Hi guys, Im a 31 year old guy who is currently working as a payments and fraud analyst in the CBD on a full time basis. Im fairly reserved most of the time and am very respectful of the space and privacy of others. With that said, I also enjoy having a chat and am always keen to help out if needed. Apart from that I spend my time listening to podcasts and/or music, out seeing friends, playing my guitar (poorly, but with headphones on) and I also spend a modicum of time in the gym as well. Im also the proud owner of Pudding, a 1 year old Pugalier, but she isn't a deal breaker as she can stay with my ex-partner if necessary. Cheers!
I'm a paceful guy who wants to meet people from everywhere. I don't like problems with no one and always try to have a good relationship with all people around me. I think every one are equal and I really hate discrimination for any reason. I'm from Colombia and I'm arriving to Melbourne on October 3th.
Hey guys and gals, I'm a 22 year old artsy type looking to find a new place to call home. Currently working full time in Southbank in hotel management, my lease is ending in mid November and I'm on the search for somewhere in the north to spend this coming summer. I'm a vego, lgbti+ friendly and love nothing more than enjoying some beers or brunch in the sun. Sadly At this stage I'm not looking to lease for any longer than 6 months.
Hi, I'm currently living and working in Brunswick and ideally would like somewhere that's really close to work (on Sydney Road). I would consider myself to be an "introverted extrovert", I like socialising but do need my own space from time to time. I find myself to be a very relaxed person and very respectful of people's space. I do play guitar but obviously would not play to the point where it be disruptive to my fellow housemates. I'm also a tidy and clean person, but I'm not over the top about it. I feel as though I've covered most things but feel free to ask me as many questions as you like :)
I'm PhD student of the University of Melbourne. I'm honest, clean and quiet; so looking for a place which is cozy, clean with honest and nice people.
I am 26 year old social, easygoing, respectful, and clean person. I Am from Chile and I have just arrived to Melbourne with a work and holiday visa. I hope to be working in Melbourne for at least 6 months. I like to go out with friends, share some drinks, watch movies, read, and go hiking.
I am a friendly, clean and considerate Kiwi professional who has been living in Melbourne for the past 7 months. I am always up for a quiet drink or an adventure out to explore somewhere new! Equally, I do also enjoy my own space to relax after a long week. I am interested in health and fitness, travel, reading, eating out, coffee and having a good laugh or banter. I am looking to move mid-November and my ideal flat/house share would have some outdoor space, be tidy and clean (but not super clean) and relaxed. I have always lived with animals, so its a big plus if you have a pet cat or dog.
I just moved back to Melbourne from overseas. I'm looking to live with one or two other people that are interested in a clean house. I'm super respectful, positive and laid back. I'd love to live with people I can become friends with rather than just co-existing in the same place. I love to cook and eat, have a laugh over some wine and am always up for a chat. Whilst I'm pretty social, I also enjoy doing my own thing. I work full time but with odd hours so usually not home most weeknights. In my spare time I'm usually exercising, visiting friends, enjoying eating everything Melbourne has to offer, looking after my niece or binge watching netflix! Hopefully get to meet some cool new housemates soon!
*Do not message me if the room you are offering is NOT in the suburbs that I have listed* French expat, I have been lucky enough to call Australia home since 2012! I am moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for work and to be with my boyfriend. I am ready to start this new chapter in my life! Looking for a nice place to call home and to meet amazing people! I am fun, clean and respectful. I work full-time and like to work out, eat food (I know I am French but I am a terrible cook ahah), catch up with my friends, paint, travel and go to the beach. Don't mind the occasional housemate catch-up but also like to keep to myself at times too. Bonus points if you watch GOT and Stranger things!
We are an Italian couple, both in our mid 20s. We love meeting new people and I reckon we would make pretty good housemates as we're both very clean, tidy and respectful. We like to have our own space but we also love to have some good chats or share a good meal (I love cooking and baking). We're gonna look for a job as soon as we find a stable accomodation (at the moment we're staying with some friends in Toorak) and we're planning to be in Melbourne for about 4 months. Thank you, Sara and Dom
I'm a 28years old Chinese female, clean and tidy.I like to read, write and travel. I am a really good cooker. If you are a fun of coffee and delicious food then we can definitely stay well. I traveled a lot ,have experience of sharing house. I know how to respect other's privacy and also don't share some meal and drinks sometimes.
I'm a Danish student looking for a short-term home (approx. 2-3 months) to move into as soon as possible. I will be spending my time in Melbourne doing field research on the medical and mental health conditions of queer young people. I'm studying medical anthropology and glocal ethnography, and my fieldwork project will be part of my master's thesis. I work two jobs besides my studies back home, and as a Danish student I receive my monthly salary from uni (not messing with you) - rent will be paid on time! I'm a mid-20s, pet loving, coffee addict and vegetarian. I like my food organic, my feet bare, and the sunlight in my hair. I'm a sucker for poetry and believe things make more sense when they rhyme.. they usually don't. I'm also quite sensitive, creative, fairly intelligent, fascinated with people, very open-minded, completely house-trained, and used to living with other people.
