Hard working, clean and chilled guy. Will be working 6 days a week as a carpenter so won't be around the house too much. Spending my spare time socialising with friends and enjoying the beautiful weather. :)
Hey, I am a 25 year old Brit who is working full-time in the city and looking for a new place to live. Ideally it would be sharing with one or two other professionals, furnished with en-suite, fairly close to the CBD. I am looking to stay somewhere for a minimum of three/four months minimum.... I am clean, sociable and respectful :) Send me a message if you have something suitable! Thanks, Charlotte
I am from Toronto Canada, coming to Australia on a Working Holiday visa. Looking for a decent place to live while I spend about 6 months or longer there. I am easy to get a long with, very clean and currently working in a hotel in Toronto.
Hey guys, I'm an easy-going 23 year old girl from Germany looking for a room in Sydney for 6 months. I am almost done with my studies of International Business in Germany and will be doing an internship with Audi Australia from April to October 2017. So I will be having a full time emplyoment Monday to Friday. I have already been to Australia before, I was doing work and travel in 2012 for 8 months, so I already know the country and the city :). I am a very friendly and open-minded person, I like hanging out with friends, doing sports and going out on weekends, you can definitely have fun with me. Can't wait to hear from you! :)
We are 2 friendly, extremely clean and tidy girls from Melbourne (we have lived in Sydney before though!). We don't smoke, enjoy social drinks, love music, but not loud parties. We are very respectful of personal space but don't mind small social gatherings. One is a musician, teacher and composer, the other works in retail. We are very reliable and responsible, always pay rent on time and never cause trouble.
We are a couple from Buenos Aires, Argentina and we are moving to Australia for a short period to study english. We are an architect and an editor and we both love cooking. We are going to look for part-time jobs when we arrive there. We believe (and we hope) that we are going to live the greatest experience!
Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm from Sweden, currently living in Stockholm. I will be studying communication design in Sydney from February 20th for 2-3 years and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love pets but won't be taking any to Australia, like to go jogging or do yoga and enjoy eating healthy. If you feel like you would want to live with me, send me a message! :)
Hi! I'm Jacky. I'm from Singapore and I'm here to study. I like to know new people and share our culture. I like going out together as well which is really interesting for me! Just hit me up for any questions! I'm... Easy-going Sociable Flexible Considerate I'm not.... a smoker a hardcore party-goer a loud person
Hi My name is Emily. I am moving to Sydney for a nursing job at RPA commencing 3rd April. My hobbies are netball, sailing and enjoy being social. I am a clean, considerate flat mate. I have friends/family in Sydney. Emily
I'm moving to Sydney to train for an international competition as the Australian Representative. I love playing touch footy or going to an art gallery for fun on the weekends or when I've got a night off from work. I work in the hospitality industry so lots of late nights. I need to live near a train station so I can get to Ryde Tafe and the city easily. Female flatmates only.
Hi My name is Oak. I’m looking for a privet room. I’m a student study in IT College. I need a place that quiet at night and peaceful on the weekend so I can study for a little. No baby or kids in the house/apartment. I’m easy going, socialize, drinking but not smoking. And I don’t cook because i can cook a little bit :p <3
American girl on work-holiday. I'm always down to find local live music, roadtrip, drink and socialize, discover new cafes/good eats/breweries, hit the beach, etc. Ideally would love to live with guys/girls who are social and relaxed people who want to share some meals, chilled nights as well as go out and enjoy all the city has to offer! :)
Nice to e-meet you! I'm originally from the Northern Beaches but am looking to move closer to the city due to work and to cut my daily commute in half! I work in the creative industry with specialisation in digital marketing. I am always interested in connecting with likeminded people to share backgrounds and stories over a drink or two!
Igor Chuvochin. Born in Siberia. Raised in Novosibirsk. I am just a student (U of Sydney). I don't smoke and drink. am quite and polite. I don't mind pets or smoke or noise. I am not easily disturbed meaning you could throw a party at 4 am and wouldn't care.
