Hey all 😊 My name's Imogen and I'm looking for a place I can call home during my time in Melbourne. I'm 24, British, and have spent the past two months travelling South East Asia and the East coast of Aus, and I hope to be in Melbourne for at least 6 months. I'm sociable, friendly, clean, and I love meeting new people. I'm partial to a good pre drinks and a boogy on Chapel at the weekend, but I also enjoy a big feed and a chilled night in when it's necessary! During the week I like to (try) to be super healthy. I love to cook and keep active, so on week nights you'll find me in the kitchen or the gym after work. I love to cook for others too, so bonus points if you're willing to be my guinea pig! Looking to live with likeminded people of a similar age, and to be friends with my housemate(s), so if you think you fit the bill, please hit me up!
We are a happy, easy-going couple from the UK. Ruth (27) is a journalist and loves her sport and I (Antonia, 26) teach maths and enjoy cooking, travel and trying new things. We aren't big drinkers but like to go out for a nice glass of wine/lunch/coffee at the weekend. Just spent over a year in New Zealand and now looking forward to taking in the sights of Melbourne, as well as making some good friends along the way!
clean, calm, and quiet. i like travelling, gaming, cooking. I like to skate, dont mind a social drink/smoke. I'm just as keen to make friends as i am about finding a place to stay. currently unemployed, but happy to to talk about a bigger bond as i can guarantee all bills to be paid on time and in full. I'd look for work once i know where i'll be living. slow internet is a deal breaker ;)
Hey pals, I work full-time managing a cafe in Armadale. while I study design, part-time in the CBD. I'm quite social and enjoy sharing beers and dinner with my housemates. Not interested in sharing a house with someone who sits on their laptop in their room all night. Most weekends are quiet but I do enjoy a night out when conditions are permitting. I work most weekends, unfortunately. I enjoy all things music (although never learning an instrument). Love going to gigs when I can. I do have some records that you're welcome to listen to anytime. I'm pretty laid back and easy-going. There'll be no passive aggressive notes on the fridge waiting for you when you get home! haha. I'm quite honest and compassionate in nature. Having grown up with a household filled predominantly by women, I'm quite considerate of others in all aspects of sharing a house. I clean up after myself and compromise where necessary. I have a pet with me. She's a 4yr old German Shepherd. She's extremely well toilet trained and well trained in general. She doesn't even need a leash when crossing roads etc. I won't ask you to care for her, just give her a pat :) I even have a small bar fridge for her food. I'm ready to move in now with bond and rent money available to be handed over! Happy to go on the lease as well. Looking for a year or more in the one place. Please ask for references if you'd like.
Hi! My boyfriend Chris and I are relocating to Melbourne from Perth and are after a room in a great share house. We are in our late 20's, Chris works in finance and I am a Physio. Both super friendly, independent and outgoing and love meeting new people. Have done the share house thing for many years and are respectful and clean and tidy. Love travel, adventure, a good wine and cheese night, good food and great banter. Looking for a place to call home for 2 months whilst we source our own place and to share with like minded friendly people. If you think you might have a room that's a good fit for us let me know Thanks Courtney and Chris
Hi All, We are two friends looking for a 3rd person to join us in a place that we are currently searching for around the Northcote area and surrounding suburbs. Ideally looking for a male (just for some house balance). Must love dogs and dislike bananas (not a metaphor). We have majority of the house stuff covered...if you have a washing machine though, that would be mint! A bit about us... Nyssa, 32, full time student (Finish this year), work part time as a consultant for a power company (It pays the rent/bills). Originally from Perth, living in Melbourne nearly 3 years and it is definitely home. Staci, 35, personal assistant/office manager for a law firm. Originally from Brissy, living in Melbourne nearly 2 years Bella, 11, staffy x kelpie who has an obsession with ball/stick chasing, and is pretty keen on cuddles...also, cool AF. We like music, gigs etc...JJJ will be the house radio station. Sports are good. AFL, EPL...Staci likes a rugby of some kind (?) - Enjoy a beverage of an evening but not going to be a party house....however, drinks /dinners with friends and the occasional shindig at the house are likely. Drop us a line if you think this is your cup of tea/pint of beer
I'm from the Sunshine Coast, Qld and am moving to Melbourne to study international business at RMIT. I'm looking for an affordable place to live that is within 20-30 minutes public transport travel time from the CBD. I'm a friendly guy and enjoy socialising. I like to keep my living area clean and don't mind cooking shared meals for others.
Melbourne born and bred (although just returned from a trip through Europe)! I'm currently working two part time jobs (call centre and receptionist), so I'm quite out and about and like to chill out at home when I can. I'm into the arts, brunch, and rewatching Parks and Rec. Tidy, friendly and open-minded.
