Hi everyone, I really need to find a room from the 23h June until the 1st July before go back in holidays I am very quiet, and I have busy life so I will be very discret during the day
We are a Filipino couple working fulltime. We're looking for a room to stay for 6months or longer. We do respect other's privacy but we love to chat and have a couple of drinks sometimes. But most of the time we just want to have a quiet moment.
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature individual here to look for a decent size unfurnished room with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers
Hi there, I am a young working professional who's looking to move out to escape the daily commute! A current graduate that recently entered the corporate world, I currently work in the CBD. I enjoy minimalistic ways of living - all I really need is a bed, desk and chair. I'm after a clean and convenient studio or 1 bedroom apartment for me to come home after work, chill out, work on my side businesses and sleep before I grind at work the next day. I have a small puppy who lives with me (I can keep her back home if need be). Happy to bring my partner along or live alone. I also have friends working in the CBD if you have the whole place available for rent - I can help make that work! I'm super flexible with the dates of move out - I can always return home in the Western Suburbs if needed :) On my days off, I like to gym, play footy, board games and go on food adventures. Feel free to ping me if you think you have the place - happy to chat :)

Hi folks, My name is Kieran and I am returning to Sydney after a month back home in sunny Scotland. I work in construction. When I'm not working I like to play different sports, mainly basketball, chill at the beach, watch movies and have a few beers. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I like to socialise, but also like to have my own space as most people do. I find it hard to sell myself in short profile as opposed to in person but here goes. Some of the reasons why I am a good room mate are..........Firstly I am very clean and tidy. I never leave any mess. I also like to cook so there is the possibility of getting some dinner cooked for you. I am very tall (6ft8") which comes in handy. I can reach those high up places, and act as a platform at gigs and stuff. Overall, I'm a pretty chilled dude, and I can get along with anyone. I love animals too so if you have any pets that is a plus for me. I will even walk your dog if you have one. I'm looking for a place I can come home to and unwind and relax. I'm pretty flexible on where I can live, the places I have listed are just my preferences. If I sound like someone you could stand to live with, please get in touch. ***I also have a friend looking for a place as well, so if you have more than one room available that would be awesome. He is cool too*** Cheers Kieran

I have lived in shared accomodation before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others. I also like to keep things clean and tidy, and am willing to do my share of the household duties. Please contact me if you have a suitable place. I am currently in Melbourne and will be flying to Adelaide from 24/06 to 3/07, then Sydney from 4/07 to 26/09.
Hi all me and Youssef are looking for some excellent like minded people to live with; we're both young professionals working in the city, not opposed to the occasional cheeky beverage and a good hang out session, however we understand the idea of a shared space and respecting a school night. Ideally looking for a couple of rooms in a place near a train line and decent access to parking (preferably with a parking space as I have a company car not a deal breaker provided I can park). We are fairly flexible on rent and happy to start a new share house up if the right opportunity arose.
Hey, full time IT worker here looking to shorten my commute to work. I'm pretty open in my search at the moment, the only real need I have is a decent internet connection (on occasion I work from home plus sometimes study/work in the evenings). I keep thing tidy and help out where I can. I'm looking to move sometime between early to mid July.
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia. I'm currently working full time as a teacher in ACT, but I got accepted into University of Sydney to do master's. So I'm looking for a place to move in by 30th of July (preferably before). I'm eligible to teach in NSW as well. So I hope to work part-time while studying full-time. I'm tidy and considerate. I will respect privacy and maintenance of the communal spaces, but I would appreciate the mutual respect and responsibility too :) I am easy-going, non-smoker and most importantly, drama-free!

Hi, I'm a 26 year old friendly Australian male. I Work fulltime in an office in the city during the week with long hours. Looking for somewhere long term, and chilled/relaxed. I'm currently commuting to and from the city each weekday from gosford which is why im moving. Max budget is $300 per week. I like to drink on weekends also and go out socialising. Not a clean freak, however capable of maintaining a relatively clean apartment. Hopefully share with someone of similar age' interests and ideas. Flatmates i can be friends with Cheers.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
I am passionate about brunch, dogs and weekends. I'm a social person and I love spending time with other people. I want to live with other people who aren't just interested in a share house, but want to share a home and do things together. As much as I am social, alone time is also important. An all night solo netflix binge is sacred and sometimes necessary for to take some space and chill. I am a relaxed person and I don't stress easily, but I do like things to be clean and in order.
Hullo, I'm Brett. I'm moving to Syd from Wollongong, my home for the past 7 or so years, for an exciting new job in the city. I'm a neat person by nature, I like to keep my space tidy and will clean up after myself pronto. I respect people's personal space, but am open to making new friends and love having a good chat :) I enjoy cooking, and will ask if you want a cuppa when I'm making one. I'm really looking forward to exploring the city - I love discovering new cafes/pubs/beaches/nooks/crannies. I'm a web designer/developer, so you'll often find me staring at screens, but like to live healthily with running/riding/gym/sport activities. I like to laze about the house and watch TV as much as anybody, but also looking forward to going to see a few gigs and such, while I'm enjoying city life.
