, I'm looking for a (long-term) room to rent in the Inner West! I can afford about $200 + bills. I like to keep things tidy and am always keen to pitch in with work. I'm laid back and sociable; always keen to crack a beer and chat, but also respectful of personal space. I work from home in web development. I cook (usually vegetarian, but anything goes). I like going to shows (love music) and watching campy horror movies. Thanks!
Hello Tom and I are openminded people who like company of nice people with interesting cultures that made our backpacker experiences great so far :) Food is heaven for us .I really enjoy cooking and Tom likes eating :D We like humour and not taking life too seriously ;) Hopefully we will find work and still have time to explore Sydney with some nice flatmates or just stay in our new cosy room anywhere in Sydney :)
Hiya! Millie Cripe and i are starting our search early for a shared two bed room in the Erskinville/Newtown area that we could move into at the beginning of May. She’s American, I’m Belgian, and we love cooking, art, sharing meals over wine, and going on adventures. We both work full-time, so we’re really keen to find a cosy house with awesome flatmates! If you have a house with a free room, like the idea of amazing homecooked meals, and want to make 2 new witty and cheerful friends.... then we're the roommates you need! Cheers!
I'm very clean ns tidy, I like to keep to myself Most of the time but don't mind a communal dinner in share housing. I work nights usually but am very quiet, looking for a place asap with minimal bond
Easy going, hard working, loyal, and down to earth. Moving to Sydney on a work holiday visa. I currently bartend and work as an actor in LA. For fun I travel, attend live music shows, write, paint, and play most any sport. Always down for a good time. Great sense of humor...and get along with most anyone. Looking forward to my next adventure.

Looking for a great share house with one other person. I'm sociable and like to have a glass of wine together! I'm really clean and like living in a tidy house. I work as a consultant Monday -Friday 8:30 to 5:30 so I'm generally just there in the evenings and weekends.
My name is Ben and i'm going to be moving to Sydney from Scotland on the 1st of April. I'm 19 and going to be working full time in the telecoms industry, this will be Monday-Friday 9-5 so i'll be out of the house through the week for the most part. My maximum budget is $350 p/w. I am open to places other than the suburbs I mentioned in my listing, its just the maximum is four suburbs to put down. A bit more about me: I'm a social guy and always up for a night out or just a quiet night in at home, although I totally respect peoples privacy. I like to try new things so am usually up for going out and getting out of my comfort zone. I'd love to hear back from you guys and hopefully can arrange something for my arrival. Thanks all :)
Hi my name is Peet 28. I'm an easy going person. I'm working and studying full time. After work I like to chill, watching some movies or playing games. I have a big TV and a couch, so I'm looking for a big room where I can fit everything. I'm looking for a nice place close to the station around Sydney CBD towards Parramatta CBD area. If you have a nice place for me call me or leave a message.
24 - Vietnamese. Clean, responsible, quiet and hard working cookery student. I work and study almost everyday from 10 till nighttime. Otherwise I will be only in my room watching movies or music. Not a party animal and rarely brings any friend home. I like pets but I don't own one. Rarely do any cooking at home so do not worry about dirty messes in kitchen.
I'm looking for a place for a minimum of 5 months but it will most likely be longer term. I'm looking for housemates I can become friends with and hang out together as well as respect eachothers own time. I'm pretty busy in the week as I work as an Events Manager planning conferences in the city. At the weekend I'm out with friends, going on or planning random adventures or having my friends round for some food and a laugh. Looking to share with like minded people and make some long term friends.
Hello future mates! I am a girl from the country of IKEA and ABBA (Sweden), looking for a place to stay in Sydney for a longer period of time. I am extremely social, responsible, active, driven and I´ve heard that I have some kind of humour. I am very open to getting to know new people and speak fluently english, so no matter who you are. You are missing out if you don´t become my future flatmate. If you have any questions what so ever, don´t hesitate to contact me!
