Hi there people. Myself I'm Chris, 31, Aussie world traveller type, Archaeologist working in the city for an engineering company. My gf Anna is 29, from Germany and works in tourism management, and is arriving early next month. I can move in anytime this month though. The details: preferably around the $800 a month inclusive of bills, a little flexible depending on the people and place! Northern suburbs including: Carlton, Coburg, Brunswick, Collingwood, Northcote, Thornbury, Abbotsford, Fitzroy and so forth. Close enough to walk or cycle to public transport and shops on a quiet street. No party or hermit houses, something in between but respectful of privacy and space when necessary. Drug free drama free! Positive place, positive alternative people, preferably late 20s to late 30s. I'm the quiet, chilled, non drinker, into reggae, travel, outdoors, and films, whilst my partner is the social butterfly, hipster, feminist type that loves to keep busy. We are non smokers, into yoga, sustainable living, vegetarian, eco friendly, left wing, have a car for weekend getaways, and like dogs if you have them! Looking for a cosy, comfortable, relaxed, and fun place to feel like home. Where we can be ourselves and share things whenever it works with peoples busy lives! A veggie garden or some outdoor space, or a nearby park etc would be a nice bonus too. Any questions please just ask! Chris and Anna Sophie

Hey guys, I'm looking for a place not too far from the CBD, preferably in the Fitzroy/ Carlton/ Southbank area from October to February. I'm moving to Melbourne from the UK by myself not knowing many people so would love a group of housemates who could help me settle in and have a good time! A bit about myself: I'm a 22 year old fun-loving, sociable grad from London looking to start a career in property development. I'm a big sports enthusiast and enjoy keeping active, and I promise I'm also very tidy.. So if you're a interested in a new housemate for the next few months, please do drop me a message! Cheers, Ollie :)
My name is Matt Bourke. I am a 21 year old male, currently working in hospitality. I'm from a small coastal town on the Great Ocean Road, looking to make the move to Melbourne. I am currently working 5 days a week in a cafe. My passion is music. I play in multiple Melbourne based bands, wishing to move to the city to get more involved in the incredible live music scene. I'm accepting and respectful of everyone and clean up after myself. I'm not a blokey bloke or a gym junkie. I'm into lots of different types of music, heading out to gigs, surfing and just generally hanging out with people! Not a crazy party animal, but do enjoy a couple of beers when the time is right. Look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks! Matt Bourke
Hey - we're two friends looking for a place to live. Adam is working full time in project management and construction and Oscar is working in education until he goes back to studying his literature honours. We're both chilled and outgoing people who love a good banter. Both love board games and a casual drink. We're excited to meet some cool and open minded people.

Hello, My name is Roman, I'm currently living in Stockholm, but I have already been sponsored a 457 visa by the University of Melbourne, so I plan to move to Melbourne first week of November this year. I am interested in renting an appartment or room near Melbourne/Parkville (can be away from the center too, no worries). Kite surfing, surfing and whatever oz life has to offer is worth exploring, looking forward to it so much! :D Roman
Hi, everyone! Me and my boyfriend Tom are moving to Melbourne this week, and we're looking for a nice place to call home for the next 6 months - possibly a year. A little bit about us: I'm a Brazilian freelance translator (which means I'm bringing my work with me) passionate about traveling, animals and books. I'm a big foodie, and though I'm not really good at it, I love cooking! I also love exercising, especially swimming and yoga. Tom is British and he's a trained commercial diver. He's coming on a working visa, so we hope to find him a job soon. Like myself, he loves travelling and food (get him some cheese and you'll make a friend for life!), but he's also a big fan of movies, series and games. We met while backpacking through Southeast Asia about 2.5 years ago, and you can expect to meet two friendly, easy going and open-minded people. We both enjoy an occasional pint or glass of wine and like going to bars/hanging out with friends, but we're not big party people. We're also very clean and organized, so no need to worry about that. Well, I guess that's it for now. Let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to meeting you soon. Cheers! Patricia.

