I love to learn new languages. Looking forward to find a place with bills included that is a big room with furniture included such as cupboard or wardrobe built room, study desk, mirror, medium size bed, window, heater. :D Simply to say a room which would be ideal for a student. Will need a car space.
Hey! I am Eugenie, 21yo female currently doing my final year of uni, graduating mid year 2017. I currently work part time and will get into full time work around june/july. I am easy going, and relaxed. I don't party or do drugs and hardly drink but enjoy the occasional drink with dinner or on weekends. I like my personal space but also want to find a place called home :)
My name is Anita, Indonesian, 22 yo. I'm a fresh graduate who is looking for a room because my flat-mate is leaving Australia for good. I'm a nice, clean and tidy girl. Totally not a party kind but definitely up for some beer, wine and liquor. I love to meet new people. For weekend I choose movie, coffee, brunch and travel.
-----FEMALES ONLY---- I am a 27 year old Massage therapist, enjoys personal and spiritual development, healthy clean vegetarian/vegan food. Quiet, friendly and social & love to cook! Love outdoors, I don't party or do drugs and hardly drink but enjoy the occasional drink with dinner or on weekends. Looking for a place to stay in the next couple weeks! Ideally one housemate only, I have a 9 year old pomeranian who is quite shy and timid so more than one housemate would be too much for her. I know having a dog is a bit of a pain for people but I'm hoping to find someone who will accept her. She's toilet trained, clean, and loving. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, my name is Nicole. I'm 25 and working full time as a Textile Designer for a bed linen company in Dandenong. I'm looking at starting up my own place in the Hawthorn/Richmond/Camberwell area that has easy access to the Monash freeway. Looking to move around the 20th April. I'm clean and respectful and easy to get along with. I'm very active, love fitness and the outdoors. Love to explore, travel, and socialise with friends (whether that be out for drinks or Netflix/movie nights in). Contact me if you think we'd be a good match and if your interested in starting an apartment together! Nicole :)
Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from 1. Mai to 4. September. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven
I'm Tom. I'm almost 25 (quarter of a life...oh no, it's almost over!) and looking for a new place to call home with a nice, likeminded cohabiter. I work full time in Hawthorn East and am on the lookout for a place. Hawthorn, Malvern, Burnley, Camberwell, South Yarra or Toorak would be great for public transport reasons, but anywhere with a train line that connects to (and not too many stops from...) Richmond or the CBD would also be good. Ideally, I'd live within walking distance to to these train stops: Kooyong, Tooronga, Heyington, Burnely, or Camberwell (or 72 tram line). But again, any train stop on a line that connects to Richmond/CBD is equally great. You'll find me sipping tea of an evening and going for a bushwalk or some kind of adventure on the weekend. I'm a quiet but sociable guy. I'd like my new home to be one that is really comfortable, where I get along well with the people I live with and look forward to coming home after work, or relaxing one day on the weekend...for it to be more of a home rather than a transaction just paying rent (of course, it's very important to pay rent!). I enjoy a clean and positive environment with mutual respect. I'd love to chat if you think we'd make great flatmates :) Tom
Easygoing but responsible person that loves getting to know new people over a meal! Like all things artsy, and like to have people over from time to time but no big parties. Would love a home where I can be friends with my housemate/s, not just acquaintances. Ideally looking for a female-only place, and keen to team up to create a new share house within 30 mins commute of the CBD!
I am 28yo girl from Italy.I work at the MCEC in catering department and also in a pizzeria in Camberwell. In my spare time I try to do my real job (I am an actress ehehe). I have already had experience in living with other people so you can be sure that I am clean, respectful, pay in time but also I enjoy live the house and have a chat.
Hi I am looking for a pretty fun, chilled and easy going sharehouse with one to two people who are looking to team up to find a place around the chadstone, camberwell, bentleigh or brighton area. If anyone has any rooms available in these areas please send me a message. About me: I am a young professional working in retail store management full time. I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!
I'm a very social person, always having a laugh and enjoy kicking back more now rather than partying although Im a big techno enthusiast. I pretty much keep low key these days, also a massive foodie :P I worked at Bupa Health Insurance for almost 2 years and left recently as Im gonna look for something else but I'll never be late with rent or anything to do with finance. I've gotten into the nature side of things lately so I do enjoy going to parks, beaches etc. Anything with a good view that will open up the soul. I get along well with pretty much anyone and we will definitely become friends rather than just housemates pho sho. Im open to pretty much any area not just the area I put in lol
'm a Easy going, tidy and friendly girl from Norway, soon to be 28 years of age (but young at heart). Just arrived to Melbourne to study at Deakin uni. I'm a reliable and always pay my bills on time. Don't hesitate to contact me :) Cheers!
