I am from India, I will be studying Master of Management (Project Management) in La Trobe University City Campus. Along with me there are two more friends who will be arriving (or moving) on the same day. I am extrovert and open-minded, The same implies to other two.I am a non-smoker and non-drinker ( not even occasional), I don't mind smoking or drinking unless I'm insisted so please take a note of it. Also I'm quite possessive to my religious aspects (like eating non-halal food, drinking and others) but not extreme. I respect privacy and never do something that will embarrass or disappoint my fellow roommates. Apart from this I like to go out, play games (indoor or outdoor), gym, cooking, reading, helping the fellow roommates the best from my side, being clean and hygienic, taking care of myself and little OCD to few things :P. We don't mind sharing room with people from any background. If you are from India or Muslim, we would love to be with you. So either way I will be fine. If you have pets like cats or dogs, that will also not be a problem ( we are cat-lovers :P but wouldn't mind a dog. ) Also, If there is any accommodation like Paying Guest (PG) in the city or suburbs I will also consider that. :) P.S : Once again, we are great to live with.

I'm working full time from Monday to Friday:)) I'm super easygoing even though my English is very basic but still like to chat if you want:) Wanna stay in a clean, quite private room and walk to train station or tram stop only 5 mins , if you have a room available please message me. P/S: Will listen to your sappy stories if (unfortunately) you get dumped or talk about how random life is til 4 am Hi! I'm currently living in Malaysia and will be moving to Melbourne for research in Unimelb. Arriving on 7th of February (or few days later) and my research will last 7 months, through August. I am a very outgoing person and love to socialize so am always up for a drink or two cause well, duh. During my free time I also love to hang out with some friends or do some activities together and am down for pretty much *anything*! Heck, throw me a bone I'll even play fetch with you (not literally but you get the idea). Oh Netflix can be fun too. I've lived abroad before when I was an exchange student in the US and have done a fair bit of backpacking alone so I've lived with many others from different backgrounds and cultures and would like to consider myself a pretty tolerant and respectful person. Also get along with people pretty easily. Respect all boundaries and stuff a sock in my mouth to shut me up if need be though I like to keep things less intense. I'm absolutely fine with any location that is convenient and that I can easily travel to campus. Have lived days when I had to carry two tubs of ice cream and a big ol' turkey for an hour to get home. *Not* pleasant so will not allow history to repeat. Hit me up if you think I can be a good fit for your place and I'm sure we can get along fine!
Hi, I'm Jess, I study English and teaching at Flinders Uni (and work there sometimes as a Student Ambassador). I also work as a kitchen-hand. My hobbies include; always paying my rent and bills on time; immediately connecting with new housemates; watching cartoons and films; playing guitar (quiet, non-obtrusive acoustic); video games; writing; reading; skating blah blah blah... My girlfriend is also named Jess (saving YOU, potential housemate so much time remembering our names or even distinguishing us). She's a musician and were moving to Melbourne to pursue her music career. She's into most of my aforementioned hobbies but slightly more of a hippy, beachy sort, and slightly less of the 'brooding writer' thing I've cultivated. We would love to find somewhere 4:20 friendly. I'm a smoker, but more than happy to do it outside. I'm happy to live with any race, sexual orientation, religion, gender etc. Basically, it's all good.
Hiya! I'm a 28 year old female with a well trained and very friendly 5yo cat- a medium coat white and tabby handsome character by the name of Dr. Watson. I'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney to take up uni and will work part or full time as necessary. (Previously a qualified veterinary nurse- have worked the past 4 years in insurance- escalations/disputes/assessing claims) I'm currently doing a month in Europe and will be back mid February..so I'm hoping to move in to Melbourne in March. I keep a clean house and I'm quite respectful of noise. I do like to drink and 'party' at times however this is rarely at home. If you are the kind to have people over regularly that is perfectly fine by me! (On a 'worknight' I'd appreciate some hush by 10.30 though) I'm hoping to have someone to hang out with, but also will respect your privacy (as I hope you will mine). I have a passion for music, philosophy(I'm s beginner but loving it!), animals, food (I'm vegan but not a wanker- you can eat meat!) and travel.
