Hi, I'm a recent university graduate who has found a full time job in Melbourne working in finance. Looking for accommodation that is within walking distance of Bourke Street as that is where my job is. I am easy going, tidy and very respectful of other flatmates. Feel free to message me with any rooms you have available and I will respond as soon as I can. Thanks!
Hello, everyone! I`ve been in Melbourne for about a year studying Music Bachelor Degree at JMC Academy. Originally I`m from Russia, but Melbourne feels like the home I was never able to obtain at the place where I was born. I respect privacy and personal time of my roommates as well as I like hanging out having chats, dinners, watching movies or all together. I wish I could find a nice place to live with the people who`d share same interests like music, movies and books. My fav music- Jeff Buckley, The Mars Volta, My Brightest Diamond, Led Zeppelin, Bosnian Rainbows as well as lots of jazz, blues, folk, other rock styles and many many more. Movies-something that has a sense and wouldn`t be a waste of time watching. Like old classics like Hitchcock, Noir movies, Art House movies, series like Black Books Favorite books are by Henry Miller. I love animals, though don`t have any myself. But an option to get a cat one day is a good bonus. I don`t mind roommates bringing friends to the house (if its not loud parties all of the time) which would love to have as an option back. Of course, I would first ask if the day and time is fine with everyone and wouldn`t be loud after the bedtime. The reason why im looking for a new place is because I live about an hour away from my Uni and it is very tiring to commute all the time. So, as a musician I also need to practice in my room but, of course, i will respect everyone`s schedule and wont be too loud, and play at a reasonable time. Hope I can find a bunch of roommates who`d become my friends and the house which would become my home.

We're both young creatives from the UK, over in Melbourne on working holiday visas. We've spent 4 months in Sydney and are now looking to live and work in Melbourne, seeking out its arts and coffee scene. We will be working as full time baristas in the city and are keen photographers, so we'll usually be out and about. We're clean, tidy and sociable, but know the boundaries when it comes to personal space! We get along with pretty much anyone we meet so don't be shy! We're fun, friendly people who enjoy good music, good food and good coffee. Ideally we'd like to live near the centre and its surrounding suburbs. We look forward to meeting you!
We are a easygoing couple and looking to find a nice place to stay. We are tidy and responsible persons. Always trying to make the best out of the day. We love to meet new people and have some nice conversations.
I am a French man working in hotels and restaurants industry. I am very easy-going, clean and open-minded. Would be glad to share meals (I love cooking worldwide food!!!), talks and movies with my roommates even if, of course, I need time for myself sometimes. I am here to work first, meet new people and enjoy the city!

Hi Everyone! As you can see, my name is Ingrid. I'm a 25 year old originally born and bred in Brisbane and have lived there my whole life. Recently however I've accepted a full-time position with a company in Melbourne so of course I have to move (...imagine the commute if I didn't). I start the new job on the 1st of May, so I need to find a place in April, ASAP. How do I sum up me... well I'm super into movies and documentaries about history. My friends have described me as a walking, talking IMDB in the past. Love most things 'nerdy'... popculture, videogames, sci-fi everything, super into star trek etc... but I'm also super into watching most sports (I happen to love all teams Boston and will forever be a massive Brisbane Roar Supporter... so Melb Victory/City fans beware...). Also like other more classic things like fashion and shopping and the like. Main activities during my downtime include eating everything and sleeping. If I sound like someone you might potentially wanna live with, feel free to send me a message. I'm super friendly, promise!
Oh hey! We're Marco & Nu, a German guy and Melbourne gal who can put the mates in 'housemates'. We're a fun-loving, friendly couple who've just come back from our overseas adventures and are now looking for a more permanent home. Marco is a full time student and I'm a full time travel agent so we're both out and about most days but really appreciate some down time after business hours feat. baking, chill nights in, and road tripping on weekends. We're clean, reliable, respectful, and don't take ourselves too seriously and we'd love to find like-minded housemates who are also keen on the occasional shared dinner and boogie. If you think your household needs more freshly baked goods and a funny accent to complete it you know who to call! (hint: not Ghostbusters)
Why hello there! Hope you're having a splendid day :] After spending three months on a horse farm, my girlfriend and I are looking to join a fun, friendly good vibe house to spend at least a year in. We are both baristas so one big perk we can provide is a constant source of fresh coffee... Also, I'm English, so I make a mean cup of tea. It's hard not to blow your own trumpet on these sorts of things but we really are an easy going couple, who likes to chill and just enjoy getting along with new people and hopefully make new friends. Thanks for reading our nonsense. Best Anita & Stu xx
I am from Northeast of India, so I am a little different from the ones you have met until now. Recently joined as 1st yr research student at Melbourne Uni, dept of Architecture, Construction and Planning, and totally new to Australia. I love to cook and clean, and basically do my own thing. I like watching tv series and listening to music, which I sometimes sing along, regardless of the time or place, . Not paticularly a party girl, but I like to try new foods and drinks in different places from time to time.
I'm looking for a room or to start up a share house with people. I'm Steve and I work in FMCG brand management. I recently moved to Melbourne to take the role. I'm easy going and generally like to have a chat and a drink/meal with flatmates, but I also know when people need their own space. I keep fairly active and ride to work most days. I'm an amateur photographer, a bit of a foodie and generally enjoy doing anything in a social environment. I'm a tidy flatmate and definitely do my fair share of the housework. I'm looking for flatmates with a similar mind set. Easy going, like to socialise and are working professionals. The room needs to be unfurnished (I have all my own stuff). Ideally I'd like to stay around the $250/week mark, but can go up to $300 for the right place. I'm also happy to consider a longer than 6 months. Hit me up if you want to know more or are interested in starting a share house/have a room.

