Hey there! I'm Kristel, 24, looking for a place in an inner city suburb. Been living in shared accommodation for over 7 years, pay bills on time, can respect people's privacy, but always up for a chat! I'm a Psychology graduate, but work full time in a customer service role in the city. I travel, I read, bit of a foodie, can bake, enjoy eating out, but I usually stay in and cook most of the time. I watch Criminal Minds reruns, with a side of SBS. And I gym (ish). Keen to look for a place to call home. I'm also interested in team-ups somewhere within the inner city suburbs, or anything on the lilydale/belgrave line (Blackburn to city) I come with my own furniture, a washing machine, and a whisk. Look forward to hearing from you! Kristel
I am looking for somewhere relaxed I can call home with mature, respectful housemates that I can trust and have fun with. I like keeping things clean through the shared efforts of the household. I keep my own space tidy and I like to live somewhere that I wouldn't be embarrassed if my mum saw the state of it. Also just like, general hygiene, ya know? I love video games, movies, art and also building lego. I also absolutely love being outside - at the beach or surrounded by trees and hillls. I take every opportunity to get out, explore and enjoy the fresh air. I'm easy going and value my alone time to wind down after a long shift. I will equally always get around hang time with housemates. I'm always down for good chat over good food. Partiuclarly fond of the cheese and wine combo. I'm 25 and work full time as a veterinary nurse. I do have two small dogs of my own, they live with my parents so I spend a lot of my free time there. On the very odd occasion I may want to bring the dogs to the house for only a few hours, but this isn't really ever essential. I have a queen bed that I'd rather not part with as I've grown quite fond of it, so I'm looking for a room to fit that nicely :)
Hi there! My name is Gareth and I am a 25 year old music teacher looking to live with some friendly housemates. I work weekdays (school hours) and like to get out and about on the weekends. I love music and any activity where I can get out into nature (hiking, camping, cycling). I am also a bit of a film buff and enjoy a wide variety of genres. I am clean, tidy and organised. Will always be up for a chat but also considerate of others. Look forward to meeting you, Gareth
HI! I'm Laura and I'm moving to Melbourne for work in late January. I am social and love having fun but I also require some quite to do work at home in the evening and weekends. I love dance, especially ballet and latin (salsa, bachata etc) and I enjoy cooking, going for walks and being active. I am friendly, respectful and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am allergic to cats sorry! I'll be working in Box Hill so I'm looking either nearby or along the lilydale/belgrave train line as I don't have a car.
Looking for somewhere where I have space to study but also to live with someone who doesn't mind the occasional chat and drink. I coach gymnastics part time and studying aviation management full time at Swinburne.
Hi my name is Damien, I'm 38 and originally from Tassie. Looking for flat mates that share the same interests, full of energy and enjoy socialising as much as the next person! Guarantee to not disappoint
Originally from Brisbane and I recently packed everything I owned and drove to Melbourne. My interests are fashion, music and content creation. I am very easy going, interested in all types of people and low maintenance. Even though I am currently in between jobs, I am very hard working as well. Also happy to pay rent in advance.

I do have a dog - english staffy called Willa she is 6 years old, house trained and just a beautiful nature little girl all round. she will supply ample cuddles. Ideally looking for one person to team up with however will not dismiss the idea of 3 people. I have all the furniture required to start a new house, just looking for the right person Hit me up if you might be interested. About me - I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, spending time with my family and friends. I am originally from country nsw - I've been living out of home since I was 17 - again very familiar with the share house etiquette. I'm incredibly down to earth, happy and enjoy life.
Looking for a place to stay with my husband and 2 cats :) I’m expecting a baby boy on the 26th of March! So I’ll be on parental leave for 6 months then return to work as a teacher. My husband studies engineering. When at home we’re generally eating, watching movies and sleeping! If this suits you let me know. Thanks, Samantha and Sava
APPEALING TO ANY GOOD SAMARITANS WHO CAN HELP!! I'm friendly and clean. I'm generally a private person but occasionally like the company of others to socialise and have a cuppa or a meal. I also am a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 12mths old and super friendly towards humans and other dogs! She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but bigger the better! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up! I don't have my daughter living with me. She's 16 and would like a 2 bedroom place so she can join me. It's quite sad due to break up she had to stay with my parents! So if I can't find a 2 or more bedroom place that's affordable and right location then I'll need something temporary 3-6 months while I look and not rush! I'm praying for any Good Samaritans out there who'll have what I need/want! So basically it's just me and the dog if only a bedroom in a house or if 1 bed/studio/bungalow place. The rent needs to be cheap as I'm a pensioner but also have child so got more income. I'm just looking for a clean quiet peaceful place to call and make a home! I'm needing to rest and recover from an abusive partner and already feeling so much better and getting on with life! Some of u may be put off but I hope u don't judge too quickly as I'm a honest dkind caring and big hearted person!
