Hi I am Peter I am 45 years old run my own transport business. Ideally looking to team up with someone and get our own place but am open to anything. I am neat and tidy and easy going. Looking for like minded people male or female of any age.
Hi there I'm Kirsty, a budding writer. Being a drug and alcohol worker pays my rent/bills but I'm making space in my life to spend more time writing and pursuing creative goals. Single, never married, no kids. I'm healthy, balanced, friendly, clean and responsible. I'm funny too. Well, I think I'm funny. I'm into exercise, meditation, writing, animals, cooking, TV series', socialising. I love down time too though and have been known to binge watch and not leave my bedroom for awhile. I don't drink or use drugs. I like to travel and get away for the weekend sometimes. I'm friendly and open but I also like as much space and privacy as the average person and offer the same to others. I earn enough to be fully self supporting and pay my rent/bills.
Hi everyone, my name is Shantelle. I work with kids full time and study. I love to cook, and spend time with friends and family. I love being fit and going on random adventures. I'm looking for people to get a place together with or join an existing place. The place I live at the moment is a bit lonely so I would love friendly people who don't mind a chat and drink together.
Hey, I'm Emma, a 21 year old student at Monash, studying primary education. I am a friendly, quiet, considerate person who is independent and able to clean up after myself to create a nice living environment. I love animals, cooking, going for a walk/exercise, reading as well as having a chat. I'm looking in the Berwick area to keep it close to my work, and would be a really easy person to live with. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Im a student looking for a cozy home. Im active and enjoy social time with friends. Im working part time, and looking to share a house with some like minded people.
I'm a healthcare professional looking for accommodation closer to work. I'm easy-going, clean, love a good chat and other housemate bonding activities but also respectful of privacy. Would prefer 6 months with the possibility of a longer stay.
I'm clean and tidy. I work shift work and spend my free time with friends and family. I love to cook and have the occassional shared meal. I'm considerate and respectful. Always up for a cheeky wine and a chat
I am a 30 years old female studying at Deakin university. I am a full time PhD student, sociable, clean, quiet and respectful of others. I'm gonna need either a female only place or if the place is mixed gender I need a room with unsuite bathroom. Preferably, walking distance from Deakin
I'm starting my film major at Deakin in 2017. I'd love a place anywhere reasonably close to the Burwood campus. I'm pretty chilled, easy to get on with.I'm keen on some alone time but I love to have a laugh over a few pints! Plus I've got amazing taste in music and film's. I'm into outdoor stuff, camping, exploring and clubbing. I'm a half decent cook and I'm obsessed with cheese. 🤗
Helllooo, Born in QLD, raised in VIC and lived in NSW. I have been everywhere man! I have literally just moved back to Melbourne from Sydney and am looking for fun and friendly place to live with people who enjoy to talk but also like their own space. Will be working in hospitality, with previous history working in 5 star function venues. I also love children, thus why I will be completing my Diploma in Early Child Education for the next 6 months. I am usually a busy bee, as there is always something to do. You would hear me talk about my (attempts at the) gym life, my love of coffee, books, movies and TV series. I have been told I am a very bubbly person who loves a good chat, laugh and sharing my food, but I also appreciate my own quiet time to read or study. I look forward to hearing from you.
Myself and my friend are coming to Melbourne on Jan 14. We both have completed engineering. We both are looking rooms at an affordable amount. We both are jovial and adaptable to any situation.
Hi! My name is Yoseph. I'm indonesian and I'm 25 years old. At the moment, I'm studying Master of Biotechnology in Melbourne University. I'm cheerful, easy-going, and mature =) I enjoy playing badminton, table tennis, and volleyball. I love sushi =)
I'm 21 years of age and work full time in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I'm a fun bubbly person who loves to catch up with friends regularly and be productive on weekends. I study part time through work so I tend to be a bit of a hermit from time to time. I'm a very clean person, making sure all communal areas of the house are clean all the time. I like to interact with my housemates but I also love to be on my own and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you think I'd make a good housemate, give me a message. Looking to move out in January!
Hi, my name is Jess and I am looking for a place where my cats and I would be welcomed. If you have a garage and would prefer the cats not to be in the house then I'd be happy to set them up out there. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I am looking for a place to stay from 4 months to year. I am friendly and easy going, punctual with payments. Ideally looking for a bungalow but if my cats are welcome then I am happy with anything
I'm a full-time IT professional working in the city who loves living in a peaceful area. Normally I'm a quiet person, but that doesn't mean that I can't make you laugh. I'm quite neat and helpful so you don't have to worry about me messing up things in the house.
Hi there, Its Azam (Aaaaaa-zam), a simple, tidy, empathetic and an international student who happens to be a technology and snooker enthusiast, came all the way from Pakistan in order to pursue master's degree majoring in ''Information Systems'' at Deakin's buwood campus. It has been 10 months now since i got here and recently finished my 2nd semester. I am looking for a ROOM either in a shared house or apartment with friendly, laid-back and tidy housemates but it would be highly considered if the place is furnished and close to Uni. Feel free to contact me and help me find a best and reasonable option, Cheers.
