Clean and usually keep to myself. Studying nursing full time while working part time at Coles. I enjoy beach trips and road trips and adventures! Currently live at home and would love to move out! My ideal place would be with 1 or 2 house mates, a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. I'd want my new place to feel more like a home more then just the place I live. I'd love housemates that are social but also like quiet time.
I am a easy-going and friendly person who likes their space but also happy to interact with others. I am currently a third year student at UQ so I will be busy but will always keep the place clean and tidy. Not a party person but enjoy a nice movie and chat with potential flat mates. I prefer all female accomodation if possible. Thank you :)
I'm a great housemate! Chill go with the flow adaptable. I will be working full-time as an exhibit builder at the queensland museum. Im wrapping up my studies now in visual arts and spanish. In my downtime I like to read, paint and take little trips away to get into nature as often as possible. I love living in brisbane because of the trees, the citycat and all the friendly faces. I cook abit, clean a bit; I am looking for a relaxing place to call home but still with social good times.
Hey guys, looking for a place the week of 12th Feb (lease ends 17th Feb). I'm a recently graduated law student who is at the moment working part time. I've lived in sharehouses for a while now so I know how these things go! I'm easygoing; friendly and not fussy, so if you have a spare unfurnished room feel free to send me a message 😊
Hi, I am looking to relocate to Brisbane in February from Central Queensland for work. I am looking for somewhere with two spare rooms one for me and one my friend Trent who currently studies at Griffith University. We preferably want to live close to the city and somewhere close to public transport. We are very easy going people and love meeting new people.
Hi! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a place\room anywhere near easily accessible public transport. I am currently working part time at a cafe and he is studying a cert 3 in visual arts at southbank tafe. We are looking for a place with easy going people. When we are home we prefer to keep to ourselves and like our own privacy.
Hey! I'm Alix! A little bit about me; I'm 29 (30 in a few weeks), single and have no kids or pets. I'm working as a pharmacy assistant at the moment. I have had experience with share-housing before. I am clean, quiet and very reliable and I have a rental reference from property I have rented on my own in the past. I am not a party animal by any means but I love to socialise and make new friends!! At the moment, I don't have a bed so a furnished room works well for me.
Hi, I'm a French student taking a year off my studies to gain some professional experience. I have found an internship in brisbane and am therefore looking for a place to stay. I'm used to travelling around (I've lived in South Africa and India) and meeting new people so I'm quite easy-going. I am tidy and respectful of others and their privacies.
I'm easygoing, friendly, humorous and with respect for all people. I'm organized, clean, decent with a good sense of humor! A Brazilian guy in Brisbane to study English and I have a part-time job. I´m looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, if we get along, we can stay flatmates for a long time. Interested in single rooms with own bathroom in the region of Valley-Newstead-Teneriffe-New Farm. Best Regards!!
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals/good vibes, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment :)
***Not looking for a share room*** Hi I'm Caitlin! Looking for an apartment/townhouse share with 1 or 2 other females around similar age, I work full time for a bank in the city 9-5, really sociable but also love me some alone time so I won't always be up in your grill :) I don't mind pets and love to relax with a wine and a chat at the end of the day or in the weekend with my friends/housemates. I'm too old for a party house these days and would looove to live with someone that can motivate me to do more yoga and exercise! Preferably would like somewhere central city so I can walk to work but open to South Bank, Newstead etc area. Not looking to move until beginning of March as this is when my current lease ends. I'm also pretty cool and get on easily with anyone! Thanks :)
Hi , I'm Kirstie. I'm working in Morningside in a secure full-time position. I'm a very clean and tidy person, easy-going and love a good chat and a laugh! I'm respectful of other people's time and space but I do think it is important to click with the person you live with! I do have a 5 year old (low energy) English Staffy! She is an outside dog and I take her everywhere with me. So weekends are spent at the beach, walks and catching up with friends. I have been renting in Hillcrest for the past year but need something closer to work. Ideally looking for accommodation for min 6 months.
