Hi there! I'm a chill housemate, neat & friendly. I bake for a living; I am usually out by early morning and come back home late in the evening. If I am not exploring the outdoors, I enjoy a good old book and a nice cuppa in the weekend. I'm an old soul who is into gardening, crafting and the likes. Looking for similar outgoing housemates to cook and laugh with.
I’m Hannah, a new Canberran as of the end of Jan. I'll be working full time for the APS and I’m keen to find my new home, hopefully somewhere within bike riding distance from the centre of town. I have shared houses for a few years and am a quiet and considerate housemate, respectful of personal space and like to tidy up after myself. After hours I enjoy wine and cheese dinners and beers on a Friday, but I am also looking forward to getting out and about in Canberra! To balance out the fun, I also try to be reasonably active (social sport, running, bike rides etc.). If you think I’d be a good fit for your place, please let me know. Cheers, Hannah
Hi, I'm Toni! I am currently working in hospitality and very laid back. When I am not at work, chances are you'll find me watching/playing sport, hanging out with some friends, going for bush walks or going for a swim. I am tidy, know how to pull my weight in the house, am sociable but respect the privacy of others. Am looking to move in the next 3 weeks, please let me know if you might have something suitable :)
My name is lottie, I am 26, friendly and chatty but not too overbearing! I'm a carer for people with disabilities and on the side I freelance my makeup services. Other notables; I'm not a clean freak but am certainly neat and tidy. I'm a music buff and I like to cook..
Hello there! I am a final year business student at ANU, I am an out-going, friendly and mature person who is looking for a quiet place to stay in after school. Ideally a furnished room/studio/apartment. I enjoy casual chat with flatmates and respect each other's privacy. I am more than happy to share a flat with students/working professionals who are easy going and tidy as I am. Price is flexible so let me know if you have any rooms to offer. Thanks in advance!
Hi! I am Maddie. I am 27 years old and work full time in Canberra. Outside of my job I like to stay active, and I try to go to the gym each day after work (emphasis on try.....) I also love to catch up with friends, go to the movies and I am looking forward to travelling again some time soon. I like to think I am friendly, polite and tidy as a housemate. I have my own life but I also love to share a meal, go out for a drink and chill out with my housemates when we're all around! I like a house to be a home. I would prefer a relatively quiet house (so ideally I'd like to live with other people around my age and working full time) but I definitely don't object to having friends over etc. I would prefer to look at a 6 month lease but happy to discuss. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
Hello! Working part-time whilst studying in IT looking for other roommates to share a house with. I'm a chill housemate, neat & friendly always up for a drink or two. In my spare time I would either be on the Playing guitar, hanging out with mates or out on the motorbike.
Hi! I'm a 23 year old female from Perth, Australia. I have a full-time graduate position with the APS. I am a fairly sociable, chatty person. I enjoy getting outdoors but also chilling out -- reading and watching netflix. I love brunching (classic Australian millennial) and good coffee. I am very tidy and will always clean up after myself, particularly in the kitchen. I have my own car so I will need somewhere to park it, preferably somewhere under cover.
Originally from Adelaide, looking for a place to live while I do complete my degree at ANU. Currently unemployed but I do have Centrelink and am relatively good with money so I’d never be late with rent. I’m a pretty basic white girl cook, but I also always clean up after myself. Love animals, can get along with anyone.
I'm a student/entrepreneur from Newcastle. I'm in my first year of studying International Business at ANU and also run an investment company that deals with commercial and residential properties. I'd say i am a reserved person and easy to get along with. I have been told that I am mature for my age and have been living away from home since i was 16. I'm respectful and believe in treating others how i wish to be treated. I go the gym a few times a week and train for Krav Maga. I try to stay as busy as possible but I'm always down to hang out in my free time. For fun I mostly play games, watch UFC/boxing and waste money on eBay by buying parts for my car. I'm also learning mandarin for Uni so having chinese flatmates would be awesome. I have lived in 5 countries and speak 4 languages (English, Urdu, Punjabi and Saraiki) + 1 dialect. I'm looking to move into a place asap.
I'm a 22 year-old studying law and international security at the ANU. I'm friendly, easy-going, and respectful :) I love to travel and have just spent a semester abroad, so I'm looking for a new place to stay. I'm tidy, clean and have lived in a share house before so I know the drill :)
Hi I'm Luke. I'm a friendly and easy going bloke, I've recently finished my degree and am currently working full time. I'm looking for a either a house of friendly people or a place of my own. I'm a pretty tidy person and am happy to contribute to the household. I am very active, I spend a lot of time outdoors rock climbing, riding bikes etc If you'd like to know more about me feel free to send me a message.
I moved to Canberra from the Gold Coast and currently work in the Australian public service. As a public servant I am an individual who loves to please and serve other people. In my spare time I love to play soccer as it reminds me of my Brazilian origin. Anyway, why do I believe I will be a great flatmate? I believe I will be a great individual to live with because I am social, calm, modest, approachable, understanding and pleasant. What motivates me in life is seeing the positive impact of my work in other people’s lives. I believe it is crucial for me to always be in a good mood so that I can positively affect everyone around me. I always put a lot of effort in understanding, appreciating and learning from people’s differences. I am very confident that you will find not only find a good flatmate but also a really good friend in me.
Hi everyone My name's Josh, I'm 23 and after having studied part-time at the University of Newcastle I have just moved to Canberra to study a Bachelor of Economics at the ANU. The occasional dinner/film with housemates would be fun, though I respect privacy and space. Study will be my main focus, but I want to know my housemate(s) and have a relaxed home space. I'm vegan (if you're not that's fine too). I like to keep a clean and organised living space and would be happy to share chores. I can move anytime from now until early March.
I am clean and tidy person and try to make sure that I maintain a clean living space. Likewise I am quiet and try not to impose on those with whom I am living. Furthermore I am self-sufficient, able to cook and prepare all of my own meals. Despite this self-sufficiency I am friendly and polite and will do my best to accommodate the needs of others.
Hi all, It's Namyoung :) simple things about myself, Asian female, late 20s, a ft student, from South Korea, friendly&tidy, I love chatting with flatmates and having dinner together sometimes but NOT a party house. I'm finding a room within walking distance or approx 15-20mins by bike from ANU. If the room has a separate toilet and bathroom, I can pay up to 300pw inclusive of all bills. Pls msg me if u r intersted in it. I prefer a female house but a mixed up accommodation is fine as well.
I am a independent and neat 19 y/o girl who has just started work in the Public Service. I am easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people and travelling. My passions are art, music, writing poetry and dancing - most things creative, really! I also have a knack for languages, having studied French and Latin at school and know some basic Italian having lived in Italy for two months working as an au pair. I am a mixture of extroverted and introverted... always up for a chat but also need my own downtime to refresh. Looking forward to hearing from you!