I'm friendly and respectful to other people. I keep to myself but I don't mind a good chat and I'm also very helpful when it come to cleaning and housekeeping.
I work part time 3-4 days a week. I'm responsible, respectful and a genuine, friendly person. I have a 2 1/2 year old son who lives primarily at the family home but I would ideally like to find somewhere that he can come and visit me. Another single parent in a similar situation would be ideal.
I work full time in scoresby 5 days a week, very busy throughout the week. I'm a non smoker and very clean and tidy. I usually like to keep to my self but don't mind a good convo. Looking for some easy going people to live with.
Looking to move to Melbourne in February 2017. Will be attending masters at Deakin. Immense love for books, music and travel. I am from New Delhi, India but have lived out of home for nearly 8 years so that makes me an easy going person who loves making new friends. Mostly focused on studies but dont mind a little party here and there. I like keeping my surroundings clean but dont have OCD's about it.
Hi, I am a full time worker in the animal care industry looking for a roommate and a place to live! I'm pretty chill, tidy, on time and have 2 cats, fish and a gecko. I like to clean (odd I know), garden and watch TV. I'll happily watch a movie, play video games, have dinner; socialising is good for the soul. I am very animal oriented, would love to find someone who gets on with my animals, who is clean and happy to hang out but also is cool with quiet time. Aiming to find a place in the south east suburbs; Kew, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Malvern, Burwood, Ivanhoe area would be great. Look forward to meeting you and finding a place!
Work full time as an edgy cracking house inspector. At night, like to hit the gym (joining Jetts Ringwood), chill on computer/Netflix (I love horrors) or hang with housemates. Get along great with most people, but also need to recharge in solitude from time to time. Would be great to find nerdy housemates, but can live with any type (party people, studying / hard-workers, bedroom dwellers that you're never quite sure if they've died in their sleep five days ago, etc). I'm leaving the previous house as I would like to change up my life (been here three years) and find somewhere closer to work (Mitcham).
I'm very neat and tidy, I keep to myself most of the time but I do also love socialising with other people. I unfortunately don't have a large budget as I'm only working a casual job and don't get many shifts per week. I'll be starting my studies at Deakin Burwood next year and hoping to look for a place close by!
Soon to be working full time. Looking for somewhere with a good social aspect. I am happy, clean and respectful but also know how to have a good time. As with most people, having my own time and space is important to me. And i am looking for people of a fairly similar age range :)
-Respectful of privacy, very tidy and easy going -Always happy to do some cooking and share meals together and have a chat -Hardly home, always at uni or work(chef) -Very friendly and always happy to help with home maintenance
I'm moving down to Melbourne to study my masters. I am from Geelong. I am very easy to get along with and have lived in share houses for 6 years. I would like a social house to have people show me around Melbourne and introduce me to new people.
Hi I'm Rob, a friendly and clean New Zealander, i've been living in Melbourne almost 5 years now. I'm 28 and currently working in the sports and events industries, with a busy summer lined up. Also i'm going to be studying a few more courses part time next year just to keep myself busy. I like to eat fairly healthy and try to get out riding a few times a week. I've lived out of home for 6 years now, so i know how to be considerate of others and all the house basics like paying my bills on time and cleaning up after myself without being told. Love animal's so that would be a bonus if you had any :) Prefer non smokers
My mum and I are looking for a share house or unit/Townhouse. Urgent. We are friendly and very clean people and mind our own business. We have lived in share house before and got along very well with our flatmates. Preferable looking for a unit that is somehow close to train station for the time being.
Love learning about Nutrition, easy going, clean, tidy, happy to pull my weight around the house, enjoy a nice chat but also respectful of others belongings and space. Looking to move into a female house share, with like minded individuals. Ps: looking for long term, However if there is only short stay accommodation available, no less than 3 months.
I'm easy going, respectful and mindful of others, honest, responsible, i love animals ( I have a 11month old bengal kitten called saphira), love a good laugh and im allways looking on the bright side of life. I usually keep to myself, but i do love a good chat and love to hear other peoples stories and experiences. I'm only looking for a place with a garage or shed so that instead of living in the house id use the garage/shed as my room/parking space for my motorbike. As long as it has a solid flooring and easy access for me to bring my bike in after work. If its cold and breezy i dont care:) im a handy man and i love to fix things. If im not working on my bike im usualy working on my visual display electronics. Iv worked in just about every job industry, iv traveled all over asia and australia and also live in melbourne backpackers for 2 years. I got a story for every occasion. Im verry open to options and ideas on anything.
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.
