Hi my name is Candice, 24 years of age working full time in real estate and part time study. Clean and tidy person, social on the weekends, would respect if pets are in the house and love like my own. Ideally looking to be north western suburbs.
Having lived in share houses before I'm consious of picking up after myself, having fun with the person or people i love with and also respecting privacy. I enjoy cooking, a quiet wine or two, netflix or just chilling outside. Ive just moved from Melbourne and looking for a place ASAP to call home. I come with 1 x house trained cat who is friendly and does not damage things like a gangsta. Im a recruitment consultant in the city, working standard hours and I'm out and about most of the time. Have to make the most of the weather! Ideally id like to live with either 2 ppl (1 guy, 1 girl or 2 girls) or just 1 girl. Similar ages and lifestyle.
Very friendly person, easy to get along with. I like to mind my own business and let others do their own thing. Not a fussy kind, will adjust if need be. Likes to keep the place clean and tidy. Non smoker and I don't consume alcohol. Will be studying full time and working part time.
Hi, I'm Rafe. Looking to move out of home for the first time. I'm currently looking for a job in and around the Joondalup area, I won't move out till I find one. I just returned from a student exchange year, and I'm anxious to set out on my own. Looking to stay 6 months, possibly longer. Student exchange has put me in contact with a lot of different types of people, so I can tell you now, rain or shine, we won't have a problem. While my prospects aren't great right now, I'm hard working, and fiercely dependable. If you're interested let me know, and hopefully once I find a job we can discuss places :)
Hi, I'm Justine ! I'm a french student who arrives in Perth on January 13th to do an internship during 4 mouths and a half. I'm a dynamic person, who want to discover Perth, and the surrounding areas :)
Hi! I'm a 20 year old female currently in the process of moving from Ireland to Perth. I am a fun outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people! I'm currently looking for a job so will probably be working most of the time. I enjoy a few drinks with friends on the weekends. Preferably I'm looking to live with girls in a simulate age group.
Hi my name is Bec, I'm 21 years old, a non smoker and currently working at McDonald's as a manger while also studying my diploma in Business Management. Im very mature for my age and am a very kind, caring respectful young woman. I do also have a bit of ocd when it comes to keeping clean haha...I'm a very tidy, clean and neat person (as I have severe dust allergies) and am also very well presented. I'm not a very rowdy or loud person, not really the raging party animal type either although I do enjoy going out occasionally and having a glass of wine or two every now and then with friends :) I am a bit shy at first but also have a fun bubbly personality and get along with anyone.. Sometimes I do just keep to myself as I am usually trying to wind down from work as I do the early mornings starting at 3am and finishing usually no later than 2pm. I am also studying at the moment, doing a diploma in business management course .I also enjoy going to the beach and spend a fair bit of time at the gym. I do like to have friends over accasionally but it's nothing major and rowdy...usually just chilling out, talking and watching movies :) If you have anything else you'd like to know please feel free to message me :)
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
Hey guys! I am a 26 year old Australian male professional working as a full time travel agent. I am also a landlord, I own an investment property in Butler, but for myself to live I like to rent closer to the city. I just got back from a 6 month trip through Europe and now that I'm back im looking for a nice big house i can share with some cool people that have good banter. Preferably the less people living there the better (e.g 3 people including me) so its less congested but if everyones awesome i would consider a larger houseshare. I'm quite outgoing so I’m not really home a huge amount of time as after work I'm generally out doing things with friends or rehearsing with my band or at the gym. I’m a really open minded relaxed person so I’m pretty chilled out, I don’t want a party house, but I like to party at other peoples houses haha or go out on a Saturday night and come back to our own quiet clean environment. (I am interested in team ups) What I am looking for- -A quite large room size (Possibly even the Master bedroom) -Has Air conditioning in the room (I die in the summer heat lol) -The room can fit my King size bed and TV -The room can fit a desk with my PC or if i could possibly put that somewhere in the house -Garage parking space for my subaru liberty -Generally looking for other Aussie professionals in the 20-35's age bracket I can come for a viewing of your place after work hours or on my rostered days off just slap me through a message Thanks swaglords look forward to meeting you :) -Joel
I am new to Perth, just moved over from New Zealand and I am looking for people to flat with. Would be great if the flat was furnished as I won't be bringing much with me. I will be working most weekends and have my two days off during the week. I am a clean and tidy person and I do keep to myself a bit but I am always happy to catch up over dinner/drinks/movies etc.