EA - work full time, study part time (commerce), live a health lifestyle, clean & tidy, easy to get along with, love a wine and a good time (not a crazy party animal but enjoy going for a few drinks and having a dance every now and then).
I am a neat and clean Architect working in the CBD. I am also an easy going with a good sense of humour. Happy to be social as well give people space to do their own thing, not a hermit. I have a car, so I will be looking for a place which as parking or free street parking.

My girlfriend is also moving to Melbourne in early may, so at first will only be me, and from may fwd is the 2 of us, she is a 26 y.o. chef from the states, laid back girl and pretty cool too. She will also be going to school and have a part time job. I’m essentially looking for somewhere quiet to study and a nice place to sleep! I'm from India. I am used to Flat-sharing. I'm neat, tidy guy. can help with house-hold chores. Will love to help you in cooking (Considering, you won't kill me if i make mistakes). I would love to play with your pet, if you have one, but if you don't, it's alright. Very helpful and have little bit of handsomeness from my papa.. Would love to hear from you! :)
Hi I am 27 year old female from India. My name is Sanjana. I have recently moved to melbourne 4 months back. I am master in IT student looking for a house to share preferably near station. I am young and easy going neat n tidy girl. Feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks
Hey, what's up? My name is Till, I'm an easy going, laid back, no drama kind of guy from Germany. I work full time in advertising as a content manager and will be in Melbourne to do so for 6 Months, starting May 1st. I love to dance (anywhere, anytime) and get out as much as possible, but I also enjoy a lazy night on the couch watching a show or a movie as well from time to time. I'm not too bad of a cook, however, I can never seem to get the portions right and always cook way too much. Since I'll only bring over 2 backpacks from Germany, it would be great if there'd at least be a mattress in my room or if you could help me get one. All in all I'm not looking for a mansion, but rather an affordable place to hit the hay and to have a good time in Melbourne. I don't consider myself a neatfreak, but I am obviously clean and reasonably tidy. Also, of course, I'm respectful to any nationalities, skin colours, sexual preferences, people's need for privacy and houserules. Hit me up if that sounds good to you, and I'm sure we'll figure something out! With regards, Till P.S.: don't worry too much about the districts I have selected – if I can get from your place to Cremorne in under or roughly one hour by public transport, that's fine.
I am Jonathan, 19 years old and from germany. I am in Melbourne, because of an Internship at Siemens and currently looking for an accommodation for the next 6 Weeks. I like to do a lot of Sports, like Tennis, Soccer or Gym. I would describe myself as very easy-going, friendly and I considerate other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself.
Hello; I am Colombian, I recently arrived in Melbourbe, I am looking for a nice place to live, with easy access to public transport, I am an organized person, Hosnese, calm, clean and respectful, I like to socialize and share experiences.
I'm a social, easy going housemate who's always up for a chat after a long day yet am respectful and mindful of other people's routines etc. I play netball during the week, enjoy keeping active and like brunching/eating out at new places around Melbourne on weekends. I work full time as a paralegal so am looking for a housemate with a similar routine - the standard Mon-Fri 8-5pm kind of scenario. Looking to move mid- late April. Thanks Sarah 🙂
I am uni student currently in postgraduate studies with part time work. I am easy going person who can gel around with everyone. Having saying that, I like clean and tidy to place to live in. Responsible and respect for other.
Hello :) our lease is up in Windsor and I'd like to move closer to my business in Richmond as I'm so over the insane traffic around Windsor!! We are both professionals employed full time (Laura has her own business), very fun but equally hard working, clean and reliable. Excellent with money and paying rent/bills on time. We are both very tidy and clean and very house proud. We are looking for 3-4 bedroom large houses around Clifton Hill/Fitzroy/Richmond. And there are some gorgeous houses coming up but we need a 3rd or possibly 4th person to join us in the hunt! I have a 4mth old kitten and we are both animal crazy and we'd love to live with people that are creative/interested in gardening, art, philosophical discussions about life etc. We believe in treating others well and putting out positive energy into the world. No negativity thanks! We have everything a house needs but are very open to more furniture, especially a dining table and outdoor furniture. I will also be bringing my 2 yr old GSP dog for weekend visits occasionally (he lives with my parents) so you need to love dogs. You must like animals, having a laugh and looking for friends rather than just a flatmates. Get in touch! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am looking for a place to share where housemates have respect for each other's boundaries & personal lives & communicate with each other in a courteous & respectful manner, & its a FAIR & equitable home environment, with ensuite or seperate bathroom or granny flat, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am fun to be with, sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & very well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet. Independent, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples boundaries and expect the same from others.Friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally. In my free time, I go jogging and help with various charities.