Hey there! My name is Jess! I am looking for accommodation local to the hospital precinct in North Melbourne/Parkville area. I work full time shift work as a Nurse and so I am interested in living with others who are of a similar age (mid twenties or older) who are respectful of each other's space and privacy and appreciate a more down to earth and chill living environment. Ideally, I am looking to live near by to work in Parkville/neighboring suburbs, or on a tram line to help me get to work. I am an easy going person who has experience living in a share house before. Appreciate a tidy place and I am respectful of other people's privacy and space. However, I also enjoy living with others who enjoy sharing a meal/coffee/glass of wine and a flick together. Please feel free to message if interested!

We are easy-going, adventurous couple near our mid-twenties who wish to find a nice place to stay in and laid-back people to stay with. I study medicine in Finland and decided to take a year off to explore Australia and NZ with my boyfriend, who is studying economics and coming to Melbourne as an exchange student. We guarantee you enough your own space (we're Finns, so definitely not too intrusive and maybe a bit shy at first). We hope to find flatmates who enjoy hanging out with us once in a while (maybe chatting over a beer or two) but who also allow us enough privacy.
Hey, I'm Dom, 22 years old and grew up in brunswick. I'm currently working full time as a plumber and keep myself pretty busy during the week. In saying that, I'm always down for a beer and chat whenever i am home! i like to think im a clean person, chilled and easy to get along with. I'm also very respectful of every ones space. I'm looking to live in a friendly house with people who enjoy having a chat, being around eachother, while also having some quiet time sometimes aswell. If you think I'd fit into your home please send me a message :) Thanks!
I am very outgoing, fun, social and love making new friends! Born in South Africa, raised in Noosa QLD, lived in Sydney last year and spent all of this year travelling the world! Moving to Melbourne at the end of the year to pursue my love for art and because it's the best city in Australia! Duh! I love to socialise and go out but I'm also very down for having a quiet space. I am a very flexible roommate as I am both social and quiet as I like to have some downtime. I am clean and tidy (I like to clean so put me on a roster and I'm there!), I cook occasionally and don't make too much noise! Ahh what else...I love going outdoors to either sit in the park or go on an adventure, I love animals, team sports, art, theatre, alternative music (or any music really), food, poetry, reading.... Anything else just give me a buzz!
My name is Jacob, I'm a 17 year old from Melbourne, I usually keep to myself and am very clean. Although I am young I am quite mature- I have lived alone for 3 months in the past before resigning from my old job. If I see something dirty around the house I'll usually clean it. I am currently unemployed however that may change very soon. In my spare time I am a transport enthusiast and will take photos of transport when possible (If you need an event photographer let me know- I may be able to assist)
I'm May and 30. Last year I was worked and lived in France, in the suburbs just out side of Paris. I work Mon-Thur 10-12 hr days. I am a neat/tidy person who is respectful of personal & communal space, privacy and belongings; as I expect the same in return. I am a friendly, kind and a generous person who you will find relaxed and easy going. I can be quite but I am not shy. I love yoga and enjoy meditating, cooking & baking. I know how to laugh at myself, and I enjoy a good joke. If you find me reading a book, the only thing that exists is that story, so if you try having a conversation, you will get an answer but more along the lines of an answer from a sleep talker who doesn't know they are speaking. My ideal housemate/s would be someone who is respectful of communal & personal space and privacy. Can clean up after themselves. I would want to get along with them on a social level, it's not nice living with a strangers. I enjoy netflix and wine, I like arts and music, a good movie night in as much a social night out. I am a creative person and almost always have a little project on the go (especially around Christmas). Trying to keep studying my French so I don't lose it and am learning AUSLAN. I will be overseas for one month either in Jan or Feb volunteering in a child care centre in Costa Rica. I sold most of my belongings before moving to France, so all I have is just some small personal things stored. Looking forward to hearing form you. :) May (my move in date is very-flexible, as are suburbs)
I'm an easy-going, tidy guy. Always good for beer, a chat, and a laugh. I'm moving to Melbourne from Brisbane for my grad job. So when I'm not working I like to socialise; explore what's happening in the city; or try to get outside and go for a run or hike, try to stay active basically. In saying that, I am a fan of just chilling out and relaxing at home every now and again. Looking for someone or people who want a fun home but don't mind if you also prefer to chill out in their room.
Hello! I'm Angelica from Colombia. I'm currently studying myotherapy and working as a remedial therapist. I'm friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. I like to meet new people and places, read books, watch movies and tv shows and chill out.