Hi. I currently live in Bankstown. I'm looking for a modern, clean, safe and secure room to live, short term or long term. My budget is 150 per week. Please feel free to message me if you have a suitable room available or if you have any questions. Thanks.
I work full-time on weekdays. Prefer to spend the weekends outdoors - coastal walks, short hikes, beaches, etc. I have got varied interests including art and literature too. No pets, please!
Hi everyone, Looking for a home for my puppy and I. She is actually 3 years old, so not really a puppy but the size of a golden lab-super cute and wants nothing more then cuddles and attention. Fully house trained, lives outside when I'm at work and will have a dog walker a couple of times per week. Would be great if there is another dog in the house so she has company during the day. I'm looking for a shared house within commutable distance to the city, as I work full time in HR and recruitment for a large engineering and building company. Preferrably an unfurnished room but this negotiable. I'm a keen cook (so expect to be fed from time to time), enjoy going to the gym, socialising with friends and when the weather premits going to the beach. Keen next summer to get more into sailing and paddle boarding. Let me know if you have a possible room or have any questions. Emma
I'm Agustin from Argentina, recently got a new job located near the CBD so I'm looking for a shared flat or house, ideally with my own room. I'm a computer engineer so I will be working full time from Mondays to Fridays. I'm an easy going, relaxed person, love to meet new people. Some of my interests are music, sports, movies, animals, technology, food, traveling.
Hello, I'm Mitch, and I, like all humans, have the need (indeed the right, some would say) of basic shelter. Otherwise i'll perish from exposure to the elements or one of the other maladies that attend homelessness. So, given that need, I am willing (and gratefully in my case) able, to pay the very in-human rates that the Sydney rental market requires. And if everyone's as into human rights as they claim to be, I have to assume that your recognition of my situation has already put us in a position of great solidarity, that my mere human-ness recommends me as a perfectly eligible housemate. But some of you might like a bit more detail. Very well, I'm a 2016 arts graduate from USYD, but now a full-time labourer (as you might expect, given my choice of degree). I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers, Mitch.
I am a 23 yo full time overseas student, doing my postgrad degree in the city. Not a noisy person and really down to earth, I spend most of my time out, but I'd love to enjoy a great time with my housemates. Hobbies: working out, outdoor activities, food hunt, gig nights, casual drinks, movie outings I aware all the house sharing rules, and I respect people's privacy, definitely expect my housemates to do the same I rarely cook and no oily cooking. Also I really care about the kitchen and bathroom hygiene. Always being helpful and supportive, great listener as well
I'm in my final year of a nursing degree at Sydney Uni and I study full-time. I'm really passionate about what I'm learning and encountering in nursing and can't wait to join the field. I grew up on a property in Berry NSW so I know a bit about gardening and love animals. It's been a good day for me when I've enjoyed a coffee or beer with friends, listened to a riveting podcast or read for pleasure. I've lived the share house life for a few years now both in Canberra and Sydney so understand the importance of being a kind and considerate housemate who shares the various responsibilities of a household. At my current place the lease is ending and we are going our separate ways. My housemates are all 30+ years and despite our age gap we have lived harmoniously for 12 months :)
Hi, I'm Rosie, I'm an owner of a start up drinks company. I also work part time too. I generally work day time hours - sometimes from home. Being fit and healthy are important to me. I play AFL for a local womens team which takes up a few evenings training and a big chunk of the weekend playing games.I also spend free time getting out and soaking up what Sydney has to offer. I have a good group of friends, enjoy a drink at the pub and socialising but I'm not heavy into partying. Always up for chat and a laugh over a glass of something etc. Also like my me time to recharge, I understand that others need the same. When it comes to making a house a home I'm relaxed, friendly and keep things clean and tidy without any hassle etc. Move date is flexible.
Im Thais and I'm Brazilian!! I'm working full time, so, I won't spend too much time at home! I just want a quiet and organized place to live! I'm extremely organized and clean! I'm friendly! Haha I'm living with my parents but they will go back to my country in June! So I have to find a new place!!!
