I'm a majority of the time clean, tidy type of person. Respectful of other's space and my own but do enjoy socialising from time to time with house mates (maybe a glass of wine or two). I love nights chilling at home and do have weekends out and about. I have a ragdoll cat who is friendly once she knows you and she mostly stays indoors unless the yard is full high fenced. I clean as I go, vacuum frequently, a non-smoker, and open and non-judgmental (expect the same). I am responsible with being on time with rent and bills. Ideally, I don't want more than sharing with 2 other people. I'm a nurse and do work shift work from time to time so need someone who is mindful of when I need to sleep during the day. Ideally would like a garage space, and bath tub (my relax time!).
Hi Fellas I'm student and I'm looking some place to live and improve my english as well. Hi everyone, I am a very neat and tidy person. I'm very respectful of others and their need for quiet and personal space, I'm also mature, independent, understanding, fun loving, social and friendly. I'm 18 so I'm always keen for a good night out but I also I like catching up with friends, I love food and I also like chilling at home watching some good old Netflix! Right now I'm on my gap year working on our family property in NSW. I am a farm girl but don't worry I'm not a complete bogan and I went to boarding school in Brisbane so I know my way around and have plenty of friends up there. I'm hoping to move in late July or early August so I'm able to settle in and get a job and earn more money before I start uni at QUT next year. I'm looking for a place that has easy access to the city, is preferably furnished but if not that's ok, I love animals so I'm more than happy to live with pets and I am looking for a place where the rent is under $180! So if you think that I would be a good fit for your house please message me!!!
Monday to friday worker. Keep to myself during the week but enjoy a drink on the weekend. I work in sales for fire safety. Have a little dachshund who i let sleep in my bed, looking for a secured yard.Friendly and respectful but also fun. My family is all from central queensland so i do get a visitor once a month or so.
Hey guys! My name is Stan, and I am currently on a working holiday in Australia. I'm planning to stay in Brisbane for a while and work here, so I'm looking for a place to stay. I am a friendly, open minded and clean person. I will always respect the other people I live with. If you have a place for me, or if you know anyone who can offer me one, you can always message me! Thanks, Stan
30 yo chef working full time for Emirates, I am a very clean and tidy person to live with, so that is definitely an aspect I am looking for in a household to move in to. On my days off, I like to cook a great meal with a good wine. I like to catch up with friends and play football or going out for a salsa night. I also love to chill out and Netflix binge. If you would like to know more about me or meet up for a coffee and chat, let me know
I'm looking for 1-2 People to move into a new place with me. I'm looking to move in the middle of September as my current lease ends in the end.I have all communal furniture/appliances/kitchen things needed (Couch, Fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor setting, microwave, you name it) the only thing I don't have is a dining room table. Although if you have a nice tv for the lounge room that would be great! At this stage my Partner is unsure as to whether he'll be moving out with me. Either way, I'll be looking at 3 bedroom places. If he moves with me we'd like 1 extra person. If he doesn't i'll be looking for 2 people. I'm a really easy going and laid back person. I work full time so i'm out of the house all day Monday-Friday. When I get home from work I usually keep to myself a bit but don't mind the casual chat or hangout. I've had mixed experiences with this site (I've been in share houses for the past 3 years) so I'd like to get to know you a bit before we decide to live together. At this stage I think I would prefer to live with guys (based on past experiences) however I would be open to girls if need be. If there's anything more you'd like to know about me please send me a message! I'd love to hear from you :)
I am neat and tidy, a happy go lucky person who likes a laugh and a drink every now and then. I am a very social person! I am respectful of other peoples space and am looking for the same. I currently live with 1 guy and a girl and the guys gf from friday to monday. Townhouse is not big enough for 4 people at once so looking for my own space for me and my dog, a 3 year old chocolate Labrador. Would like to feel at home and comfortable enough to invite friends over for dinner without feeling uncomfortable or crowded due to invasion of space. I am out most weekends with friends or family. Granny Flats would be ideal but not necessary. I would prefer it if bills were included in rent if possible but again not necessary. My main priority is making sure it is a fit for me and my dog who is super excitable but super friendly. Im not looking for someone to re-train my dog as he answers to known commands and am looking for someone who respects those commands unlike my current situation. He can be inside and cuddly but usually sleeps and stays outside, he comes with his own house :) I would prefer no other pets although he is fine with all dogs, he is not desexed and little dogs seem to dislike him. Happy for a chat and a meet and greet with Rogue (dog) if need be before decisions are made.
