I’m currently staying in Leichhardt, working full time in Customer Service (Silverwater area). I’m clean, friendly and easy to get along with! I like hanging out with my friends and reading in my spare time.
Hi There! I’m Alessandra. I’m 35 years old. I’m studying at TAFE higher education in Meadowbank and I work part time. I’m looking for a nice and clean place to live around the Uni.
I prefer a place that is within 5 mins walk from a train station or main bus stop, and a grocery store. It must have a separate private bathroom. Potential length of stay 2 - 6 months. I am: Fun and lighthearted. Clean, quiet, and tidy. Responsible and reliable. Easy-going and considerate. Well travelled and adaptable. I enjoy: My private time as well as great company. Cooking healthy and exercising regularly. Relaxing indoors and exploring the city. Learning and doing new things. Feel free to ask me anything.
I am a recent Uni grad trying to start my career as a Recruitment Consultant, so far with about 6 months experience. I work full-time in the City (Town Hall) and just started going to the gym so in a bit of a health-kick at the moment, I also love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I will be coming with an Xbox One and Mini-SNES so hopefully you have a decent TV I can plug those consoles in and I'm happy to host games nights and what not (I have 2 controllers for both so far but i'm happy to buy more if we need to). I don't mind having a few bevs occasionally. I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and i will be looking to adopt one so i hope your accommodation is pet-friendly! Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
My brother and I are looking for a new Home because the owner of the house we living now will sell the house. So we have to find something new! But first of all something about us: We both were born and grown up in a small city in the north of Germany. Jonas is 28 years old and Mechanic in a Truck Workshop and nearly 3 years in Australia. He is insterested in cars, car tuning, the nature and computer. He is a very friendly, helpful guy. Theresa (thats me!) 31 years old and Function and Boardroom Waiter and since the end of december in Australia. I´m interested in Hospitality, Design, love to build my own furniture, like to hike and cooking. Both of us are very tidy and always well organized and we are smoking but never inside. Jonas and I are good friends and try to share most of the time together. We are very affable, friendly, helpful, quiet guys looking for a new Home.

Hi! I am moving to Sydney from Brisbane for work. I am looking for a short term rental while I figure out what area is best for me. I will be working at the Westmead Children's hopsital, so near the train line would be ideal. I am clean, friendly, and generally keep to myself. I like to stay active and keep fit. Thanks :)
I am a full time professional account manager who enjoys my privacy but also am social as it’s a prerequisite for my job. Most of my weekends are spent with family and friends but there are times when I just like to unwind by myself. I work in the cbd and am off to work pretty early returning towards the evening. I love playing and watching sport as well as watching reality tv. Anything else feel free to ask me.
I'm looking for a room for myself somewhere right between the CBD and Parramatta closer to a train station. Working full-time in Parramatta and also doing some online entrepreneurial work after work. Bit of a workaholic but I'm always happy to grab a drink or two, have a chat and go out (love salsa) and, photography. I've done the shared house thing before so know how to be clean n all. A non-smoker btw.
I’m a full time pharmacy intern with a cat very originally named “Mister Cat” and we are looking for a cozy share house to move into by the 1st of April within the $250 budget range. I’m easy going, open minded and enjoy both an occasional wine and a quiet study night in.
I'm a polite Canadian looking for a place close to the city. Since I work in the Sydney Westfield, I'd like a place fairly close preferably 30 minutes of travel or less. I'm usually not home because of my hours. But I do enjoy to have a drink after work sometimes. I like to socialise with my friend and meeting new people.
Quiet, clean and friendly. I'm also respectful of other's privacy and space. I keep cooking to a minimum, and will sometimes eat out with friends. Happy to chat in the afternoon or weekends, but generally keep myself busy with personal projects or reading. Preferred length of stay is 6 months currently, however I'm happy to stay for a shorter or longer period at the right place. Please note (as I've received a lot of messages): Rent budget is including bills! Please do not message me if it's over, especially if not located within 5 minutes walking distance from a train station. Please also include a link to your listing if texting my mobile.
My name is Lou. My moving plans fell through so I'm looking for a new place to hopefully move in this week so I don't have to shuffle my things around too much. I can afford anywhere from the $250-320 mark depending on bills. I'm open to short term for now but would prefer to find something stable. About me: I'm 24 years old and love Basketball, snowboarding, telling terrible jokes, going out writing, reading and anything outdoors. Generally very goofy. I'm studying IT at UTS and Real Estate licence privately. I'm currently working for a start up in the Real Estate industry as well as Uber driving meaning you can call me Louber and I can probably pick you up when you're drunk if I'm not. As a housemate: I cook once a week and clean as I go, I'm a homeowner so I'm used to paying bills and staying up to date with all things like that. I would need to fit a queen bed and a medium sized desk in my room. I'm out of the house a lot and for days at a time when I go up to visit family almost fortnightly but love to be social and love joining in with some drinks or dinners. Let me know if you think I would suit your place. Tl;dr - 24, goofy but responsible, bad puns included, ready to move this week. $250-320. Inner West
I’m cheerful, friendly, responsible and quiet sometimes person. I’m Taiwanese. I’ve been Australia for totally 2 years and this year is my third year of living Australia. I used to live Campbelltown and working at Priceline Pharmacy but I’m going to study so I need a place where is quiet, clean, tidy and closer to Olympic Park Western Sydney University and I will stay minimum 6 months or more. I will study on weekdays and work on weekends, I do cook sometimes and straight away do washing dishes after cook. I like listening music and watching movies, but don’t worry, I won’t make others annoying.