I'm a full time working professional in the CBD. I'm really easy going and always up for a chat but also enjoy my own space and will respect yours as well. I keep things neat and tidy, especially the kitchen. Love animals of any kind. Always up for a Netflix marathon especially if chocolate is involved.
Hey ! My name is Laura. I am 27 from Dublin (Ireland). Working full time for TAFE. I have been in Australia 17months. Was living in Coogee for the last 3months but my lease was up last week and I am now in a hostel which is just disgusting so wanna move out asap ! Ha ! Hi! I'm easy-going and friendly, I love seeing live music, socialising with friends, going out for coffee and reading. I'm originally from Coffs Harbour and have been living in Sydney for the past 4 years. I work in the music and events industry and would love to meet new people to live with! I'm a tidy and respectful housemate, I'd love to be able to hang out with my housemates but also have time to myself and respect everyones privacy.
Hey Guys! Im a paid intern at a law firm working full time. Im from NZ, fairly new to sydney having only been here for a few months now. Which means I don't really know a lot of people, so on top of looking for a flatmate i'm also looking for a friend! Im easy going and super chill and get along with anyone and everyone. My days are pretty full on with work and gym so i'm mostly away from home. Always up for a beer or two and enjoy going out on the weekends. Also i'm pretty tidy hey! haha... If you want to know anything else, just ask! :)
Hello! My name is Christina, I currently live in Stanmore but the owner of the house is selling up so now looking to find somewhere else to live. I am studying graphic design and working at a theatre. I think I'm great to live with because I'm a quiet person but also social. I'm very clean, considerate and easy to live with. I'm creative but not flaky and have a pretty busy lifestyle between working and studying. I have a preference to living in the inner west of Sydney. The owner is selling the property I'm currently living in which is why I'm looking to find somewhere new to live. I look forward to meeting you! Best wishes, Christina
Easy going, 25 years old, does enjoy a few drinks on the weekend, live in Townsville but have accepted a full time job in Sydney Monday- Friday and also includes travel from time to time, I will be making the move around mid April I don't make much mess and if I do I clean it. Anything else you want to know just message me
Hey guys! A little about me, I moved to Sydney from Canada for a digital marketing job last year and I currently live in Glebe. At home I’m either reading, working, listening to music, or netflixing. On the weekend I like checking out movies at the Dendy or going out for drinks. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions. Cheers!
Hey everyone! I will play out the scenario for you, if you like the sound of it, hit me up, if not, then that's okay, I think you are pretty cool anyways and I wish you all the best finding a place! If you're still listening here we go. Wine and Beer will be in the fridge and can be enjoyed on weekends and maybe a cheeky one after a hard day at the office (or Zoo, depending where you work of course). The apartment can be shown to our friends, even the clean freaks without them fainting and taking them to hospital (no one wants that to happen). We can mix up our nights from anything between Netflix to a camping trip on weekends and anything in between. If you know another language - great! I will be asking you to teach me this language. If you love travelling as well you are on your way to becoming the champion (not sure of what exactly, it just sounds cool). I am vegan, but you don't have to be - in fact I might just get a little jealous if you are eating chocolate - and you know I won't steal any of it! Overall, I am looking for someone clean, chilled out, can enjoy each others company yet know when we need our private time. If this sounds like you, send me a message and mention your favourite animal, because I like animals :D
Hey there, I am a mid 20's professional - originally from QLD with Sydney being home for the past 2 years. I've lived in a few share houses and enjoy the company / feel and understand the team work to make it work. Quite clean, I enjoy all sorts of company, great banter, relaxing, beach trips, pub hangs, nights in at home with roomies cooking and catching up but also enjoy personal space so I respect that with others :) Preferably looking for room to rent but open to find a place to team up and rent. Hoping to move early to mid April. I am an Account Manger across NSW working full time Monday - Friday generally 8-6. Also, as I have a car a priority of mine is car parking available. Looking forward to meeting you future flat mates!
