Hi there, I‘m Manuela a 27 year old student from Switzerland. I‘ll be moving to Melbourne end of May to start my PhD at Uni Melbourne. I‘m looking for a flatshare/shared house with nice people. I‘ve been living in different flatshares before, I’m easygoing and getting along with anybody. In my free time I like to do sports (gym, swimming, horse riding, biking, hiking, snowboarding..), meeting friends, having a beer, and will need to explore Melbourne :)
Hi guys. I'm Clovis, Brazilian, 37yo. I work in hospitality and currently studying Commercial Cookery. Looking for a quiet, relaxing and friendly place to live, with either males or females. I am a very easy going and social person who loves to chill and cook at home and also to go out, I'm up for everything. I am tidy and responsible. Love to hear from you.
Hi, I'm Shane, 23. I study full time at Melbourne Uni and work part-time at weekends. During the weekday, I'm super busy with my essays, but still happy to have a chat or a drink at night. I like cooking and am crazy about food. I prefer long-term stay around one year and hope I can find a place that I can call home:)
Hey, I'm Maddy from Taiwan. I am a full-time student studying Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne. I work part-time as a library assistant at university, so no problem paying my rent on time. I am down to earth, easy-going, respectful and positive and I love to laugh:) I'm also clean and tidy and would love things to be organized. Oh, and I love plants and animals! During the week I will probably be really busy, so I'll need a quiet place for me to relax. But on the weekend or in my spare time, I enjoy drawing, reading and going out for outdoor activities like hiking, camping, scuba diving or just travelling around and exploring cool and unique coffee shops. Feel free to contact me if you think I will be a suitable Flatmate:)
I'm Georgia, 27, English and in Melbourne for 12 months. This is my second year in the city, and I love it. I'm looking to rent short-term in a friendly share-house, and open to location. I'm open to length of stay. So also about me.. I'm relaxed and sociable- a good listener, and like to learn about new things and people. I'm creative, open-minded, left-wing, optimistic. I also LOVE dancing. And laughing. I'm clean, tidy etc. and have had numerous flatshares before, and ideally want to get on well with my flatmates. I like to cook (happy to be group chef), a night out, a night in, a night somewhere in between etc etc. I'm musical (I play piano and like to sing and watch jazz stuff), like art, literature and generally happy to try anything I haven't tried before. Should go without saying but I'm also vegan friendly and LGBT+ friendly! I also love animals, but am looking for somewhere without pets at the moment. Hope this has given some sort of impression of me. I'd love to hear from you if you think I might be a good fit, and come meet you and see the place. Cheers, Georgia
I’m Matty - I work for a food rescue charity 4 days a week and into sustainability. I like to spend my free time making music, spinning vinyls, hiking, bouldering/rockclimbing and taking photos. I also enjoy meditation and yoga, and attend workshops regularly. I also thoroughly enjoy making things from recycled timber. I love to party and have a wholesome boogie too! I would ideally like to live in a conscious household that encourages a sustainable lifestyle. I am not strictly vegan or vegetarian but try to reduce harm as best I can in my dietary choices. I’d like to live with some chill people who can communicate openly and honestly and aren’t afraid to bring up anything that they need to bring up. I love a good conversation so ideally you will be social people that like to hang out and spend time together. I’d like to get to know my housemate/s well, and spend time enjoying each others company, however I enjoy time to myself and having my own space also.
Hi! I’m Anna, I’m 34 and a high school teacher. I’ve lived by myself for a few years but I’d like to share living expenses to save money. I’m flexible with my moving date from the middle of June to the end of September. My lease ends early October. If I move sooner rather than later, I'll be breaking my lease and can't afford to pay double rent for more than a couple of weeks so will need to plan/time it carefully. Ideally, I’d like my own bathroom and to have an undercover car park but am flexible with these requirements. A courtyard, heating/cooling and a dishwasher are must haves. I’m looking for a female or female and male housemate/s but probably not couples. I’ve got a house full of furniture that I’m happy to share or store depending on what’s needed. The only thing I don't have is a clothes dryer, but will get hold of one if it's a deal breaker. I have a 4-seater leather couch, a 1957 6-seater Laminex table, TV unit, side tables, front loader washing machine, normal sized fridge/freezer, large-ish TV and other bits and pieces. I can even provide a double bed and mattress if needed. I’m a pretty lazy cook, so am doing a great meal delivery service at the moment. I'm open to doing our own thing or sharing basics or even cooking together sometimes - see what evolves I guess. I'm vegetarian (eat eggs and dairy) but have lived happily with meat eaters. I sometimes enjoy a big night out but am pretty quiet at home. I’m considerate and respectful and always pay rent and bills on time. I like to have a chat and it’s important that I’m comfortable/get along with the people I live with. Get in touch if you think we’d be a happy match :)

Hey all, My name is Jin, I am travelling through Australia and decided to make Melbourne my home for a while and stay a month or two. I have found work, now I would love to find a place to live. I am a clean and considerate person and would like to have a coffee/beer/wine and a chat once in a while with my flatmates. I am a social and outgoing person, but don't mind keeping to myself ;) I love to cook, I go running and enjoy reading, hiking and do yoga.
Hi! I'm starting as a PhD student at UniMelb, moving to Australia from California. I do work pretty hard but I like to enjoy myself on my time off. I'm looking for some fun roommates to hang out with when I get away from school. I'm a huge fan of surfing, training jiu jitsu, live music, and hanging out at a bar or cafe. I'm generally pretty clean but not a crazy person about cleanliness. Hope to meet some great people in Melbourne!
