Red wine, growing chillies and travel are all parts of my personality. I work hard and enjoy my down time. Love the beach and getting out on a hike. I have a very eclectic taste in music, some would say questionable and have fully embraced the Aussie tradition of Christmas in July. I'm trying to learn French and am off to India at Christmas.

I usually read books during my spare time. I'm an avid gamer and love to play my PS4, Nintendo during weekends or as time permits. Love listening to songs, watch movies (documentaries, animated movies and short movies). Am very open and frank to talk to considerate and trustworthy. My friends describe me as friendly, easy-going, good listener, hardworking and supportive by nature. I am a 22 year old relocating from Perth to Melbourne around May 20th. Looking for some other people around the same age to live with once I move over. Enjoy a wine or 2 & cooking meals each night and binging on bad shows on Netflix. Looking to hopefully secure accomodation before I arrive so would love to hear from anyone who has something available mid May-onwards Thanks
We are both from different countries, we love to travel, outgoing, friendly, clean/tidy couple. We pay our bills on time and would be an asset to any household. Looking for temporary accommodation until we can find our own house.
Hey there, I'm a ex-kiwi, ex-Qlder, long term Melbournite recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach regularly where my family are now based. I have a 4yo dog, Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. I’m looking to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I’m sometimes vegetarian and make eco-conscious choices with products & practices. A tidy house, early bill payments and live respectfully is just what I do. I have full-time permanent employment in Rosanna so ideally want a 12month lease within easy commute (but thinking even longer term). I am looking for a stable home rather than a transition house. If this sounds like a good match, I’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Katy
Hey! I'm currently doing year 1 in University of Melbourne, planning to major in Computing related area. I'm really easy to get along with and I'm clean, tidy and responsible. I'm from Korea but I stayed in Singapore for the past 11 years. In addition to English and Korean, I can speak Chinese as well! During my free time I'm probably catching up on shows or playing games, I might do some cooking as well(though I am not great at it). I recently picked up skateboarding as a hobby as well! Looking forward to meeting my new flatmate(s) :)
Hi! I’m a 21yo musical theatre student studying in South Melbourne. I’m from Geelong but looking to take a jump and move to Melbourne. As I’m a coffee loving, wine loving, vegetarian, triple j obsessed kinda kid I’d ideally like to live near Fitzroy. I am a Lush employee also so a place would a bath would warm my little heart. I like dogs, plants and people alike. I will happily bring my records collection and stash of books with me, along side a long list of musicals I think are fantastic (I do enjoy non singing films also haha) I’m the kind of housemate who would love to sit for a chat and a cuppa/bevvy, and occasionally stumble home with you. However my course is pretty intense so during school terms I’ll be pretty tame. I also love home cooking and will happily share food items :) Hope to hear from you soon! - Alysha
Hey! :) I'm a 25 year old professional, who works more than I should. If you'd like a quiet, keeps-to-themselves most of the time flatmate, who will respect your privacy, then I'd be a good match. I work a regular 9-5, and freelance as a graphic designer in the evenings. I also work on weekends, so I am actually not home too often! When I have time off, I'm usually watching netflix, out with friends or spending time with my boyfriend. I love living in a light-filled, aesthetic place, preferably kept clean but I'm not too fussy. I'm really chill and easy to talk to. Love movies, art, and japanese food. Enjoy a good thorough team clean on occasion.
Hey, I'm a 33yo female from Melbourne. I'm a pretty switched on individual, love to laugh, try not take life too seriously, am an introvert but equally social, love bars and catching up with friends, love books, movies, animals. Will keep things tidy :)
My name is Sandeep, I’m 26 and I am from Hamburg, Germany. I came to Australia almost three months ago with a program for students, who are at the end of their teaching degree. Currently I am finishing my master thesis and work as a Assistant Teacher for German at the Victorian School of Languages and will be staying until the end of the school year in December. I work 4-5 times a week and am very tidy and sociable. As my thesis is due in June, right now I pretty much only sit in the library in my spare time. But apart from that I like to go to the gym, meet friends and explore Melbourne. I am experienced in living in a shared flat. If you have any questions, please message me. Looking forward to hear from you 🙂 Cheers, Sandeep
Hey peeps, Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the CBD, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone is looking for someone to join-up. About me: I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals, skateboarding and taking photos. I'm pretty easygoing and respectful to my housemates, always tidy and considerate. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying at the unimelb for the next two years.
