Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it. So let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.

Fascinate about trying new things and experiencing adventures of life. Love all kinds of outdoor activities but also a fan of movies and TV series. Current housemates accredited ideal housemate type. Searching for good homes to move in sooner or later before May 2018. I have a car and a bike, so parking availability is essential.
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)

I like international cinema (Pan's Labyrinth is amazing), black coffee and I'm vegan (if you're not that's fine too). I like to keep a clean and organised living space and would be happy to share chores. I can move anytime from now until early March.

Ideally a furnished room/studio/apartment. I enjoy casual chat with flatmates and respect each other's privacy. Hi! I am Maddie. I am 27 years old and work full time in Canberra. Outside of my job I like to stay active, and I try to go to the gym each day after work (emphasis on try.....) I also love to catch up with friends, go to the movies and I am looking forward to travelling again some time soon. I like to think I am friendly, polite and tidy as a housemate. I have my own life but I also love to share a meal, go out for a drink and chill out with my housemates when we're all around! I like a house to be a home. I would prefer a relatively quiet house (so ideally I'd like to live with other people around my age and working full time) but I definitely don't object to having friends over etc. I would prefer to look at a 6 month lease but happy to discuss. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a very neat and tidy person, organised and dependable. I'm looking for a quiet place to stay while I work and study for my Masters. I'll be moving to Canberra from Sydney, so I'm also hoping to make some lasting friendships and build memories. I love tea, and you can be sure I will bring some teapots, cups and blends with me. I love cats and am completely open to homes with pets, though I sadly do not have any myself. I am open to staying anywhere in Canberra really that is within a reasonable distance from ANU. Please no places with smokers or vapers.

Hi I'm Luke. I'm a friendly and easy going bloke, I've recently finished my degree and am currently working full time. I'm looking for a either a house of friendly people or a place of my own. I'm a pretty tidy person and am happy to contribute to the household. I am very active, I spend a lot of time outdoors rock climbing, riding bikes etc If you'd like to know more about me feel free to send me a message.
I moved to Canberra from the Gold Coast and currently work in the Australian public service. As a public servant I am an individual who loves to please and serve other people. In my spare time I love to play soccer as it reminds me of my Brazilian origin. Anyway, why do I believe I will be a great flatmate? I believe I will be a great individual to live with because I am social, calm, modest, approachable, understanding and pleasant. What motivates me in life is seeing the positive impact of my work in other people’s lives. I believe it is crucial for me to always be in a good mood so that I can positively affect everyone around me. I always put a lot of effort in understanding, appreciating and learning from people’s differences. I am very confident that you will find not only find a good flatmate but also a really good friend in me.

Hey! My partner and I are looking for a place to stay in Canberra. We are both 25 (he is Aussie and I’m a Swede) and we have a very low maintenance relationship. We are mature, friendly, and are both keen on keeping the house spotless. He’s a student at ANU doing hospitality on the side, and I will be working full-time. We will respect your privacy, but we’re also keen to socialize if you’re open to that. Maybe even share a meal. Jack & Laura
I am from Hong Kong, graduate student of ANU. I look for a room/flat in Canberra for the period March to December 2018. I enjoy reading and occasionally walk around the Lake and feed birds, I am quiet and would not induce much disturbance.