Hi, I'm Kon, a Bassist who is very sociable, easygoing, vibrant, respectful and has a good sense of humour. Originally I'm Thai but grew up in New Zealand. I lived in Sydney for about seven years, worked full time as well as studied and travelled around. Now studying part time and working full time in a hotel on Chapel St. I'm gonna live in Melbourne for at least three years to continue my music career. I'm in love with Reggae and Funk music (actually all genres but these genres are on top), I also love Art, animals, psychology, philosophy, being with people and drinking rum. Cheers
Moving to Melbourne Mid- June from Perth to study Patisserie, and to finish my Commerce Degree! Tend to be a busy person, working as a Bartender and Barista while studying, but I'm down for housemate dinners and always up for beers. Looking for a room in a sharehouse North or North West ish of the CBD, preferably not a party house, but i'm not opposed them. I also come with a netflix account that I don't mind sharing! Send me a message if you think i'd fit :)

I'm a 27 year old Perth girl making the Melbourne move mid June. I'm looking for a house share central to the CBD with close public transport. Ideally in South Melbourne but also open to other areas! Keen to move in with 2-3 people of a similar age, males or females. I work in marketing and I'm currently freelancing for a client in WA. I'll be looking for full time work in Melbourne but my freelancing will keep me going until then. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and tidy. I'm really excited to move to Melbourne to meet new people and experience all the reasons us Perth kids hit up the big cities - restaurants, bars, art galleries etc etc. I'm a non smoker so not keen for a smoking house. Looking for a place mid June - mid July onwards (I have a friend's housemate's room during that time but am flexible). Looking for social and relaxed housemates who would be keen to cook up a house meal together every now and then! Happy to live with any males or females of similar age who are clean, tidy, respectful and easy going. I've got friends already living in Melb but ideally would love some housemates that are keen to explore the city and state with me :) Hope to hear from you if I fit the bill! Ps. Flexible re time of stay 3,6,12 months +
Hey! My name is Lauren and I am friendly and easy going. I'm in my final year studying business at RMIT and have casual job in retail. I have lived in shared accommodation for the past three years so I know how communal living works and have all the usual stuff down pat (cleaning, paying rent and bills on time etc). I enjoy having a chat and sharing a meal or a few drinks with my housemates but also respect people's personal space. I love travel, coffee, dogs, exploring Melbourne (as I'm originally from Tassie), music, yoga and eating hummus. Able to move in around mid-June. Please send me a message if you have a spare room or are looking to teamup!
Hi, I'm Jarred. I am an easy going sociable person who is neat, tidy honest and reliable. I work full time as a business analyst at a large electricity firm in the city CBD. I am from Hobart but am transitioning to Melbourne so I am looking for somewhere to call home that is inviting! I like quiet personal time but also like having a drink and a chat just as much. I am looking for a place/people who are easy to get on with, show respect for each other and like to laugh. A place where people don't mind going out to socialist if it suits or a quiet night on the couch if it also suits. I will be in Melbourne (at a hotel) from the 6th of June so can inspect from that date forward. Hope to chat soon!
Hey, I'm originally from WA, now settled in Melbourne and looking for a new place. Clean, easygoing, respectful of others' space and privacy, enjoy a good chat. Currently working part time, looking to begin study also. Get in touch if you have any rooms on offer or would like to team and find a place ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ
Hi , i'm Australian man (6th gen) recently finished up my contract with the NBN and am finishing studying my bachelor's of ICT at Swinburne. I enjoy talking about anything, dabble in professional photography and horticulture. Love and respect my fellow man and animals and have fallen in love with nearby to the CBD. Typically I go out most weekends to see and dance to live music, unless i'm hauled up at uni for Study. I love to cook and eat (i'm not a picky eater) and am more then happy to share and openly communicate with housemates.and chip in to running the house. I'm also very autonomous and can take care of myself, I'm happy with all levels of interaction with housemates, from a little to having meals together. I have great hygiene, cleaning up after myself as I go, having no problem pitching in with help where I can. I'm aware you might be looking for a female house mate, but please consider me as a option as a new awesome friendly tenant who does not let their gender define them. 😊 I also have a motorcycle which makes parking a super easy leaving more space for my house mates. - Please let me know when I can come in for a inspection, as right now i'm happy to move in ASAP preferably on 6-12 month lease. Don’t hesitate to contact me, I am very polite and always contactable.

Hi I’m Brendan I am looking for a long term household to share with nice responsible housemates with my dog just as long as its a harmonious household. I’m 43 & just re entered hospitality after a long hiatus formerly worked as a personal carer in Aged care for many years. I am quite & easy going have a love of music & european films & book reading yes maybe a bit of a geek. I am looking for a household where we treat each other with respect & can keep a tidy house ( I am not a clean freak but a housemates record of leaving the dishes on the sink for 5 weeks is not for me) & communicate be social or have our own space if needed. I am able to move now but I am currently on a fortnight to fortnight basis for giving notice. a 15 kilometre radius to the CBD is preferred but not essential ( love the area around Williamstown where I currently am.) I can afford up to 680 pcm I am trying to quit smoking but will only smoke outside. If you just want someone urgent just to pay rent its best not to contact me. Lucy is a 8 year old Blue Heeler she would probably like to be the sole dog but she has lived with dogs before she is very affectionate & fully house trained she sleeps in my room the yard would need tall fencing & be secure she is not able to live with cats. Thanks for taking the time to read my add if you have a room or know of someone who my please message me ; I don’t have FB switched on my phone & no internet at home but will check daily so there might be a delay in my response.
Looking for Teamups to start a new share house - ideally just two. I'm pretty easy going, I work full time in the city in professional services. I'm social but plenty happy in my own company. I like to spend time out of the house on the weekends and in the evening. I'm very clean, tidy but it doesn't really bother me too much if things aren't cleaned or put away the second they're used. I'm looking to find a nice, new apartment with a flatmate. I have furnishings for a complete two bedder but equally happy to put spare bed etc in storage cage etc.
