Hey! I'm a 21 year old QUT student looking for a new home. I love to travel and have weekends away, I play video games and enjoy spending time with my friends. Something with commitment for summer only at first then with possibility to extend to cover the duration of first semester. I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse where I will be able to cook to my hearts content because I love baking and that has air con because Brisbane heat is unbearable. I'm clean and respectful of housemate privacy and everyone's schedules, but am always happy to sit down with a glass of wine and hang out if that's the household vibe going on. I have a steady income as a bartender, netball umpire and tutor depending on the time of year. My room would need to be furnished with a double bed or queen bed and a desk. The house / room must have Air conditioning and fans. Bonus for the house would be a dryer, a pool and NBN internet but they aren't priorities. I love pets but come with none of my own, and don't have a car so need to be close to public transport to the city.
Hi! I'm currently looking to either team up with one or two other females to move into a townhouse or find a room in an existing house in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. I work full time and am very clean and easy to get along with, I'm happy to hang out and have a chat but I do also like doing my own thing. I have a 4 year old english staffy (Billy) who will be coming with me, he is mainly an outside dog :) Move date and stay length are flexible.
My Chinese Crested dog and I are easygoing and relaxed, social as well as enjoying our own time. I work at the P.A Hospital for support services on a rotating roster day shift 6am-2.30pm and often up early to go to gym before hand. Even though I work quite a few weekends and I have early starts I am relaxed with others enjoying their weekends etc. I'm not into a party house or drugs, I don't smoke but I do enjoy going out to bars and having a few drinks at home. I enjoy a wide variety of activities including being in the kitchen or garden, reading and board games, going to the beach to fish or taking Spike my mohawk dog to The Spit, Gold Coast to socialise. I also quite like a sparkly/wine and cheese, nibbly type food and Bbq's and just chilling. I enjoy food and drink and catching up with my family and friends.
I work Full Time, Mon-Fri in a Recruitment position. I am pretty chilled with others and like to have a tidy and clean house. My current lease ends very soon so looking for a solid roommate to live with. Keen to chat!
Hey guys, I'm a very bubbly and laid back person. I am very respectful of someones privacy! I think that is definitely a necessity living with a flatmate. I love to have a chat here and there, but I do love my down time as well. I'm currently studying online and work part time. I have two jobs so I'm pretty busy all the time. I do love my wine on a Friday night. I pay my bills on time! Please feel free to message me at any time.
Hey there, I’m a 31 year old high school teacher that runs a rugby league program. I work long hours during the school term and like to relax when at home. I’m clean and organised and generally keep to myself. I like to cook, but nothing too fancy, and would love a place I could have a BBQ (I’ve got one already). I try to keep fit and get out on weekends and do something outdoors or head to the coast for a surf. Definitely will enjoy a chat and a drink on a Friday night. Preference is to live with just one other person that is hard working and organised in a place where we have our own bathrooms. I don’t need to park my car in the garage but definitely need some storage space in the garage for surfboards and golf clubs and the like!
Hi! I'm Emily, I work full time as a Purchasing Officer in Morningside mon-fri. On weekends I play a bit of softball and like to get out and take advantage of the little time off. I enjoy going to the beach (when I get a chance), getting a good coffee and always up for a road trip. I do have a pet cat, his name is Turtle, he is quite loving and shy at first, but doesn't take long to get comfy. He spend most his time outside except for at night he sleeps on my bed. I am looking for a house that can be pretty chilled during the week, but can have a little fun on the weekends. I am 26 so I'm not the type to go out every weekend. I'd rather wake up refreshed on my days off. looking for a house end of January :)
My name is Milly I am 23 and a pretty chilled out girl. I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund - Ruby. She is fully toilet trained and will give you a lot of loving. I work full time for a construction company, usual shift is roughly 7-3. I am generally out and about on the weekends also. Just need someone who loves pups and that i can trust with Ruby. Feel free to contact me with any questions
