Hey my name's Dom, I'm 26 and currently working full time in IT at a school in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay until May 2018 as I'll be heading off to Europe for 6 months! I'm a really easy going guy, like to keep tidy and organised without being a clean freak, respectful of personal space and easy to get along with. If you have a silly sense of humor we will become good friends, I'm a pretty good cook too! Most weekends I'm out and about going hiking, camping or filming during the day then socialising with mates at night. Week nights are pretty low key with the occasional beer after work. Looking for a place with easy public transport to the city & to live with someone who enjoys a drink and a laugh from time to time!
Hello! I've just moved to Melbourne on a working holiday visa. Left my job in construction project management in England to come out here and live the dream. I'm a very sociable person but also hard-working. I'm clean and respectful of others. Enjoy watching and playing various sports. Also a keen cook and don't mind mucking in when required. Looking to live with like-minded people.
I've recently moved over from the UK to Melbourne. I'm loving it so far and the plan is to stay in Australia for a year as I'm on a working travel visa. I can only commit to 3 months right now as i will probably decide to do a bit of traveling later on. I graduated last year and have a full time job as a bartender in Fitzroy. I like sports, going out for a few drinks or even just chilling and watching a movie. I've been living in share houses for the last 4 years so I know the deal!
Heyo! I'm working full time in the city and am looking for a room in a shared house/flat. I've lived in share houses for the past 4 years so quite used to respecting others space + paying rent on time. Looking to live with people I can call friends rather than living with hermits. I love to spend my weekends outside as much as possible hangin with pals or drinking a nice cold bev. Looking to move immediately! My budget is max $220/week not including bills and needs to be close to public transport as I don't have a vehicle. I'm interested in starting a share house as well.
Hi I'm James. I'm a 31 year old electrician currently living in Northcote. I am very clean and respectful of others space. Happy to go with the flow. My hours are usually 7-3 30pm Monday to Friday. I understand that most people start work later than that so I am used to leaving the house very quietly of a morning.
Hi Guys, My name is Chloe, I'm 26 from London. I lived between Melbourne and Sydney for two years in 2013 - 2015 and have decided to come back for a years working holiday with the possibility of permanently relocating. I will be arriving on the 30th December (right in time for a good NYE party!) and am looking for a place to stay either in Melbourne CBD, Brunswick, Fitzroy, Richmond or Port Melbourne. I would consider other areas but they are my preference purely because I am familiar with those areas. My Partner from the UK will potentially be joining me around February time (not 100% confirmed yet) but for the first few months at least I will be riding solo, so am looking for a cool bunch of people to hang out with. Im a fairly private person at home as in I like to have my own double room and bathroom however I love having a housemate who is up for shared dinners and a glass of wine every now and again. I love cooking, cinema, meals out, yoga, travelling, a night out on the town occasionally and love love love weekend brunching. Ideally would like to live in a house with no more than 2 other house mates :) Please message me if you have a suitable room available or would like to buddy up
We are just awesome! We are currently in Melbourne looking for a place asap, in saying that we have an airbnb from 24-26th November also. So can be a little flexible with days for the right place. I am 27, love my sport, fitness, health and love meeting new people. I am really laid back and love to keep clean and respectful. I have lived in share houses before and also managed one myself on the Gold Coast. Feel free to check out my Facebook, that will give you a great idea of the type of person i am. :) My partner is 24 from France, speaks fluent English, super respectful and great fun. No issues at all. Respectful of others and easy to get along with. I am happy to pay a few weeks rent up front or whatever you need to do. Money isn't an issue. I am preferring a furnished room, as we are coming with nothing, bit if it isn't im sure i can get a bed and mattress if needed. If suits, i would love to have a chat or maybe even a skype if that suits better. We are free all today (22nd Nov) and Tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday Before 10.30 to check out a place. Feel free to call me anytime if this suits.
My name is Isabella and I am originally from the United States. I recently completed my undergrad from Columbia College Chicago where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Business. I will be moving to Melbourne mid/end of January with a work/holiday visa and I am very excited for the new adventure. I have several friends spread out throughout the city -- but I am looking for a space to call my own during my year in Australia. I am easy-going, tidy, very social, and always on the move-- I will most likely be working a few jobs during my time in Melbourne-- I honestly don't intend on spending a whole lot of time at home (I love filling up my days with activities and being outside). I enjoy trying out new restaurants, going out to drinks with friends, staying physically active, and getting lost (haha that's the best way to find the coolest places). Truly excited for this year ahead and looking forward to meeting you X
Hey Guys, I'm looking for somewhere where I can set up shop with some rad individuals hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. Migrating from Brisbane 4+ years ago I am a pretty chilled out guy, big pet lover, Rugby fella with the addition of occasional sporadic furniture making, Friday afternoon drinks and my complied list of the best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) and I am house trained so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate. Currently working as a PM/Estimator (Mon-Fri) while looking to further myself within the electrical industry. I am always down for a hang or a cheeky pint and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with some pretty wicked stories. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit :) Good luck with the hunt!
