Hi! I'm 24, Canadian girl in Sydney for a year on a working holiday visa, working in administration. I am looking for a private room, and my hope is to find a place I can call home for the majority of my stay in Australia. By trade I'm a fitness professional and I like to keep up an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm not a party person, but I do like to try be social with the people I live with. Keeping my space tidy and clean is very important to me. If you have a space you think I'd be a good fit for, I am available from July 13 onwards for inspections. Thanks!
Hi my name is Sa. I am a 29 year old head chef of a busy restaurant in Kirribilli. I am currently looking for a room to rent in a modern apartment in the northern beaches area. I am an active and out going person, with a relaxed easy going attitude. I enjoy heading to the beach and being out doors in general. I am hoping to find a room mate who is chilled out, clean, tidy, respectful and knows how to have a good laugh. You would also get the benefit of living with a pretty good cook and I am quite generous when it comes to cooking my roomies meals 😜
Work full-time in the music industry Like to keep my surroundings clean and clutter-free Like to have a balance between alone time and social time Often out at gigs or music events Love watching movies/Netflix & Chill Tea & cheese enthusiast
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.

Hey hey all, Looking to move out ideally somewhere on the Northern Beaches or there abouts if theres someone out there whod take me! By day Im a full-time horticulturalist in a retail nursery on the lower North Shore. Im very easy going and love a good laugh and a chat. Im happy chatting to anybody about anything and do enjoy meeting new people. At the same time, I could easily go for days quietly going about my own business and respect others needs and wants on all accounts. I love being outside (not so much in the winter) and going to the beach and bush walks, soaking up the sun and eating; lots of eating. Guilty pleasure, Im also a bit of a gamer haha, sometimes happily spending my free time in front of the screen nerding out. Not a party animal by any means, I love to bake goodies I enjoy going for runs/training when I have the motivation. Overall Im just a generally normal person! I appreciate when things are neat and clean and in order but at the same time am not pedantic about things. Im currently trying to work my life towards being very minimal and simple, and focusing on work and good times. All about the good vibes and smiles :)
Looking for a great share house. Friendly, easy going working professional, usually likes to chill afterwork and make the most of the weekend. I am respectful of other peoples space, thoughtful and reliable. Work in the CBD (Marketing & Editorial management). I've been in Sydney almost 1.5 years now and here on a 4 year sponsored visa. Likes - national parks, trekking, movie nights, GOT, beach days, steak, wine, road trips... Abit more about me -Born and bred in London. Spent 5 months travelling on route to Australia- fav travel stops included: Nashville, Rio, Iguazu Falls, South Africa, Chiang Mai, Halong bay and Sapa. As I don't have any family in Australia it is important for me to live with people who like to spend a bit of time together, share a meal, have a laugh about things. I have a nice double bed and some additional bedroom furniture. Budget of apx. $240-$280 for rent and bills, looking to share with those in their 20s/30s.
Hey! Im michelle, 29yo F from England. I have lived in Australia for almost 2.5years. I am studying Dance in the city 2 days per week, I coach/home school/nanny and do hair extensions, with the occasional face paint!. I'm creative, down to earth, open minded and love to relax at the end of the day with a good movie/series and a cuppa tea! :o) or maybe skype one of the crazies in England. I certainly do not take myself too seriously, any excuse to laugh at something or someone! However i'm very empathetic and emotional and have a soft side as well as being a complete nut job. (this will sift out the bores of society for sure haha) Im a very good listener and a good talker. Love to meditate as much as i do hoola hoop and do the crazy laugh. Love to dance, and stretch and do the odd workout!. I love nature and awesome people who genuinely care, its nice to feel connected. I'd love to live with a flatmate/s who i get on with really well as im a looong way from family. But Im also a lover of my own space! Its nice to know theres someone to have a chat and a laugh with from time to time but without it being too much. Love my 8 hrs sleep and get grumpy without it so id like to find somewhere where people arn't door slammers! I am not a neat/clean freak, but im not a complete mess either, I like to relax yet keep things in order. Anyway anything else just ask! PS - I don't have a move date, im flexible. Where im staying now is very damp and its affecting my asthma...especially in this weather! - plus its too noisy upstairs (other tenants) hence the move. And location wise, Im looking at north sydney/neutral bay/mosman area. I do drive, I love the beaches! Looking for around $250 all inclusive and internet as im a student! :) If i sound like your kind of weirdo message or call cheers!

