Hey guys! I’m a clean and respectful housemate who’s fun and easy to get along with. I love to socialise with friends but also enjoy a quiet night in. I’m a veterinary nurse who works full time, and have a little pet birdy who you’ll just fall in love with, he’s such a character! I’m wanting to move into a share house to meet people and make new friends, and am definitely fine with team ups. I’m working north side of Brisbane, so would like to find a place around Caloundra as I love the beach!
My name is Rachel, I'm 22 years old and I work in Strathpine 1 day a week. I am looking for a place in the Caloundra area but can expand to other areas of the Sunshine Coast When I'm not working, I'll either be out with friends or staying in to watch movies. I'm a very outgoing person but am happy to live with people who keep to themselves. I would like a place relatively cheap as I don’t have a lot of work but am getting fortnightly payments. If that isn't an option, I would like a place with some of the bills paid for in the rent, e.g. water and internet. I have a car and my own belongings so an unfurnished room will be necessary. Hope to hear from you soon, thank you.
My partner and I are polite , respectful, tidy and We have always paid rent on time. I have quite a bubbly personality and enjoy socialising, I do like my down time aswell, my partner Daniel is very similar in personality. We have an 8 month old kitten called kiara who is very friendly.
Hi! I am moving back to the Sunshine Coast soon (whohooooo) and am looking for a cruisy bunch of housemates to share with. I have 2 small dogs (an old Jack Russel girl and a goofy pug x Tibetan Spaniel boy), love the beach and body surfing, walking my dogs, art (go to art school one morning a week), hanging out with friends and getting out and about, gardening, yoga, fresh fruit and veg, and just living life and trying new things out. I am positive and laid back person, and am looking forward to my next Sunshine Coast adventure. Currently I live in the middle of the Wollemi National Park in NSW, and love being out in nature, hanging with the locals and the animals, and exploring the caves on the property. I work in HR, and will need to travel into Brissy a few times a week for work. The rest of the time I will work from home. My old dog can't really get down steps very well and more, so I need a room on the ground floor with access to outside, if possible, and a garden that is secured for dogs. I am looking anywhere in the lower Sunshine Coast area or inland a bit. Looking forward to chatting to you. Best of luck with your househunting!
Hi, I'm James, 23 years old, and just relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Perth with a couple of mates and a dog! I'm looking to lease a property for a short-term period of 3-4 months or join an existing sharehouse. I'm a friendly, outgoing and respectful individual who lives an active lifestyle. Any help/recommendations very much appreciated! Cheers :)
I’m looking for a new place somewhere along the coastline to call home while I work and set myself up a bit more for life. I’m super chilled out, funny and can always have a laugh, I also enjoy a good intelligent conversation, but also love my alone time when needed. I like to spend my free time when I’m not working just hanging out with friends, binging tv series, love nature and getting out amongst it so anything adventurous or physical outside count me in! Would love to find a gym partner as well if that’s something of interest too you as I like try and live a healthy active lifestyle as much as I can. I love to cook and am always making something amazing in the kitchen (just ask my mates). I work part time about 4 - 5 days a week most of the time it’s the weekends so I won’t be around much then. Currently I’m just looking for the right person to share a home with where we can both live as happily and comfortable as possible in a nice environment. I’m a very clean respectful person when it comes to the house or others property. I have everything needed to furnish a home, fridge, tv, furniture, kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. so looking for someone that might not have as much to contribute and more looking for a stable room that includes a lease and the rest of it. If there is anything else you would like to know please don’t hesitate to just send me a message! I would love to hear from anyone that is interested! We can organise to go get a coffee and have a chat about the details.
I am clean, tidy and super friendly. I will be on placement within the next week and will commence full time work in aged care. I’m looking for a place in Caloundra west or little mountain. Thankyou :))!!
Friendly, clean, relaxed 35yo Doctor relocated from Brisbane to the Sunny Coast. I work 4 weekdays each week in Caloundra and spent the rest of my time back in New Farm, so really just looking for someone to relax at the end of the day rather than drive back. I’m preferentially looking for something modern and clean, a nice house or large apartment, not looking for something old please. I have a very friendly and desexed house-trained 7yo blue English Staffordshire Mr Hugo who is 19kg. You’d love him. I’d prefer flatmates 25-40yrs, non-smoking; somewhere with a pool or on the water, South of Moffat Beach only thanks. I’m happy to pay $350 (my share of rent) I’m only needing a place for Mon-Wednesday evenings. Happy to consider a team up with others to find a house if a suitable one doesn’t pop up. Happy for contact via phone, text or email or if it suits the above please (I’m not able to take calls before 6pm sorry, but can reply to texts/emails). *Please please contact me ONLY if meets the above please, sorry I’m just short of time and don’t want to waste yours either.
