Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location on weekends / some evenings. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
I'm social, love being outdoors, going to the gym, eating out and spending as much time at the beach as I can. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of everyone's personal space. I will be working full time in the CBD (Mon-Fri) and generally like to exercise and chill during the weeknights and get out and about on the weekends

I am a social butterfly, and love to meet and mix with new people, but also appreciate my own quiet space, and much needed me time. Naturally, I am looking for a place that balances the work hard, play hard philosophy with a some great open minded people.

Hey, I'm an English 23 year old who recently flew into Sydney. I'd like to think I'm a pretty affable guy & would comfortably fit in to most social situations. In terms of cleanliness I do like things to be neat & tidy, however, by no means am I going to flip out over a bit of mess. I'm an insurance broker by trade, which I'm looking to continue doing over here. Things that keep me interested: Pretty much anything outdoor oriented, gym & obviously the occasional beer.

Hi, I am an Airline Pilot who lives in Brisbane, I am just starting a new job that involves commuting out of Sydney. On average I will be spending 4-5 nights in Sydney. Having said that one of my colleagues just did 6 weeks straight without one night in Sydney. Usually it will be a afternoon arrival with a early morning start and occasionally a late arrival and mid morning start. It is possible that once or twice a year I will spend 8 days in Sydney due to a reserve pattern ( I have two hours to get to the airport when called). I am happily married with two young daughters 6 & 9 so I am very housetrained, extremely clean and respectful. I don't smoke and very rarely drink at home. I come from a farm background so am pretty handy with tools and house renovations. I kitesurf and fly gliders in my spare time. I would prefer my own room and to be able to catch a train or bus to the airport. I may buy a car or motorcycle if it's more convenient. Very rarely will I cook and access to a kettle would be good. The suburbs listed are not essential however I do need access to the airport without a 60 minute train ride. The perfect arrangement would be a working flatmate or family or older person who has a spare room that goes unused, I am more than happy to baby sit when I am there. My budget adjustable is probably based on monthly figure, It needs to be reasonable as a airport hotel is $100 a night . I am waiting for my next roster to come out, it is due out the 13th may. Once out I will upgrade my account to allow messages. Let me know if you are interested Thanks Justin
Very clean individuals looking for 2 single rooms! We're both USyd students, one a vet postgrad and the other Mech Eng student. Friendly people and will definitely keep your place tidy.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
I've recently moved back to Sydney after living and working abroad the last few years. I'm a nurse and am studying a masters degree full-time. I'm self funded but also applying for some casual nursing work to fit in around the studies. I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.
Being a University student, I like to have time to myself to study and what not. I do enjoy going out with friends and be adventurous. I'm a very cleanly person as I like maintaining a clean environment throughout the week. I'm pretty much an allrounder and click with almost anyone who's happy to make new friends. I enjoy learning of other's hobbies and interests whether it be from the arts, to sports, etc.

Helloo! I'm a pretty bubbly outgoing kinda gal who loves spending time with my friends and family. I have a strange kind of love for anything that glitters or sparkles, despite being a fully fledged adult. I work full time in Ashfield and I own and rent out an apartment in Perth (I lived there for a few years). I'm a pretty neat and clean person who loovvessss when people put the empty toilet roll and drain hair in the bin and fills the kettle up after it's been used 🙊 I also spend about 45 billion hours in the bathroom so I'm preferably looking for a place where I'll have my own bathroom.
Hi, I am Khushboo and I am from India. I run my own garment business and have a boutique/workshop here in Jaipur. I will be in Sydney in May for a month. I am there to do multiple short courses at the university and at the same time travel around. i am a neat and tidy person to live with who is outgoing but at the same time respects other people's space.
I am a busy hospitality professional working in restaurants and bars, with my own consulting business on the side. When I'm not mixing/drinking cocktails, pouring/drinking wine, making/drinking coffees, training staff and organizing functions(my God, it never ends!), you will usually find me running with my cute as heck staffie girl, riding my motorbike or chilling with a glass of wine and Netflix. The bonus with having a flattie like me is my awesome hospitality and the pleasure of giving belly rubs to the prettiest staffie in Sydney-hope you like dogs.
Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home.