Hi there! My name is Katina, I'm a 30 year old (look and feel about 24...but wiser) looking to find my own quiet pad or a place to share with some fun, laid back people while I focus on my career...or fly solo. Either way, I'm not actually too fussed! I work at a gym, run a small business (Minerva Candle) and also study via correspondence (3D Animation/Conceptual Art and Design). I have a very relaxed personality and a fairly dry sense of humour - I really love to laugh. I'm possibly the closest thing to a 'bro' in a girls body you'll get (I'm all about the video games, lifting at the gym, action movies, quoting Anchorman and Step Brothers, etc)...except I smell nicer, love a glass of wine, and like to do my nails on the weekly...so if you're okay with that, then awesome. I enjoy having my own space and don't fear it, but I also love human company and making friends so either way works well for me. I tend to be out and about a lot...I don't really party, but I like to visit friends and go on adventures...so don't be surprised if I ask if you want to bunjee jump or climb a cliff. I will accept if you say no, but I will likely call you a whimpy. :P I'm looking for any area near to the city (New Farm, Newstead, Ashgrove, etc) as this is closest to my work and also gives me access to the city which I enjoy wandering around (read- sniffing around for food). I really enjoy making a place a warm and inviting home so I can promise you that I'll take beautiful care of your property while I'm borrowing it from you :) You might have to be okay with smelling candles all the time...that is what I do for my business, yes you will get freebies :) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm away from the 1st Feb to 5th March, so either scramble moving before I go, or moving in after the 5th March :) - Katina
About me, I am a French girl from the Caribbean. I was living in a share house of 7 international people in South Bank before my 2 month holidays in France this Christmas. I am a very tidy girl, friendly and open minded. I love cooking (and sharing it!), reading novels (SF, Fantasy, Thriller), watching movies. I like having a drink or two with my housemates. About what I am doing nowadays, I've just finished my Master at Griffith Film School in November and I have 2 short films in post-production that I need to finish. My majors are screenwriting and directing.
I am Brazilian and I am here to study English, and also to know more about this country. I am calm, I love to travel and make friends. I have two jobs and study at night.
I currently live in Cairns, Australia. I like playing video games on all platforms with my friends. I also like to play a wide variety of sports with my favourite sport being football (soccer). Will be studying b. of enginneering(honours)/b. of Information Technology at QUT Gardens Point. P.S. Currently touring europe until the 30th of Jan when I arrive back in Cairns.
Hi all! I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a shared house within 4 kilometres from Roma Street Station. Planning on moving in on the weekend of 18 February (might be about to move earlier if need be). I work full time in the city. I will have no problem paying rent or bills. I'm a relative clean person and I think everyone should pull their equal share with cleaning and contributing to the house. I'm a social person and happy to have a few drinks with my housemates but also enjoy spending time by myself. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to music festivals and concerts, doing a Netflix binge and just generally trying new and interesting things. If you think I would be a good fit in your house, please get in contact with me :-) Kylie
Hi, I live in Northern NSW but work in West End 3 days a week. Looking for somewhere for just 2 nights a week! I'll barely be there as I'll be working late when in West End. So it won't even feel like you have a flatemate. You can even airbnb the room on the weekend if you like :)
I am looking for a place to rent preferably furnished in Brisbane. I work full time Monday to Friday as an administrator for an engineering firm. I am clean and tidy person and will help pitch in with the weekly cleaning duties. I love to socialise and meet new people as well as sitting down and binge watch the lastest in Tv Seasons.
We are fun, outgoing students studying at UQ looking for others in a similar situation. We are very reliable and clean. We have lived in a share house before and understand the responsibilities and importance to be considerate and respectful. You'll have a great year living with us, looking forward to meeting you :)
Hi, Im emigrating in March working for specsavers in Australia and starting with 6 months in Brisbane. I like to spend time with friends here in England, Im never one to turn down a good social event and like to keep myself busy with either work, gym, cinema, running, music and just general life. I'm a clean, respectable and easy going 22 year old female. I work Mon - Fri full time in Mt Gravatt. Like to kick back on weekends with some Music & Drinks. However some weekends I may stay out. Also I am a smoker, however do so outside. I am considerate of other peoples personal space and like my own too at times!. In terms of Shared Bathroom - I do prefer my own, however I dont mind Sharing with only one other person!. If you have anything else to ask please msg me... ☺
Hey. I'm looking to share a flat, a single room own bath preferible. I work full time n I'm very easy going.
