We are pretty laid back, clean and quiet. We like to cook (Darren makes good pizzas and curries), Reddit and watch YouTube videos. We are a Canadian Food Scientist and a Kiwi Aircraft Engineer in Australia for a year, camping and touring the goldfields in our spare time fossicking for gold and working a few months at a time.
Recently divorced, wanting to try Flatmates to see if I Like the area as I’m moving from my hometown. Easy going, don’t mind a beer or a quiet night in, try to go walking at least 3 times a week. Very neat and tidy.
I consider myself a laid back individual that gets along well with most people!!! I have a great attitude towards life and always try to look for the positives in any situation.I have recently moved here from Victoria and I am currently working full time at a pet/garden produce store.I also have a well behaved Labrador who I adore so only people who will consider pets should consider me!!! I am a social person but also enjoy my own company.
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and moving down south from Townsville, North Queensland. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
I have accepted a carpentry apprentice position in the Newcastle and nelson bay area, i have solid work in nelson bay for the next 6-8 months. I am a happy, relaxed and social person. love the beach and currently trying to learn to surf. I am clean, respectful of others spaces and like cooking also. I would spend most weekends visiting my partner a couple of hours up north of newy. I need to be down there asap as i start in 2 weeks.
I'm a 26yr old professional who works full time in the public sector. I'm respectful of others and happy to go with the flow whatever that may be, I'm just looking to find a place where everyone is respectful of each other but also easy going too and happy to be in their own space but not afraid to have a conversation either..
i go to school, work everyday after & most weekends at a cafe/takeaway store so i won’t be there much but i’m quiet & independent, i’m from nelson bay, i haven’t rented before but have rented my nan’s back granny flat for $150 a week. i’m very spacious & keep to myself.
I'm easy going, chilled out and fun! Don't mind going out for a few beers or hanging out at home. I'd really like to live with reliable people who are easy to get along with and don't sweat the small stuff. I can get along with virtually anyone and make friends very easily. I love dogs, so if you have one, I'll snuggle it on the reg.

Hi!! My name is Emma, I'm 23 and myself and my friend Sid (25) leases have ended- and we are looking to team up with a third person to find a house to rent! We have both lived out of home and in share houses/with others for some time. We both work full time (I'm an occupational therapist, Sid is a nurse). We each have a dog-. my dogs is named Maple- she is a groodle. Sid has a 5 month old Australian Shepard named Ray- they both love each other and are extremely placid, well behaved outside dogs! We both love travelling, going on adventures, going out for coffee, to the beach, markets, dinners/eating all of the foods etc. Sid and I love a wine but we equally love crashing on the couch watching netflix. We are both single, non smokers, Sid is vegan and we both enjoy having a tidy, clean house filled with plants and all kinds of cute things! We have been looking at 3 and 4 bedroom houses to rent, if you're interested in teaming up with us please shoot me a message!! Would love to hear from you :)
I am clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but also socialising. I am respectful of others' time and space. I work hard and enjoy my down time to relax.
Who I am: I'm 28, work in marketing and am a fun, easy going person. I like drawing, gardening (awesome if there's a veggie patch), the outdoors, music and having a beer & a joke with friends. Living with me: I'm super easy going, and will mostly keep to myself. I'll do my share of the house work but I'm also not fussed if there's a bit of mess (no, I won't freak out about a dish in the sink). I work full time 9-5 then some afternoons I'll be out playing sport or at kickboxing so won't be home until night time, and I'll often be out on weekends. I get paid monthly in the middle of the month, so will just pay my whole months rent at once to make things easy. It would be great if we could occasionally hang out, have a drink and maybe play some button mashing fighting games, a board game or watch netflix, but if that's not your thing I don't mind. I love animals, and if you happen to have a dog I can take for walks you will win one million points.
Another novocastrian returning after spending a few years in Sydney. Good at cleaning up after myself, always pay my rent on time, fairly quiet and easy going but always happy to have a chat over a beer or cuppa - gin and tonic is my weapon of choice. Not adverse to communal activities but don't mind flying solo. Bit of a geek so you will most often find me gaming or reading in my spare time. I also have a small dog (jack russell - 12yo) Max who is pretty chilled, rarely barks, fully house trained and loves a snack, cuddle or wrestle. If you think I sound like a suitable candidate for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm also more than happy to provide references. Happy hunting!
Neatness by keeping house clean and respecting others opinions. I work as an Agency Nurse and I love watching soccer
I love music, I'm always listening to something interesting. When I'm not crushing my spirit in my retail job I practice guitar and read. I'm a quiet guy, won't make a lot of noise at night. Just need a place to stay in Newcastle temporarily.
Considerate and clean, a bit introverted but also a bit sociable. I am into good food, ethical living and am looking for a friendly and respectful place, closer to uni than my home currently is. I've just moved back home and am studying at UoN full-time. I'm doing a year in the Bachelor of Arts course, enjoying a chance at electives!, and aim to transfer to Occupational Therapy in 2019. I'm interested in travel, nature, music, well-being, permaculture, cycling, art and animals. Why am I good to live with? * I pay my rent and bills on time. * I will respect your space but would also like to have house dinners sometimes. * I like a clean home where we all feel comfortable and respected. * I've shared with quiet a few people in my travels and am open minded and considerate of who I'll be sharing with next. * Sometimes I pet-sit for people so you might get a break from me every now and again ( : What I'm looking for: -The people and lifestyle I live with is the most important aspect of house hunting for me... I like people who inspire or encourage a good lifestyle or connection with others, I'm not looking for a party house or a place where we can't communicate with each other (the good and the bad). -I'm looking to get along with my future housemates and have time together as a house, every so often, for people who can live independent lives, cohesively. -I hope to feel comfortable and at home where I can have friends over occasionally or have a lazy day alone. I'm happy at home currently and so am not in a rush to find a place, i'm just looking for a good fit, for new people and perspectives and for a place closer to uni than i am now. Feel free to ask me anything or for references. :)