Hola Future Flatmate, If you're reading this means you are looking for me. No busques más, aquí estoy. Nice to meet you! My name is Lucia. I'm from Barcelona and I'm looking for a place to stay 5 months or more. I would love a friendly place full of good vibes to share. I want to let you know that I won't cook many Spanish dishes (My grandma would laugh at me for the results..) but I can promise we'll drink the best red Spanish and Australian wines so we can bond. I come from the communication field and I have an artistic soul, and I probably enjoy with the same stuff you do.. traveling, meeting new people, music... And an infinite list would follow but would be better to meet for that. Have a nice day! + Edit description

I'm from Barcelona and I'm looking for a place to stay couple of months or more starting the 15th of September. I would love a friendly place full of good vibes to share. Hey! I'm a Chilean-Italian guy just looking for a nice place to live, close to my jobs, in the next 3 months (at least). ABOUT ME: - Right now I have a job in a restaurant in Carlton, but I'm looking for another one, so as you can read I'm planning to have 2 jobs. - I'm quiet, I don't really like noise and the most important thing to me is to be clean and organized. I hope that you are the same... - I like to sing, play guitar, make music with my computer. -I love to travel, I'm planning to do the Ocean Road and go to Tasmania as well, maybe we can actually go together. -I speak Spanish and Italian as well, maybe you want to learn how to sing Despacito.
I've been share housing for several years now, and know how to be a considerate housemate. I'm respectful of others space and privacy, but also keen for a chat over a glass of wine from time to time. Clean and tidy, but not uptight about it. Flexible move date. I work fulltime in the CBD -8:30 to 5:00, gym a few nights a week, and keep pretty low key during the week. Come the weekend I enjoy getting out of the house, and exploring all Melbourne has to offer- Museums/galleries, markets, outdoors, dinner & drinks, festivals, movies/theatre, the list goes on. Party days are over, but still manage a night out every once in a while. Looking for a home, not just a place to keep my things. I get along well with people who share similar interest, people who are open and honest, and those who don't take themselves too seriously. I like living in a relaxed at home. Open to sharing a meal when suits, but flexible with life's other commitments. I come with my adorable French Bulldog, who will never turn down a belly rub. He stays outside during the day (he sleeps for most of it!), then inside when I get home. It's hard not to love his quirks, but being a dog person is must.
Hi we are two friends looking for a private flat, house or two rooms or a share room in the suburbs near city but it should also have parking for one car if possible. Even if it's on street parking it would be best too.
We're an easy-going couple coming in Australia to work and travel! For now we're settling up in Melbourne for a bit. We lived in London for the past few years, both professionals I'm a motion designer and Damien is a creative developer. We love going out to gigs, events, art exhibitions, pubs, etc. but also really big fans of outdoor activities like hikes and road trips. Don't hesitate to begin a chat to get to know more about us!
Looking for a cheerful crew and a relaxed base to live. I do my own stuff during the week. Likewise I enjoy sharing meals and laugh at home. Enjoy gardening, playing music, painting, good conversations over a nice diner and not taking things too seriously. Tidyness and cleanness are givens.
Hey i'm Adrien. I just arrived three weeks ago from France, and i'm looking for a place to stay. I'm a saxophone/piano teacher. I would like to share a house with a bunch of people ! I 'm a compulsive collector of used Myki Pass . Actually i have over 396 Myki pass now, including a gold one. No. I'm joking :D Sorry, it's a shame but i just match all the regular stuff you can find here: i enjoy cooking, having a drink, playing boardgame, going outside, travelling, having a beer, watching movie etc etc... Buuuut, i also can hold my breath for 5m30s under the water. And i also never watched one single episode of Game of Throne in my fuckin' life; actually, it's pretty more impressive than my ability for apnea. So, yep, say me if you're interested in living together, i will be very happy to share a lot of cool moment with you. Oh, and i need a house very, very quickly (next week) : / Have a good day !
Hi! First of all, my name is CJ (stands for nothing. Daily question). I’m looking for a room in a sharehouse with great people. Preferably max budget of about $175. I currently work in the city whilst waiting for a course in lighting programming to be available. In my spare time, I like hunting around the city and taking 35mm film. I’m also fond of sleeping and eating. I like to believe I’m hilarious so I always take the chance to turn a frown upside down. I do work a lot, but when I’m not working and at home, I like chatting and sharing interests with fellow humans. Thanks for the read!
My name is Matt, I'm 26 and an entrepreneur/engineer, more of an entrepreneur. I'm real easy going and respectful. I like cooking, gardening and music and I'm always up for a chat. I run an organic skin care brand, and I love being outside. I'm currently living just near Brunswick st and could easily pop over to meet you whenever you'd like. Thanks, Matt