I am currently living on my own in a one bedroom apartment at Canterbury Towers, Fortitude Valley. I am looking to move into a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment close to the city. I have new modern furniture and am seeking a flatmate around my age (25) who has a full time job and is easy going but responsible.
I work full-time as a law clerk in Spring Hill and also doing my distance law degree. I am friendly, and love to travel. I am not a party person so I prefer to stay in a house that it is quite and neat I do not mind to have a few chats, drinks or meals together. I cook nice food as well. I go to work by bus so the location is important to me.
Hi my name is Mel and I'm looking for a new place to call home from FEB 18th - no earlier. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy a good adventure but also love a lazy day on the couch watching TV. I enjoy getting away for the weekend to the beach, trying new restaurants and catching up with friends at a nice bar where I can actually hear the conversation, but I also love a good dance session. In regards to the place, preferably I'm looking for a female flat but will consider a mix. I'm looking for a place with a friendly environment where my housemates are easy to get along with. I enjoy a good cook up with housemates for dinner but appreciate having privacy and personal space in the home. I'm definitely not looking for party house but I do enjoy having a glass of wine or two on the weekends or after a long day. I always make a conscious effort to make the common areas neat and tidy and looking for the same in return. I work full time at a bank during the week days but I'm often away visiting friends so I'm only home half the time.
Aussie/Brit couple looking for a room in a decent share house. Like to go out at the weekends but also like to chill at home in the evening after work, gym etc. Laid back, sociable and considerate of other people. Both pretty well domesticated!

My name is Lauren and I'm looking for a little more independance as I currently live at home. I'm looking for ladies-only properties, sorry gentlemen! I work full-time in a permanent position in Mansfield as a Client Services Officer with a school photography company. I'm a non-smoker and have no pets, I can't cook unless I have a recipe but I can clean, do laundry, and handle finances! If I'm moving into a place, it must be clean and well-maintained. I can't deal with places that need repairing, renovation or have pest issues. Sorry if it sounds a bit harsh but if I have to downgrade and deal with bad hygeine while paying the same rent I do at home, then what's the point of moving? For fun I love to go to the movies, see theatre shows, and get coffee. There's so many places in Brisbane to get coffee ❤️ I'd love to get to know you!
Moving from the Sunshine Coast back to Brisbane as I've started a 2/3yr Interior Design degree. I quit my FIFO job in September of 2016 to pursue something I've been putting off for far to long. Chasing dollars instead of happiness. I'm pretty chill to live with, sometimes I make cookies and drink whisky. I've enjoyed living with people previously and have had one long term roommate (6yrs - we're best friends). I like to go to the gym and train hard, there was nothing else to do when I worked FIFO so I focused on fitness and personal improvement. I recently returned from a fitness holiday in Thailand where I trained at Tiger Muay Thai (if you haven't heard of it, give it a google - best thing i've done this year). You'll know if I've had a bad day because I'll start cleaning, so I guess that's a win for whoever I end up with. Ideally a spot in the Valley would be sweet, but am happy with anything within a close proximity. I'm still looking for work but it shouldn't take long to pin down a part-time gig. I have savings to get me through this transition phase. Keep it real Anna.
I am 24 yrs old, I work full time as a designer, I am currently working in new market. I live on the GC looking to relocate if I find the perfect place. I have 1 small dog, who is the most gental soul ever. He is very quiet and loveable. :) I love to socialise and have a drink or go out for dinner. I also love my alone time and space.I love to be active so afternoon walks or gym classes are my goto when I have the time. I have my own bedroom furniture, so furnished rooms aren't necessary. I would be going to GC on weekends mostly.
New to the sunny coast!!! fun, Respectful, clean and goal driven female looking to begin study.. looking for some cool not uptight people to share a place with. Any age any gender if your honest and not like Hitler then im sure we will get along great. Looking for somewhere asap preferably within walking distance to the beach.
Hi there! I'm coming from Germany to study one semester at Brisbanes's QUT. Have lived in a shared flat for the past years - went super well. I'm Easy-going, but tidy. Always open for new things and a good glass of wine and dinner. I would like to discover the city (and surroundings) with my flat mate(s)! During free time, I like to do sports, but also creative things like museums, poetry slams or theatre - but as I said, I'm (almost) open to anything ;) If you've more questions, just feel free to contact me. You surely get my number then. See You soon (:
I am an active guy, working in a mining company as an engineer. I do 8-6 Fly in fly out from a site near Darwin. Quite sincere about living a healthy lifestyle, and usually spend my free time studying for my part-time MBA, listening to music and hanging out with friends. I lived in Perth for 5 years.
