I’m clean, quiet and tidy. I work a 9am - 5pm office job and like to cook for myself and go to the gym after work. I love the outdoors and pets too (although don’t have one of my own). I’m not into partying but do occasionally like a drink out or wine at home. I’d love to have a welcoming household with friendly people who are also clean and tidy. Ideally I’d love to get to know my housemates and come home to a comfortable environment with that ‘homely’ feel. I would like a private room of my own, furnished or unfurnished, and sharing a bathroom doesn’t phase me if it’s kept clean.
Hi I’m Chris I’m 34 I’m a welder by trade I work full time and long hours I have a 14yo daughter who lives with her Mum she is my world I love my footy and sports I’m very easy going down to earth I’m a straight up sort of guy what u see is what u get I’m looking for a place for at least 6 months please message me and we can meet and u can find out more about me cheers Chris
Hi, i work full time as a full carpenter. I am 46 and I would much prefer a chilled household instead of a party one I generally only work Monday – Friday but occasionally Saturdays are required depending on specific job requirements and deadlines I’m not massively into one thing or another, if I had to pick a few things I’d say I have a keen interest in sport, History up until a few years ago I was living and working in Africa for just on 9 years, I did a little bit of travelling through Europe and Asia but have since been firmly planted back in Melbourne I would be very grateful to be able to have a chat and even more so if I was to be chosen as your new housemate, I would also like to mention that I would be respectful to your house rules and the dynamics of how you live in your place.
Hey, I'm Alex and I'm studying Visual Arts and Secondary Education at Monash. I'm moving down from Canberra and a reasonably quiet guy wanting to find a relaxed and friendly place to come home to. Not into: hosting raving parties, singing in the shower, coming home at 3am, yelling at the tv, etc. I'm appreciative of the odd-semi regular board game/movie night/shared meal/drinks but otherwise happy to keep to myself. I respect keeping common areas neat and tidy and am very big on cleaning up after myself. My interests mostly include reducing waste, impromptu craft projects, cooking and gardening and am happy to battle small household disputes with a game of chess or Mariokart. Hoping to find LGBT+ friendly and like-minded people.
What's good everyone! My name’s Desmond, a 3rd year undergrad student at Monash University Clayton Campus, come 2019. Super pysched for the new year. I'm here to team up with awesome flatmates for a new place to stay, ideally somewhere on the Pakenham train line. Looking for the perfect home between the city and Clayton, where I study. Here's a little bit about myself: 1) I speak 5 languages (sort of) 2) I'm super chill, friendly & open-minded 3) Currently a Vaccie in KPMG 4) I spend quite a bit of time on Spotify and Netflix 5) A massive gym junkie 6) Can cook Chinese and the best cheese baked cauliflower with breadcrumbs and cream sauce 7) Respectful and responsible - I like our home clean and tidy I'm hopeful to team up with flatmates who are open to becoming good friends. A good dinner and hang out sesh occasionally would be fantastic. I enjoy socialising but I definitely appreciate some me time here and there.
Hello! I'm Prita, from Indonesia. About to start grad school in Melbourne starting January 2019 after working in a children's nonprofit for the past 5 years. As a flatmate, I'm clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. I can be social but also very much value my personal time and space. Like to pay my bills on time so they don't haunt me. On weekends I enjoy Netflixing (who doesn't :p), reading, going out for meals or drinks, and if lucky enough to live near parks or beaches, having a stroll. I'm looking for like-minded flatmates (and a flat) around my age or older, preferably female, who are kind, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Would be great if we could occasionally hang out together or share meals/drinks at home. Cats (or dogs) would be a huge plus as I won't be able to bring mine :'(
I work full-time at a patisserie (means I sometimes bring home baked goods!!). When I'm not working however I'm basically just drawing or painting. I'm pretty chill and kinda do my own thing but I love making friends! I don't drink, smoke, nor do drugs.
Currently working 6 days a week between 2 jobs, so I won't be home a lot, just to sleep. When I am home will always be up for a drink or a chat. In my free time I do archery, go to the gym or play some video games. A gym buddy would be cool too
Hello there! I'm looking for a nice place to call home, somewhere comfortable, friendly and tidy with a good vibe. Preferably a location that's close to the Frankston train line. I enjoy chatting over a drink, music, nature, good food, nights out, animals, reading, laymen's philosophy, and learning a bit about everything. I'm quiet during the week, just work, eat, gym, relax, and enjoy hanging with friends on the weekends. I've lived in Melbourne for a bit over a year now, and work in library customer service at close to full-time hours. Before this part of my life I lived in Cairns and Brisbane, and traveled around Europe for half a year.