We are quiet, clean, and very respectful. We both love to cook and I make the best curry. I work full time so I generally am only home at nights. She works a couple hours a day so she would be home more often. We look forward to meeting you! :)
I'm a 29 year old American guy that has just finished backpacking in Asia for a year and now I'm settling in Melbourne for awhile. I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months, potentially longer. I worked in IT for 4 years in Chicago but I'm currently in search of cafe work (hopefully day hours). I'm laid back, considerate, keep things clean and have been told that I'm a very easy person to live with. I enjoy running, biking, and cooking. I'm not a huge party person, but definitely enjoy a few drinks after work and the occasional night out. Since I'm new to the city it would be great to become friends with my future flatmates but it's not a must.
Have Law Degree, doing post grad and a menial job in the meantime - like most Law graduates haha. NSW Law Degree so don't bother asking me for advice, not applicable in Vic . (yet the HECS debt will follow me anywhere!)Moved from Sydney. Like to think Im funny (dont you just brace yourself when someone says that). Only smoke when I'm stressed and only outside. Fairly flexible about moving date. Work on call 24/7. Tidy, friendly...hmmm, what else...love Gogglebox - wish I was on it lol
I am a English nurse a non smoker who is very clean, tidy and respectful. I work hard and enjoy my days off. I am a mature professional but young at hard and easy going and always up for laugh. I am new to Melbourne and not 100% sure of the areas yet but wanting to share with 1 other non smoker somewhere nice near a beach and not to far away from the City. Ideally i would like a house with a pool and bbq area (not an apartment) but it is not essential.
I'm Haley. Currently I am working full time as a Personal Assistant. I'm 23 years old and I'm looking for a place to call home. I work from 8-6 everyday and have weekends off. On my weekends I try and hang out outdoors. I will either be exercising, at the markets, cooking, catching up with girlfriends or just relaxing at home. I also have family and friends in Bendigo as I am originally from there so I travel home quite a bit. I am relatively quiet, very easy going, relaxed, respectful and clean. Living in a clean and tidy house is really important to me so I would like to live with someone who has the same mindset, please do not contact me if you cannot put your dishes away and leave your stuff lying around the house. I am looking for a flatmate that I can become friends with and share the occasional dinner/brunch and a laugh, but also someone that likes their own space and independance. At this stage I am looking for a place for about 6 months but if I can find a place that feels like home I will stay for longer if possible.