Hey! My name is Gerard and I am a 24-year old male from 90 minutes south Melbourne. I am heading over to live in WA in mid-late February to study a postgraduate secondary teaching course in Joondalup. (Unfortunately can't get over to Perth any sooner) I am after accommodation for around 9 months. I am a pretty genuine guy who enjoys the simple things in life, such as cups of tea, keeping active, surfing and having fun. I spent 4 months in Europe and lived all of 2015 in San Francisco so I have plenty of experience in living with others, and understand the boundaries. I love hanging out with my room mates but also really enjoy time to myself, which I'm sure most people do. I plan to buy a van when I arrive in Perth, so most weekends I may be away on road trips anyway! Thanks! Gerard.
Hi guys, I am a graduate marine science teacher at Butler College. Relaxed and easy going, I enjoy a social house and am happy to cook for everyone if they clean. Very into marine activities (scuba, free diving, fishing, surfing) and will be able to teach you to scuba dive if you wish :) Love music and play a few different instruments, I've been told I sing alot (not sure if thats a bad thing..?) A plus if you live with me is that I love to catch lobster and attempt to keep the freezer well stocked with them, so 5 star meals for us :P Ideally I am looking for a more modern house as I am sick of living in older houses which have no heating/cooling. House needs to be south of Butler as I dont want to be living near any of my students. Cheers
Hey there :) My name is Gemma, I'm 23 years old and am currently studying nursing and midwifery. I'm fun and pretty relaxed, whilst also being tidy and hard-working. Keen to find a nice share-house, hopefully we'll make great housemates :)
Just moved out of my place in south Perth, looking at getting back into surfing. I work a 2/1 FIFO roster so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. I am very social and kean to make new friends as i have only lived in Perth for under six months. Im highly into crossfit and keeping fit so that is where i spend most of my time also. Im an Ex New Zealand soldier so i definitely know how to keep a place tidy. I can also cook a pretty mint Sunday roast and always up for beers in the sun.
I'm easy going and work full time. When I'm not working I'm normally out walking my dog buddy ( Dalmatian ) or watching a movie. Not big on partying, more in to a nice cheese and wine night in! Looking to share a place with someone who is okay with a dog and also easy going :)
Looking for someone fun, clean and friendly to also call my house their home. Friend relocated home to Melbourne so looking for someone to move in anytime from now. Own bathroom with separate wing to house. A little bit about me. I'm a 28 year old fun and easy going professional living on the Balcatta border in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. I live a pretty active and busy lifestyle during the week with sporting commitments however enjoy a splash of socialising on the weekends. Love to cook (or at least try my luck in the kitchen haha) but also enjoy getting out and trying the funky cafes/restaurants Perth has to offer. I'd ideally love to find a housemate who's easy going, up for a laugh and could be considered a friend. Not fussed, male or female, FIFO etc. Anyway, the link to my place & photos are here: https://flatmates.com.au/P387384 PM me if you've got any questions. Thanks :)
Hi, I am Sali, an Australian Chinese girl from Harbin, I am studying hospitality III and do part-time job except studying. I am easy going and friendly girl, I like relax walking and enjoy coffee with my friends. I am home girl at the rest of the day, enjoy shopping sometimes and movie on the weekend. I need the room have air-con and furniture and close to the train station or the bus stop because I don't drive car. I prefer downstairs room than upstairs. I can move in to your house in anytime. Thank you :-)
A bit about me: I am 24 year-old Vietnamese female (moved to Aussie 9 years ago). I recently moved from South Australia and am looking for a place closer to work. I like travelling, gardening, photography and cooking. I'm an introvert so I like to have my own space to chill out and read after work. I'm keen to hang out for a drink/dinner/movie with my housemates from time to time. I usually go out on my days off. I will have no issues paying the rent on time and am neat, tidy and respectful of other's personal space.