We are a young couple both working full time. We have lived all over the world including in Canada, New Zealand and most recently, spent the last 8 months living in Germany. I (David) am originally from New Zealand but have lived in Melbourne on and off in the last seven years. I am currently working as a graduate lawyer at a law firm in the city after completing my law degree in early 2017. This means that I usually work pretty long hours during the day - I'm usually out of the house by 7.30 in the morning and back around 7.30 at night. Caroline is from Germany but will be moving to Melbourne to start her full time job as a German teacher at a primary school in Fitzroy. This means she will be working regular school hours during the week. We are both super social, having lived both together and separately in many different countries, including Hungary, Canada, NZ, Germany, Singapore and the US. This means we both have been exposed to a wide range of personalities and can get along with almost everyone so long as they are respectful. We have both lived away from home for the last 5+ years so we understand the importance of paying rent on time as well as respecting common space and cleaning up after ourselves. As we both have stable salaries, paying rent and bills won't be an issue. During the week we will both be working but like to go out for meals or cook at home during the evening (always happy to share!) We are both very social and would ideally like housemates who are up for a chat every now and then. We aren't opposed to doing stuff together but respect your privacy also. On weekends we will almost always get out of the house, whether to go for a surf or explore the latest cafes and bars in Melbourne. If we sound like a great fit, please get in touch :)
My name is Deanne, I'm 30 years old, I work full time as a Fashion Designer and Garment Production Assistant. A bit about me...I have a good sense of humour I like having a good laugh and love being social. I'm spontaneous, very open minded and calm. I also like having some time to myself to relax. I can't live without friends, family, music, dancing, good food and wine, beach/ swimming in the ocean, I love to travel. I'm currently living in a share house in Thornbury (the only reason I need to move is because the property has been sold) I really enjoy the family vibe it can have as well as time to ourselves. I'm very neat and tidy, always on time with rent payments. I respect other peoples privacy and space, I do enjoy interacting with my house mates and having a shared meal and a wine from time to time. I work full time Monday to Friday, so during week nights I like to keep it low key I'll cook, catch up with friends for dinner and wines, do yoga, watch a movie. On the weekends I'm mostly out and about with friends.
Very friendly, clean and quiet couple, I’m from England and my girlfriends Korean. We enjoy eating good food, drinking with friends and we are look forward to being able to experience the city life as we’ve both been working hard on a farm in Queensland for the past 18 months. I love sport especially playing football (soccer) and can’t wait to watch a live afl game. My girlfriend is more creative being into her art and music. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Hey, my names Jacob and I've been in Melbourne for about a year and a half. I'm laid back, don't take myself to seriously and love to explore or chill. I'm moving out at the end of this month (April) and am hoping to find a tidy, easygoing and fun housemate/s. I love reading, gaming, exploring the outdoors, working out and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I'm not a party animal and I'm hoping to find friendly housemates that enjoy drinks or catching up after work. Feel free to hit me up with any questions if you have any!
Hey everyone my names Scott, I'm 31 years old and come from England, I'm on a working holiday visa and am trying to save for the next steps. I like having a couple of beers after work, chilling watching movies etc. I like to cook sometimes though my dishes are restricted cos I don't really know what I'm doing I like to socialize but I like my space at the Same instance sometimes after a hard day's work. I want to move into somewhere for 3-6 months but I'll give plenty of notice before I leave and it will most likely be 6 months anyway. I'm looking for a relatively young house with laid back friendly people in it the same as me. I want to move out between the middle of May. If you like what you see/read then give me a shout and we can meet and arrange a viewing and any questions don't hesitate to get in touch. Thanks for looking, Scott.
Let me introduce myself, Ivo Bruijnaers, from the Netherlands and 26 years young. I graduated my bachelor course of Facility management a year ago and decided to travel. Now my budget runs low I would like to settle for 6 months in Melbourne to earn my money back. But most important to be social and make new friends along the way. What can you expect from me? I am a open-minded, social and clean person whom has respect for others persons space, cultures and habits. Furthermore, I have a passion for food and am able to prepare delicious dishes. Love to play board/card games and social events; gigs, random nights out, sports etc. I will be up for nearly everything as I would like to experience it all. Kind regards, Ivo
Hi, I'm a 27 year old law student, in my final year. I spend my time studying and volunteering at the Office of Senator Janet Rice as well as a community legal centre. To wind down, I like to read, draw, write and knit. I'm fairly quite and laid back but tend to be super organised and neat when it comes to my own life. I spend most weekends on the Peninsula with my boyfriend, but love catching up with friends and family during the week. I'm looking for a house where I can concentrate on work and studies but still have somewhere to unwind and people to cook for (I love cooking for others) and chat about their day.