Hi! I currently live in Sydney and am moving up to Brisbane to study Paramedicine/Nursing at ACU this Feb. I'm quite easy going and clean. I have a few close friends up that way but thought I'd give being social a go and hopefully meet a few new mates while I'm at it! Feel free to hit me up with any questions! :)
Hi there, I'm Ness! I'm looking for a place while I continue (the seemingly never ending journey) of saving for a house deposit. And no, I will not sacrifice smashed avo. I'm single and have a pretty good balance in life. I'm housemate trained after share housing for a decade or so, including basics such as: - keeping communal areas tidy - 'clean as you go' kitchen habits - pushing a vacuum cleaner and other weekly chores - replacing toilet paper and other household items - Netflix binging - kicking back and having a chat with a drink in hand or over dinner - respecting/ giving you space I highly value staying active, healthy and happy, which means I'm busy during the weekdays with: - exercising (boxing, running, gym, indoor soccer, walking, or other) - working full time in health and community care (including some travel) - spending time with mates Weekends are for adventures, events, and sometimes relaxing. Things I'd like to do at any time? - travel. I just got back from trekking to base camp Everest which (probably needless to say) was incredible. Diving somewhere is happening for the Easter break... - eat. I love eating, particularly anything fresh, or on a brunch menu, but I certainly don't discriminate. - spend my time outdoors doing everything and anything. - spend time with animals- if you have a pet I'll love it like my own! I'm looking to move to a place: - preferably mid to late Feb - for 6 months or more - max 3 housemates - unfurnished bedroom - carpark (on street parking is fine) - close to the city (walking distance preferably) I'd be looking for housemate(s) who are positive, enjoy wit, predominantly sociable, and enjoy what they do. Anything else you want to know? Feel free to message me!
Hi everyone, I'm Tom I've just moved to Australia from England. I'm a easy going guy who gets on with anyone. I enjoy going for a few drinks on the odd weekend but also have time for a quiet movie night in. I'm clean and tidy and have never had a problem with anyone I've lived with. I work as a personal trainer and performance coach so enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle. Get in contact :)
NEED A FURNISHED ROOM. I'm a full time employee in a great role that gives me a lot of freedom. I can cook and do most nights, I'm very very tidy, organised and clean, and I keep to myself (but love a beverage or two with my housemates from time to time). I'm new to Queensland, I moved to the Gold Coast 3 months ago for this job, and have now been promoted, meaning I have to move up to the Bayside/Eastern areas of Brisbane!
Hi, I'm a professional working in the Brisbane CBD looking to find someone to share with one or two others in a central location. I'd prefer to meet someone to find a place together, but happy to move into an existing property if the fit is right. Selling points for Michael include: - Clean and tidy, no stranger to a vacuum cleaner; - Produces baked goods for you from time to time; - Can bring along a high quality lounge suite; - Friendly, but happy to give you your space; - I won't always be just hanging around the house; - Comes with access to his Stan subscription. I'd appreciate meeting one or two like-minded, reasonably tidy people to share with. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this further, I'm happy to meet for coffee/apartment hunting.
I'm 35 , originally from England and have been working as a visual effects artist in Brisbane for a little under a year now now and enjoying it so far :) As a flatmate I'm pretty quite and quiet, happy doing my own thing and keeping to myself, but it's nice to have a chat and hang out once in a while, and ideally looking for similar flatmates. Oh and I'm a non-smoker if that's important. House wise, I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed to come home to. I'm currently looking for somewhere short term (until May) as that's when my contract is until, but in all likelihood it will be for a longer.
My name is Julio. I'm from Peru but I live in Spain since 2009. Im a very relax person, very easy going. I enjoy having a beer with friends. I like going out on the weekends and going to the gym and listening to music. Im looking for flatmates to live who are friendly, easy going and preferably clean.
Banter on point. Moving to Brisbane for studies (to be a teacher!) I'm outgoing, humorous and a huge DC geek. Apart from that i'd love enjoying life getting drinks with a couple of mates over the weekend or simply just netflix with homecooked food.