Hey guys! I'm looking to share a place with an awesome, easygoing person not too far from the city and uni. I'm currently doing my Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni, as well as part time work to make sure I pay the bills on time! In my down time, I enjoy binging shows on Netflix, making the most of our kitchen, and keeping fit and healthy.
Hello! I am super friendly and so is my pup Leela she is a rescue dog and is just beautiful and loves cuddles! I enjoy most things if a glass of wine and anti pasto is included! I am 22 and work full time at a Mechanic as a office lady. Except I’m not a normal office lady I wear Nikes and get to drive all the nice cars! I enjoy cooking and especially cooking for people that love my food! I love a glass of wine and to socialise but also enjoy my down time to binge watch Friends or Seinfeld! I am a pleasure to live with and I hope that my future house mates will become my friends and the house to become a home!
I'm 20 work night shift in construction, I live very minimal without clutter, quiet and very clean, I work long hours and most nights through out melbourne and surrounding suburbs, I make enough to money to not stress about paying bills and buying food and i really easy going always down to have a chat, will most likely sleep all day so I won't be disturbing you, itll almost be like I'm not even there due to my work schedule, thanks
Moving from Canberra to Melbourne to start a job at a law firm in the CBD. Love to travel, been to around 40 countries so far. I love to play sport and try to get to the gym (but to be honest it's more of an ambition than a habit). I'm a good cook but awful at planning meals. I'm also a politics junkie and enjoy some good political satire on abc. I've previously leased an apartment in Canberra, stayed in student accommodation in the UK on uni exchange and made my way through countless hostel dorm rooms. I'm looking for housemates that are keen to hang out and chat/eat/drink but also understand that I sometimes need my own space. I'd be interested in sharing meals but am also fine to cook for myself. Location is important but I'd much rather find the right group of people who have similar values to me. If you like binging tv shows, exploring the city, going on walks and bike rides and want someone who is friendly, clean, low maintenance and easy to live with, then I could be your guy. It's a cliche but I'm looking for a home not a house. "It's the vibe" - The Castle
Hey guys! My name's Leif, I love my sports, videogames, food and an alcoholic beverage every so often. I love cooking, having a lazy Sunday in and enjoy my own time as well as being around others. Easy going and chilled, the only thing I'm 100% for is keeping a tidy house. (Less hassle for inspections haha). I work at a bank, so anyone who also wants some advice or assistance I'm happy to help a housemate out! Throw me a message, cheers guys!
After traveling & working around the world for the past 3 years, I’m ready to make Melbourne my next home! I have family in the Yarra Valley but will be working in the city, so I’m open to most locations in and around! Hoping to find somewhere dog friendly, however, not essential. I have a car, so parking is needed. I’m use to being a part of a share house, if you can do it in London, you can do it anywhere.! I’m a people-person, love to socialise, meet new people and try new things. I’m super eclectic and a lover of most things. Music is my religion.. Cleanliness is an absolute must...and being environmentally savvy is always a plus! Ages 25+ and working professionals preferred. Any questions, just ask! 😊
I'm currently working and studying and looking to move closer to the city. I like to describe myself as an easy going guy who likes to have a laugh and socialise with housemates but also likes and appreciates my own and others space. Not much into partying and I'm a non smoker.
Having recently relocated to Melbourne after spending the last year in New Zealand. We are both from Ireland and are both 26 and 27. We are both literature graduates, who are currently working in the cbd. Outside of work, we enjoy art, Film, yoga and music, while also exploring as much as we can in our spare time. We are both easy going and very tidy, we love to socialize but we're equally comfortable doing our own thing.
My name is Viviana Castiblanco, I am 32 years old, I am from Colombia, I arrived in Melbourne on November 9, I am currently studying from Monday to Friday in the afternoon, my English level is intermediate and I am studying to update it, I work part time, I am a responsible person, honest, neat, clean and respectful, I am a positive person, I do not smoke and I love pets. I prefer to live with respectful, cheerful people, who do not smoke inside the house, I am looking for a room just for me, no matter the number of people with whom I share the place, I would like live in the city or close to the city.
Hi there! I'm recently moved back to Melbourne from a three year interstate adventure, and I'm looking for a share house to live in. I currently work full time as a law clerk in West Melbourne, and study online. I'm laid back, clean and pretty mature. I've been living out of home for 6 years now. I like my own down-time, but also enjoy having house mates to spend time with. I enjoy writing, food & wine, the arts, reading, yoga and travelling. I especially love animals, so I would love to move in somewhere with a pet to cuddle/walk/help look after, I am looking for a place to call home, not just somewhere to crash! Ps. I make a mean espresso martini
Hey! I'm an ex-struggling artist turned full time corporate minion. I'm looking for a space to write and make music to rekindle my joie de vivre. I enjoy catching films and gigs of all types of genres. Always up for a chat but am super respectful of your personal space as long as you are of mine. open heart, open mind. Ready to move out at any time that's just a snippet of the sick rhymes ill be throwing at you. Some experience in sharehousing/uni lodging so i do know how to maintain at least myself. Huge fan of washing dishes especially if you enjoy cooking.