Hello, Moved to the Sunny Coast a few month back because I did a big overseas trip and came back broke. This just happened to be where my parents are. Now I'm financially independent again I would like to live with some people a bit more my age and in a much larger room that what I currently have. I like having a beer or 10 but all g, I'll always clean up the next day and will gtfo if you gotta work or anything in the morning. I've lived in a bunch of different share houses from the ripe old age of 17 and am pretty sweet at being respectful of peoples space. Obviously I would hope that goes both ways. I work in a bar and am also doing sales during the day, so spending a fair bit of time working at all kinds of fucked up hours. I'm also a musician, so looking for a bit of a larger sized room so am able to jam out in my free time. Even better if you like to jam as well. I've got headphones for the guitar but I also sing so that shit can get a bit annoying. But yeah obviously, not gonna do it while you're in the middle of watching Netflix or sleeping or anything like that. But other musicians or at the very least music enthusiasts would probably be the best fit, since I would like to find a place where I can express myself freely. If you sound like one of these sick cunts and would like me to live in your place HMU.
I keep to myself, I’m clean, friendly, respectful & most of the time I’ll be at work anyway.
Hey! I'm Shae and I'm looking to move to the Sunny Coast towards the end of year. I am looking to team up with someone who would like to find a nice townhouse between Caloundra and Coolum. I am a self-employed, quiet, laid back person who is very clean, private. I am normally away on weekends for work and often overseas for work. I’m happy to pay more for a 3 bedroom house to ensure we have plenty of space too. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, pays bills and rent on time. I am very respectful of your privacy. I own a cute, very quiet small English Staffy called Gracie (8 years old) who is my fur-child. Gracie does not dig, chew or bark (unless there is an unwanted stranger in the backyard she will give out a warning bark). I walk her twice a day and it is very important that I keep a home that does not look or smell 'doggy'. I would need a townhouse or something with a small yard for her. When I am away for work I leave my dog with family.
I’m quiet, clean and funny 🤪 I’m 23 years old, I work fulltime as an accountant and office manager at a mechanic shop! i love keeping fit and beach days on the weekend! I ride motorbikes but I won't need somewhere to store my 2 bikes! I’m an adventure lover so you’ll hardly ever see me at home 😊
I’m Kat. I’m 24. Moving to the Sunshine Coast for work. I am clean, respectful of others space and always pay my bills on time. I work full time and am looking to move at the end of September and have two dogs - 2yo Staffy x and 1yo Doberman. Both dogs are well-behaved, quiet and get on well with people. I would prefer one roommate or couple to share with. Not after a party house but definitely to share a drink or two at the end of the day. Looking for maybe a 12 month or so tenancy. Not looking to move in the too near future. In my spare time, I’m love taking my dogs to the beach, watching the footy and playing sport.
Hi there potential flatmates! A quick bio from me to you.. I'm a carpenter, music lover and gardening enthusiasts. Originally from Melbourne, I moved here 4 yrs ago to be closer to my 6yr old son.. I work full time and love my part time parenting responsibilties. I do also have responisbilities to a little cavoodle dog named Frankie who comes to work with me most days. Any spare time I get I generally spend it getting out and about. Skate parks, beaches and market missions for fresh produce.. I'm not one to lounge around, although I do enjoy some down time which I usually spend reading, writing or watching a movie/doco. I very rarely will touch alcohol however I do love the social music scene on the Sunny Coast so I'm always listening out for local gigs. It's in this environment I might occasionally let loose ;) I live a holistic lifestyle. Natural in nature I provide myself with anything my body needs.. I listen to it.. For almost 2 yrs I've been practicing yoga in all its ways.. movement, meditaion and spiritual practices.. I'm only and always a student, actively moving towards the conscious health and wellness community and industry. Focusing on the mind, body and soul.. I'm not vegitarian however I haven't eaten red meat in over 18mths.. I'm generally a clean and tidy person, but I love a home that looks like it's lived in and not on display for IKEA.. I always have respect for boundries and others personal space.. Lots more to me but those details can unfold through msgs or over a tea or coffee connection ;) I'm looking for options in a sharehouse that are suitable for my son a few days a week. Or for a few extra dollars perhaps a granny flat or studio style set up.. Alternatively I'm open to a team-up.. Cos finding a place is cheaper and easier in numbers.. Happy house hunting Best of luck Paul :)
Super quiet and relaxed, my biggest downfall is my fat lab called Norman in the pic. I’ve got to move into a place either in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast but it will have to be accepting of pets. He has been professionally trained as an assistance dog. I am a smoker but I’m happy to go away from the house to do so. I clean up after myself (and him). I’m a good communicator but also respect everyone’s personal space. I work part-time as a barista, travel to Brisbane 3 days a week for tafe and also receive Centrelink. I have my P’s, am good at saving money but I don’t have a rental history. Feel free to swing me a message, I want to move asap 🙂
Hi ☺️ I’m from northlakes just north of Brisbane and I’ve been driving over an hour to work everyday. So I’m looking for somewhere near the Sunshine Coast University Hospital to stay. I always clean up after myself, I’ll almost always be working, training and studying so I’ll never be in your way. I think of myself to be a relaxed and decent guy. Bonus points if you have a cat/and or dog (I miss mine). I hope to hear from you soon.
