(*Looking to move very early November*) Nico and I (Ella) are a young couple who have been together for over two years and have been already been living together for one. I am currently finishing up my honours in neuroscience and hope to start some full-time work at the end of this year. Outside of study I love to workout, watch YouTube/Netflix and will take just about any chance to grab food with friends/housemates. Nico is currently studying his bachelor of IT and works part-time. Nico also enjoys working out, is a bit of a movie buff and loves to play video games in his spare time. We are after a new place to call home as our current houseshare lease is coming to an end. We have always got along really well with those we live with and are always down for some household banter. While we will pretty much take care of ourselves in terms of cooking, we certainly don't mind a shared hearty meal or some drinks out every now and again! Although we come as a couple, our schedules can be a bit mix-matched so you'll often see us doing our own thing individually. We aren't over-coupley and we aren't about that PDA life. We are looking for a large-ish (big enough for a large desk and double bed) private room. We have our own bed and desk/chair so we do not need a furnished room. Although we would love a private bathroom/ensuite (who wouldn't) we're pretty flexible with sharing a bathroom. We are happy to share a home with 1-3ish people who are like-minded and friendly. As we both have pretty busy lives and enjoy our down-time, we aren't looking for people who will bring the party home. We seem to gravitate towards light-filled rooms and newer apartments, but are pretty flexible on that too! If we sound like a good pair of new housemates, please DM me to say hi!
I'm between work and home 30 years old man who loves cooking, playing guitar, animals, hanging out, singing, is a respectful, easygoing, thoughtful, clean, tidy. Also, free parking space would be great. And have a pet cockatiel.

Hello, I'm Matthew. I hail from Ireland and will be moving over to Melbourne in mid September. Since finishing my engineering degree 3 years ago, I've been working as an energy engineer in Dublin, Ireland. My plan is to work within my profession Monday - Friday and enjoy taking weekends off. My first love is music. Listening, dancing, even playing some. It doesn't matter. I'll talk about it until the cows (kangaroos over here?) come home. I'll listen to anything although I haven't a clue what's hot in the charts; I prefer more old school stuff, house and Irish trad music. Coming in a close second would be the great outdoors. I love surfing (not saying I'm good at it, just passionate about it), hiking and cycling. I heard Melbourne is a cycling friendly city which I'm delighted with! Even a walk in the park with a frisbee is sweet. Just being outside and with nature is the best. Last but by no means least, I love to bake/cook. I'll try anything new so long as it doesn't poison me and I spend long periods in the kitchen figuring out / prepping meals and cleaning up after of course. I love socialising and trying new things, keeps my mind healthy. I'm mad into sustainability and looking after our environment whenever I can i.e recycling and re-using. I'm hoping to find a place that thinks about looking after our little planet too. It's difficult to determine if I'm the right fit for a place just going by this, everybody will say they want to live with people that are easy going and always clean up after themselves. I'll be happy to live with people that enjoy the things I like stated above. Everything else will fall into place after. I'm arriving in Melbourne on September 23rd and I plan on staying in this city for at least 9 months. I'll be available to take any viewings all day; I'll be searching for a new job while I look for accommodation. Bye for now.
Hello lovely folk! My name is Inez and I am 23 years old. I am doing a Bachelor + Masters of Social Work at La Trobe University and working part-time in Social Media. I also volunteer for youth mental health research. I have lived in a variety of sharehouses so I know the drill. I am happy to clean, pay everything on time, and how to communicate effectively. I simply want to move to be closer to the Fitzroy/Northcote area to be closer to uni and looking for a bit of a change from Brunswick. I am in no rush to move but am looking for the right people for the long term (ideally 12+ months). I am a bubbly and social person and am certainly looking for a house with a similar vibe. Where people go out for drinks or dinner and are happy to have a chat when making dinner or tea in the backyard. Noting this I completely respect space and privacy too. In my spare time, I am usually just catching up with friends for movies, dinner, or drinks, etc. I do boxing and salsa classes and am learning how to DJ all my funky disco tracks (but never practice when others are home). I go to art exhibitions, gigs, theatre all the stuff you expect from someone from Brunswick haha. I essentially have the personality of a dorky dad and can't stop using excessive finger guns haha. I also ensure that I am grateful for the little things and the quality time that people spend with me. I have a bed and a corner desk so am looking for a place that is unfurnished. Do need a wardrobe but am happy to purchase that as my clothes rack is holding on for dear life. I usually would be happy to stay in a more expensive place but just want to save some cash while I am at uni so am looking for a place around $170 - $200 a week and around $800- $850 pcm. Internet is very important to me since I study and review a lot of research. Let me know if you believe we sound like a good fit and am happy to meet up and check out the place!