I am a second year psychology student from the Gold Coast (but in Melbourne since 2016). I am neat and responsible, thanks to my big family. I usually find ways to occupy myself and and be productive but I also love to just relax and read fantasy or sci-fi, or marathon 'Doctor Who' for a while. I'm a good cook and will probably offer to share new recipes but they will be vegetarian :) Enjoy having fun conversations (who doesn't? haha) but also need my alone time to re-charge :D
Hey! Chelsea and myself are an engaged couple. We are looking for a reasonably large space in a share house around Epping, Greensborough, Mill Park, Heidelberg area. We have all bedroom furniture as well as a fridge and some other stuff. We both drive so somewhere to fit 2 cars would be great. (street parking is fine). Chelsea works part time at Melbourne Airport and studies Psychology full time at La Trobe. I work as a Mental Health Support Worker in the Northern Suburbs. In our spare time, we are out with friends, playing American Football or chilling out with food and Netflix. We are relaxed and easy going people, and would like the same in our housemates. We mostly keep to ourselves but are are definitely okay with dinner and drinks together :)
I'm a Franco-American (fluent in both languages) coming from Paris, France to work as a French teaching assistant for a year in Australia. It'll be my first time in this country so I'm looking forward to discovering it ! I'm neat and organized, I don't smoke. I'm from a big family so I'm used to sharing and respecting others' space. I'm friendly, I love cooking, going outdoors and games. I'm only coming with one suitcase so no worries about overcrowding the house !
Hi! I am a 20+ female from Malaysia and have been residing in Australia for many years, currently pursuing a Master degree in Landscape Architecture and will be working and studying in Melbourne starting next year. From my past 6 times of house sharing experience, and several times of sharing rooms at hostels, I have a reputation of being a clean, tidy, and responsible house/roommate. I speak 4 languages, namely English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay and Spanish; and I am an avid traveler. I have just done a big backpack round tour in Europe, had traveled to Japan, and did work and study in China, Ireland and Spain. I consider myself to be an open-minded and mature person, also should be fun to be with as told by my friends. I enjoy cooking and baking, which I don't mind sharing the food with my future flatmates. I am also into arts and design, photography, books, linguistic, culture and history, plants, fitness and DIY. Happy with locations within an hour public transport time distance from city center, within the public transport Zone 1 + 2, even if not listed in my "Preferred locations" section below. Please drop me a message if you think I sound like a friend-to-have / someone who should be living at your flat right now! I don't mind teaming up with like-minded people to rent a property too.
Hi, My name is Justin I am currently working for Toll and working 40-50 hours per week Mon- Fri. I am looking to transition into real estate which leaves me working Saturdays too. I lead a very busy lifestyle, leaving early in the mornings (4.30am) and coming home late at night. However in my downtime I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and catching up with friends and family. I am neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself. I am very easy to get along with, I respect house rules and housemates and I always pay rent on time. I would be happy to meet and discuss further as a potential housemate. Happy hunting.
Due to unfortunate circumstances I am Looking for a place to move into desperately around the inner eastern suburbs. My max is around $250 p/week preferably including utilities. Whether it’s furnished or not doesn’t bother me. I am a happy, bubbly and outgoing 19 year old pharmacy assistant who is very neat and tidy and never misses a rent payment or bill. I have been living in Melbourne for roughly a year now and my job tends to take up a lot of my time which means haven’t really met any friends, so not only am I looking for a place to live, but someone I can be friends with and hang out over a couple drinks. I love a good chat but enjoy my down time and will respect yours too. I love to hit the town but will also settle for a night of binge watching tv shows. In my down time I like to play video games and do a bit of painting (I’m very cautious of mess so don’t worry about that). I’m looking to move into a house with people who are like minded and are easy to get along with. I love animals so that’s not an issue for me either. I also love to cook so I don’t mind cooking for everyone too. I’m ready to move straight away so if anyone has anything available feel free to hit me up, cheers. 🙂
Darcy and I are quiet and hard working university students studying Agricultural Science at La Trobe and Teaching at Swinburne, both entering our 3rd year of study in 2018. We're, friendly and take care of our living spaces, so you can expect respectful and tidy housemates. Both of us are hardworking, dedicated to our studies, but also enjoy getting out and about, exploring the city. We love movies and games, and I love to bake every now and then, so you can expect some tasty cakes which I will always be happy to share. We look forward to meeting anyone who is interested in our listing!
Hi! My name is Isabella, I'm 21. I will be moving to Melbourne from Newcastle (Feb 18) to work full-time as a registered nurse at Warringal Private Hospital. I'm tidy, easy going and a non-smoker. I enjoy going to the beach, photography and am looking forward to exploring Melbourne. I've lived in share housing for the past 3 years and I think it's a great way to meet people. I don't know too many people in Melbourne so I am looking to move in with some people my age with similar interests. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm a pretty laid back person who is looking for a place that I feel comfortable in and get along well with the other residents. Some days I like to go out and socialise, other times need to sleep and binge watch tv. I'm planning to head back to study at the start of 2018, but am looking for a place to live close to Swinburne University before then :) I like horror movies, coffee and chinese food.
My name is Jack Allan and I am currently studying Telecommunication engineering at RMIT, I have lived on student accommodation and currently reside in West Footscray. I’m mature, house trained and not looking for anything close to a party house. I’m interested in retro electronics, obsolete media and I collect both of these. I am currently receiving Centrelink and am working casually at The Reject Shop on Bourke street so I’ll need easy access into the city via public transport. Even though I rely mainly on public transport I have my green p’s and have a little Mazda that I will park somewhere near the house. I’m looking for an unfurnished room and will need a room that will fit a queen bed, desk and bookshelf, preferably with a BIR. I also have couches and a 55” TV that could help populate a loungeroom if needs be. Also looking for something in either the East or North. Send a message through if anyone has anything available, cheers.