I am a teacher (relief teaching this year) I have lived by myself before and then with others for over a year. I like to keep quite busy and when at home, I usually keep to myself and just chill out. I'm very easy going though. Non smoker but social drinker. Because I have a lot of teaching resources it would be amazing if I had another's room to store this (I currently rent a main bedroom and a spare room) Louie is 2yeara old and his safety and happiness are my main priority. He is such a good dog but isn't used to being outside. Living with someone with a dog would be amazing as sometimes people without don't really understand (I don't mean this offensively) he loves to be spoiled and he's very well trained.
Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)
I am oryginaly from Poland I like herbs and animals
I am from HK and I am going to study at UWA for around 4 months. I prefer a quiet and decent house for studying although I'd love to have occasional house gatherings. I am a responsible and clean person. I study social sciences. I love food and pets.
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
20 year old student studying marketing at UWA and also working part time. I'm neat and tidy and pretty easy going. I'm normally pretty busy during the week but like to go out on the weekends. Looking for a flatmate that is easy going and relaxed to live with.

Hoping can create a team up with some digitally minded or creative people. My background is in graphic design. I am reliable and always looking to create the best possible environment for everyone. I dont really drink and dont smoke and very accepting of different lifestyles. I think my main personal flaw is i spend too much on nandos, i know what a loser. Or that im not rich. My biggest passion is philosophy though i don't expect to share that with anyone just a heads up. I have a collie that i hope can live with me, he has traveled around the world so I don't expect there to be any issues with him. I am very open so dont hesitate to contact and ask anything.
I'm 23, I work as a receptionist for big rock toyota part time on full time benefits. Monday - Saturday. I spend my mornings at the gym before work so I'm literally out of the house by 9am and back around 7pm ( depending how far the place is from my work ) i don't drive so somewhere preferable close to Public transport would be ideal. Jooondalup - balcatta area is were I am looking and don't intend on paying anymore then $130 as I am saving for a some traveling in 2018.
I'm a 29 year old marketing professional new to Perth and looking for somewhere to live. I've just moved over from England to be closer to family and am currently lodging with my sister and her husband, but as you can imagine it's not ideal, especially with their 4 children! I'm lucky enough to have an Australian passport and will be looking for full-time work as soon as the awkward Christmas period is over. I house-shared for 3 years when I worked in London before getting my own place, so I like to think I'm easy to live with! I'm friendly and sociable and love coming home for a chat after a hard day at work; but equally I respect that everyone needs some time to themselves and their own space. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, reading, watching addictive TV series' and meeting up with friends for a coffee/drink(!) and gossip. I’m clean and tidy and like to have fun but definitely not a crazy party animal.
My name is Luke and I am a student that is clean and quiet, I have a 5 year old boy that stays with me and we are looking to share a house and rent with someone. We both are very chilled out, polite and fun.

Looking for people who have a mature attitude, down to earth, honest, sense of humour, friendly, easy going and they must be clean!! Must be a quiet household with people who hold a moral respect for each other free from bad behavioral patterns. I do healing work and I'm very happy to give healing sessions to those who share a house with me, I'm outgoing and friendly and enjoy people who have a fresh positive outlook. I take the holistic approach to life. I eat for my health (I eat meat still) and I have had many people who see me as looking younger than my age. (This is my natural hair colour by the way) I get on with any age group so long as they're open, honest, easy going and has a healthy approach to life. I like to grow my veggies. I'm looking outer NOR, preferably around Whitfords area for work and also Kinross, Carrumbine areas. If there is anyone out there who can accommodate me and have a shed (not just a small basic tin shed with no power) that I can store my furniture in and has some space for a studio of around 3 to 4 metres square, even better!!! If there are people who are looking for a house to rent and are willing to find a rental house together, I'd be happy to do that as the house rentals are coming down in price and there is more choice. I would love to hear from you if this fits your requirements. No time wasters please. Rent to include utilities.
Down to earth clean friendly single female with small well behaved French bulldog in hospitality as function manager so hours vary work a lot so when I do get time off jus like to relax with good bottle of wine