Howdy, My name is Selim and I'm 28 years old. I am working as a digital marketing specialist currently. On the 26th of September 2019, I will move to Melbourne. The Internet is a big part of my life and I live with my computer. My hobbies are cycling, video games, quadcopters (drones), and tracking. I can walk everywhere. I can cycle 800km with a 20-kilogram load. I'm a respectful, clean and open-minded person. I'm used to living with other people before and a friendly person without ego, although little bit introverted sometimes. I respect one's privacy. Ece is 28 years old and she works as a graphic designer. She is a chill, clean and easy-going person. She spends her free times with Art, hiking, swimming, and movies.
Hey! I'm a clean, boring chef from canada looking for a clean boring room to basicly sleep for the next few months. Not too picky, I love animals, dont care about smoking. Depending on work I might be late to come home most nights of the week, but I'm pretty respectful, or so I would like to think. Cheers
I'm currently living in Clifton Hill and have just moved from Sydney. I'm working full time as a freelance Graphic and Web Designer. I usually keep my weekdays pretty low key, rock climbing 3-5 times as well as run and practice yoga. I'm very easy going, vegetarian/vegan and love to head out camping/climbing on the weekends when I can as well nights out and the occasional festival. I understand the value in keeping a clean home and respecting peoples privacy and chipping in for household items etc. I'm also a big advocate for a lot of plants in the household. I come with a 1 year old beautiful Border Collie. His love is contagious and he loves everyone and everyone falls in love with him. 🌻
Hey guys, I am 31 years of age. Active, and chilled guy. Looking for a new home somewhere around the Northside of Melbourne. I have my dog Max (kelpie X malamute.) he’s a beautiful friendly dog who you’ll love! I am a very clean housemate who goes out of my way to help others. I am Currently living in Northcote and subletting a place until the first week of November! I have moved to Melbourne to be closer to my BF at Brunswick East, so I’ll want somewhere with In a half hour walk from his place. Let me know if you’re interested / want to know anything else. 🙃
Hey guys! The time has come for me to shake things up a bit and find a new place to live and hopefully meet some amazing people in the process. Have been living in my current place in Balaclava for close to 3 years and am now on the hunt to find a place with a couple of other housemates in the Chapel St area or potentially north of the river. I will be accompanied by my significant other, Nugget. A bit about me: I'm a 27 yr old Account Manager from Melbourne, working full time Monday - Friday. I'm a pretty social person and love spending time with my mates and/or housemates, whether that be catching up over a few bevs on the weekends or chatting about the day that was over dinner. Creativity and music are my absolute passions and you'll find me with a coffee in hand and headphones hanging out with Nugget on a Saturday or Sunday morning. As much as I love socialising, I also appreciate down time/personal space (we all need it!). I'm also one for keeping a tidy house and respecting communal spaces. A bit about Nugget: Nugget is my significant other and is joined to my hip the second I walk in the door after a day in the office. She's an 8 yr old Pug that I adopted a couple of years ago. She's a complete lap dog, loves people/cuddles and gets along well with other dogs. She loves nothing more than to cuddle up on the couch/bed/lap of an evening. She is trained and I make a conscious effort to tidy up after her. As adorable as she is, Nugget probably wouldn't suit someone with allergies. Looking for: · Up to around $800 p/m (ex. bills) for 1 bedroom · Windsor; South Yarra; Prahran OR Carlton North; Fitzroy · Happy to go on the lease / pay bond · Must be LGBT friendly If you're after the best housemate and pet you could ask for, message me! Much love 🙂
