Hi, I'm Bec! I’m moving back home to Newcastle after 3+ years of living in Perth and abroad. I will be working part-time as a Customer Care Manager and studying at UoN. Whilst I’m honestly a bit of a Grandma these days preferring a night in over going out, I still enjoy the odd glass of wine on occasion, catching up with friends/family, beach adventures, exploring new places, hiking and seeing a movie. Other interests include music, reading, pilates and averagely playing social netball. I’m considerate and respectful of others, tidy, reliable and pitch in to do my share of the housework. I also have 2x tortoiseshell fluff balls, The Bubba and Moo. They are extremely well behaved cats, cute, clean, indoor-only (prepared to be flexible on this) and have excellent pet rental references (5+ years). We look forward to meeting you! :)
I’m in my 3rd year at New Uni studying BAC of music. I’m friendly, respectful and tidy. I work a lot including weekends so enjoy relaxing when home or being out and about at the beach, with my running club, catching up with friends or just chilling with a chat and a good wine. Happy to head out for a meal or cook and love to travel. Always enjoy a chance to say hi but equally good to just have down time in my room. Have a music room elsewhere.
Hi there, I will be relocating to john hunter for work soon and I am looking for a place to live. I would like somewhere that is close enough to walk or ride, or on a direct bus route, to the hospital. Having said that I am pretty flexible with area as I have a car. I need off street, preferably secure parking. I would prefer the rent to include all bills - its simpler, and I would like the housemates to be the owner of the property. I am not interested in taking over your lease so please don't ask. Kids are fine, pets are fine but the property needs to be non smoking. About me. I am a scientist who likes nothing more then a good discussion over a glass of nice red. I enjoy keeping active, eating well, reading and travelling. I am a bit of a workaholic but I am working on obtaining a bit more life in the work/life balance. I am just looking for a place to relax, enjoy a good book and generally unwind. if you have any questions feel free to ask Cheers Michelle
Thanks everyone. I have moved into a new house already. I am a PhD student at HMRI. I am from Thailand. I want to live peacefully in a clean place with nice/mature people or professionals who respect others and intend to keep the place in a hygienic condition. I am friendly but a bit shy and not very fluent in English. I have a lot of patience and I am willing to compromise with things. I am ambivert. I am calm and quiet at times but enjoy socializing and keen on doing activities with housemates. I am busy with my PhD study so please don't be upset if sometimes I don't have much conversation. I respect individual differences, other personal privacy and personal space. In my free time, I like to do physical activities such as badminton, gym, running, volleyball and keen on trying something new. Sightseeing, taking photos or just walking in the garden is kind of my relaxation. Trying new food or going to a nice cafe is my favourite as well. I am a music lover so you may hear me sing sometimes :)
Hello!! I'm working part time (Will be full time once I move to Newcastle!) in hospitality! I'm currently living in Sydney and will be moving out after Summer to wrap up a final year living with my family. I'll be saving for study and travel over the course of my stay I keep to myself mostly but I love meeting new people and making new connections! I'm a tidy person regarding chores, I'll do what is expected of me to keep my space tidy and I probably (vegan) won't eat your food :) I'm looking for somewhere sunlit and tidy to spend my days off. If I can feel comfortable taking a nap on the couch and enjoy a morning cigarette and coffee outside somewhere then perfect! Ideally I'd really love an outdoor area at the residence If you and your housemates are laidback, creative people I would love to meet you :) Send me a message and let's see if this could be a perfect arrangement!!
Hey There, I am a 28 year old bloke who needs a place to move into . I am a hard working person with a reliable full time job running the NSW half of my brothers transport business and i never miss my rent. I am a smoker and i don't have any pets. I am a very clean person and don't like to live in houses that are messy or only get cleaned before inspections. Looking for any available rooms or anyone that wants to start a rental on property's that are either rural or have some space around them as I have trucks that I would like to park nearby. Look forward to chatting, cheers
