Hey :) I'm looking for a place in the inner West. I have roughly a decade of house sharing experience so I'm well trained! I grew up in the country, I've lived all over, and I've recently started a new position with the NSW government. I'm looking for a place with: -no pets -no smoking -no noise late at night I'm polite and respectful, and pretty quiet. My schedule is I finish work, come home, cook dinner, and then read a book. Weekends I'm normally out exploring. I'm interested in people and I'm normally up for some conversation and sharing the odd meal too. Cheers :)
Hey, I'm a 32 y/o Sydney native, looking to start a new flat-share with a friendly flatmate. I work as a support worker in mental health four days a week, and then I like to enjoy my down time. I'm interested in literature, music, culture and writing poetry in my free time. I'm pretty quiet and like to have a calm place to live, but also like to share a drink/a meal with my flatmate and develop a good relationship so it's easy sailing and positive vibes. I am a pretty conscientious person and appreciate living with others who are as well. I'll bring your clothes in off the line when it's raining and I won't steal the last tim-tam. I'll rock-paper-scissors you for it :) I currently live in Canterbury close to the Cooks River, and love to go walking there, so would love to stay close by it (eg. Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park), but am also open to other suburbs in the Inner West. My partner stays over sometimes, and I'll be staying at his sometimes, so then you'll get the place to yourself. I have furniture for our common areas. I don't have a date I have to move by, I'm currently on a rolling lease and will give notice on my current place when I find the right flat (and flat mate!). If you're interested in finding a flat to live in together, please get in touch, it would be great to meet up and get to know each other a bit! Cheers.
I'm currently unemployed, looking for work and surviving on Centrelink benefits. My landlord has decided to renovate my current flat so has asked me to leave, and I need to find somewhere urgently (2 weeks). Not looking for anything long term, just something to tide me over until I can find some work and move into my dream place. I'm a quiet, relatively keep to myself type, low maintenance.
Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a happy, easy going guy, a good cook and gardener. Plus I'm clean and tidy. I'm 55, a reliable hard worker. I like to travel and explore new places.
Hi! I'm Dilith, 25 years and a Sri Lankan. I'm a graduate aero engineer and currently, working around Central. I am an easy-going, outgoing and organized individual. Also, respectful of others space and privacy. At times, I enjoyed being spontaneous and love outdoor activities such as hiking, jogging and taking snaps. I have pretty good foreign exposure, lived quite a sometime in Sri Lanka, England & Denmark, and easily adapts to any cultural changes. Looking to share a house, preferably with people who has similar interests.
I'm currently studying a post graduate degree in Psychology and work part time in fashion retail. I enjoy cooking and am naturally a neat and clean person. I do a bit of art in my spare time and also do taekwondo as one of my hobbies 🙂 I love animals and would prefer a household that has/allows pets. I'm not a smoker but I am 420 friendly. I'm pretty easy going and great to get along with
G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love eating a bit too much, like the movies and the occasional drink out. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime.
I'm tidy, reliable, I like to make the people I'm around feel comfortable and happy. My dogs are friendly, well trained and I take full responsibility for them including of course feeding and cleaning up any mess they make. I'm not loud and I don't invite friends over to drink or anything like that
Hi there, I am looking for someone who would like to combine with me to share a lovely 4 bedroom house anywhere in the Inner West, allowing us each to have our own bedroom and our own work space. I am a hypnotherapist and tarot reader who has been running home practices since 2006. I’m looking for someone who would like to share a house where you could work from home, either as a therapist, practitioner, sole-trader or even student. Together, we could look for the right house that works for us both and move in somewhere over April or May. I was thinking of rent between $350-$450 each and of taking a 12 month lease. We would share the usual rental costs and living expenses and we could also unite on business costs if you're interested. This could suit any form of self-employed person who wants a combined home and work space. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please send me a message. I’d love to chat! Thanks :-)
Hey, i'm 18 years old and have a full time job in childcare. I'm a tidy person and respect peoples privacy. I love watching movies and meeting new people. Up for a chat anytime and will respect if you want to be left alone. More than happy to live with any gender and people with pets. Can't wait to hear from you :-))
I am a friendly person I am easy to get along with and I love talking with people. At times I love my own space to relax and read. I am considerate towards the needs of others. Love to go on long walks with others to keep fit and healthy. My work keeps me busy as I work with people with a an intellectual disability which I enjoy. Once you get to know me I know you will appreciate me.
I'm an open, easy going person who likes a clean and tidy bedroom. I like the simple life. I'm an engineer, mostly vegetarian (though not strict). Very easy to get along with. I like listening to different attitudes and life stories of others. I enjoy having soft gentle music on in the background while I do house chores. Completely house trained and social, sometimes introverted. I love long hikes, having just come back from doing the overland track and plan to do the great north walk next.
Are you looking for a great housemate/flat mate? I am here for you!!!! A very clean, responsible, non smoker, easy going, professional, intelligent guy with a full time job (Civil Engineer - Project Manager), who can cook very well, like to socialice, nice to have a chat with and share a glass of wine!!!!
I'm John, a 40yo media professional who's looking for a nice, mature share place in the inner west or further afield. I work early and evening shifts in my current job and spend a lot of time online to keep up with current events. I'm a pretty easygoing flatmate who keeps things tidy (not afraid of a bit of yard work either) and am not after a party house. I am a heavy user of public transport so anywhere along a train line would be ideal. I like to go out and wine/dine with friends when I get the time, I enjoy movies and am getting back into fitness. Chilled box-set nights in are a good way to spend an evening. Hope to hear from you! Cheers jc
I'm a 20 year old male looking for a share house around about 200-300 a week. Working full time as a chef in Summer Hill, I'm career focused whilst being very laidback but also responsible and considerate, love a chat over a few beers on my days off, i brew my own beers so i bring lots of cheap good alcohol to the house Looking to move out as soon as possible :)
Hi! I'm a full time site engineer and my new building project will be in Burwood which is why I'm looking to move to the area. I generally work 7am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday so I won't be home very much. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and also go to the gym regularly. I also enjoy going out for a drink on Friday and Saturday nights after work. If you are easy going and also tidy then we will get a long just fine. Feel free to shoot me a message :)
I'm a quiet 3rd year law student @ USYD who works part time in the city as a paralegal and as a private HSC math tutor. My girlfriend is coming over for a short holiday in Australia during my university break and we're looking for a place where our privacy can be respected. Having said that, a granny flat or studio will be our priority but should we fail to find those accommodation types, we're open for a private room in a shared house. We both do not smoke or drink. We wouldn't come back at late hours. We don't have any pets. I enjoy cleaning my area occasionally so you can be rest assured that your premise/room will stay cleaned at all times. Location doesn't necessarily matter, I've just listed a couple that I prefer as I used to live in Burwood, 2134 some years back. Currently, I live in Miranda 2228 with my family.
