Moving to Brisbane or surrounds in early March from Tassie. I am very easy going, hard working and organised. I spend most of my time working, socialising or at the gym/keeping fit and spend very little time at home. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook!
We are both friends. We are bubbly people, like to laugh and have a good time. Not looking for a party house 24/7 but people we can have fun with. People that share similar interests. We both work in child care and work full time. Enjoyiny going out to movies and dinners. Sometimes out clubbing, but enjoy having people over. Not late party nights. Are respective of others and noise. Pretty much do our own thing. Looking for fun people to live with. We both do not smoke or have pets. Reliable and trustworthy. Have most items table, fridge, lounges, tv etc. Just no washing machine yet.
Hey, I'm Matt. I am looking for a place on the Sunny Coast that is walking distance to the beach and also Ideally close to public transport and a supermarket. A 6 month lease or more would be great. I will be working full-time. I am very easy going, friendly and trustworthy. I'm not much for partying anymore, just the occasional beer after work and weekends. I'm not someone who will be having people over all the time, being loud and annoying you. I tend to just do my own thing and know to respect each others space. I like too cook and am reasonably tidy but not a clean freak. Someone trustworthy and similar to this would be great. I pretty much only have a my bedroom furniture, and some kitchen basics, so would be looking for someone who has the main stuff like fridge, washing machine, loungroom furniture, etc. Any questions/ideas, feel free to message me, thanks.
Hi, I have been house sitting on the Sunshine Coast for the past eight months but now that my husband has sold our house in Canberra and is heading up here it's time to get real and find a more steady base while we start to look around for our own house to buy in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I am a 47yo self funded early retiree and my husband is a 53yo almost retired maths teacher. We will be out most days looking at properties. My parents also live in Caloundra so will be spending time with them. We require a clean home with our own private bathroom, as our furniture will be in storage we will also require bedroom furniture and a good mattress will be appreciated. My husband is really tall so we need at least a queen size bed. We are honest, respectable, clean and positive people who won't get in your way or cause a fuss. I also have a current police check that I needed for house sitting and my husband also has a current Working With Vulnerable People card. I also have current house sitting references. We also have an adorable well trained and fabulous little Italian Grey Hound Jack Russell x (small dog) who we will try and take with us when we go out but if we need to keep her at home we will require a secure and safe yard for her to hang out in, she is 8 years old and will only bark if someone she does not know approaches your house. Callie is truly fabulous and my soul mate so she needs to come with us. If you are not a dog person (how can that be??) she will change your mind :-) If you think that we may suit please send me an email and I can answer any further questions that you may have. YAY Sunshine Coast, it's just so awesome up here!!!XX Shelley
Hey there future housemate/s! My name is Luke and I'm a laid back, friendly 22 year old dude studying a Bachelor of Nursing Science at USC and working part time at The Athlete's Foot at the Sunshine Plaza. I'm a gelled combination of both ambitious, motivatedness and chilled out placidness. So when I'm not working or studying, I'll be a happy go lucky, sociable flat mate, hoping to have a beverage or two with you and chill out. Looking to move closer to the coast for uni and work. I love to cook and do Jamie Oliver impersonations while doing so. I keep fit playing sport, working out and swimming at the beach so I do like to get out of the house. I'm a clean and organised bloke and am always happy to chip in around the household and do my part. I have a fair bit of experience in trade work and have some of my own tools, so when there's ever something broken, I often turn into Mr. Fix It. And what's the fun in sharing a house if you can't make some new friends?! I get along with everyone, no matter the age. Looking for either an established house hold who are looking for an extra person, or awesome individuals, guy and gals (including couples), who'd like to start their own flat mate family. Swing me a message! :) Hope to hear from you!
Hi, I'm Karen and I'm currently looking for a place on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. Between Caloundra and Maroochydore would be great, and I'd be more than keen to team up for a new place with the right person. I'm 37, non-smoker, never married, no kids, originally from Brisbane, work full time & study part time. I do have a super friendly 18mo puppy, so it's quite important for me that whoever I live with is genuinely fond of dogs, especially big dogs. She's crate trained, so sleeps indoors at night. I enjoy a clean house, and I'm a respectful & considerate housemate. Im pretty relaxed, don't drink much, but love to cook and be social over the occasional meal. I spend a lot of time either at the beach or gym or just reading a book, so clearly not much of a party animal :) I'm hoping to move anytime after exams, so from 17 December onwards.
Hi, I am bright bubbly social chicky, looking for a comfy place and a roommate that i can have a friendly chat with and who would enjoy my company. I work full time and enjoy working hard but i love to unwind on weekends, hit the beach and a try to attend live music as much as i can. I am very clean, I am very hygienic and enjoy relaxing with some wines and for some reason i like cooking and trying to create new tastes in food. Which means i'm always willing for a taste tester haha I've been living out of home for a few years and shared houses with all sorts of people and trust me i always know where I stand with people and their privacy! I have a lot of respect for people who respect me back. I am a non-smoker, i don't have any pets but i am a huge animal lover, i am slightly OCD, i do have full bedroom furnish plus more in storage, currently don't have a car, i am working on it and i will never rely on a roommate to take me anywhere. It's just rude Feel free to swing me a message if you think I'd be a good roomie or you would like to chat further. I am open to the stay amount, i am wanting to lease my own place in the next 6 months or so. Thanks heaps!
Full time primary school teacher relocating to the sunshine coast area in 2017. Love the outdoors, hiking, beach, night at the pub with live music. Can cook and like to keep things clean and organised. Have a dog (staffyx) that I would like to live with me if possible but not necessary. I am looking to move in after Christmas or early January and rent for 1year.