Not much to say really, I'm just your average 20 year old looking to be more independent, I work full time, have my own car and license and like to play video games in my spare time, I keep to myself mostly, though I don't mind some conversation and the occasional beverage. I was brought up to look after myself, so keeping clean and tidy is something I'm quite good at and I'm a fast learner. I'm looking for a place inbetween the southern parts of the Sunshine Coast and the northern regions of Brisbane, a place to park my car somewhere safe and a decent internet connection would be greatly appreciated.
I've just moved up from Adelaide, currently staying near Brizzy & looking for a place on the Sunny Coast for myself and my 7 year old staffy Frank. We both come with great references from previous rentals and shared accomms. Frank's an inside/outside dog, gets washed after every beach trip, very chilled dog who just loves hanging with people & he's cleaner than most housemates I've shared with :) I work as an accountant & spend alot of time at the beach with Frank and catching up with mates. Love getting away for weekenders aswell. Looking for a friendly house as I love to have a drink and a laugh with my housemates at times so I'm not living with strangers.
Hi Guys!!! My name is Jess, I am a 20 year old who lives here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast :) I currently work part time and study as well. For work I run a small lawn and garden care business in my spare time ( I know that sounds a bit strange that a girl runs a garden maintenance business but hey, what can I say, I love gardening) I am also a Learn to Swim Instructor and on weekends I work in a fruit and veggie stall at some of the Farmers Markets on the coast. I am about to start a Dual Diploma at TAFE for Photography and Advance Visual Arts. Photography is my main passion in life and so this past six months I have been building up my portfolio and business. My business is called Salty Dog Studio so feel free to check it out on Instagram or Facebook :) I also have a super cute and extremley well trained little kelpie named Ryder (He doesn't bark, dig or chew anything and knows some pretty cool tricks as well!!) Ryder is usually with me as I have a Ute that he loves to chill out in, but if he needs to stay at home then he has a kennel that he just stays at. I also have a hand tamed lorikeet named Koda who loves belly scratches and lives outside :) So a little about us... We absolutely love the beach, so when I'm not working or studying then usually I'll be at the beach with Ryder taking photos or just chilling out. I also like to live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle, so generally I go to the gym early in the mornings most days and try to eat as healthy as possible too. We love to spend our time outdoors doing things whenever possible really :) I am a clean person and not only like to keep my own space neat & tidy but I actively like to help keep the house and garden maintained and clean. (I've lived in share house before and understand how its everyones responsibility to contribute) Also, as I run a gardening business I would be more than happy to look after the gardens and yards whilst living at the house as well. I am a pretty quiet person who tends to keep to myself most of the time (not for any other reason than the fact that I am probably working on a project or idea I have had haha) but in saying that I am always happy to have a chat and catch up too. I'm sweet with kids too as I have been working with children for a number of years now and love that area of work. I also have a bluecard that can be viewed upon request if needed. Cheers Jess
I’m an excellent tenant. I pay my bills on time. I study full time so I spend a lot of time away from the house. The kids are well behaved, easy going, love their games, clean up after themselves and they go to school all day so we are all hardly there. I have excellent rental references. But because I’m by myself and full time study now, my “paperwork income percentage” doesn’t meet the criteria of rental agencies which is 30% of your income. So naturally other families get priority over me. I’d just love to get back into a routine and be in my own space again
We are an english couple moving down to the Sunny Coast from Cairns for a change of scenery. I will be starting a new job in Sunny Coast Hospital and Steve will be commuting to Brisbane for work. We love the outdoors and exploring new places. We are looking for somewhere to chill after a day of work or activities :)