My best friend Meg and I are musicians and creative types looking for a house to turn into a home. We'd like to start up a sharehouse with other like-minded individuals in the Coorparoo-to-Woolloongabba sort of area. [See below for specific areas]. Our current lease expires on January 7th, so we'd like to find a place ASAP! About us in a nutshell: - Our Budget: $130 each per week - I have a car. Meg doesn't drive, so close proximity to public transport is a must. - We work part-time at Officeworks (Mostly nights) - We enjoy live music, coffee, the odd glass of red wine and good conversation. - We're vegetarians and enjoy cooking (happy to share if you're keen!) - We're creatively inclined and love to decorate our spaces with homely touches like art, plants and tapestries/throws. - I play bass. Meg plays keyboard and sings. We both play a bit of acoustic guitar. - Not looking for a 'party house', but we do enjoy low-key social gatherings every now and then. - We're always punctual with bills, and good with general communication. Easy-going in general. :) Ideally, we'd like to live in a house with decent sized rooms and a common space for musical instruments, art, plants and maybe a TV with games console set up (maybe an under-house space?). I'd also love a workshop for DIY/crafty projects and gardening tools as well, if possible, but we'll always make do with what we've got. - Dan (& Meg) P.S. The areas we'd consider living in include (in rough order of preference): Coorparoo, Woolloongabba, East Brisbane, Carina, Cannon Hill, Carina Heights, Carindale, Seven Hills, Norman Park and maybe Greenslopes too. P.P.S We currently have an internet plan with iinet that doesn't expire until 2019, so ideally I'd like to use that, otherwise I'm up for a $225 fee. :(
Im super easy going, clean, don't drink or smoke but love a laugh. I am Australian but have been living in the USA, Italy and the UK for many years...I have come home to assist my elderly parents as they have both been ill and have extended my stay to be close to them while they recover. I enjoy walking and shopping, sometimes eating out but I mostly cook my meals at home. I like to watch tv and zone out....pretty normal stuff... No party houses please.
Hi I'm Matt, I'm a Kiwi and have been living in Australia for a year now. I'm clean, tidy, and always pay rent and utilities on time. I'm easy going, respectful of other people and their property and don't mind a couple of drinks at the weekend. I like to keep active by going to the gym or playing sports. I often participate in other recreational activities and sometimes invite flatmates to join if they are interested.
My name is Nikki, I'm a 29 year old public servant. I am currently looking for a room (short to potentially long term) to rent. I would also be interested in talking to anyone about starting up a share-house. Looking for somewhere with a car space or 24/7 available parking. :)
Looking for a new place to live in Brisbane! Currently in Northside but I really want to go back to living in the Southern Suburbs. I am a easy going, down to earth 21 year old who is social and also respects people's chill out time. I enjoy cooking and being creative in the kitchen (house cookouts are definitely welcomed ;P ), and am always down for a movie night! I also love my music of all sorts. I am always respectful of others. I keep my surroundings tidy, clean up after myself and pitch in with household duties. I am also pet friendly... and if you have a dog then I'll be over the moon ;P If you want to know some more about myself, please don't hesitate to ask!

I am relocating from Perth to Brisbane in January, I will be starting fulltime work at a childcare centre in Carina Heights. I enjoy keeping fit, reading, exploring and travelling. I'm very easy going and love meeting new people.
I am studying forensic science/ criminology and criminal justice at Griffith Nathan. I'm very considerate of others space. I am neat and don't mind helping out around the house. I normally keep to myself but am always down for a chat or an adventure.
Hello! My name's Ray! I'm 22 and I work full time in biomedical research. I'm pretty easy-going but also tidy and repsectful. When at home, I'm usually pretty laid back and quiet - if only you would ignore my terrible guitar playing. I live (trying) an active lifestyle and usually to spend weekends socialising or watching endless repeats of The Office UK. If you think we'd make a great team, please feel free to send me a message!
Hello, looking for a new place on my own or keen to start somewhere new and share the space equally, I'm busy during the week with work gym etc, like to relax and have a quiet drink on the weekend. Not in a rush to move I really just want a sanctuary from work and the ability to ride to work would be amazing. Oh I have a pet lizard he is super cool, if you don't like him he will be in my room, and I ride a motorcycle so I would like some sort of protection, not nessessary a full garage.
Hi! I am a dentist who is looking to move to the south side of brisbane. I am tidy and can keep to myself or socialise. I have furniture, everything for a small house. I am a bit of a foodie, and also enjoy gaming and music. I also do gym and yoga.
I'm friendly, polite, clean, sensible and intuitive. My interests include Basketball, computers, games, music, watching TV shows/movies, reading and learning. I'm a textbook introvert and tend to do my own thing most of the time, but I don't mind hanging out every now and then. I would like to meet some new people. I moved to Brisbane two months ago and have a job lined up which I'm hoping to start in the near future. My moving date will be based around the job and may change, but should be late January.