Howdy! I'm moving up from Melbourne to start a full-time software engineering job, and looking for a furnished room close to a train station and not too far from the Sydney CBD. As a flatmate, I'm tidy, quiet, and responsible. (I do like to play guitar and ukelele for fun, but only when the noise is not a problem for other housemates.) I keep pretty regular working/sleeping hours. I think good communication is the single most important determinant of a happy, functional household, and I'm a good communicator, even when awkward or uncomfortable issues need to be addressed. I like to cook a couple times a week, although I'm not very adventurous. I'm vegetarian and I try to avoid eggs, but other than that I'm not picky with food. (I also have no problem living with non-vegetarians. I'm not preachy.) I like coffee (read: need it to function properly). My ideal home would have a little garden, to help me build some gardening skills. I'm keen to meet people outside of work, so hanging out with housemates on weekends is an appealing prospect, but I also need plenty of time to myself and respect others who need likewise. Although I work in tech, in my spare time (a.k.a. real life) I'm more into the arts and nature than machines. I used to study creative writing and still read a lot; I also enjoy films and music very much. If you're in a book or movie club, can I join? Look forward to hearing from you! (Whoever you are, mysterious reader.)
Emily works as an ecologist and loves plants and animals. I work at a drone start up and love making new friends. We both love to cook and share our creations. We're quite sociable and keen to hang out, have a drink, etc but at the same time like to be able to have our peace and quiet. We very chill but are also all about keeping the house clean and tidy for us all to enjoy.
Hi, I've recently moved to Sydney, working full time in a professional capacity. I'm 25, enjoy most sports, gym training and I'm generally a tidy individual. I own an apartment back in Scotland so I appreciate the importance of finding a suitable tenant/roommate. Would potentially stay longer than 2 months, accommodation is dependent on my work circumstances.
Hey guys. I'm a Canadian studying in Sydney and looking for a place to call home. I spent the past year and a half travelling around different parts of the world and love meeting new people. I come from a big family and have lived with roommates for the past 5 years. Besides studying I love a good glass of wine, exploring, socializing, coffee, attempting to keep fit, and binge watching tv series every now and again. Cheers
My name's Sreeja. I'm 24 year old graduate architect working full time in Surry Hills and looking to live somewhere not too far from them there. Still sort of new-ish to Sydney so go out exploring on weekends. Clean, social and easy going and looking for a little bit of the same.
I'm a balanced and uncomplicated person. I like being active, chilling with friends, chatting with a variety of people, going out and also having my peace and quiet while I'm studying. I love going to the beach, surf lifesaving, road tripping, playing the piano and the ukulele. I'm currently on the search for a room in a share house/flat close to UTS. I've lived in the Northern Beaches of Sydney all my life and now that I'll be at uni full-time, its just too far to commute every day. I am going into my first year of med science and hope to find a place asap before uni starts! I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Elisa
Hey future flatmates! I've moved up from Melbourne for a new position in banking/IT in Barangaroo. I can stay with family while I search so am semi-flexible with dates. I'll be moving up with just my personal things so happy to have a furnished house but furnish my own room. I'm originally from Canada (near Vancouver). I'm laid back, enjoy a clean home (and of course help with all the chores, no roster necessary!), and cook a few times a week when I'm not out. Would like to live in a non-smoking home, not a party home, but am happy to have a wine (or two!). Also love going to the gym/running, brunch, and any random fun activities I can get my hands on. Pretty new to all the different suburbs so not sure exactly what I'm looking for, so feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit! Something close to the city (I'll be working in Barangaroo) would be ideal. I also have a car that I would super love to be able to park off the street but either way, if there's street parking then I'll take that too.
My name is Brittaney, and I’m 23. I’m searching for sharehouses within Sydney – ideally within the inner west area. I’m clean and tidy, and respectful of other peoples space. I’m also friendly and enjoy socialising– It’d be nice to actually develop a friendship with my housemates. I’m currently studying occupational therapy at the University of Sydney. I will be in Sydney from the 6th of March, and am available to move in any time on/after that date.
Hi, everyone, my name is Jaylyn. I'm from Taiwan, very laid-back and open-minded, my room has always been tidy and clean. Meeting new people who come from different countries enable me to learn something new and get to know the culture of a country, so I can share what I knew with my new friends. I'm a helpful housemate, as I mentioned before, I like to keep my room tidy and clean as well as other places of the house. Additionally, I'm good at cooking, but don't worry, I won't use kitchen very often.
I am a good cook and a very quite person. I enjoy going to the beach, playing golf and having a quite night in. I also enjoy going out on the odd occasion to meet new people. I am going to be new to town and would like to meet someone who knows the city..