I'm a french girl, I obtained an internship at Aesop in Fitzroy from January to August ! it's my first time in Australia and I'm coming alone ! I will work a lot Monday to Friday and maybe at home sometimes on the week ends but I like to go out, to discover new things, to have drinks, to make some sports and to share nice moments with nice peoples each time that I can !! So I'm searching a room in an apartment with nice people in the center of Melbourne ! :)
Hello there future housemate(s), I’m Sanjit, a 22-year-old student who’s looking to move to Melbourne from Brisbane in order to pursue my Master’s degree in Food science at the University of Melbourne. I’m very reliable with rent and other bills (can provide references of previous housemates). I’ve lived in many share houses before so I know the drill! I’m hygienic and tidy and always clean the dishes after cooking (Such a legend)! I’m very chilled out and laid-back (so much so that I’m almost horizontal) and hope to find similar easy going and open minded housemates. I’m a very sociable person, love going out for food, drinks, movies and would love to find a chilled out place to call home. I also respect everyone’s privacy and will not be constantly pestering you haha. Since I’ll be starting with my Master’s degree, I’ll be pretty busy during the weekdays at Uni but I’m always keen to chill on the weekends. I love watching and playing soccer! (GO Manchester united!) I enjoy scuba diving, longboarding and am now looking into indoor/outdoor rock climbing. I smoke from time to time and will obviously do it outside and away from anyone else ( will keep your personal airspace cancer free). I’m an avid music listener! Love rap, hip hop (artists such as Kendrick lamar, Eminem, 2pac, Biggie, The underachievers, Joey badass, J cole etc), classic rock (Pink Floyd, Guns n roses, Aerosmith, The beatles, Jefferson airplane, Creedence Clearwater revival, The rolling stones, Eric Clapton, Queen etc), Electronic (Flume, Nicholas jaar, Odesza, Pretty lights, Eric prydz, Bassnectar etc) and sometimes when I’m feeling classy, I’ll hit up some Wolfgang Mozart (what a ridiculously cool name) or Bach. So if you love music, I’m sure we will get along!! Also, I have a pair of headphones so you don’t have to worry about me blasting loud music. Also down to binge watch movies and tv shows. So, if you think we’d get along, hit me up!! Feel free to ask me any questions I’m currently travelling overseas and will be arriving in Melbourne around the 15th of February. Send me a message if you're interested. Hope to hear from you soon :)

Hi all, We are two young women from Germany, working within the adidas-group at the headquarters and will be in Melbourne for our company for a longer duration. Starting date will be the February 26 until end of June. We ensure a good monthly income and also a perfect tidiness. Looking forward to hearing from you!! Kind Regards Julia & Florentina
Outgoing, bubbly, friendly and very ready to start a new chapter in my life. I work hard to make a house a home, I tidy where I live every day and properly clean every fortnight. I like to meal prep for the week (vegetarian/vegan) but also love cooking for friends, and I only choose to drink on special occasions, but I don't care what other people choose to do. I love a good party and have an active social life, but I prefer not to bring it home. Don't mind having friends over for dinner and drinks, but home is usually where I spend "me" time and relax. I am seeking somewhere with extremely close public transport (preferably somewhere along the free tramline) and close to the city as that's where I work full time, and as I don't have a car I won't need a parking space. I love spending my down time watching movies, having a good chat with mates, reading, writing or painting or surfing music channels. I'm keen to make a new life, new friends, and a housemate/s would be a great start!! 😊😊
We are a very friendly, clean and reliable couple from Germany. We visit Australia for one year on a working holiday. We are still looking for a full time job and are often out of the house for work or to enjoy the nice city.
I'm a laid back person studying at Monash University that likes to feel comfortable and relaxed around the people I'm living with. I am willing to chat to anyone about almost anything so I get along with most people quite well. My friend, Kiara and I are looking to set up a share house with someone who won't live as just a stranger but as someone we can have a chat to and have fun with. Share houses shouldn't be this awkward experience of strangers they should be a great way to get to know people. I am a clean person that loves a good discussion and to have a bit of fun. We are looking for somebody to share a house with that feels and is looking for the same kind of experience. Both of us are country people, living in Melbourne for uni who both work and have over a year's experience each of living away from home, paying rent, etc. Happy to take on first-timers or experienced people so long as they are reliable!
I come from the Philippines and will be taking my MBA this February 2017 in Melbourne. I am very friendly, easy to live with, loves sports, I get along well with others and I cook.
I'm a hard working 23 year old male. I keep to myself most of the time and don't mind a few drinks on the weekend! I'm a manager at the only 24/7 Bottle Shop in Australia on Chapel Street. I love to hang out with mates or play my beloved PS4 when ever I've got a day off. I like to keep a healthy balance between my work and social life.
