I'm James, a 25 yr old kiwi working in advertising. I have been in Melbourne almost a year and am looking for a quiet and sunny room in a central suburb and some cool people to live with. I'm a laid back, social guy who appreciates things to be clean and tidy, but I'm always up for having friends over for a few drinks during the weekend. I work in advertising, so if I'm busy you may not see me for a couple of days, but at the end of the week I'll be craving a few drinks and a good laugh. I enjoy eating out and going to gigs, as well as making the effort to squeeze the odd run in too. As a kiwi, my footy knowledge is slowing developing, so I'll be making an effort to attend a few games this season. Can cook, and happy to share meals if you are too.
Hi I'm matt. I work full time as a glazier in richmond. I'm usually at work but when I'm not I'm usually just chillin out listening to music or having a few quiet drinks. I am shy at first but lots of fun once you get to know me :)
Loves to have a laugh & can take a joke. Can talk til the cows come home but appreciates the ME time. Cooking is most fun when I'm bothered which is often as I love to feed others. Loves to bake. Clean and tidy. Weekend lazy's in front of the tele is the best but are ramdom. Enjoy a glass of wine occasionally when chatting with friends. I'm a smoker but only do this outdoors.
Young and fully employed with a stable job and new to Melb. Looking for mates in this big new city and love a night in just as much as a fun night out though usually one to stay home over a few drinks and chat watching movies. Happy doing my own thing as much as I love group meals and hang outs. Enjoy music, reading, movies, the beach, random drives, and hanging with mates.
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hey there, I'm an international student from Malaysia studying at RMIT. Living nearby is preferable but not necessary. Although I tend to be quiet, I also like to socialise and spend some time with my flatmates and get along. I like to try new food and enjoys music. Last but not least, I am tidy, respectful and considerate.
Hi, I'm Kirsty, 31, from London. I've been living in Melbourne for 1.5 years. I'm currently working full time as a medical records manager in Prahran. I'm clean and tidy, flatmate trained. I love photography, comedy, movies, baking, cycling and going for brunch! I'm not a room hermit and enjoy socialising with my flatemates over a glass of wine/dinner/pub from time to time. Kirsty X

Hi There, I am Aaliyah, 32F moving from Singapore to Melbourne within the next few weeks. I worked in the branding/advertising industry in Singapore and currently taking a little break to pursue my masters, however I would still be working on a part time basis in Melbourne. I'm a happy and sociable person. I am new, will want to explore more of the city and make new friends! so probably will say yes to just about anything. I love fitness, socialising & dancing. Apart from that I am clean and tidy :) Keen on having my own bathroom. Any questions feel free to ping me on this. Aaliyah
Hiello hello. I am from Ireland and I work full-time in Digital Marketing in the city. I like to keep fit and cycle to work, and I have just registered for the Melbourne marathon in October. I studied languages in Uni and have spent time living in France, Spain and the US. Also spent a summer working in Slovenia. So, I love going to meet-ups in Melbourne for language exchange and travel. Always up for a chat over dinner, tea or a glass of wine and on the weekends I like to have a few beers, go to gigs, go the markets and discover all the food festivals in Melbourne. Have been in house shares for years now, so all the usual; clean, socialble , tidy etc. etc!
I'm a software engineer, very clean, very quiet person, mostly keeps to myself. I currently work from home on my laptop, so I will not be leaving my room much. I don't have any pets, but I love them. I would be interested in having chats/friendships with my flatmates if they prefer, but still perfectly fine staying by myself if you need your own space. I would rather live in a non-smoking place, where there are rarely any partying inside the residency, but no problem going out together every once in a while.
Just relocated from Sydney to Melbourne for a job in the CBD. Looking for a place to stay for around 6 months initially, potentially longer (Contract ends September). I am clean, workaholic, when I am not at work, I am usually at home either watching TV or gaming :). Own a couple of motorbikes, so often regularly go for a ride on the weekends. Secure parking is also bonus!
I’m a relaxed, clean and happy 26 year old who works full time as a Primary School teacher. I’m pretty chilled during the week and a lover of cheese, wine and socialising on the weekends. I often spend my spare time fawning over sloths on the Internet. I’m looking for housemates that are happy to have our own space but also keen to hang out - I love making friends! Exercise (a bit), weekend adventures (a lot), Netflix binging (all the time), too much red wine (sometimes), going to music festivals/gigs and going out to try new cafes/restaurants/bars are some of my loves! I’m a terrible singer and you will hear my efforts in the shower sometimes (sorry)…but what I lack in singing ability I make up for in enthusiastic dance moves, always having cheese in the fridge, having some kitchen things (if needed), enjoying a weekend cleaning session and always paying rent/bills on time. I have teamed up with someone through here, and we're looking for one or two more housemates to join our awesome house family! We're already looking to inspect and apply for places. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm orginally from the Gold Coast but I've spent the past 6 years living in New York and San Francisco. I just moved to Melbourne (never lived here before!) and am looking to live with one other person. I spend my time eating all the things, taking day trips away, attempting to find parks to run/exercise in, guzzling a nice amount of wine on weekends (and maybe a cheeky bevy during the week). I also love hosting dinner parties here and there and am super into watching stand up comedy. I love being around people but also appreciate down time (especially in the mornings). Looking for someone who feels the same way. Would be great to find a roomie who's into similar things but no biggie if not. Oh and I'm the one on the left. Feel free to add me on social if you wanna know more!
An exciting time has come for me to start the next chapter of my life and moving to Melbourne is a significant part of it. I originally moved to Perth 9 years ago from South Africa. I'm open to new experiences, love meeting new people and sharing stories & drinks. I love to have fun but always retain a sense of responsibility and reliability. I'll be great to live with because laughter will be a regular part of our day :)
Hi, I'm Mizuho from Japan. I work at a cafe in Fitzroy north. I'm very tidy and quiet person. I like reading and doing Japanese calligraphy. I like spend time myself. Obviously I like coffee but unfortunately I have to go back to Japan in 3 month. I'm looking for a house i can have own space and peaceful and warm. I would have my boyfriend sometimes.
hi there, my name is Adelaide. Im super easy going, tidy and reliable to pay bills on time. Im pretty much just into reading books, listening to music and having a glass of wine and a chat. I am looking for a place ASAP and would love to hear from you soon.
Financially stable English guy here to work in the tech industry, enjoy weekend beers (maybe a couple mid week?). Looking for shares where we'd be friends as well as roommates as I'm new here, but I also like/respect personal space. Looking for 3 - 6 months. Preferably furnished and utilities included but I'm willing to budge a fair bit for the right place. Has to be either in the CBD or with a super easy way in for work and social activities, I don't fancy cold 10-15 min hikes each day.. I think my budget is fair with this request. I've listed Carlton, Fitzroy and East Melb just so that if you're an awesome group of people I'd consider leaving the free tram zone. Care more about the people than location & cost. Get in touch if you think you're a fun household, and you also don't mind if the odd friend comes over. I'm super respectful and clean, don't mind splitting chores & cleaning expenses etc. Bonus points if you have a games console, I'm starting to miss mine. Sorry this has gone on, and I've not even done it in a comical fashion.. shame on me! Cheers, Steven
I'm Julio Roa, from Venezuela, I studied Architecture and now I studying at Lonsdale Institute in the CBD. I am easy going, respectful, polite, responsible, independent ; I always have positive attitude. I'm not a smoker. I like to hang out during free time, I move everywhere in bicycle.