This is Javier (30) from Argentinian/Italian background, recently graduated in Sydney and planning to stay long-term working in my profession. I am very polite and respectful, love super tidy apartment (everything in order, clean kitchen/dishes, things in the right place is super important). I am also cheerful, very easy to get along with, and able to talk about a wide range of topics if time and moment allows. When contacting me, please tell me a bit about flatmates (age, gender, nationality). Cheers, Javier
Hi, I’m Jenna, 29, single, and a recent graduate from an animal science degree at the University of Sydney. At the moment, I am looking for accommodation for a minimum of 6 months. I am planning to start my PhD at Usyd later this year but until then I’m just working in retail. I jump between two jobs so I am usually out every day and any days off I do have are usually spent doing extra stuff at uni. I have lived out of home since I was 21, including two years spent jumping between share houses in the UK so I am pretty accustomed to all kinds of people and like to think I’m pretty adaptable. Even though my room tends to be a bit chaotic, I am considerate of communal spaces and you won’t ever have to ask me to clean up after myself (will probz clean up after everyone else too). While I do enjoy going out for a sneaky wine/cider with friends every now and then, hangovers are not my friend so I’m usually pretty happy with a night of Netflix, a movie or a book. I’m not the best cook, but I’ve been told my baked goods are pretty awesome. I’m pretty laid back and easy to talk to so good communication isn’t a problem and I tend to get along with everyone. Let me know if you need any more info!
I work as a cleaner so I'm a super efficient house mate. I like music, to drink and dance but I study hard, and know personal space boundaries within a share house, after living in a 12 person share house last year! I travelled s/e asia and europe twice so I like meeting lots of different people, a trait useful for my journalism degree. If you need any more info just msg me!
Hi my name is Bella, tidy, caring . I am from Perth, looking for moving to Sydney at beginning of April. I have a beautiful cat also called Bella will move in with me. As we are now in a long term visa, we are looking for a new place we can call home! We are both working full time. Hi All, I'm looking to move somewhere in between the city and the western suburbs (where I work) that's on the express train line out in that direction. (Probably Redfern, Burwood or Strathfield.) I work in business management in a full time and secure job in the Parramatta area but most of my friends and social activities (soccer, drama/theatre, trivia) are closer to the Sydney CBD I basically want a relatively quiet and simple place to stay during the week that's easy for me to commute from and that has a direct route to the city so I can easily catch up with my friends out that way and continue my hobbies in that general area of Sydney. Hope to hear from anyone with a room like that for rent. All the best, Gaz
Hi, I am living in Sydney with a work & study visa. I'm enrolled at TAFE studying a Diploma in Music (Contemporary Performance). I'm a computer technician but I'm working as a bartender and waiter in a very known restaurant in Potts Points. I'll live in Australia for at least 2 years. I'm looking for a confortable private place nearby my university area (Surry Hills, Ultimo, Glebe, etc) or either in the southeastern suburbs. I am a non smoker and dont have pets nor plan to have one, but I do like dogs and cats.
Hi flatmates hunters, I am currently seeking a long term place to live whilst starting off my professional career in Australia. I am "soon to be" graduate of MBA, 26 - health conscious, I enjoy various types of exercise and ocassional Netflix binge. I am The Suits fan, love to read, Bukowski in particular. I don't spent much time in the kitchen. Drink of choice would be probably nice glass of red and when I have day off I am out taking some photographs. Would love to hear from you. Regards V.
Hello, I’m French student in business school, 23 years old, working holidays visa (Working for 6 month for an internship) , looking for a room in Sydney for a few months, apartment or house. I am easy going, funny (I think so), friendly, neat and tidy, always up for meeting new people. Cheers in advance :)
Hey guys, I'm currently working full-time on the South Coast and I'm moving to Sydney around late Feb - early March. I'm an easy going, pretty chilled quiet guy although I love getting to know new people and can pretty much get along with anyone, I love cooking, going out on the occasional weekend for a few drinks with friends but also love quiet nights during the week and relaxing after work, so if you think we'd get along just shoot me a message!
I'm from Perth, love having a laugh and meeting new people. I like exploring around Sydney an trying new things. I'm real easy to get along with and am courteous of others personal space. I love Good Food , Good Beer and Good Conversation. looking to make new friends whilst I'm here in Sydney :)
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