Hi there, I am currently living on the Gold Coast but have accepted a new job on the Sunshine Coast starting in the New year and would like to secure accommodation prior to Xmas. I am a young 41yr old Sales Professional in the renewable energy industry. My new job is based in Warana and will also involve some travel. I am looking for accommodation in that area. I am no stranger to share house living having previously spent 7 seasons working in Thredbo ski resort, along with a season in Canada. So i can relate & get along with a wide range of people & personalities from all walks of life. Im open minded & respect peoples space & property. More recently I have been on the other side, owning my own house in Adelaide, and renting out rooms, so can appreciate things like finding the right person that gels with other housemates and fits the dynamics. Also paying rent & bills on time, cleaning of common areas etc. i formed some good friendships over that time and have had a couple of visits from previous housemates since leaving Adelaide & moving to QLD. I am easy going and down to earth. I enjoy getting outdoors, going to the beach, hiking. (haven’t been snowboarding for a few years : ( ) Looking to find similar people to share with who enjoy sharing the occasional meal and a drink with a laugh and good conversation. I am fairly open, so if you want to know anything further just ask. Putting it out there for a funky house with cool peeps close to beach. I also have a very friendly & well behaved 10yr old Staffy, I would like to move with me but can also leave with family if not suitable. Cheers for your time. If you have something suitable & think I would be a good fit, please let me know. Ash
Hi, I'm Lachlan. I'm 23 and work fulltime as a geotechnical driller. I'm up early and home late most days, I also do a lot of away work so I may end up only being home every so often. I'm tidy, easy going and get along well with everybody. Looking to move into a place as soon as possible.
Hi I'm Sophie, I'm 22 years old and work full time in an administration role. I'm super friendly and easy going, not much of a party person but don't mind chilled social drinks every now and then. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and like being outdoors as much as I can so just looking for some like minded people to live with! Preferably looking to move early January but I can be flexible with that if needed a bit earlier or later....
Move in date is very flexible (any time mid January to mid March). If you have a cat I'm keen as a bean. Maximum budget $160 inclusive of bills. Preferably at least one female at the property and have a bed in the room already. Minimum 4-6 months (until semester finishes) but likely longer. I'm 21, studying and working at USC (so Sippy Downs location would be perfect). Clean and tidy etc etc. Don't mind a few beverages now and then but not a party animal. Hit me up if you've got a place I can call home for a few months :)
I'm a project manager for a web agency, a manager of a restaurant and a theatre technician. I work from home, so I'm around the house during the day, but usually out at one of my other jobs of a night. My cat's a purebred Egyptian Mau, and is absolutely gorgeous (objectively speaking). I'm cruisy and easy to get along with, and happy to do jobs around the house (because I'm around during the day). I'm clean, tidy and organised. I need to be with how busy I can be! I've also got a fridge and washing machine to contribute to the picture.
Hi I'm Ben, 32 years old from Brisbane and returning to study at University of Sunshine Coast, so looking for a room and hoping to move up to the coast around Christmas (flexible with move date). I am a mature, easy going, quiet but friendly and sociable guy who is past my party days (although will never say no to a quiet beer or two) and just looking for somewhere reasonably quiet and relaxed to chill out, with easy going and friendly housemates. I am an independent stable long term tenant (my last two share houses were two and five year stays) and always pay my rent on time and am respectful of everyone and more than willing to do my share to look after the place. I love to cook, love to travel, love the beach and looking to get into an active lifestyle again now I'll have more free time. If you have any questions or think I'd suit your place don't hesitate to get in touch.
I am probably the nicest person you'll meet. Very out going. always pick up after myself and always pay rent and bills on time, no matter what. I'm 18 but its not all parties. Am a very quiet person. I simply like to get out when I'm not working. Really just looking for someone to rent out a place with, preferably in Maroochydore, as I can't afford it on my own.
Hey everyone! My partner Darcy and I have been living together for 5 years. Darcy is a land surveyor and I am working at a local primary school. We are pretty private people and do enjoy our own space, but are very keen on making new friends! We are passionate about travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. We are both clean and respectful people. A couple of things: - We are currently on a waiting list to own a German Shepherd puppy in late Jan/early Feb so it is more than likely we will be a trio. I'm sure it goes without saying that we would be looking for animal (dog) lovers! - We are originally from Tassie (we only moved to Sunny Coast 1 year ago) so would need people who are open to sharing the place a few times a year with family & friends! We would be happy to do the same. - We are preferably looking for a couple but are more than happy to consider an individual. Please get in touch if you would be interested :)

My current lease expires around the 15th Dec so I'm looking for a new place to move into, or I'm happy to team up with anyone and find a place. Can be either furnished or unfurnished (unfurnished would suit me better). I would prefer to be sharing with similar aged people with similar interests (mostly regarding sports/fitness/music). Will be looking to move at some stage early in December Cheers!
Hi, I'm a relaxed, healthy and environmentally conscious person with a keen interest in nutrition, philosophy, and writing. I'm looking for a quiet and tidy home for at least six months, with similar minded people. I'm respectful, clean and tidy, drug free(but I don't have a problem with those who enjoy relaxing at 4:20), and comfortable with a social drink, and I love a good open discussion. After living in Sydney and Brisbane for several years, I've left the hustle and bustle of city life, and returned to the Coast where I grew up. I'm now focused on writing a novel over the next six months and see where that takes me. If you think we'd get along and have a room available, please get in touch.
