You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends. Even though I can't add a lot of the suburbs, I will consider anywhere within 30 - 40 mins or Beresfield.
Already lived by myself in Sydney, clean up after myself, not loud and easy to get along with. I am quiet and pretty personal so I am happy to do my own thing but if we get along I would be happy to hang out as well. I have a passion for computers and am very tech savy and when I'm not busy with Study or personal stuff I'm either watching TV, Reading or doing some form of art. I am currently working with The Department of Defence in Raymond Terrace. Contract ends in May need somewhere for me and my puppy Luna to stay for that time while I study online and look for other work. I currently only have my L's so I need somewhere close to work or with good public transport.
Hi! I'm a 25 year old who will be working full time in Salamander Bay as the health professional from February. I'm from Melbourne and looking for a one bedroom furnished place, or in a share house with one other female. I'm easy going, organised and tidy. I like to socialise and get to know people but also like to have my own down time. I'm respectful of other people's privacy. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga/fitness, brush pen calligraphy and exploring nature. I'm a non-smoker and usually drink for special occasions. I've got a temporary place to stay, but want to find something more permanent around April-May this year. Happy to stay for 6 months, or more, if it's going well!
Considerate, well-traveled and experienced at communal living. I like a home that's both a sanctuary and social that respects others. I am active, love getting out in the wilderness whenever I can and study & work online. Looking for a spot that has a bit of extra space or garage for creative projects. Flexible with move in dates.
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and moving down south from Townsville, North Queensland. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
I'm a Queenslander moving to Newcastle, to study at the University of Newcastle. I enjoy snowboarding, surfing and I'm always up for a good chat.
hey I’m 17, soon to be 18. I’m in yr 12 and work part time at McDonald’s. I am becoming a manger and just looking for nice place to live. I’m easy going, love a good chat and love my sport.
Recently returned to Aus after working overseas for 15 months. Need a place to live while I wait until my wife can move down then we will reestablish a home together. I'm pretty casual yet mature and tolerant. I am neat, tidy, and would be no burden on flatmates.
Hey there, Master of vessels working the east coast of Australia....on the Gold coast until the end of the commonwealth games, then on to the Whitsundays...easy going, fishing is my down time and can whip a meal with no fuss..so if you copy this then contact me via the details supplied. I am leaving Sydney Friday the 9th Feb, 2018
We're a young working couple who've just moved down from Yamba! We're moving into a place on the 3rd of February and we're currently housesitting until the 17th of Jan so we'll need a place to stay in the 3 weeks or so in between. We've lived by ourselves but also in student accommodation with 19 people, so we're not that fussed about the type of housing as long as we're living with roomies who are easy to get along with like ourselves and not overly messy. We both surf and are out and about exploring the region a lot at the moment (wine and waves what more could you ask for?). We're both outgoing but also understand the need for space and are easy going and tidy. We're pretty flexible about which area of Newcastle we want to live (we're still getting to know the city), but close to the beach would be ideal! Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about us or have a room we can come and view. Johan and Alexandra
I'm a bartender, so I have decent banter, and a thick skin. Can cook a solid meal, but also know how to clean up after myself. I like the gym, my motorbike, netflix, wine and cheese. Situations like these I can be shy at first, but well, you will know when I'm out of my shell! P.S my profile picture I am blonde, although I have recently (this week) changed to a brunette!
Hey, My names Abby! I love a cheeky bevvy on the weekend. In saying that I also love my Netflix sessions and respect others wanting their time alone too! I work full time 9-5 so ill be home at nights. When not at work im at the beach attempting to surf or at the gym! I cant say I can cook but gotta learn somehow right? I'm not fussed on the move in date either! My friend and I are looking for a 3 bedroom house in and around town and are in need of a third flat mate. If you want to have a chat to find out more about our plans feel free to flick me a message. We're also very happy to have coffee sometime if anyone wants to meet us.
Definitely not looking for a party house! Hi! Post-grad student (primary teaching) here. Mid-to-late thirties, single and not exactly ready to mingle. I consider myself quiet and respectful. My interests are pretty nerdy, which include comedy, podcasts, comics, and the odd computer game. I’m reliable with bills & rent. Hope to meet you soon!
Primarily looking to team up, I currently have my own house on the central coast but it's boring down here so looking for somewhere with a decent pub nearby! I would be able to fully furnish a house, I'm easy going, work fulltime Mon-Fri, I have a 10yo Siberian Husky, he's really good natured, happy for him to make friends with your dog or would look at getting a rescue to keep him company as he currently is in a pack of 3
Hi. (: I'm looking to move out around the start of March. I thought I'd just test the waters. My name is Jess and I'm 26. I'm currently employed part time but work 4-5 days a week. The max I can afford is $200 with bills included. I also have an indoor/outdoor neutered male cat who is an absolute gem. He gets on great with other animals. I am very unhappy with where I am currently living and would like to find somewhere I can actually call home. Somewhere that is actually clean with tidy people who take pride in their home. I have all of my own bedroom furniture so I'm looking for an unfurnished room. I myself am straight but I'm also LGBT friendly. Ideally I would like to live with just one other person, max two. Gender doesn't bother me. Would like to find someone closeish to my age. I'm also happy to do a team-up. I'm a clean person who keeps to myself most of the time but also likes to socialise. (: I'm not much of a party person. My hobbies include binge watching Netflix and reading books. Feel free to ask my any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you. (:
Another returning novocastrian after spending a few years in Sydney. Good at cleaning up after myself and fairly quiet but always happy for a chat over a beer or cuppa, not adverse to communal activities but don't mind flying solo. Bit of a nerd so you will most often find me gaming or reading in my spare time. I also have a small dog (jack russell - 12yo) Max who is also pretty chilled, rarely barks, is fully house trained and loves a snack, cuddle or wrestle. Financially, I am currently only doing irregular work for a friend until I can secure a place to live and get established but I receive benefits to assist and am eligible for rent assistance in the short term. I usually work in retail alcohol both digital and store front or pouring beers.
