I am a Melbournian looking for a shrt 2 week near the water, a private room with a bed and nice responsible housemates(max 3 people in the house share). Having been travelled in alot of cities I have found joy in living in the bay area (yes I lived on beach street before). I like cycling, cafe catch up and well, sunrise - yup says 5am riser. I am looking for a short stay as I do have a permanent home in Victoria. The reason why it is a short term first is to enjoy the summary time and it gives me time to look into what is the suitable next home. I work full time remotely in an utility company, hence it doesn't matter I am working in the beach, at the cafe or in the space ;). Willing to explore - Sydney, bayside, within 500m to train station, or 2 minute walk to bus stop (it runs at least ever 10 mins on sundays) or parking permit available for the resident.

I have a cat, her names Mantra and she is big cutie, she can get along with cats and small dogs too it just takes her a little bit of time to get used to them. (She mostly keeps to herself though) I like watching Netflix, reading and doing art I mostly stick to myself but every housemate I’ve had in the past I’ve became friends with and do things with sometimes, I just understand everyone needs space. :) My budget for rent is 200-250 depending on if bills are included, looking for a 6-12 month stay :)

I live in Sydney but work in Canberra 4 days a week. I regularly travel to Canberra Monday morning and return to Sydney Thursday night. Sometimes I need to stay the weekend, depending on my work, but mostly I am in Canberra Monday to Thursday. I am clean and tidy, polite, flexible with most things and tend to keep to myself most evenings (work or study). I am looking for long term accommodation to meet my work commitments in Canberra.