Hi, I am currently a FIFO worker (see below). My roster is quite lengthy and want to be as savvy with money as possible - this currently is a Expression Of Interest - to see if I can find a decent priced/location/residence that matches my current needs/fiscal outlay. I need to grow up and have a base. - I am quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humour, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one other female/male, within or around the same age group (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently). - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer people around my age. - Close by to gym franchises or gyms in general. - I do own a little SUV, however I am considering selling it currently. - $350, inclusive of bills if possible. Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there. Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, Teneriffe, South Brisbane, New Farm, Newstead, Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life :). If there is a residence that matches my fiscal outlay and is a beneficial area then I am happy to move earlier. Bit about me currently - I am FIFO into Darwin on a 4 weeks on 1 week off roster which is not the most ideal roster. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job is in jeans and steel caps! Bit of a gym addict as well :). My future plans are to either give up FIFO and settle into mainstream society, normal 9-5 job and a sleep in on weekends :). Thank you Cassandra
I'm in and out of the house all day so I'm like free security. I'm considerate, friendly, co-operative and adaptable. While i hate cleaning i do it religiously cos it saves back beeakin work in the long run. I like qiuet times at night cos i have some trouble getting to sleep. For this reason i need air con in my room.I'd probably get along with shift workers. It's no problem for me to be quiet like a mouse when others are resting, sleeping, coming down or ill. I like to cook so maybe i could do Friday night dinners if someone else wants to wash up after. Ive lived in a lot of sharehouses and everthing runs smoothly if everyone helps out with the cleaning.
Hi Friends! I am currently looking to rent a furnished room (preferably with an ensuite) close to a bus stop as I will be working at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. I like to keep it tidy and give my housemates their personal space. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. I am also very interested in teaming up with someone to find a new house. I would be willing to increase my budget if the property is within walking distance to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
Howdy, My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease beginning around mid-August. I am a healthy eater, exercise frequently, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). If I'm completely honest, I do enjoy a good weekend out but am mature nonetheless and love to have a laugh . Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. If you share similar views and you're actively looking, feel free to contact me through a message or a text. Good luck with your hunting!
We are two friendly and easy going girls, I'm Colombian and my friend is Japanese. She is working full-time and I'm working part-time, both in the hospitality industry.
Hey I'm Lorrin. I moved to Brisbane to work and am starting university at UQ in September. I have a temporary place at the moment so I'm looking for a more stable address. I'm pretty easy-going and a little awkward, I keep to myself but I'm sociable and get along with pretty much anybody. I can take care of myself; cleaning, washing, household duties. I am respectful and appreciate respect in return. I'm down with fun and games and can have a good time but also respect people's privacy and personal space. I can afford 150-170$/week. I've also found some places for rent in the areas I'm looking for but need people to move in with so if you're interested in teaming up too, message me.
I am student and have a part time job. Normally I work only on weekends and prefer enjoying my whole week watching movies, shopping, sleeping, eating. I like to live with peoples form different nationalities.
I'm an Australian-Vietnamese female looking for short-term accommodation. I am a mental health and fashion blogger, non-smoker and non-drinker. I would much prefer an all-female household. I like to stay active in the church community, paint and meet up with friends for a nice coffee or so. I am substantially clean, and quite quiet at times. Also friendly, and sometimes like a good conversation. I am trying to live out of home to build more independence. Currently in the process of looking for a new job. Look forward to meeting and talking with you. Suzanne
Hi! My name is Kaitlyn. I am a 21 year old Kiwi girl who has been living in Australia for over 3 years now. I work full time Monday to Friday as a junior paralegal in a law firm. I am always up for adventures, drinks, beach, sports and patting dogs. I am hoping to live with people that are some-what like me so that we can get on with ease. I pay bills on time and believe that I can add to the vibes of your house! Would love to hear from you soon! NO SHARE ROOMS
