I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself as being flexible, reasonably tolerant and resourceful. I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will interfere with other people's private/social life. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. I have a good rental history that can be proved. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$260/wk. My preferred location is Dulwich Hill/Canterbury, however, I am happy to consider other locations. What I really look for in a share house is nice easy going people whom I can live with without dramas. Please feel free to message me if you want more information. I am more than happy to meet up for a quick face to face introduction. (Please note, the name and age listed in this profile is only an approximation.) If you decide to send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
I am a university student looking for a place to stay. I love to cook and bake. Generally friendly and tidy!
Hi there, I am a 37 years old South American who has lived in Australia for over 10 years. Work full time as a migration agent in Annandale. Currently living in Leichhardt and would prefer to stay in the Inner West. I'm an introvert so some days I may socialise but mostly will probably keep to myself. Don't smoke, don't party, don't invite guests. Anywhere in the inner west from Abbotsford to Wareemba.
Hi there! Thanks for reading. My name is Mitchell, I'm 24. Im currently looking for a place to move into and out of my current. Im looking to team up with someone. Ideally im looking to live with one other, MAXIMUM 2 other people. I currently work full time at night so you will have the place to yourself most nights. I'm very easy to have a conversation with but at the same time i respect peoples private space. I enjoy simple things, hikes, events, games and entertainment, podcasts etc etc... I workout 3-4 days a week when i can. I cook roughly 3-4 days a week but always clean (Not a kitchen hog) I don't have a pet (but a kitten or a small puppy would be a joy) I don't party at home but im not a bore, i do enjoy an occasional drink here and there. I encourage bringing a friend home or two. A social house is a good house. I host a "Boys" night once a month or fortnight when it suits which consists of a poker game :) If your interested in teaming up, let me know and we can arrange something! If you have a place for rent feel free to send me your listing! Mitch
Moved to Sydney just under a year ago from Newcastle to study Business at UTS. Entering my second year, working casually 20-25 hours a week in addition to my studies. While I love videogames and boardgames and a bit of introverted time, I’ve got a strong personality and love to make new friends in any environment. I’m currently looking to move out of Uni accomodation (adult training wheels) and find a place I can really make my own.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but it's time to move on. PLEASE NOTE: I am looking to move any time between now and the start of March when my lease expires. About me: I've just finished an Arts degree at MQ uni (graduating in April) and have started pursuing acting and modeling, whilst occasionally looking for a day job to support myself (I'm hopeful I won't need one, but also being realistic about it) I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and keep telling myself I'll start writing again, but it hasn't happened yet. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Preferably female, ideally 2, but I'm open and flexible, depending on the vibe of the place and the people. Not fussed about employment status, although we might have more to talk about if you're a student/professional or both. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly. Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for over a year decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long periods of time, but gets kinda lonely and isolating, hence looking for somewhere new with good people, and someone to run lines with, etc). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath preferred, relatively short walk to the station and bus stop (around 5 mins would be awesome, but nothing more than 10 mins would still work), quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins to the CBD, city/park views would be amazing. Modern and spacious kitchen (preferable electric cook top and neutral tones), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone/s to start a team up with as I've got a fairly solid idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and flatmate/s to share with. I'm open to sharing in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. My current lease ends on 10th March, so am looking to move before then. However, it's important to me to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing so. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
23 year old that just got an apprenticeship so I’m looking for a cheap room to live. I have a partner as well that might be living with me. I would love a parking space as well. Good internet is a must. Thanks everyone.
I am a Kenyan male joining Sydney Uni for my Master's from 10th Jan 2019. I am looking for a nice and convenient place to live in during my studies. I am a young gentleman who is respectful of peoples' space.
Hi, I am Russ, I am an engineer moving to Sydney in February 2019 for a graduate job. I am 29 and looking for a room in a shared house. The ideal place would be west of Sydney, and walking distance to a train station and grocery store :). I’m clean and tidy, easy going, respectful, usually quiet and I keep myself busy, but do enjoy socialising over coffee or a wine and eating out with friends. I enjoy cooking (usually something like Indian, Chinese or Korean) reading, exploring places, travelling and chats. I am originally from Perth but relocated to Canberra for university, then to Newcastle and now to Sydney!
Hello there. My name is Le Anh Pham. My friends usually call me Austin. I was born in Vietnam and I have been in love with Australia for 2 years. I am currently studying master of accounting and also work roughly 32- 35 hours per week. I am clean, tidy, kind of a friendly guy. I love making new friends, travelling and playing board games. I also respect other privacy because as a human being I understand we all need quiet times for ourselves. I am looking for friendly housemates who want to build great living quality together. My ideal place would be less than 30 minutes by train to CBD, and less than 10 mins walking to neareast station. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks a lot. Cheers!
Hi!! My name is Peter Tam. I'm an international student from Hong Kong currently studying 3rd year in UNSW. I'm looking for a long term private room in the Campsie/Canterbury area and hoping to move in late February...you know...before Uni starts getting busy. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about me and further details! Thanks :)