Hey there! I'm a full time working professional, been in Melbourne for nearly 3 years. Easy going, respect people's privacy and looking for a place close to where I work (Southbank). Quite tidy, cooks a couple of times a week and watches movies/tv shows. Happy to chat or catch up for a beverage in the evenings.
I'm a relaxed, respectful and fun housemate. I'm in marketing, teach yoga and surf so free lessons for house mates. I'm pretty social love to get to gigs and yoga or dance classes, trivia, volleyball, hiking and mountain biking. Like some chill time in the house and the occasional social bev with housemates. I have a washing machine, tv, audio and vacuum if that's a bonus. Let's chat soon.
I am a laid back, down to earth, happy and sociable individual. I love sharing meals with friends (I can cook!), binge watching new Netflix series (let's find a series to watch together!), exploring new bars/restaurants/cafes, hanging out with friends, doing yoga, drawing, hitting the beach, doing cultural things like checking out art exhibitions, and am always up for an adventure. I would love to live in a house that is also a home, and to hang out with my fellow housemate(s), but also respect other people's space and alone time! I am also fully able to clean and do household chores - thought that was worth mentioning too! I'm 23 and I am here from England! I've just started a full time job in a branding agency in the CBD and finding a house is next on my 'settle-down-in-Melbourne' list!
Sean and I are from England. We are in Australia on a 1 yr holiday working/visa and will be spending 6 months, at least, working/living in Melbourne. Sean is a barista and I am a baker of cakes 👨🏻👩🏾🍳☕️🍰🍩 Our budget is $300-400 pw and we're looking to move as soon as possible! We are an easy going couple and our main interests include; food, music, cartoons, cake (Karishma), video games (Sean) and more food. We like our home to be a place to chill (not a party house) and to socialise over a beer or three with our pals at pubs 🍻 We respect our flatmates space and are clean/tidy.
My name is Patrick Nicoll. I'm 24 years old and a full time Investment Analyst working in the city. I finished studying at the end of 2015 and decided to travel for a year; to New Zealand, America and Western Europe and have just returned to Australia and am looking for a place to call home for the next year to two years. A bit about me! I am an easy-going, relaxed, friendly and social person but also enjoy my own independence and space. I love jazz (I particularly enjoy going to all the great jazz clubs in Melbourne), film (I particularly have a taste for experimental stuff!), travelling, hiking, and trying all the new food spots in and around Melbourne. I also love to chat about economics and politics - I'm a bit of a debater when it comes to most things! - , but I am well aware many find it to be rather dull!!
27YO professional, work in the CBD on a rotating roster (daytime hours). Like sport, fitness, travel, weekend beers etc. Happy doing my own thing (and keep pretty quiet during the week) but certainly hoping to find like-minded housemates. Occasional banter, beers, meals etc would be great. Seeking inner city private room, ideally with own bathroom but not essential. Looking for a place from mid-late April (potentially earlier if I find the right place). Max rent $300/week. Please get in touch if you think I might be a good fit.

I'm Jack, a fit, sports loving male from Hobart, Tasmania. I have lived in Melbourne before and loved the city and am fortunately getting the chance to relocate back for work, having lived in Brisbane for the past few years. I am clean and respectful and believe in courteous behaviour towards neighbours and co-housemates. -- Ideally would love a one bedroom to myself if anyone is looking to sublet. A car space would be ideal but no a necessity.

I'm Victor, I'm from Colombia and I came here to study English, I'm very clean, tidy and respectful. I'm easy going, I'm living in Preston right now but I want to move because it's kind of far from the city, I'm looking for a place nearer CBD. I have experience in sharing room and I have never had a problem before. I enjoy studying, reading, and walking around. I enjoy sharing with other people but also my own privacy. I'm going to be a good roommate
I consider myself a really easy going and friendly person, who loves to spend time with friends, go to markets, see plays, art, movies and go exploring in the area for delicious food. I'm also a big fan of yoga, bike riding and dancing around the house. I work 30-35 hours a week at a gelato store called Messina, so if you love gelato, i'm always in great supply! I'm also vegetarian but am not bothered if others cook meat in the house. Ideally, i'm after a place with lovely people who I can have a great chat to and good laugh with. I love my own space but i'm always open to have a chat, hang out and come together to make dinner together. I'm clean and tidy but am generally just happy to go with the flow of the house. :~)
I'm self-employed as a consultant/writer and work from home a lot on my computer. I'm friendly and interested in others but also keep to myself and prefer a quiet space but also enjoy ambient music, which you'll find me listening to a lot on my iPod while typing away at my computer. I'm clean, reliable and flexible with use of space. I often do my own cooking during the day if a housemate is out working to free up the kitchen when they get home. Happy to sit & chat over a meal some nights and happy to help in the garden etc. Have lived in share houses much of my life or have done housesitting in various suburbs around Melbourne, so am responsible and organised, and when socialising tend to meet up with people outside the house. Have travelled too and lived in different share houses overseas, but despite all the moving around, am quite a settled person and into health, wellbeing, meditation, yoga etc.