My name is John, work full time. Very laid back and like a clean a tidy house hold. looking for 6-12 months stay. Happy to live with males or females. I currently live in a share house with a male and a female. Our lease is coming to an end. Please feel to contact myself if you would like to know more :)
Currently in my 3rd year of Uni studying full-time, doing a Bachelor of Science at Monash University and I have another semester to go after this year with the possibility of further studies, either doing a postgraduate or Masters degree. I enjoy keeping busy during the day and between studying, volunteering and working part-time as a dental assistant and customer service officer, I don't really have time for much else. I do enjoy going out on weekends but I am not a party person at all although I wouldn't mind the occasional party but I'm not the type of person to go overboard - In fact, I'm really sensible. I'm a bit of a neat freak (clean and tidy), easy going and relaxed. I will mind my own business and happy to do my own things but will socialise or happy to have dinner together, etc... I currently live with 40 people and get along with all of them although I don't see all 40 at once. I'm definitely a really independent person and have been from a young age of living by myself so I can take care of myself, the house and being mindful of other people is important too! I'm looking to either share a house with 1 or 2 people, preferably someone who studies or a young professional who is working OR to go into an existing house that may have 1 or 2 people already sharing. More than one bathroom is preferable along with a garage to house my car, but not essential. Looking to move out end of this year or early next year before uni resumes in March. In saying this, I am open to any ideas so please ask for more information to get to know me!
Hey funky friends! So here's the boring stuff straight up - My name is Alannah, I am from the South Gippsland region and I finished Year 12 in 2015 and have had a nice gap year this year and am studying Psychology at Deakin University in Burwood in 2017... So, you know, I gotta find me some good ol' accommodation. Not too costly preferably, as I am a classic poor Uni student. 😅 Now to the good shit. I am a world-class Mario Kart 64 player so if you're feeling it we can 10/10 have a tournament (I'll supply the goods - controllers, console, wine etc) or we can just play any 64 game together and swim in our nostalgia and your tears when I kick yo' ass. Wii, DS, XBOX and PlayStation games are also welcome with open arms. 😘 Sorry to fit the stereotype that vegans tell you they're vegan even when you don't ask, but, I am vegan. I don't care if you're not vegan. We can have sausage sizzles and burgers and massive fiestas together and we'll drink some Sangria and release our inner Spanish sides (even though my heritage is purely Scottish, English and French 😅) and, I don't mean to toot my own horn (I do) but I make a meeeean vegan spaghetti bolognese. Sausage rolls, too, that have been approved by many Omni's. So why wouldn't you have me as your house mate? If you have some little beings living in your house I'll like you even more. Woofers? Meowers? Sqwarkers? Squeekers? Oh yas, bring 'em on, baby. Brownie points for you if you got dem pets. My hair color will change frequently depending on my mood. No -unfortunately I'm not Nymphadora Tonks - I just wear wigs. #theredhairisfake #imactuallyablonde I'm not a massive party animal, but if you're having a party I'll totally join in. And all jokes aside, I am very respectful and will give you space and be clean and all those top qualities. Hit me up with a message if you'd be keen on finding a place together. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am hard working, and because I have been living out of home for almost 3 yrs, i am very independent and mature. I like to go out and see friends (mainly my boyfriend) so you'll find that after work I won't be home for some time after, giving you space and quiet time. My boyfriend would occasionally visit and stay over, he's really good at talking to people so he's not going to be ignorant or rude. I too would stay at his occasionally. I'm from the Mornington peninsula originally and my family live there so on some weekends I will go down there to see them.
Easy going guy who can cook up a storm and can chat your ear off, I have a 15 month old son who may visit a lot also :) Don't drink much nor do I care for partying to much. I have a dog I would love to keep as she is my best friend. I was in the military so I like clean households I'm not lazy and a big team player. I work full time sometimes 6 days a week
I am a super friendly, down to earth and easygoing person. I am respectful towards every living being. My positive and happy attitude towards life is what people have always liked about me. I love playing soccer, chess. Recently trying to meditate. oh yeaa, I love to cook.. i am really good.. seriously lol.. My ultimate goal is to learn as much as I can in this lifetime.
I have been recently offered a full-time position in the suburb of East Doncaster and I am looking to move into the surrounding suburbs. I am quiet and enjoy living a clean and healthy lifestyle. Finding a quiet place to stay is important to me as I enjoy quality sleep and I may sometimes take paperwork home with me. I would like to find a household with a similar mindset of individuals. I am not a smoker and would prefer to live with non-smokers. I do not drink but do not mind others who do. The irony here is I was previously a chief winemaker. I am not looking for a party house. If you have a place which you believe is suitable please send me a message and we can get in touch.
I live just outside of Melbourne, so im looking for a place thats closer into town! I have 2 jobs and i am studying full time at La Trobe Uni. I'm an easy going person, who can get along well with everyone but i also appreciate quite time during the week if i have to study. With time off, i am a brunch enthusiast, love going to gigs when i can, hanging out with friends and seeing what Melbourne has to offer! I'm looking for 3 - 4 house mates and i am looking to pay no more than 200 per week! Looking for a place to move into with people who don't have a huge age gap. (preferably 18 - mid to late 20s) or making a share house with 3-5 people. Thanks, guys
I'm a high school teacher at a catholic all girls school in Box Hill and have been for two years however next year I am returning to university to study a Master of Actuarial Studies at Monash University in Clayton. Hence the need to move for convenience. I am friendly, social, fit, play sport, love live music (play bass guitar), love to hang out and fill my weekend. Happy to hang out with house mates and meet new people. I am very respectful of others and their property and am always happy to do a favor for a friend.
