Hey there, my name's Sam. 26 years young, in my second year of my Bachelor of Social Work. I also work part time as a window tinter and graphic installer. I'm really friendly, heaps easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. Been living out of home since I was 20 so I have a pretty good idea of what living in a house with others requires for everyone to be comfortable, as those things are really important to me too. I'm clean and considerate, pay rent on time and can take social cues. My girlfriend comes to visit (we're doing it long distance back and forth until she graduates next year from uni) or I shoot off to England for weeks at a time, so I'd need to find a place that would be cool with her coming round for a while (next time is at the end of August, and I'll be over there for Christmas for a month). She's super cool, a really great person. I'd pay extra for the time she was she here of course also. I enjoy music, making my own music as well (may hear some acoustic guitar coming from my room at times), and socialising a fair bit with my folks back home. Non smoker, barely drink, and totally LGBTQI+ friendly. Ultimately I'm looking for some down to earth people to live with and to start a home with. If this sounds like you, hit me up! Sam
Charlie and I are looking for a home that makes us feel comfortable, safe and live with animal minded individuals. I am considerate of others, I have a positive vibe and always smiling. I love what I do for a job and during my free time, I have a wild imagination which allows me to draw, so I do have a lot of pencils, paper and water color paint that come with me. What makes my life even better is my 4 legged other half, Charlie the Red Kelpie. We are animal enthusiast, weekends we are out bush walking, practicing sheep herding, exploring beaches and or camping out under the stars. I do have a full-time job, so Charlie does stay back, but Charlie has a quiet soul and prefers to stay in bed sleeping when I'm not there. I hope this blurb tells you a little about us, look forward to finding our new home as we are trying to save for our permanent home.
am a quiet, easygoing guy who mostly keeps to himself but does enjoy being sociable and having a laugh. I am clean and tidy, friendly and honest. If I am not at work I either am fishing, exploring new places, on the open road or seeing friends. I am not too fussed on the length of time for a place, but anything over 3 months is preferred. I think I bring a lot of positives to any sharehouse. If you let me make your place our place I totally reckon your day to day domestic life will improve by a considerable degree. Give me a run, see how it goes 👌
Hello there, I'm a quiet, easy going person who enjoys socializing, but also appreciates personal space. I work in the afternoons/evenings in the cbd, and am currently looking to move a bit closer (I now live on the Central Coast). My ideal area would be less than an hour's commute each way. I do come with two adorable k9 fluff balls. Blocker is an 11 year old staffy (so he isn't too old, but spends most of the day in snooze mode) and Bella is a 1 year old Kelpie x Pharaoh hound. She will likely spend 1-2 days a week at a nearby day care, as she has loads of energy. If you are sporty though, she makes a great jogging buddy.
I am an honest, mature lady. I grew up on the Upper North Shore and keen to move back into this area to settle. I am a Senior Speech Pathologist so I like a good chat but equally happy to spend time just with my little dog Sarah, my flatmate - she has always lived inside with me and so I usually add her onto the rental lease. She is very well trained, always had annual canine vaccinations and she's well mannered.
Hey, I'm Michael. I work as a pharmacist full time over 3-5 days each week, depending on the week. I grew up in the Upper North Shore and would like to remain there, but open to the right property as long as its on the train line. I'm quiet, neat and tidy and generally keep to myself, but very chill and easy going and welcome a good chat and a laugh or two. When socializing, I generally go out and only have small gatherings (5 or less) at home. However, the gatherings are generally pretty tame and make little mess, only take 5-10 minutes tidy up. I have my own car and willing to use it to help shopping for the share house provided added petrol costs are accounted for. I have my own PS4 with current Stan and Netflix accounts with pretty good selection of video games, all of which I am willing to share. I do have issues living with any pets, and extra willing to move in with someone who has a dog. I will in fact help take of the dog (feeding, walking, trips to park, etc).
GDay mates. I am moving to Sydney, arriving on 13th of July and looking for a place to live at Pennant Hills, Sydney. I am Indian, vegetarian, does not smoke or drink, and usually keeps to meself, but I do get along pretty well with others. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.
I'm neat tidy and respectful of others privacy and belongings. I have my own bedroom furniture so i am not interested in a furnished room. I work full time in a job i have held for 10 years in chatswood. I look after my own food and cook for myself but don't mind having the occasional meal with a house mate or a drink. I grew up on a cattle property and have lived in Sydney for 10 years. I have no pets but really do love all types of animals 🐶🐱 I pay my bills on time everytime so that will never be a problem. I come home from work tired and usually slip into some form of a nanna nap coma but recharge after an hour and come back to life. I am looking for an easy going house mate that doesn't sweat the small stuff in life.
I work permanent part-time and also tutor music. Very easy-going, and will typically find some common ground with just about anyone. I'm clean, neat and tidy. Happy to keep to myself, also just as happy to socialise. Reliable with payment of bills.
Hi I’m Andrea, im a chef and I have a daughter she’s almost 3 years old. Im very neat and organized. Basically I’ll go to work Monday to Friday while she’ll be at childcare. I just want a place where we can feel safe nothing too big nothing fancy. Just a cozy place to be with my kid so we can relax.
Hi, I'm Aurora! I'm a quiet little night owl. I study and work, and am currently putting together a little fashion design business (so if the whir of a sewing machine bugs you perhaps we're not meant to be). I'm clean, respectful and also strangely addicted to pink. Looking for a large private room (or a room with space I can use in the lounge room or something) near the Castle Hill or Hornsby area.
Hey, I'm Bec a Dental Assistant looking for a fun vibrant household to move into which respects both group and solo activity. I work alot so would only be home about 3-4 nights a week and some weekends. I like a clean house but not sterile, I still like to feel as if i have a home. Love a cheeky cheese and wine night and some netflix. Non - smoker, my favourite hobbies would include friends, beach and just generally being up for almost anything that seems interesting when I have time! Look forward to hearing from you! Bec
I'm looking for a room just for a short time only. Busy never at home, tidy, clean and non smoker