Originally from London but in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I'm sociable, but not looking for a party house. Tidy and always clean up after myself (no dishes left in the sink for days on end!) After spending 4 months in hostel dorms I'm looking forward to having somewhere I can make feel like home. I'm currently looking for work so can only commit to a maximum of 4 weeks at the moment, but hopefully I'll find work soon and then it could be anything up to 10 months (when my visa expires). If you think you have something that might interest me please let me know. My moving in date is flexible. Thanks Yvonne
A master student in accounting (25) Respectful, tidy and open - minded. Love watching TV and meeting new people. Don't drink or smoke.
You could speak German with me, because I'm from Berlin. I like it to enjoy food and drink. I am good for visit a museum or the beach. I can be quite, but like good chats. In Germany I worked as a teacher in a kindergarten and finished my study last year. I can paint your face for an event. I stay only one month (March) in Melbourne for saying good bye to Friends and this beautiful city, than I fly back. In March I wanna volunteering maybe in a neighborhood house and will make good experiences. Important for me is a relexed room for enjoying the last days.
I'm 21-year-old Estonian girl whose going to live in Australia. I am all about this clean life and eating healthy. It does not mean I do not party. I like to have fun and enjoy every moment, but not so often. My hobbies are working out and hiking. Altogether I love doing different kind of activities. Also, I like every kind of extreme things.
Easy going, love to cook & bake, healthy lifestyle. Love travelling and meeting new people. Don't drink or smoke. Love watching TV shows and movies! About to start a new job as an EA in the CBD!
Hey, I'm studying computer science online with csu. When i'm not studying; i love to get outdoors and skate, snowboard, run, rock-climb, slack-line, hike, swim, and so on. I also enjoy chill activities such as reading a book or enjoying nature. Living and eating healthily is important to me. I am flexible with the date of my move, though sometime in the next month would be good. Im also quite minimal, and therefore tidy. Hope to hear from you and possibly arrange a meeting, feel free to ask any other questions. Thanks :)
I've just moved to Melbourne from Queensland to study law at the University of Melbourne. I've just completed my Bachelor of Arts and spent the last six month on exchange in Ireland and travelling around Europe. I'm pretty easygoing and always down for a chat over a cuppa or a drink.
Hey everyone, I'm Andrew. Im a 22 year old completing my Honours year at Monash University Caulfield, and looking for a place to say in the area. Im moving to Melbourne from Ocean Grove, and hope to find some housemates that are clean, respectful but also happy to hang out on weekends. I enjoy travelling, cooking, keeping fit and aspire to find employment within the Banking and Finance sector at the conclusion of my degree. Please feel free to contact me as I'm eager to move before Uni starts. Cheers
We are a couple (aged 25 and 28) looking for an apartment or room to rent for few months up to 6 months or so. Offers for shorter time are welcome also right now. We might stay here for longer but we would prefer not to commit to a long lease right now. Argo is currently working full time (near St.Kilda) and I do photography and graphic design and I am looking for a job in the area. Argo likes gardening and has a B.Sc in Landscape Architecture. I studied Biology back home but lately, I have been more interested in photography and arts. I've done cleaning professionally and we like to keep clean. We are rather quiet but we are also happy to socialise and have a glass of wine on the weekends!

Hi All! My name is Sanne, I'm 27 years old and originally from the Netherlands. I moved to Australia 3 months ago and looking for a sublet from the start of Feb till the end of March (shorter sublets also have my interest!). A little about myself: I work full-time for a travel company. I'm very social, but not looking for a party house. I very much enjoy cooking together sometimes or having a glass of wine, but also giving each some space. In my time off I love to take my bike out for a ride, go outdoors or go to festivals, bars and cafes with friends. Looking forward to hear from you! Sanne
We are a couple from the UK who have recently arrived in Melbourne after travelling Asia for the last 5 months. Clean & tidy, easy going and friendly. Both love listening to music and watching a good tv series/film. Happy to live with someone who has pets :).
Hello! I'm very excited to move to Melbourne! I'm a very friendly nerd who enjoys reading, board games, and cooking. I will probably spend most evenings out exploring the city. I would love housemates to explore restaurants, parks, bars, and events with; but am happy to go solo. My last sharehouse they called me "mom" because I was always cooking and cleaning, while making sure everyone was getting along and enjoying themselves. It was a great place to live, but I'm looking for a change of scenery and to experience all the Melbourne has to offer!
Hi everyone, This is Ali. I teach International Business at RMIT University and also do research. During the last 7 years, I've been living in various share houses with people coming from different backgrounds among different ages and I'm familiar with sharehouse lifestyle. I do exercise regularly, it's been a while I do yoga, Tai Chi, walking and also swimming. I do like cooking and prefer to cook at home and would be happy to share a weekly meal with my future housemates. I prefer to live with people who care about keeping the place clean and I'm happpy to do so. I'm not only looking for a bedroom but also for people who like to communicate in their free time. Please contact me if you think we can get along.