NEED A GOOD PLACE ASAP!! I'm a young adult... I love making new friends, very talkative, loud but respectful of other and their privacy. I just got back from overseas and I'm new to the Sydney, I'm looking for a place where I can feel like home, bring friends over maybe overnights occasionally, movie nights and coming home to friendly housemates and I do love my privacy from time to time. I'm looking for a spacious private room and bills/internet included for more than a year. I only have 1 week left to find a place, please message me ASAP Pros: I may not be experienced but I'm that person you can come to in the middle of the night and let things out and I'll listen. I'm very caring and lovable. Cons: I'm still learning to get used to living with people around.
I'm a radio producer in the process of moving to Sydney and need a house until the one I'm moving to becomes available in September. I work full time but am often home in the evenings and am friendly, clean and approachable.
Moving with work to Sydney in a few weeks. From Western Australia, have been working in Darwin for the last year and a half. Pretty easy going, social person but also likes my own space, hoping to meet new people new to the city, work full time and enjoy a beer on the weekend.
Well I'm a very healthy, happy person who just returned to sydney to work again in corporate consulting after 8 years in eco-living in Bellingen and Byron hinterlands. Im happy to explore choices before I get my items out of storage and set up somewhere. I'm sociable, peaceful. I could even housesit-contra $, a big beautiful house with a garden - as I love nature and gardening and have beautified many properties turning them into retreats and oasis's (landscaping, gardening, food forests and organic vege's...). I'd love to be in nature when not in my wonderful corporate job in the city... I am into wellbeing, vegetarian, into yoga (member of fitness first to do the yoga :-) ) and love to be happy, fun, healthy. Im non judgemental and like living with people who give me space as I do them, while being really sociable when the time suits us. I love to laugh so not so into people who are into dramas, complaining (too much). Our home is a haven away from the cares of the world - so let's make it sacred, and peaceful and joyful! Im very youthful for my age (we're eternal!) and my body feels it - so I am cool to hang with young vibrant people who have soul and also wise elders wanting to contemplate the meaning of life!
I’m 23 years old Australian, and I work as a horticulturalist at the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney and I'm soon to be rotated to Centennial Park and would like to live within an easy driving distance. I really enjoy lots of outdoorsy stuff and love to spend my weekends actually doing something such as bush walking, canyoning, abseiling, going to the beach etc., I also have a second job also in horticulture that I work on some of my days off. Some weekday afternoons I enjoy going for a jog or going to gym classes but mostly I just enjoy relaxing in the afternoon. I'm a very easy going person but I did like to keep where I live generally clean. I would like a social sharehouse even organise a regular pub dinner night would be great but I still fully understand that people want and need their own space especially in their own house. Thanks for taking the time to read this hope to meet you soon. Fraser Thompson
Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) A social life is important. I want to live with sociable, chilled out people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but I'm also respectful of noise / cleanness. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
My name is Maddy, I'm 20 and looking for a house to share with two rooms for rent for myself and a close friend. We are both tidy housemates who are friendly, kind and outgoing We both enjoy others company, but I also enjoy our own space. Both enjoy being outdoors, travelling & catching up with friends. I can also cook!
Hi, I have relocated from sunny Qld to Sydney for a new job in an investment company. I am easy going, love a good chat, but also respectful of other's privacy. Likes to keep things tidy but not OCD. Most of all would like to find a place I can call home and relax after work. As I will be working in the CBD (near Circular Quay), Im looking for a place preferably close to public transport so I can commute to and from easily (train, buses or ferries). Looking for like-minded professionals to share their home.
Heya My Name-o is Sean, i'm a 32 year young professional who works for a adveristing/media company. Not much of a homebody - most of the times i'll be out and about or just cruising somewhere near the waters edge whether it's surfing, bodyboarding or just straight up swimming. Work 5 days a week and usually home late most week nights. I'd say i'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Nothing better than kicking back on a summers arvo, having a beer and listening to some good tunes with pals. Looking forward to finding the perfect abode!