Moved up from Melbourne for a software dev job a few months ago. Working full time during the week, when I'm at home I'm usually either coding or reading, you will barely notice I'm there most of the time! I'm a tidy guy, like to keep the house clean especially the kitchen and bathroom. Love to watch a wide variety of movies, not opposed to holding movie nights with the flatmates if you're keen. If you're looking for a new house mate and want to have a chat feel free to contact me anytime.
Hi I am currently looking for a place to stay. I am not too picky on location, as I work in construction. I often travel to different parts of Sydney for work. I am originally from New Zealand, from a European decent. It would be an added bonus if I could live with someone that I can hang out with.
I'm a student studying B of Media in Journalism & Communications. I work part time at Myer. I'm from Sydney but my parents are Filipino and Scottish. I'm neat, trustworthy and friendly, and I'll make sure we get along.
26 years old from the UK. Working full time in the city. Really friendly and social so would love some housemates I could get to know and socialise with wether that's nights out or just over good food and wine at home in our pjs!
Hi I am looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney on a short-term basis to help me get my feet on the ground. I'm from the UK and have been living over in Perth for the past few months, and am moving to Sydney to start a new job here. I'll be working as an Engineer so the typical 8am-5pm hours. I'm a clean, tidy and easy going guy and respectful of any house traditions you might have, and am keen to help out and get involved as much as is needed. I'll be arriving in Sydney on the 30th March so if something is available from then that would be ideal, but could find somewhere else for a few days if the place wasn't available immediately. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for around a month but would give or take a couple of weeks with that if it works better for you. Any questions feel free to ask, cheers! Jon
We're two guys from the University of Georgia studying at USYD over semester 1. Our majors are pharmaceutical science and environmental econ. We're looking for a place within reasonable distance of USYD, and would be trying to work part-time during our stay. Both of us would be pretty flexible in terms of routine, and we'd discuss that once we finish registering for classes. Private rooms for each of us are a must, but we're willing to share bathrooms. Overall, we're friendly and easy to get along with! One of us (the pharm major) plays and produces music, does theatre, and is into boxing. The other (environmental econ) is into outdoorsy stuff like hiking and rock climbing. 420-friendly is a plus :)
Hi! I'm George! I'm looking for a place to live! I am 29 years old, currently working out of the CBD in Procurement, hours are generally 8am-6pm. I travel for work maybe once a month, and go back home to Melbourne every so often. Weekends are when I like to go out and do things, only been in Sydney for about 18 months so I am still exploring all the nooks and crannies. Don't mind a drink, usually keep it for the weekends. Some weekends I do like to keep to myself and catch up on some music and reading. During the week I usually lay low trying to knock off the usual routine. I like a social household. Happy meeting new people and I am easy going. I am tidy and polite. It's really important to me to find a great bunch of people to share a home with to keep the good vibes going! Feel free to get in touch. cheers.
Hi all. I'm Luka. I'm an active, single guy. I work full time, and usually spend my free time immersed in one of my many outside activities. Easy going and easy to communicate with is an understatement. Hit me up with any questions. I'm an open book.
I'm a 30yr old guy from the UK who is moving over to Sydney at the start of April for a 12 month WHV. I'm good fun to be around, clean, and am a pretty good cook too. I'm an intensive care nurse, so will be working a variety of shifts in different hospitals around Sydney. I love all sports and am hoping to watch quite a bit of live sport whilst I'm out there. I am bringing over my road bike with me and I intend to join a cycling club. I also like to swim, wouldn't mind trying my hand at yoga and am on a never-ending quest to find a decent cup of coffee and a hearty brunch. I have also just started getting into photography. As I am coming over with a bike and a suitcase, I will need a place that is furnished if possible. I also am looking for a minimum 3-month term, perhaps longer depending on my circumstances as they develop. Thanks!