Hey there! I am a young professional from the England on a years working holiday visa looking for a place to rent in Melbourne. Ideally I would like to stay somewhere for 3 months but don't mind maybe staying a bit longer. I'll be there in exactly one week starting 29/01/17. I am friendly very sociable so enjoy meeting new people and enjoy experiencing new things. It will be my first time in Australia. Emma
I'm currently working full-time and studying part-time. I'm looking for a relaxed house with relaxed people. I'm tidy, never leave dirty dishes (perfect, right?) and will happily walk someone else's dog if needed.
I am a 25 y.o. accountant working in South Melbourne. I tend to keep to myself but I am always up for a bit of banter over beers or dinner, even hanging on the couch. On the weekend you can find me usually out and about with my mates (wouldn't mind if you'd come out with us once in a while) or doing something with my gf (welcome to third wheel too) so the weekend isn't a total waste. I cook and clean and I am pretty handy around the house (usually fix technological issues around the house). I love to binge on TV shows whilst smashing my dinner and sitting there until I realise I have achieved nothing tonight. I attempt to be active regularly by playing basketball once a week and trying to get into the gym a few times a week. Although I am shy at first, I am very easy to get along with. I am quite chilled and usually up for whatever. Looking for flat mates that are sociable but don't intrude. Looking for a place preferably with a parking spot. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Hi Everybody! My name is Sanne, I'm 27 years old. Work full-time for a travel company. Very social, but not looking for a party house. I enjoy cooking together sometimes or having a glass of wine, but also giving each some space. In my time off I love to take my bike out for a ride, go outdoors or go to festivals, bars and cafes with friends.
Marcus, 26 years old, Australian born but also the proud holder of a British passport (thanks mum). I was born in Melbourne and have lived here most of my life - except for 6 months in Canada and 2 years living in Ireland. Recently returned to Australia to lay some roots down, I am now looking to move out into the outer city suburbs to make it easier to get to work and to be in amongst this great city. I am an English language teacher working in the CBD on weekdays, in the evening and on weekends I like to work on my writing. I value my own space, independence and am an introvert at heart, but I love socialising with people as long as they are genuine and easy-going. I have a low tolerance for facades and would expect respect and honesty from potential housemates. As I work in a social job, and am quite drained at the end of a day, I would like to live with others who respect the space of others while at the same time enjoying hanging out occasionally. I'm not after a party household and would enjoy living with others who are in their later 20's who want a mature and "got-their-shit-together" type to join their household. My main hobbies include reading, writing, photography (medium format film), and going to the cinema. I love visiting Nova Cinema, the Astor and the Kino in the city and try to go once a week (minimum). I'm also a voracious music lover and have it on most of the time. Expect to hear me singing along to Jens Lekman or Kings of Convenience at some point! Socially, an ideal night out would be a good dinner out then plenty of red wine and chats, or seeing some live music. I also adore coffee and enjoy nothing more than sitting at a cafe with friends, chatting. I would be after a non-furnished room in a cosy house with lots of light. The vibe is important for me. I also want a room big enough for my bed, a desk, and all my books.
Me and two of my friends, we come from Thailand w/ working and holiday visa and student visa. We are looking for an accomodation to live together. We will arrive at Melbourn airport on 15 february 2017 and we hope to have a place to stay on the same day. We are tidy and easy going persons.
Mid 30's public servant relocating from Canberra for work and looking for a good housemate to team up with, or a nice person who can offer a room until I can get settled on my feet. Hoping to find easy going housemates who take pride in their home. I'm looking for more than just a house, but a place that I can call home. I'm rather quiet but I do enjoy a laugh and being somewhat social. Not looking for a party house, rather a place of refuge that I can come home to at the end of the day. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is also quite and a little reserved, but enjoys a good chat over a glass of wine. Someone who respects privacy is mandatory. Happy to share the cooking or keep it separate. I'm not the best cook but really do enjoy it. Interests include talking politics, travel, aviation, literature, web development and reading. Paying bills and rent on time of course is a big factor. I'll be brand new to Melbourne so somebody to explore the city with and make a new friend or two would be advantageous but not a requirement for a housemate.
I work in finance, recently accepted a transfer, looking for accommodation from short to long term. I dont smoke, I enjoy a sociable drink. I am unable to inspect any places since my work will be keeping me in Brisbane until I move. I am happy to Skype to meet any potential flatmates.