I am an friendly and outgoing individual, who is looking for a comfortable space I can call my own. I am respectful, responsible, reliable, and love things clean and tidy! I deferred uni and backpacked across 12 European countries, which is something I am quite proud of! I love spending time with loved ones, watching movies, going for brunch, and prefer nights in!
Easy-going, mindful of others and able to pay bills on time. Student looking to minimise the commute and enjoy the lifestyle that accompanies moving out of home. Variety of cliche interests; music, film, television, sports. Would more than welcome quiet drinks and or dinner during the week with housemates. Whether it'd be a slab and kebab, or fine dining with a bottle of red. Sociable yet like most I do enjoy downtime to relax or 'study'. I'm a man of simple pleasures with basic survival skills and etiquette who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Also more than capable of keeping tidy and washing a dish. Ideally I like staying low-key during the week, however come the weekend you may not see much of me. I enjoy keeping busy and making the most of my leisure time. Although assuming we get along no doubt I'd have the odd night in hanging out. Eager to talk to anyone whose interested!
hi, I'm a student looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay. I am a quiet, clean and easy going person who keeps to himself. I love dogs, binging tv shows occasionally playing video games.
I am from Adelaide originally and moved here to start life as a junior lawyer. I work full time in the CBD but looking for a place to relax when i get home. I am very clean and organised. I have a car but can just as easily sell it if the right place comes along (also willing to consider share ownership/costs. I also have a bunch of nice furniture but likewise i can sell this as needed. I would prefer non-smokers but am not opposed to pets.
Hey! My name is Jess and I'm a 21 year old muso who is looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live! I'm a 3rd year music student studying at the Victorian College of the Arts so obviously music is a huge part of my life. I play violin, guitar, piano and I sing a little bit too so if you're interested in impromptu jam sessions I would be more than ok with that! If not, thats cool too! However, I will need to live with people who at least appreciate music to some degree. I work two jobs where I teach violin to primary school students and work at a nursing home. I would say that I'm pretty easy to live with; I'm easygoing, considerate of other people, neat and tidy and not too in your face. I'd say I'm reasonably organised, so you won't have to worry about be paying rent/bills on time. In my spare time, I like to read, do all things arty, attempt poi, listen to/play/write music, see live music, go to festivals and spend time with friends. Ideally, I would like to live with easygoing, good natured, somewhat creative people who are around the same age as me (around 20 - 27) who are down for socialising and hanging out but can also respect my need for alone time as well. It would also be really great if I could find a place that's close to public transportI love animals so if you are a pet friendly household I'd have no problem with that at all.
Joe and I are looking for a third to join us in a new house, we have been living together for over a year in the kew area. We are both down to earth easy going guys, who are sporty and outgoing. If you have any questions at all, or like the sounds of this then please hit me up!
Hey there! My name is Linnea, I’m 22, from Sweden and I’m staying in Melbourne for six months to do an exchange semester at Deakin uni. I’m from Uppsala, Sweden where I’ve been studying art history for two years. I’ve lived in a dorm for a really long time so I have no problem sharing spaces with other people. I’m also very tidy, but not a clean freak. I like hanging with friends but every once in a while I like some alone time. I’m always up for a spontaneous night at the pub or just chilling together at home. I’d be an awesome roommate! I arrived in Melbourne two months ago and it would be great to find something now when school is starting!
I am easy going, very clean, fun and get along with everyone. Am working full time and am rarely home. I do have an adorable and loving black cat named Ninja who is also as chilled as her father.
I'm an easy going fun male with a gorgeous little dog, enjoy chilled nights at home and head out with friends on occasion for drinks/dinner/footy. Have a foxtel account and my own furniture and appliances if needed. I also have a turtle tank. I work full time and always pay rent/bills on time. I have an investment property so I know the importance of cleanliness and rent being on time.