Hey, my friend and I are looking for a place or two rooms. We are very friendly. We are tidy and easy to live with and believe in giving privacy and vice versa. Hope to hear soon from you. (: Thank you.
Hello!! My current lease ends in early Jan and I am hoping to find some fun new housemates. I'm currently working in retail casually and studying full time. Which keeps me out of the house most of the week, I am clean, easygoing and love being social. Hoping to find housemates that are likeminded and enjoy a cheeky glass of wine or a movie night. We'll get along if you don't eat my chocolate (that I will most likely hide in my room) I'm mostly looking for teaming up to find a place because of the amount of furniture I already have. Hit me up if you're keen or have any questions, concerns, queries, or just wanna have a chat.
Hi ! I'm Nathan, i'm a French jurist and i'm in Australia for one year. I'm currently working in a restaurant in Camberwell and i'm looking for a place to live. I'm very friendly, easy going and I'm always looking to improve my English. Looking forward to meet you and have a chat !
I'm easy to get along with, friendly, super chill. I'm clean and love having my house neat and tidy to come home to after a long day! Really looking for somewhere chill and relaxed to happily come home to. Fun, easy going & happy housemates! I work at a nursing recruitment agency in Fitzroy, shift work, so some odd hours but also always quiet and you'll never really know I'm home! I currently live in Tullamarine, my lease ends up in Feb and looking for somewhere to live for a decent amount of time. I love catching up with friends and exploring new places in Melbourne, always down for a sneaky day road trip somewhere. Looking for like minded housemates! I have a cat who is 1 year old, she's lovely, never any trouble all she seems to do is eat and sleep! Max rent I can afford per week is $210 Always down for a cheeky wine and catch up after a long week at work!
Hey I’m looking for a fun, warm, family vibe sort of house with some other girls. I love adventures, being outside, food and movie nights, getting on the wines, markets and adore animals. I want a house where the other roommates are like best friends so if you’re looking for the same thing message me! 😊
I’m Singaporean, born and raised in Singapore. I’m in my late 20s. Generally a private person, but enjoy company from time to time too. I am on a Work and Holiday visa and will need to find an accommodation in Melbourne a few weeks while I teach at a university there. I’m neat and tidy, and love a clean place to come back to. I’m not much of a cook, but good enough for a square meal.
Hello! I'm currently looking for a place to live and would love and be excited to have a roomie or multiple roomies! I've been moved out of home twice before, and have proven myself to be a responsible, reliable, clean person to live with. I am definitely known to be a radiating ball of positive energy. I am studying full time, have a job, have a very active social life and spend a lot of time at my boyfriends so I would most likely be coming and going a lot. I love people and enjoy hanging out but if you're the type to keep to yourself that is also great! I'm a very easy going and relaxed person to be around but also highly organised. Would be great if bills and internet were included in the rent but not my biggest worry. Would prefer to live with people in my age group (20's-30's) but again am really flexible. Would love to meet you and live with you!
My name is Jesús, I’m a Chilean guy with working holiday visa that is looking for a nice and respectful place to live. I'm very chill and friendly. I love travelling, learn languages and sharing laugh with a friends. Please let me know if I sound like someone you'd like to live with. And if I can go to have a look to your room. Thank you very much!!
Hi there! I'm Alice, 30 years old from the UK. At the moment I work in Armadale in a fashion boutique and write as a hobby in my spare time. I'm on my Working Holiday Visa but I am hoping to stay in Melbourne for the foreseeable future as it's pretty amazing here. I'm an easy-going, clean and tidy person looking for house mates who are of a similar mindset. I don't smoke, drink heavily or take drugs so no party houses for me but I love chilling out with a glass of wine now and again. My all-time favourite thing is going out for food, and I do enjoy cooking (though I'm really not very good at baking sadly) so I'd be up for house dinners or finding some new places with housemates on occasion. I'm usually out and about as I work as much as I can or see friends, concerts or go to church events but I try to have a couple of nights in to relax. Whilst I am friendly and really easy to get along with I do value my own space, and of course would respect the same in my housemates. I would love to find a furnished room in a house share, preferably singles and no couples as I don't want to feel like I'm intruding or being that awkward third wheel :) As I said I work a lot so ideally in a quiet location but close to amenities and to work would be brilliant. My max including bills is $260 p/w. Looking forward to hearing from you, Alice
Hi my name is Jacqueline, i'm 23, from South-West Victoria and moving to Melbourne to commence a Graduate position as a nurse in Mulgrave. Potentially likely to be on shift work, so someone who understands this would be amazing. In my spare time I like to go and see friends/family, hit the gym, beach and pretty much just relax. Looking for something short term as I am new to Melbourne and I'm just wanting to see how the first few months pan out.