Hey there, My partner and I are looking to rent a house with a backyard, that's pet friendly for 2 small dogs. We both work part time, as well as play in corporate bands. Great rental history and we take great pride in maintaining a clean home. Looking to move as soon as possible, due to current rental house being converted into apartments. Regards, Tearnu & Adrian
Hey I'm Peter, I'm 33 years old and work full time as a Building Surveyor based in Melbourne CBD. I'm looking for a house/room (12 months +). I moved down from Brisbane about 2 years ago and have spent those couple of years settling in. Now that I have a bit better idea of the lay of the land I'm looking to move a bit closer to the city to have more time to enjoy life rather than commuting to and from work. During the week I'm usually pretty busy at work, and depending on the time of year have been known to work quite late - a habit I'm gradually learning to change. After a bit of a hiatus in my spare time I'm getting back into the gym and enjoying it more and more each session. Apart from the gym I also like going bush walking when I can or hitting the beach, but also enjoy a good chill watching a movie or having a beverage (coffee/brewski) and watching the world go by. Like most guys I enjoy watching my sport - AFL, cricket, NRL (being originally from QLD), any sport really - but also love going playing a bit of tennis or golf, or even trying something new. I've lived in share houses a couple times before while in QLD, and while like most people I enjoy a bit of quiet time when at home to recuperate, I also love a friendly chat and catch up over dinner and whatnot. I'm pretty relaxed and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy when you need it too. Due to my nature being a consultant I pride myself on creating positive relationships and am always up for a laugh, however I will always respect personal space and privacy. I'm clean, reliable and will do my part to keep the house tidy! As I have a car if a car space was available that would be awesome. Cheers, Peter
Generally easy going, fairly clean and low key, not noisy and respectful of others' personal space. At the same time open to socialising and being part of a group
Hey! I'm a 24 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as building up my own business, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a few years now, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to help with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. I have a cat, he's an adorable 5yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, but ok as long as you smoke outside. Pets ok, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Looking to move pretty much as soon as I can, and looking for long-term like at least 12 months, but I'm easy. Any other questions let me know!

I'm an honest, easy going uni student. Love to have a laugh and am very easy to get along with. I'm originally from a really small town in country SA and have come to Melbourne to study at Uni so it's an awesome experience for me to see a city of this size! I am a sporting nut willing to give everything a shot and a generally nice person to be around, Cheers Abba
We are a couple .My wife is a student in health domain in deakin university. we recently came to australia . we are friendly, like-minded ,like cleanliness ,non-interfering people.
Hey I'm Michael, 26 years old. I work full time as a Health and PE Teacher in the Outer Eastern Suburbs. I'm looking for a house/room (6-12 months +). A little bit about myself; I'm quite sporty and play a range of different sports including mixed netball (Wednesday evenings), long distance triathlons & field hockey. As such, during winter especially, I'll be out of your way a fair bit due to training commitments but I'm always up for a chat when I'm around! I'm really friendly and quite social on the weekends! I enjoy afternoon drinks with friends most weekends. I'm pretty relaxed and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy if that's more up your alley. Due to my nature being a teacher I pride myself on creating positive relationships and am always up for a laugh, however I will always respect personal space and privacy. Sorry but I'm not interested in sharing a bedroom with one or more people for the heads up. I'm clean, reliable and keep the house tidy! I also have a car, so a car space would be needed. Looking forward to hearing from you!! Michael.
Hi! Our names are Katelyn and Anthony. We are good friends who have been from Melbourne to Queensland and back. We missed Melbourne too much and decided to come back after a year. About Katelyn I'm a job-seeker looking for full time work and hope to find something easily accesible so close to transport or close to shopping complexes would be amazing. I like drawing, music, social events, food, parks, the city and more. About Anthony I'm a work-from-home freelance graphic designer. I'm also looking for full time work on the side, so if you have any leads, please let me know! I love food and cooking, swimming, going out with friends or even staying home for drinks and games or movies. I enjoy taking part in the events that go on in Melbourne, also another reason to move back, as Brisbane doesn't have as much to offer. I try to keep active and am looking at joining a gym for a better wellbeing. We both have two large suitcases worth of clothes/items and a backpack, no furniture or large items as we liquidated everything we had to move down with as little as possible so a room with at least a mattress is ideal.
Country girl from a little place in Northern Victoria called Echuca, quit my job as a press photographer and moved to Melbourne 16 months ago to have a bit of fun. I'm a kids fitness coach so I'm very approachable and easy to get along with, i love my fitness, and when I'm not running around with kids I'm running a retail store. Currently studying my second degree, not afraid to have a few drinks, and I'm a great laugh.
Hi my name is Talitha, I am 21 years old studying Health Science at Deakin, Burwood. I am very clean and quiet, love to make friends and have a laugh not a party girl. I have a small dog her name is Peach. She is 1.6 kilos. Hope to hear from you! :)
Love to cook and enjoy a drink and a chat (will bake in return for favours). I work full time and my days are pretty long, so I'm relatively low key during the week, but generally have the energy to be sociable over a meal! My weekends generally include gym (regular and boxing), movies, heading out with friends, checking out new bars/cafes and chilling at home.
My name is Calvin, and I'm about to start as a PhD student at Deakin University studying Ecology and Conservation in April. I am originally from Hong Kong, but have been living in London for the past 12 years of my life. I've never been to Melbourne before, but I've heard so many good things about it! I'm not much of a party person, and am very easy-going and chilled. I enjoy exploring places I've never been, both inside and outside of cities, and this is what I plan to do when I arrive, making new friends along the way!
